Beginning in the 1980’s, the Smurl family began to experience relentless and unspeakable paranormal torment ranging from unexplained noises to foul odors and even violent physical attacks. Frustrated at the lack of help from the church, Jack and Janet Smurl reached out to the infamous (and controversial) paranormal investigating duo Ed and Lorraine Warren, who declared that their home was haunted by several entities - one being a powerful and evil succubus intent on inflicting as much pain on the Smurl family as possible.
