Coming up on today's edition of the shilling show. It's the return of Luke Niferatus
He's with smart approaches to marijuana and there's a big case before the supreme court right now regarding guns and
Substance abuse and substance users also coming up in hour number two, Erica Sanzi joins us. These people are crazy
Remember that comment that President Trump made and I remember the exact
Oh, he was talking about sages law
Here in Virginia, and this is involving parental rights and schools trying to keep things a secret from the parents
When their kids are being a gender-trans
Without the parents knowing anything about it in these sick-debaced government schools
These people are crazy Trump was right and then we'll finish out the show today with Senator Amanda Chase for genius
Honey Badger with a Richmond update lots going on regarding
Elections and coincidentally cannabis control and legalization
Gaming minimum wage increase so much more. They're doing to you not for you in Richmond
Unfortunately, the same things happening here locally. It's really sad. I'll get to that in a minute
I did have a number of contacts about people being upset over the real estate tax proposal scam Sanders the silly
Mangler also known as a city manager who is stealing from us because well the Democrats want to give away free stuff
Under their affordability agenda while the rest of us poor suckers have to pay for it good grief
All right, let's go to the newsmaker line
Phil Reese is the chair of the Elmau County Republican Committee with an announcement a Phil welcome back to the showing show
Hey, thanks Rob. Thanks for having me on tell us about what's going on and issue the invitation
Yeah, the Elmau County Republican Committee. We are sponsoring a Virginia redistricting forum
It's gonna be this Thursday March 5th from 6 to 8 p.m
At Hillsdale Conference Center. We're gonna have two
delegates
Coming to speak one of them is Tom Garrett and the other one is Tim Griffin
I don't know if you're listeners have heard Tom Garrett. He is a he is a great speaker a great order and
And Tim Griffin is fabulous as well. So if I would invite your listeners to come to that
This Thursday and here about
What Democrats are trying to do about this redistricting? We have a vote that's gonna start this Friday
All the way through April 21st and I would encourage your listeners come to this forum on Thursday
And then go vote on Friday or anytime over the next several weeks and vote no because what Democrats are trying to do
To jerry mandor our maps is absolutely insane
Yeah, it's criminal and it should have been struck down by the courts
That's another subject, but I'm glad that you're holding the forum and yes, Tom Garrett has been a guest on this program a number of times over the years
It's been a while, but he is a terrific orator and I'm glad that you have you him and Tim Griffin as well
Thank you Rob. Feel thanks very much. You're welcome here anytime
Please keep us posted and yes, it's a great and very important event
All right, I did want to get to that because there was a story
This is getting very confusing because we keep hearing conflicting rulings about where this particular
ballot referendum is going
This is referencing
What we just heard from Phil Reese and judge just misses lawsuit let early voting on redistricting referendum proceed
From mark hand at the news and advance
So what's going on here? Well, there've been all these different lawsuits
Lynchburg judge Monday dismissed the city's request to prevent
General registrar from preparing for early voting on a state congressional redistricting referendum
This is the power grab of the Democrats
Scheduled to start Friday as you just heard
Circuit court judge
F Patrick Yeats or Yeats said he would not grant the temporary and junctive relief sought by the Lynch by Lynchburg
That would delay the city from proceeding with early voting in the referendum
The April 21st vote on the constitutional amendment would permit the general assembly to gerrymandor redistrict mid uh decade
Currently the redistricting powers lie with an independent nonpartisan commission
Which by the way was
Its own amendment to the constitution of Virginia not so long ago and full throttle bipartisan support
But I believe it was initiated possibly by Democrats
Crooked Jay Jay Jones the attorney general's office defended the state department of elections in the lawsuit filed by Lynchburg
Jay Jones said we will continue to vigorously fight back against any efforts to interfere with Virginia's ability to carry out
Statutarily mandated elections. You see how he totally dodges the point
There's a huge gap here and the courts have made it clear that there's a problem
It's just that the Democrats don't want to reveal that or don't want to respect that. This is crooked
This is election rigging. Is it any wonder that people don't trust elections
Virginia Beach attorney Tim Anderson had argued the city's case and he's been posting pretty
prolifically
On social media. I tried to get him on the show. He never responds to me
But that's okay. We'll continue to refer to some of his analysis because it's excellent
In response to Yates's ruling Anderson said the Lynchburg circuit court
dismissed our action not on the merits and not because of our constitutional arguments
That they were wrong
But because the court ruled it would not exercise exercise a jurisdiction until after the election is completed
I think this sets up a huge problem and we went through this before
When there was a recall effort called rise here in the city of Charlottesville for the various city counselors
And the judges are very very reluctant to get involved in things that happen at the ballot box
Which is why they should have stopped before it happened
I hope it's not the case, but I have a sense that this ballot initiative will pass
Again, I would encourage everybody to vote no and tell your friends and neighbors to vote no, but I'm concerned that it will pass
And then it's got to go back to the courts and the courts
While they may do this
They're putting themselves in a very bad position almost untenable position
By
overturning what many people would say is a valid election
So it's really a backward way of going about it
It's kind of like finding out what's in the bill after you vote for it remember that
In the ruling the tazville circuit county judge jack
Hurley junior found the Republican plaintiffs have quote an extraordinarily high likelihood of success on the merits
Including their claim that the referendum violates the timing requirement
Of the Virginia Constitution because early voting is set for sooner than 90 days after
January 16th passage of the bill in the general assembly
So they're not following it's clearly in violation of the Constitution clearly in violation of the spirit of the law
As well as the letter of the law yet the judges will do nothing
The other thing that's really crooked about this is the language
And we used to have lots of ballot initiatives in southern california
I paid very careful attention to them as a young person just starting to vote
And usually on the ballots there was not only the official language from the state
Which was very nonpartisan and they went to great lengths to make sure that it was neutrally stated
But then they would allow in the ballot arguments foreign arguments against and then another counterpoint argument
So that there was a lot of information to ponder
It's not the case here
Listen to this language that the democrats have come up with
And we've got to fix this. This is so problematic
Here it is
Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the general assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional district
And here's the money line to restore fairness in the upcoming elections
Does that sound
Uncompromised to you to restore fairness?
Well of course any person who's not paying attention which sadly is probably a good percentage of the electorate
If they bother to read that
Restore fairness of course we want to do that
And then they say while ensuring that Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting
After the 2030 census who believes that
And why would you restore fairness now but not restore fairness then if these things are unfair as you claim
Notably the ballot question does not define fairness. What is fairness?
