About this episode
In this week's episode, I will invite you to reflect on the concept of transactional analysis, an idea from behavioral psychology. This thesis puts our ego in three states (adult, parent, and child), which vary depending on our behaviour in certain situations. I will share the story through my experience of Jiu-Jitsu class and inspire you to recognise when and why do you act in a way that fits into one of those three brackets. By becoming aware of these ever-changing approaches, you will be better equipped and more self-aware. I hope this will empower you to be more mindful of the ways you act and choose your attitudes more wisely.
I hope you will find this episode insightful and helpful.
