Pastor Terran got the other staff members together. "Guys I think we've got it wrong!" I thought they all would accept  right away what I had found. But they didn't. And they went to strident people on the other side and read what they had written and I was asking for a sociological miracle.

Terran was an avid surfer who came from a divorced family, and a gay father who was one of the first to die of AIDS. Invited to a surfer camp that was a ministry outreach he heard the Good News of life in Christ and gave his heart to Jesus. Instantly he wanted to tell others this same Good News and he has been doing so ever since!

How did he become a pastor of a very large church? How did he take on the challenge to prove women should be kept out of ministry but saw the error of this view? How did his realization cost him his pastorate? What did he put in his book How God Sees Women, the End of Patriarchy.