So they could put anything on there. Maybe they should have put
We want to have a ballot measure and it's it's all about
Fairness and elections, but we're going to give you free ice cream anytime you want at your local ice cream parlor
I mean could they put that language on there apparently they can say whatever they want
Such a sham so ridiculous so crooked so bent
This is the state of politics in Virginia
And we apparently have judges who are going to put themselves in a very bad position
By not intervening even though they already admit there's a lot of problems with this and they even know what they are
Before the election
How ridiculous
977 1070 we have extended open phones you can call and get a place right now at 977 1070
And the community town hall on this turbo Tuesday edition continues in a moment
Yeah, we're waiting for the unclouded day, but we got a lot of work to do between now and then and that's the purpose of this program
Thank you for participating there is a line open for you and we have extended open phones in this hour
So take advantage of the opportunity at 977 1070 it's open presently at 977 1070
All right, let's go back to the phones in the community town hall and Paul is with us. Hello, Paul
Hi, Rob
Almost bill off the road a bit with your new
Local news when they said that fans fans and said all we're gonna increase property taxes by two cents on the dollar
So brings it up to a dollar per 100
Yeah, they just can't help themselves and he had all sorts of excuse as well
I'm just doing what you told me to do city council. I this was a big hall
But this is the way we come in with the balanced budget you remember turn on Richardson who served as a city manager for a short while amidst all of his
Problems and stylistic issues
He had told the city council and warned them stop raising taxes stop stop stop
And I guess they didn't get where to get the word they just got rid of the messenger
Yeah, I mean let's see I'm gonna pay six thousand dollars this year in property tax now that's not counting what they're gonna do to my vehicles
So um, that's one third of my state retirement
I mean, this is this is ridiculous. It's putting people in the poor house
I lived through this in California and this audience has heard and you've heard
I'm sure my talk about proposition 13 and how people back in the 70s were getting taxed out of their homes
By these free spenders in the state house and finally they put a ballot measure that said hey can never go out more than two
Percent of years as long as you're on the house. This is nothing but thievery
Well, I mean that they got the test before to go for the general assembly. You what?
See, I think last count we're around 45 46 new taxes
A couple of them it was close to 60 but a lot of them died on the table, but not enough and
Calm down Paul. These people don't get it
And what did the general assembly do? Didn't they vote just vote themselves something like a 500 percent pay raise?
They went from I think 18,000 year to 50,000 year just like that
boom
Yeah, I mean they went from what I made in state retirement 18,000 to what
uh
There's a windhill. I'm gonna make 50,000 dollars a year in my state retirement
It's nice work for someone who's there as a part-time position a part-time legislature
Working essentially two months out of the year. I'm not saying they have nothing to do during the other months
But boy, that's pretty good cash
Well, I mean, it's like city council makes like
Some around like mid 30s now that's correct
It's it's become you know the Democrats get in there and all they can't help themselves in raising taxes
But also in enriching themselves by raising their salaries shamelessly and then trying to claim
Hey, this is because black people don't get elected because they can't afford to run for office
I don't think the dynamic and the composition of these local bodies has changed
Not they haven't I mean
When did I hear out of send senders since now? I don't know get the three high priorities is school
And affordable housing where where in the hill is affordable housing when I'm gonna pay y'all six thousand dollars a year
That's five hundred and some more dollars than I paid last year
Yeah, this is ridiculous and it's hypocritical and for them to say they're
Promoting affordable housing they apart with the asterisk that they're not saying out loud is we're gonna
Tax the hell out of people who are property owners already who did afford to live here
And now we're gonna make it unaffordable for them so that someone can come in from outside
Or somebody that they favor can come up and quote unquote afford housing in child. So what a joke
Well, I
I use a local nursing agency to help me care for my wife
Now all these people that I talked that come and see my wife on a date on daily basis almost is the fact that they're all making minimum wage
And as one told me one time she goes I live in subsidized housing
I work 40 hours a week and I get 70 dollars a week and snap benefits
And she goes and I have a son who eats like a race horse
I go 70 bucks. That's a decaying him. Go to curses him guys unless you buy swamps and frozen dinners all the time
And she goes that's about it. Yeah, we got real we got real problems here
And she said the problem is not she's looking me she said the problem. It's not you guys the problem is
We're with the Democrats keep voting into office
Well, that's the issue. It's not that you have use validity. It's elected. It's that you have use validity. It's electing them
And she goes and the person goes on to say is and
She goes and they look at me and go well, you don't go both she goes who do I want to vote for do I want to vote for Peter
So you can get more money out of my wallet or I won't vote for Paul who likes to me all the time
It's not a great choice
And she and then the person goes she says and I work two jobs
And she goes I can barely make it she goes I drive a 10-year-old car and I go yeah, I drive a 13-year-old car
And she goes and that car was used when I bought it
Yeah, I'm in the same boat
My car is 13 years old and it was used when I bought it
And um and she says no matter what we do
You have someone sitting in city hall the general assembly we're in Congress telling us that we should feel guilty for our total man
Sure, I ain't got time to feel guilty for anybody
I don't know I guess we're in in a guilt desert. You know they have the food desert and all these deserts
We're in a guilt desert here
Maybe we need to start imposing guilt on people
And then you got invisible Charlottesville is going to be having another protest soon
Because of the what's going on in the middle east well, they've got they've got enough a lot of time on their hands
Personally, I don't give a damn what's going on in the middle east because I'm barely hanging on surviving in my own
In the city I've lived in since 1980 and trying to figure out
What do I need to get done and what I don't need to get done
Yeah, what's happened in Paul I gotta go to the break here and we're gonna continue on with open phones for one more statement
So thank you very much for your call. I thoroughly understand everything you're saying
But we've got people with so much time on their hands that they can sit around and cook up ways to steal more money from you
To hand more of vote buying things out to the public so that they'll stay in forever and a day
It's absolutely unbelievable what we're living through and there's not a single tax payer advocate
Probably on either of the two local governing boards
All right, let us go to news and weather coming up here at which is at the bottom of the hour
And we'll come back on the other side with more open phones
I knew you'd have a lot on your mind and I've got some emails
I want to get to as well at 977 1070 the one line open and you can get in line right now
We want to hear from you whether you've called a bunch or never called before
Hey, all points of view are welcome here on the shilling show 977 1070
Back after news and weather with more calls
The shilling show continues with open phones
The lines are completely full which gratifies me because I just love that you like to participate in this unique form
I don't know anyone's doing a show like this in all of Virginia
But we certainly have people listening from all over the place and people who want to weigh in right now
So the community town hall continues with George hello, George
Good afternoon, Rob. This is your friend George
Oh
Well, you sound so jolly. I'm guessing Tom peril is within arms reach
No, he's back in the back of the plane cleaning out the head
He has some he has such difficulty following simple directions
I thought after working for me for a while he would he would get it and understand I am performance based
But he keeps falling off. I think he might be on something well. That's entirely possible. What's on your mind today
Well, you know that I'm always concerned about your puny and significant career
Yes, and I want you to join the winning team
I'm always out always be selling right now. I always want to convince my friend Rob shilling
You need to give up your puny and significant fight
But I think you're old enough to remember Charlie's angel. You remember that y'all I just saw a picture of Charlie's Angels. Yes
Well, you remember how the show started with
Bossly saying good morning angels. Remember that of course. I think yes, right
Well every morning. I have a conference call but the heads of the major news organization
And instead of saying good morning angels. I say good morning comrade
And I just then they're talking point and I know that you think
Rob
Miraculous
Oh, they defeated the regime
