You have photoshop, now we have AI, chat GPT, etc. But back in 2009, creepy pasta elevated to a whole new level with the creation of The Slenderman. Most people have the critical thinking skills to successfully determine what is real and what is fantasy, but what about children?

Today we discuss the brutal stabbing attack and attempted murder of 12 year old Payton Leutner, at the hands of her best friend Morgan Geyser and Morgan's friend, Anissa Weier. But despite how shocking this attack on Payton was, even more shocking was the reason behind it - A completely fictional internet boogyman by the name of "The Slenderman."
