They were looking for a group of people on a jury who just heat billionaires.
I think there shouldn't be billionaires.
Look, I'm no fan of Zuckerberg and I'm definitely no fan of Google.
But this ruling was nuts yesterday.
Now, I could see if they didn't do enough to protect say kids from sex predators.
Algorithms should fix that problem.
That would be a very specific ruling.
That's not what happened.
The ruling was your products too good.
You got to make it suck.
Here is the plan of attorney explaining.
We've sent a message with this that you will be held accountable for the features.
Regardless of whether they're being sex-ploitated,
regardless of those types of issues,
just because of the features alone that drive addiction,
these companies can be held accountable.
That's a huge message for these companies.
Okay, what does that mean?
You have to make your product suck.
This is like,
I like the Chick-fil-A spicy sandwich, for instance.
I think it's the best.
I like spicy stuff.
If they said it's Chick-fil-A,
Tara is eating too many of these spicy sandwiches.
I'm a small person.
I really only need half a spicy sandwich.
I hate throwing the other half away.

It's really hard not to eat it.

If they said, okay,
what you're going to do is make your spicy sandwich suck

What they want?
They want the kids' act to pass.
What is that?
Digital ID.
For who?
Not the kids.
Adults.
They're going to have to keep a file on every one of us
with proof we are one who we say we are and two of our age.
What is that?
Digital ID.
It's exactly how they just got to digital ID in Australia.
What is digital ID?
It is the basis for the Chinese social credit system.
How is all this connected?

This is terrifying, but there's a reason they're doing this.
What's so bizarre is you're looking at a partnership right now between Democrats
and Republicans.
The right wing and the left wing to bring this totalitarianism into play in our country.

His platform's too addictive to young people.
They can't help but go on it.

Why are these cases coming forward?
What is this all about?
It's about getting to the market of the beast.
It's about getting it to digital ID.
What is digital ID?
Digital ID is the foundation of the Chinese social credit system.
In that country, you get a score.
Score dips too low.
You become a repellent.
Anybody who associates with you and they can see who does digitally, where's your phone go?
Is that your daughter withdraw from your bank account?
Well, those people scores go down too.
If you don't reject your own family members, your social credit score goes down.
That means your kids don't go to good schools.
They don't get good jobs.
And eventually they can't get on a plane, a trainer, a bus.
You have no idea how they live.
The global elite want it more than anything.
It's total control.
Unlike anything human beings have ever seen.
It scares me more than anything.
And this court case was about getting there.
About getting to total control.
So two degrees have just found this that Mark Zuckerberg and Google just made their product to addicting.
Who's funding these verdicts?
Nobody's asking.
Fox News is just jubilant.
They push this every day, every hour.
We've got to get the kids off social media.
How do you know their kids?
Oh, well, we're going to need digital ID to verify everyone as an adult.
This is not about children.
Don't fall for that.
The social media victims' law center has a singular goal with all of its cases.
It's funding via flashlight capital.
These court cases.
Why?
Over 2000 of them.
Because they want to get to the kids act.

Well, then that means everyone will have to capitulate to a face scan and a digital ID just to make sure you're of age.

So here is, from Media Research Center, supposedly conservative Dan Schneider proposing the most totalitarian idea ever.
But it sounds really good unless you know what you're listening to.
But these companies have just been put on notice that they have to change their product, especially when it's targeting kids.
We have all kinds of restrictions on alcohol, tobacco, and those sorts of things when kids are at issue.
These companies now know they have a heightened liability if they don't take care of the customers who are underage.
So what specifically are we talking-
Stop.
My first job was in a convenience store.
How could I tell who I could sell cigarettes to and who I couldn't?
ID.
Here what he's saying?
ID.
He knows this is what they're angling for.
That's why he says this.
I'll tell you what's not going to happen.
We're not going to follow the Australian model because that would not be constitutional, where there's just an outright ban for children under 16 to even to use social media.
Doesn't matter.
Mark Zuckerberg just had to pay out $6 million to a deeply disturbed girl who had a lot of factors in her life that made her unhappy and she had some mishaps on social media.
Which means just about everybody in the country can say, oh, I got my feelings hurt on social media.
Psychologically damaged.
I need $6 million too.
They've got over 2,000 of these lawsuits.
What are they going to do?
Exactly what just happened in Australia.
By the way, in Australia they said, hey kids can't go online if they're under 16.
They make it a crime?
No.
$50 million fine per case.
What are they doing?
When the legislation was up for a vote, they swore there'd be no digital ID.
It took six months.
Digital ID.
Do you realize you have to get a face scan when you go on Google to do a search as an adult in Australia?
You don't have to do it every time, but you have to do it the first time until they establish it.
So you'll do the face scan, save it, and then you can use other forms of digital ID.
Like did you know your credit cards are digital ID?
Yes, you give them the credit card they got you.
They can tie you to your address because your credit cards tied to all of that and your bank account, they got you.
It's all connected.
It's all connected.
Maria Zsadis, exact same thing happened in Australia.
What they're doing, by the way, as a double whammy, you've got Ted Cruz in the Senate and Annapalina Luna in the house pushing this kids safety act to keep kids off of social media.
So again, how are you going to do it?
What I would really like to see are the manufacturers and the social media companies required to alert parents
when their children's phones are being used improperly.
Keep in mind, as you know, children can't legally contract.
It's the parent that actually buys the phone.
So there can be some remedies here that really help this situation.
Again, there's no way to do that unless you verify the age of the person all adults will have to submit to this.
They can't tell them apart digitally.
Which is exactly what happened in Australia.
Efforts are yet again underway in the US to force the population into a digital ID.
And why do we have to do that again?
Because Republicans are just determined to make digital ID happen in America.
Well, that's how it seems anyway.
This comes from reclaim the net.
Kids off social media act opens the door to digital ID by default.
The bill never says, quote, show your ID, but it quietly demands systems that make anonymous speech impossible.
Congress is once again stepping into the role of digital caretaker.
This time through the kids off social media act with a proposal from rep Anna Polina Luna that seeks to improve federal rules on how young people interact with the world.
The House companion bill to go along with the Senate bill attempts to set national limits on who can hold social media accounts.
See where this is going and they go get to either way.