I'm winning the real war because today as you saw
Bernie Sanders and rocahanna are now leading the jihad against us billionaires
That's the new thing
For the coming next is that those missiles that trump and button that and now who say were aimed at Israel and at US bases in the Middle East
That's not what they were
Thanks to my influence with your news media. I tell them uh those were actually super efficient flying devices
Sort of models after Elon Musk to deliver powdered baby milk formula
full Israeli orphanages for transgender lesbian albino
And that is going to be the new narrative and therefore I'm going to draw in more and more of your young people than just saying
America evil around victims of support to jihad
I would suggest that you place a phone call immediately to madhaz
Edd the one who lads solowinsky and rules for radicals is one of his favorite books because you two seem to be right on track with each other
Well, the thing is as you know time is a very precious commodity
I already use them up. He's already in the camp. I don't need to give them any more encouragement
already knows
Your your your your friend iron ran used to say
Teach men the correct principles their own brains will do the rest
Well, I called him the correct principles his brain is doing the rest
Well, in that way you've been remarkably successful. George sorrows. Thank you for your call
You have a sorrows. Hey my friend. Uh, do I have a choice? Okay. There he goes back to Tom peril
All right back to the phones here. Let us say hello to Richard welcome
I hear Rob. Hey, I just wanted to uh you just brought up uh madhaz
I think it's interesting it goes from up point you know the teacher those arrested yesterday. Yes
For the child pornography stuff. I wonder how you've got to try to spin out of that
You know, I'm a firm believer in criminal justice or form of second chances
But there's things where even I told a line at and that's definitely one of them
I just got to be locked up and put away for a long time and never be around kids again
Just more incompetence with our local public school system that he was even allowed to be there in the first place
Yeah, he sent out this is madhaz edd sent out a CYA letter about how the sky had been thoroughly vetted
Well, if that's the case then maybe your vetting program needs some readjustment
Yeah, I agree
Okay, all right Richard good good points. Thank you for weighing in always nice to hear from you
Let's go back to the phones and say hello to Greg who's been patiently waiting hello Greg
Well rob your worth away, though, buddy
Always put me last if you want to um
You know democrats they want a rule. They don't want to represent
Yes, they don't believe in a representative of public. They just want to rule
And they um think that constitution is just some kind of document that
It's gets in the way unless they want to leverage it to their own, you know
shenanigans yeah, and this whole thing about the redistricting is crooked and crummy
And it's they'll do anything to stay in power
They want to tax or they don't care about Paul. Do you think for one minute city council cares about Paul? No
They care about the I they care about their Marxist agenda and all Paul is
And the rest of the county and city are cash cows for their
Communist Marxist agenda and I think the city council and the board of supervisors ought to be ashamed of their sales
And not even got a look in the mirror
Had how they rob the people in this county and this city
And charge them for the privilege of living in their own house. I think it's disgusting
It's a shakedown and it's so interesting that you say they should be ashamed
I think shame is something that is completely gone from our society
If you look at the sorts of things people post online if we were operating operating under traditional shame
Which was probably through maybe the 90s or early 2000s. They would never do that now. They embrace the things. They should be ashamed of
Well, and they don't have substance
So they have to cheat line steal and order stay in power
You know, they don't rule in substance and I want to bring up a real quick thing
There was a woman I heard on the news
I'm not sure the exact story that an illegal immigrant stabbed a 41-year-old woman to death at a bus stop
Yes
And they want to deport him. I didn't think they liked deporting how about deporting straight to the electric chair
Yeah, I heard this discussion. I guess he was from Senegal and he'd had all these charges and the guy name
I think his name is discano
Who's the source appointed prosecutor like let him off the hook multiple multiple times
And never sent some or didn't prosecute him. This is more of the corrupt and crooked era of Democrats and their lawlessness
Which leads to societal breakdown
Well, I'm going to ask you a blunt question
It doesn't disturb your audience for me to talk heavily about the second amendment
I don't think so. I think people actually like to hear that conversation because they're not hearing it anywhere else or few other places
well
The bottom line is they want to make criminals out of God fearing church going people who believe in the Constitution and the Bill rights and the second amendment
And they want to let off a murderous illegal immigrant and they want to align with the political Islamist
In order to gain more power
They're protesting what Trump is doing against the Islamist in Iran
In other words, they're aligning themselves with the deadly enemy enemies of the United States the Democrat Party is
The Iranians here love Trump
Yes, it's interesting to see these
spontaneous
celebrations around the world where there is exiled
Iranian people who are celebrating the overthrow of the Itollis
Thank you so much Greg. I appreciate it. We're dealing with a death cult and that's what the party has become not every Democrat
But the party itself is a death cult obvious in so many ways
Hello, Hank. Thank you for holding on
Well, Rob this you know when you have to have ridiculousness compared to ridiculousness and we've got that up plenty
But you know if for contrast as bad if the
Operational budget that Sam Sanders is putting forth based on what the city council says they want
Consider that their whole operational budget for the city
is
The almost put more or less essentially. It's the exact same amount that the county of album all school division is asking to build one high school
What a waste of money what point
You know at what point do we realize we you know this is not loud in county Jay Hart has some interesting facts
On this morning discussion with Jay James this morning
And you know not only are we the most more expensive place to live in out in the city
I mean the state of Virginia. We're more expensive anywhere on the east coast and they keep making it worse
And yeah, and we have loud and county budgets
With out the economic engine that loud and county has
And as long as we keep our horse
Stapled to UBA which suppresses working wages. Yes, and everything else. I mean they don't have the ability
To continue on and they also in these other communities don't have the 23%
Poverty rate are below and Sam Sanders also said
That we're mean. Excuse me. Juan Diego Wade said that one of the main things that pushed the two-cent budget increase
Was collective bargaining
Teachers and transportation
Well, imagine that coming big way
Yeah, we brought we brought all that upon ourselves and then we throw up our hands and say oh good after raised taxes
Sorry so much for the affordability agenda the Democrats, which was always a lie
Hank, thank you very much. We'll have to take more calls at the top of the next hour
Because we've just run out of time coming up on the other side. It's smart approaches to marijuana
Luke Niferatos will be joining us from that organization stay with the shilling show will be back in just a moment
All right, the shilling show continues. It's a turbo Tuesday edition welcoming back to the program Luke Niferatos
Executive vice president of smart approaches to marijuana today
Guns and marijuana before the supreme court whoever thought I didn't know this was going on
Luke welcome back to the shilling show
Hi Rob. It's great to be on. Hope you're doing well. I am would you tell us first of all just a little bit about your organization
Yeah, we are the nation's top public health base marijuana policy organizations
So we are known for fighting against the legalization of marijuana and
Sticking it to the industry, which is a dicting and targeting our kids every which way we can
Yeah, this is very important work as we're seeing this kind of explosion of states that are legalizing marijuana
Which appears to be the case in Virginia
I want to go to this case
US versus homani if you would tell us what's the underlying case here
Yeah, so some of you may have seen that the supreme court had oral arguments yesterday
Between the parties on this usb himani case and basically what this case is about is
Mr. Himani is a regular weekly marijuana user
Also uses cocaine and uses several other drugs. I believe as well
And he had he was involved in some criminal activities and one of the crimes that he was convicted of was
owning a firearm while being a habitual drug user and primarily with marijuana and
Under federal law the government can take away your firearm if you are using illicit substances like marijuana
And so that has become the issue that the supreme court is now going to decide on is whether the government
can continue to
Take guns away from people who are using
Marijuana or even other drugs
So this is being heard before the supreme court. What did the lower courts rule and what were the arguments there?
