The sudden departure of Scott Mills has added to ongoing scrutiny of the BBC’s handling of presenter conduct issues

with Scott Mills to be, like, not talked about, although there's very little information.

It's either because there's literally nothing new, so the police haven't come out and

made a statement as they often do, so there appears to be nothing, nothing sort of involving

talks about, this is the allegation, or the complainant's identity, that the person

who's made the complaint, when they made the complaint, this was 10 years ago, this

is now, we don't know anything.

We do not know whether Mills, Scott Mills has any right of appeal, or plans to challenge

the decision, like the way Philips Goldfield went and did his thing on the desert island.

We don't know anything about any response, or statement from Scott Mills, or his representatives.

I mean, he has a production company, even working on Radio 2.

That programme was made by his own production company, it wasn't a Radio 2 production, it

was his own production company doing that, I think.

Being reported as of today, and we do not know anything about the internal BBC process

or investigation details, clearly there was a person or a group of people investigating

this at the BBC, and they've made this decision.

So as and when we do learn about that, we can talk about it.