Zuckerberg is going to come out.
Google is going to come out and say, hey, we're going to need to show any to get it in their Facebook account.
You're going to have to re verify.
You're going to have to date.
It's going to be something like that.

The first time you go to do a search for a recipe or something and they want to scan your face.
And you can't go any further till they do.
But that's what these lawsuits are about now.

They're going to get appealed and hopefully overturned.
However, there's 2000 more out there.
They're going to come at this from every single angle and they're going to break these people down until, guess what?
Everybody needs a digital ID.
In fact, you don't have to ban kids to get the digital ID.
You just have to do what he said.

You have to be able to tie people to the profile that has their bank accounts.
They could freeze your funds when you say wrong things.
Your address, your server, your name, your age, all of it.
The ways this will be used will shock you.

Let me remind you that there are multiple states who've actually said,
no, age verification laws are unconstitutional.
They're actually in violation of the First Amendment.
And yet we have lawmakers that keep pushing them,
even though they are a violation of the First Amendment.
So when it comes to that, we constantly see them pushing the boundaries
where the First Amendment is concerned and they just won't let up.
They just won't let up.
It's not about kids.
It's about we keep seeing more and more of these bills.
Yeah.
Even if those bills don't pass, which is what this is working up to,
they pimp this law on Fox News every single hour.
Why they don't want you criticizing John Thun anymore.
You are brutalizing that guy trying to get the Save Act through.
Save Act goes through Democrats can't cheat, trying to can't help them steal elections.
What are they going to do?
They need digital ID.
Why?
What does digital ID do?
Well, now they know who you are.
Guess what?
You used to have the most popular comments on everything on Google.
But now you just can't get to the top, can you?
Weird, isn't it?
Yeah, because they have IDed you.
They know you from platform to platform to platform.
They can now shut you down across all platforms.

This is part of what I've been warning for years that they want.
A world government built around censorship.
And the key ingredient to get there is digital ID.
Again, you can create virtual digital ID with a face scan because you want to get on Google
and do your search.
And then they say, hey, give us your credit card.
We're not going to charge it.
Bam, they got you.
They've just made your digital ID and you'll never undo it.
You'll never be anonymous online again.
Right?
Of the verdict for Facebook.
And YouTube, aren't you supposed to make your product good and irresistible?
So what sort of record rules against excellence?
Yes, that actually happened.
This is why they took it to LA.
They said, where is the most insane place on in the country, yeah, LA.
So understand this is not, they let a sex predator on.
And I'm trash, Google, I'm, sorry, Facebook for this before because they're Instagram product.
I should call them meta.
Meta's Instagram product, actually was so bad at one point that they were using pizza
at one point that they were using pizza emojis
in the out like allowing it with the algorithm
to go find children for sale for sex.
Their algorithms were actually directing people
look adults looking for sex with kids to the kids.
You wanna show them for that?
Show them all day long, I don't care.
That is a specific harm.
It does not require all adults to give their age to log in.
Notice the left is not suing them for that,
why they love selling kids.
That's why they lost 300,000 of them,
most of it is sex trafficking.
New York Times begged them to stop, they didn't care.
That's not what they want.
That's they're not suing for that.
There's a reason for that.
They're suing based on age
so that everybody, most specifically,
does they don't really care about kids,
has to prove their age.
When order to prove your age,
you gotta prove two things, it's you and your age,
that's digital ID.
They keep it on file.

they socialized, they've done great
in the groups they're in, I mean, it's fine.