Yeah, there's a split in the circuit courts
That's why this made its way to the supreme court because
Some you know across the country there are I believe 10 or 11 circuit
You know regions of the country where there are appellate courts that are hearing lower court decisions
Before they make their way to the supreme court and some of the circuits
Said this law is constitutional. It doesn't violate the second amendment because
People who use marijuana or any other drug that is illicit are more dangerous and can be very dangerous with with firearms
And then there was a couple of what my or division views as bad decisions made in other circuits
where they ruled that
This law does violate the second amendment and that the government needs to prove somebody is
Actively high before they can have their gun taken away or needs to prove that somebody is so
Addicted that you know they can't make any life decisions before they can have their gun taken away
So it's basically a split between those who think
You know the government should be able to make that determination and take the guns away when someone shows signs of
Using drugs versus people who think that there needs to be a very strict
Kind of rule around it that somebody really needs to be
Demonstrating just really really dangerous behavior first before they can have it taken away
So that's kind of a split right now. So let's talk about the link between mental illness and marijuana
This didn't used to be a talking point
But I've heard that I guess there's a lot of more new research that links the two
Yeah, you know, it's really funny because 10 years ago we were sharing all the research that said
Marijuana use makes you much more likely to have schizophrenia much more likely to have psychosis
bipolar disorder et cetera
Rex your brain and 10 years ago everyone laughed us out of the room
But fast-forward 10 years now we have what I think hopefully many people have now seen the New York Times
Editorial board, you know, hardly a right-wing bastion
Okay, the New York Times has reversed their position on marijuana
Completely complete 180 spin and they are now saying that marijuana use is causing mental illness is
exacerbating violence because the research is overwhelming that it is detrimental to your mental health and
Really what drove this reversal by the New York Times and by so many other
Institutions is just that the research very clearly shows that if you use these today's new
Super highly potent totally supercharged marijuana drugs, which that's that's what's being pitched out there right now by this new industry
Which by the way is totally still federally illegal
But this new industry has turbocharged this drug
It is now much more damaging to your mental health and really the big concern here is that these marijuana products
They don't chill you out anymore. It's it's not a quote-unquote chilled drug anymore
It's so potent now. It's up to 99% potent. It's causing schizophrenia. It's causing psychosis these are
permanent cases of mental illness that people are developing now
There was a major study done in 2019 that showed if you regularly use these highly potent
Forms of marijuana you are five times more likely to develop a permanent case of schizophrenia
So this lens itself to violence you think about people with this increased risk getting their hands on an AR-15
I think we all agree that there's kind of a common sense line there
Okay, just a couple minutes left. We're talking with Luke Niferado's executive vice president
Smart approaches to marijuana
So given that information are we at some point to see
Lawsuits against the distributors in the states where this is legal for people who have suffered these mental health
Issues as a result of their usage
Absolutely in fact, and I can't speak to the details, but I am actually a little over halfway through part-time law school myself
As a working executive you know carrying both of those things is lots of fun
But I am assisting with a more than 10 state
Class action lawsuit that I can't say anything more than that
But it will be going public here in a few weeks and it is entirely premised on thousands of people across the country
Who have been harmed their mental health
Specifically has been harmed and the false claims around mental health
I mean you look at some of the companies that are out there the claims they're making with their gummies their candies their cookies their waxes
They say literally these companies are saying this cures your bipolar disorder
This cures your schizophrenia when literally these products make it worse and actually give you those illnesses
So more to come on that, but there are major lawsuits happening also
Several states this year and next year are going to be voting to repeal repeal legal marijuana in their states because it's gotten so bad
So the winds are definitely changing on this issue tell us if you will we got about a minute left
I'm very curious as to which states are are going to enact that are looking to enact it. Yep
So right now confirmed Massachusetts will vote to repeal commercial sales of marijuana this november
We are just about to confirm that main will be voting next november on repealing marijuana sales there
Montana, Arizona and several other states are working right now on the
ballot process to put repeals in their states
So we expect this to continue to be a big trend over the years to come finally look in our remaining 30 seconds or so
Virginia's going in the opposite direction
Getting ready to enact this have you been or has there been any group that have been talking with legislators and bringing them these numbers that you just brought to us
Yeah, you know, it's crazy. I feel like 2020 called and they want these the a reps to come back because
Everything they're doing is like so five six years ago
I mean now we have the New York Times talking about how bad this is now we have all this evidence talking about how marijuana is hurting people
Now we have all this evidence about how crime goes up in communities and there's just no discussion of that happening in Richmond right now
This bill that they're considering in Richmond will ban all towns and cities and counties in Virginia from opting out
You will be forced to have pot shops in your town that alone should get you to pick up the phone right now and call your reps
This bill has no potency caps
This bill allows a total marijuana industry takeover of Virginia
So call your representatives
We just put up a bunch of billboards and sent some text messages to different districts around Virginia to get people to raise the alarm
This is a bill that absolutely should not be passing right now finally
What's the place we can find you online to get more information Luke?
Yep, go to learn about Sam dot org
L-E-A-R-N about
F-A-M is in mom dot org that is your destination for anything and time marijuana
We have all the evidence
We have ways for you to click and get active and sign up to list etc
So check us out
Luke Niferos. Thank you for joining us today and shedding some light on the subject. We appreciate it
Thank you Rob. God bless you. God bless. Okay, let's go to the break news and weather at the top of the hour
Then more time for open phones
I know we had to turn some people away
Because we just didn't have time but we have time now so get in line at 977 1070
heading into hour number two of a turbo Tuesday edition of the program
Phone lines are open for a brief time. So take advantage of the opportunity right now
The magic number is 434 977 1070 434 977 1070 for whatever is on your mind
This is a line open for you. You could also send me an email to robes at seville right now dot com
And coming up in this hour of the shilling show
Erica Sanzi joins us. These people are crazy
What's the president's comment on target? I think we all know the answer to the question
It's pretty obvious
But we're getting into why that was an appropriate use of the language
Senator Amanda Chase joins us for juniors honey badger will be with us at the bottom of the hour for an update
All the things going on enrichment that you need to know about you know
She's spending and dedicating a lot of time to watching this and my goodness
It's such a moving target. There's all these bills thousands of bills and then all the different various meetings
They have in the committees and so forth things that get changed and moved around
It's very hard to keep track of but she's doing a great job
And so I like to go over this pretty frequently to let you know now what your legislators are doing
For you, but what they're doing to you, which is the case here as well
And in case you forgot Godzilla Hashmi the lieutenant governor
This is so ironic. It's this crazy to me under our previous governor. This is a press release
Lieutenant governor
Godzilla Hashmi cast the tie-breaking vote on board of visitors reform
So boy young can made a huge error and now the Democrats are going all in
She says Godzilla that is under our
Should get that Godzilla song going in the in the background if I had time or if I was thinking ahead
I would have by bluest or cult
Anyway under our previous governor the appointment of boards of visitors
To a public institutions of higher education were through the lens of cynical partisan politics to the detriment of students
Faculty and the broader campus community
You know people throwing should not throw stones in a glass house and how ironic that she says exactly what they've been doing forever in a day
The leftists have been in complete control of
University boards of visitors almost without exception until young can came along
And he appointed somebody by the name of Bert Ellis who's been a guest right here in this studio
gave a several exclusive interviews on the topic
I remember the board of visitors who was put as the point man
The guy who was not afraid to do what need to be done to write the ship at UVA which has been sickly and totally corrupted
By leftist politics over the many decades and it's only gotten worse and diamond Jim Ryan
Mother Teresa Sullivan the rest of them
So those were cynical partisan politics and young can instead of letting Bert Ellis do what he was there to do
It would have been so much easier if he had he threw he fired him and threw him off the board of visitors
Opening up the floodgates of the democrats and then they uh disapproved or did not approve a bunch of people
He wanted to employing including Ken Kuchinelli
It was shortsighted stupid and pig headed and governor young can made a huge blunder when he fired Bert Ellis
That was one of the worst moves of his administration
Godzilla goes on to say the young administration used boards of visitors to whitewash history bully college leaders and target students
Again, this is the linsky tactic of accusing your
Political enemies of things you yourself are doing and all those things are done
So Godzilla finally paths herself on the back with her left hand
I continue to dedicate my efforts to protecting our schools
Ah, oh
Leave it to the democrats to protect the schools and the sort of corrupt and
Morally corrupting things that are going on there all of our schools from k-12 public schools to colleges
Universities community colleges from becoming politicized battlegrounds of those who seek to ban books
Attack educators in silence inquiry
How fascinating that godzilla talks about banning books
I wonder if she's in favor of showing those pornographic books
That people can get but they can't read in public
But they put them in the kiddie's libraries at the government schools these sick democrats. I'll bet she is
All right, let's go to the phones
977-1070 and let us say hello to Tom hello, Tom
Hey, well, how about you speaker before the break the anti marijuana. Oh, yes
I was really glad to hear his opinion that the legalization trustees are going in the
Other direction
A cynical person would say that the states that did legalize it did it because they thought that they could make some money off it
I think so and at least once they read about found out that by
lip by
Regulating it and and taxing the heck out of it
They didn't make money because it was so expensive. There's people bought their illegal stuff anyway
And so they they may not be going
Against legalization for health reasons they may be doing just because it wasn't what the cash out
I thought it was
Well, it may be the case and it's interesting to me
I think they're really counting on the money when I was looking at their anticipated revenues
I think it was somewhere between 75 and a hundred million dollars
They thought it was going to bring into the budget. So I think you're right on target
Yeah, thanks
Okay, Tom. Thank you for the call and that's what it's all about
We were in Tennessee at the year's end and over into the new year when I was away for a little bit
And it was painfully obvious that they have these shop selling cannabis products pretty much all over the place in every town
And the point that was brought up in the previous segment by Luke and Niferatos from smart approaches to marijuana was
They're not allowing in Virginia these totalitarian democrats are not allowing localities to opt out
Everyone's forced to participate in this and to allow this
Why would they do that? Well, if it wasn't for money
I don't know what other reason there would be unless they're trying to get everybody easily
Manipulated more so than they already after completing their time in government schools
I don't know, but that's my suspicion that that's probably what's going on and Tom makes a good point
It's about the money, but what we found in
Looking at and analyzing over the years states like Colorado Washington state and others is they've had a whole spate of
Unanticipated problems which by the way they should have been able to anticipate them
They should have been able to know this was coming because I'm sure they could see the so societal trends in other countries that have done this
But here in Virginia
We don't even have an infrastructure to say well what is
Considered to be high driving or how much THC in your bloodstream would be considered
Impaired behind the wheel of a car. We're not ready for it and yet they're rushing headlong like kids in a candy store or maybe in a cannabis candy store
With insane policies with no back end no backstop and they're just going to see what happens when they pass the bill
So this is the state of things in Virginia. This is the state of the legislators in Virginia
It's very sad also before we go to the break and coming back with Erica Sanzi on these people are crazy
This coming from a deputy community watchdog who says I'm sure you are being or will be swamped with emails and calls
Regarding what was aired on W I and A and what Jay James reported on
And that of course is
scam Sanders in the silly council raising taxes by the way Lloyd Snuck will be here tomorrow
I don't think he favors this move
Approximately 10 years ago our deputy community watchdog says I emailed city council
When they want to raise the tax rate and mention that taxes are breaking the backs of middle and lower middle class residents
I implored them not to raise the tax rate now it seems to be getting some attention in the media
But it may be too late local governments remind me of the bigger at free bridge on Saturday holding up the
Sign that says homeless god bless as he had his head down texting on his cell phone
Unfortunately, someone gave him money the reason local government can brag about a great bond rating is the excess dollars
They've taken taxing us to death
You know during my time on Charlottesville City Council
I got to kind of get a deep dive on what was going on behind the scenes
And how they spend their money and how they do taxation
And you know over the four years that I was on that body the Charlottesville City Council
An outlier the only Republican since 1986 and probably the last one in history. This was in 2002 to 2006
My public advocacy and a lot of people standing up alongside me in the community
We held our own town halls and our own news conferences
Shaming and embarrassing the other Democrats or the Democrats on the City Council. I was elected as a Republican
Into over the course of the four years of my tenure there
Reducing the tax rate by about 11 cents. Can you imagine that
Every year year after year look at all this money and then I would humiliate and embarrass them with facts and figures to the point where
They thought well, let's go a little cheaper on the tax rate because we got so much money coming in
And there's this one guy who is like a thorn in our side who keeps saying over and over again
That we are stealing from the citizens which they were and which they continue to do
Unfortunately today
There's no one serving in that capacity on the outlaw board of supervisors or the silly council. There is no one
What the what they will do the little game they play is they'll come in with two cents plus the four or five percent
Whatever increase was across the board in the city as far as the average assessment increase
Then they'll make us happy and grateful if they don't do the two the two cents extra
Oh look how nice they are they're protecting us even though they've already raised the rate or they've raised the amount of money coming in because of the assessments going up
And so we're still going to pay more but then we'll be grateful
This could be a trick
But even so it's not funny. It's a risky scheme and there's nobody there standing for your interest
They're all for the government interest and that's a dangerous situation
Let's go to the break Erica Sanzi on the other side these people are crazy. Yes, they are even locally
One of the formerly long-haired freaky people behind the microphone
977 1070s fun number we are working on getting our guest
But we're having some technical issues that happens every once in a while this is live radio
So we will await that before I open the phones back up again in anticipation of a little bit of extra time for
You at 434 977 1070 just a couple of things to remind you about there's a lot of ways to be in touch with the host of this program
That's me and I appreciate very much
You're reaching out and letting me know how you feel like our deputy community watchdog who was talking about the taxes here in Charlottesville
brings back a lot of memories
And in fact during the time I was walking around the neighborhoods and knocking on doors
There were a lot of people who were Charlottesville natives
Unbelievable that they were in such great numbers. I guess looking back from
Now to then it was kind of unbelievable because there's hardly anybody left
I don't mean to insult anybody, but I know there's a lot of people who left Charlottesville either checked out or just
No longer exist because well they got old
But there were so many people that just said I can't afford to live here anymore
There's nothing I can do. I have to go. I have to go down to Lynchburg or maybe go to Wainsburg out in the valley somewhere
Stanton
I couldn't understand why this was such a long festering problem
With no representation
Is it that there just weren't people who are willing to tell the truth about how bad the government mishandles your money and how much
Spending they have that's completely frivolous or for nefarious purposes
It's a question that I continue to have and when you've got nobody on the inside looking and you get a guy like scam Sanders
Who says well don't blame me. This is what the council wanted instead of a guy like turn on Richardson for all the
questions
I might have had about his leadership here
He was certainly right on that subject and there was a lot of people who heard what he had to say
The counselors heard it and didn't like it and shortly thereafter. He was gone. I wonder whatever happened to Sam Sanders
977 1070s a phone number. I'm not sure we're going to get our guest on with us
So we will open the phones back up in anticipation of that looks like we may have the guest on the line
Is that a heads up? Yep, we're good to go. All right. I'm very glad for that. We got a number straightened out
And we welcome to the shilling show Erica Sanzi a senior director of communications at defending education a great organization
These people are crazy. Trump was right. Hello, Erica
How are you? Thanks for having me. Yeah, welcome to the shilling show
so
I was watching that and I think the president was expressing probably
What everybody was thinking when they were seeing what was transpiring at the state of the union
So let's talk about what he said in the context like what precipitated him saying that about the Democrats
Yeah, and I'm glad you asked that because as I was watching the coverage after it was clear to me that a lot of people that were
You know pundits commenting on TV were getting mixed up as to why he said that yes
So when he said these people are crazy
He was not talking about the you know the ones who didn't stand
um for his comments about immigration and you know
He was talking about policies that are pervasive around the United States that allow schools to
Facilitate gender transitions of their students
Behind the backs of parents
Um, he was specifically speaking about a young woman named sage Blair what the age of 14
Decided that she wanted to transition from being a girl to a boy and the school
You know went full seam ahead with her um in terms of her name change and her pronoun changes and
Accommodations around which facilities she could use in terms of restrooms of locker room and all of that was done
Without the knowledge or consent of her guardian at the time which was her grandmother
and um, and so when he's when he and this is because I've been tracking these policies at our organization for years
And I can confidently say that most schools in the United States have these policies
Um, the fact that he said it and then
They all you know sat on their hands and then he you know said these people are crazy
I mean normally I'm not a fan of his bluster and inflammatory rhetoric if I'm being honest
but in this particular case because this topic is
Obviously so insane
It is a total loser in the polling. It's like an 80-20 issue and the president knows that
So most Democrats
oppose these policies of withholding information from parents
Um, the fact that he blurted that out to me was like exactly what we need
Because um, you know having worked in schools for many years
As recently as 2015 and I have my own kid
The idea that we would keep information from parents about their own children
Is incomprehensible it is indefensible
Um, it is extremely common and pervasive and most people don't realize that like for example like people don't realize that in lots of states
That's the policy in every district statewide
This is certainly the case in in California, which has a very radical set of laws that were uh probably being challenged legally now
But it's unreal what they have done uh to eviscerate parental rights
We have documented 593 districts in California that have these policies
Mm-hmm
And when I say documented it's not even like we're editorializing or even taking a position
In terms of the tracker that we've created all we do is link to the written policies that have been passed and approved by school districts
And each of those policy states the staff are either encouraged or required
To withhold information from parents if that is what the minor child wants
So I keep in mind there's no other there's no other thing in a school where that would fly right like well
I don't want you to tell my parents that I failed my cap. Oh you can't you can't get a Tylenol
No, you can't get a Tylenol you can't take an aspirin you can't go on a field trip you can't be given sunscreen
um
You can't do much of anything without the two things that appears that you can do are
Um in bark on a
psychosocial intervention such as social transitioning
And walk out of school because you um are protesting ice
These are the two things right now that you know we allow students to do with no parental knowledge no parental consent
um
But as far as the gender thing goes. I mean
When anyone who has a child with special needs knows that uh that an individual educational plan
like or
Oh, I'm just going to like a document that relates to children and accommodations always have to be signed by parents
The only example we can think of where you would be having an intervention for kids that includes
Accommodations
And it would not only not be signed by a parent but be hidden from them the only context and which we see that
Is this is this gender confusion gender identity thing um and um glad that the president called it out
I am as well
Erica if people want to find you online read this article or any of your other work tell us quickly how they could do that
Sure, I'm at eSansey on twitter slash x
They can go to outkick.com to read this particular article and my organization is at defending ed.
Thank you so much for bringing all these things to the attention of the public Erica sanzi. We really appreciate it
Thanks for having me
All right lots to think about there
We're going to the break news and weather at the bottom of the hour
And then it's Virginia's honey badger report with uh former senator Amanda chase
We've got a lot to talk about what's going on in Richmond. We'll let you know. It's crazy
Stay with us
The shielding show continues on a turbo Tuesday edition of the program always pleased to welcome
Senator Amanda chase
Virginia's honey badger with an update on what's happening in Richmond and she's watching it
Literally like nobody else from day to day. There's so much information to process
Amanda chase welcome back and I'm wondering how you keep up with all this
Very little slate from and I have about
Todd screen going on in my office the house on one side to spend it on the other
I am literally watching legislators walk from one chamber
Yeah
Yeah, it's it's crazy how much and there's thousands of bills and a lot of
We never hear about if it wasn't for you and the honey badger report and the work that you're doing
So where are we in the budget process and how much longer do we have to uh suffer these people in Richmond that are trying to fleece us of our money?
Well, the good news is next Saturday is the scheduled last day of session
I don't anticipate that being extended at all
They're going to be able to vote on all the bills
Finish the budget and everything
So next Saturday they will gather out the 14
Normally as you know they normally are there Monday through Friday
But they do come back on Saturday for one final day to vote on the budget before heading back home
And then we start another process which is
Then we start following the governor and following which bill she's signing which when she's sending back to the general assembly for amendments
And then the general assembly will come back in
gosh, I have to look at my calendar
I think it's early april
To far veto session is what that is that we're getting all that set up the dancing your question with the budget
It's really can it can be really confusing because remember the budget
It goes to the house and it goes to the senate the senate has its own budget that it passes and same with the house
And ultimately what they have to do is go to conference
To work out the differences in those budgets
It also goes through through committees they want people to say well the bill passed that like passed out of what
Passed out many subcommittee the house floor the senate floor
You know, but we the bottom one of the budget the thing that I'm watching the most
Is the five million dollars of taxpayer funding that has been set aside
for this redistricting
kuda top and
That's that's what the democrats are using they're going to use five million dollars of propaganda money to market their strategy
Look they've to see I've looked at the language that's on the ballot thing you know both for fair math
Yes, and they're going to spend over five million dollars to make people
Think that that is the way to go and and I was actually looking at the language explainer which is
You know, I mentioned to you a couple weeks ago. They had a surprise joint meeting of that of the house and senate
Privileges and elections committee for the purpose of this lot discussing
You know what the explainer is and explainer basically is just means for late late people like me
Who aren't attorneys? It kind of translate what does it actually leave what does the actual
Language when they write the ballot question a lot of it simply believes and it's not really understandable
Does they have something called an explainer
So we just we're trying to do our part. It's a grassroots movement
across the state of Virginia to
Fight that but going back to the budget
It's if legislators are voting for the budget. They're voting for that and I see even republican saying you know
We want to vote for the budget because
There are some good things in it and my point is if you're making cookies and I think you know
I already think about it
You put some ingredients in there that might not be so good and you and I could come up with if you have what we won't talk about that
That's right
It's to me it's just I mean somebody can call me a purist that's okay
I don't like certain things in my chocolate chip cookies and I don't care how good the chocolate chip cookies are if you've got poop and
Chocolate chip cookies. I'm not gonna eat them. That's right. I have the same concept when it comes to the budget
You're going to put all those maps in there that show Virginia divided up 10 to 1
You know, this is the way they want to do it. You're going to put five million dollars on the budget
To help propaganda is in full virginians and the believing this
Kindly scheme for lack of a better term
I'm not going to vote for that. I will call every last republican who votes for this and I really appreciate delegate there
Who is done some really good work and it has a courage and is speaking out
against the budget and
Anyway, so it's it's still
You know, it is it is pass in different forms until it's both out of the house and sending they both
Pass out a house in the Senate. I've actually as of tomorrow. I am or tonight edition
I'm including a copy of all the budget amendment
If you go real quickly sign up for the honey badger report.com. You too can receive
Of all the amendments because remember governor young gun is the one who introduced the original budget
And these are simply fan burgers amendment and and the general assembly amendment to his budget. So that's kind of
Where we are with that, but
We want to look at some of the topics that you've covered in the recent honey badger report
And I guess the first one I want to talk about before we go to the break here in a couple minutes is elections
What are some of the significant
Bills that you've noted on elections and is there anything good in there?
Oh started to press you Rob, but
Yeah, but there's there's not a lot of good news on the election front, you know
It's there's still put moving for these bills are moving forward basically saying that
um
You know you can't have hand counts as there's any type of discrepancy that if there's a way to to run these ballots through the voting tabulators
Which I believe are part of the problem and it's and it's been proven
Actually that these voting computers are designed
To flip elections and they've used that advantage way less their country's third world countries to keep
Third world dictators and leaders out of office and
I won't go down that rabbit hole today
But I will say that we need to get away from voting tabulators and computers and go to hand count
And that was one of the things that I champion when I was in the senate
And now they are the general assembly that's controlled by democrats is saying we're going to make it illegal for you to hand count
Um, and not only that Rob there's continuing um to push forward this bill that says
That there can be no challenges on election that you've got to take it up through the court
They're not going to allow you to challenge any voter that shows up on election day
That you know maybe your neighbor you know for whatever reason they're not allowed to vote
They're saying that illegal
They're going to first of all say that you you can't have farms anywhere near
Pulling locations that you can't go within a hundred feet
Of the front interests, you know right now it's 40 feet. Yeah
But it's they're making it very difficult for us to educate voters
That's that's what this is all about. They're making it difficult to challenge elections
Uh, where we have seen in 2020 and since then really since 2008 is when they started using the voting computers and even Terry McAuliffe
um shut down the the electronic
voting um computers because it flipped his his his ballot
When he went to vote in in northern Virginia it said and he got rid of them back in 2019
But um, we we're still having issues. They're now saying you know, we we had a situation in 2020 where some
election officials who were whistleblowers and were honest that I can't in good conscience
Certify this election now. There's a bill
I think both of the House and the Senate that's saying that if
If you are an election worker and you don't feel
You don't complete your duties that you've been asked to do
Um, they'll kick you off and find you up to a thousand dollars
They'll find somebody else to fill your shoes
So this is this is very a authoritarian type government reminds me of not the Germany
Um, the authoritarian and they're they're taking over. They're they're not following the constitution
I mean if you look at all the gun control bills that are still passing um, they're still a number of them that are out there that are in conference committee
And um, that they're working out the final. There's there's so much that we could cover
Because there's so many changes. I really want to emphasize to your listeners that
an introduced bill
When it first starts off and is introduced into the general assembly whether the House or the Senate looks very different
By the time that it's actually signed until law so I've always encouraged people
Don't freak out like educate yourself on on how these bills are and it's still bad
I mean, it's still bad
But I was you know, I had dinner with my brother in law. He was in Prince Edward County
And he said, you know, they're going to make us all
Felons um, or we're going to get misdemeanors. We're even having any type of firearm and most of them have
Hidden round a magazine of cinema random that actually they've changed it to 15
So you're not going to be just felon just yet
Not yet, but it's it's on the way we got to go to the break
But we have one more segment ahead with former state senator Amanda chase the honey badger report
All kinds of good information there you can sign up for it stay with the shilling show one segment ahead
All right heading into the final segment of the shilling show for today this turbo Tuesday edition
Our guest is former state senator Amanda chase Virginia's honey badger and online at the honey badger report
dot com
So we just got a
Call in off the air with a couple of points first of all Richard wants to thank you for all you're doing especially for the newsletter
And then wants to know uh if you know anything about the friday march six effort to fight redistricting
I'm not sure what that is. Are you aware of any special effort on friday
So friday is when early voting begins for the
redistricting um
Who yeah early those are selling friday march six which is my youngest on birthday by the way
There's listen there's been a lot
I'm friends with him Anderson we we talk we're like brothers and sisters like we can fight like cats and dogs that we're good friends
And uh we've disagreed all the strategy for this you know he blesses heart
I mean he's an attorney and I tell him you're a wonderful attorney as they but leave the politics to me
As the democrats are going to do with the democrats are going to do they don't care about laws
They don't care about the constitution
They don't care about any of that they are balls of the wall
They're going to they're going to pass this amendment and the only thing between us and them is the people
And getting them out to the polls beginning friday through april 21st to vote and you know
There was an effort by some of my favorite attorneys uh
Ren Williams delegate Ren Williams and former delegate to me Anderson to file court cases
We have an issue right now where we have a lot of the registrar the local registrar
Who are getting new instruction from the state board of elections and and left for
You know they basic were Dylan will say and they they pretty much do that local registrar do whatever the state board of elections
Tells them to do and when they call them they're like we don't know what to tell you
So it's a really tough situation and they hired him Anderson to come in
To be the attorney and lunchburg and represent the council
As council to ask for clarity and um basically what happened?
We found out monday the judge dismissed the case because of the pending task well case
Where the judges have put it and said well, well, let you know our decision
Ultimately on whether this was you know you're allowed to do this after it already takes place
I will comment to say that judges are appointed by the general assembly and it is controlled by democrats
So and you got a lot of judges who are republicans because we've basically been a republican controlled state
Legislature for many many years
Um where judges were appointed and so you've got about a 50 50 split and a lot of these
Horts and everything so they don't want to make their long step and lose their job is what we're looking at
So you know, I've encouraged him Anderson and mark uh center mark peak and I are on the same page with us as much as we love
commanderson
That we just need to focus our effort on getting people to to vote and um to the to the to this special election
And vote no uh vote no to
The plan that the democrats are putting forward to basically allow the general assembly to go back to redrawing congressional ones
You know, that's a bipartisan issue. This is not a republican only issue
We had 66% of the people regardless of party
Affiliation to say look we don't want we don't let most people like politicians let's be honest
And they certainly don't trust men and they certainly don't want them and they don't trust them to draw the lines
But the democrats are trying to use this septic language in there that
You know and five million dollars of taxpayer money to propaganda you
And to believing this is a good idea
They're hoping that that they'll get a referendum. They'll get a mandate from the people is what they're hoping to
Pass this referendum and go in and and allow the democrat control general assembly to basically draw Republicans into a bloodion
I mean they've already stated that they're going to do this that if they get the power
That people give them the power to redraw these lines. They're going to they've already got them drawn
They've already got candidates running in each of these congressional districts
Where we would have ten to one representation with you know the republican drawing the short end of that
six
So um we we've got to get people out the vote and
There look you know everybody's like I see the democrats have they have all these commercials out there
Well, guess what they have NGO money. They've got all these
unethical ways of getting money. We've never
We've it's the republicans always the grassroots and so we just got to be creative
You know, if you've got a active GOP or get involved there find out what you're party doing
I'm actually going to the apomatic GOP meeting tonight to speak to them
I'm going to I said to the Fairfax GOP last night
And and I said let's me attorneys do what they're trying to do
But I'm not an attorney so we'll leave the
Legally's and the fighting in the courts to those that know but we the people
Who are not attorneys and not working on fighting this in the court
Need to do our part driving people out
But beginning this coming Friday through April the 21st
We've got we this election has to be too big to rig just like president Trump
One his last presidential election, you know
We overcame all the algorithm because he had so much support among
Among the people across the country and even one of the popular votes is um and uh
Their algorithms couldn't keep up their voting computers couldn't keep up and they couldn't dump enough
absentee ballots
Uh to overwhelm
uh president Trump huge
When and so that's what we've got to do with the special election
It's got to be too big to rig we've got about a minute left and that I want to just clarify because we just had a call in and I know you've said it already
But I want it to be very clear to all the listeners
The wording is confusing are we meant to vote no
Oh yeah vote no
Yeah, uh it's pretty easy all those would be no votes
There's four of them on there and they should probably all be no votes
But yeah the wording is very confusing
Amanda we're almost out of time but tell people how they can sign up for the honey badger report
Yes, so everybody can go to the don't forget the the honey badger reports.com in its free
I don't charge you anything to do is I just want you to be educated and let your friends know what's going on
I'm thankful to those who have made contributions. I mean this is
What I'm doing well over full time. I don't have time to get another job. I'm doing this right now. Yeah, all of them
So um, but I something you just said. I really want to emphasize the amendments. We only have the redistricting amendment
Coming up April 21st the rest of the amendments that we talked about there's three other ones. Mm-hmm
Those are going to be in November
Okay, so the vote is no but not until November and the vote that's coming up
And April will be in no right now
Yeah, just always vote now
It's that's the easiest part to remember the Senator Amanda Chase that we really appreciate the work
You're doing another listening audience is weighing in as well appreciating you. Thank you for bringing us up to speed
