The drama behind the scenes at morning television might be even messier than what’s happening on reality TV. Reports are calling *The Today Show* a full-blown “viper’s nest,” with insiders claiming tensions are rising behind the NBC morning show. What’s really going on with the cast and power dynamics at Today?
Plus, actress Darryl Hannah is publicly calling out Hollywood powerhouse Ryan Murphy, accusing him of misrepresenting her story and reigniting debate about how real-life figures are portrayed in TV dramas.
And the legal trouble for Bravo may be far from over. New lawsuits are being filed against the network as former reality stars continue to speak out about alleged toxic working conditions, manipulation, and behind-the-scenes treatment on some of Bravo’s biggest shows.
Let’s break down what’s happening, who’s involved, and why these stories are suddenly exploding right now.

It's your daily dose of Donna. Welcome to the show today is Friday March 6. We have made it to Friday. You know, that's my happy day of Friday, a beautiful Friday hanging out with my dosers.
That's all I need in life. That's all I need in life. I hope you guys are doing well. I hope you had a beautiful, amazing, productive, successful, gorgeous week. I hope you manifested everything just like Amanda Francis tells us.
I am watching real houses of Beverly Hills. Finally, I'm catching up on the last few episodes. And it's really, it's really an interesting take that girl. She loves the manifestation moment.
So I hope you manifest a phenomenal day ahead for you and a weekend ahead. We have so much to talk about the today show is getting slammed.
Darryl Hannah is attacking Ryan Murphy's portrayal of her not shocked by that in love story. And we have three new lawsuits, three huge new entertainment related lawsuits, one against Bravo, one against CBS, and one against a real estate agent, we a former real estate agent.
We're going to talk about all of that plus more in today's daily dose of Donna.
Hi, everyone. Thank you so much for being here. Thank you for subscribing and hitting like the second you come in. If you haven't subscribed, do that. And if you haven't hit the like, why? Why are you holding back your likes? You have an unlimited amount of likes here on the YouTube's.
Oh, my goodness. How are you guys doing? Last night, I did get lance to start love story. I do have a problem in life. In case you don't know this about me, I am someone that gets severely hyper fixated slash obsessed with things like I will go weeks or even just sometimes only days, but just obsessed like to the point where I can't get enough.
I'm hyper fixated. I Google. I want to look it up. It's in my algorithm. I want to read books. I want to see movies. I want to do all that. And that's kind of just, I don't know if that's an ADHD thing. I don't know exactly where that comes from.
But I am so hyper fixated on the Kennedy's love story, JFK Jr. and Carolina set. Now I will tell you.
So we're going to just pretend and I'm not recapping love story from last night. So don't worry. We're not going to talk about it because I haven't watched it yet because I am a good wife.
And I was hanging out with Lance last night.
And I had, can you believe this love story is the top watch the most watch Disney plus Hulu show, according to the trades. It was a variety post on X.
And that's a really, really big deal that it's doing that well. The point is is that I told him I was like, he got a watch.
And he's like, I don't know a lot about the Kennedys. I was like, you don't have to know about the Kennedys to love this show.
But he didn't even really know like how Jackie O and JFK Jr. were related. So we're starting from brand spanking you.
He already likes it. We've watched almost two episodes. And he's like the soundtrack is bomb. And he was smiling during the love like the sweet scenes. So I've got it. Okay. I pulled him in.
He wanted to watch Paradise season two, which we started last weekend. We started episodes one and two. I think there's four maybe five episodes available of that.
But you guys, I don't know. I really hope it gets better. I loved Paradise season one. That's also a Hulu show. Yes, it's also a Hulu show.
But season two is not doing it for me. I've only watched two episodes, but it's like not.
It's feeling like we're watching loss now, which was a great show, but it's not Paradise. So I don't know. I'm hoping that it will get me back.
Are you into it? If you're watching it, let me know.
Okay. I saw a post actually today on Instagram of all the books that are related to the Kennedys, like a bunch of books that you should read about the Kennedys.
And so I saved it. And I'm going to put them on my list. And I'll start sharing them with you as I read them because you know I'm obsessed. You know I've read asked not.
But I will say something. You know, when it comes to these portrayals of real life stories, I feel confidently strong that a biographer or a researcher is going to do a better job.
Retelling the true story than Ryan Murphy and Ryan Murphy is making it's like he's he's romanticizing the story a lot more than it is.
So now we've heard multiple people come out and say this ain't what really happened. Okay. Now what what we know happened is that
Ryan Murphy, I mean JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bassett end up getting married and die in a plane crash like that we know is happening. So hate to break it to you. There won't be a love story season two.
Real sad real sad about that. We have a we have a sad ending and I'm sorry spoiler alert they die.
Everything else is like a fill in and I think it's loosely based on the truth and there's even a disclaimer at the beginning of the show that says this is loosely based on the truth.
So everyone needs to calm down with everyone saying oh my god, it's not true. Now yesterday I saw a clip of a net bending who came out because in the first episode of the show.
There's a character named in it who wears short hair like a net bending does and is in the Calvin Klein showroom and she's trying on an outfit and Carolyn Bassett basically wins her over in that moment.
And that is like she's amazing, which is then why Calvin Klein sees Carolyn Bassett as like this holier than that person.
That bending was on a show yesterday. I believe on Good Morning America and said that I.
It didn't happen that way. She goes when I was in Calvin Klein showroom and met Carolyn Bassett, which did happen.
It didn't happen that way because I was heavily pregnant. I was going to the premiere of Bugsy.
So I will say that it's not going to be 1,000%. Plus he's retelling a story from random people's accounts of everything. And if you've ever watched.
I don't know real housewives or just even Blake Lively and Justin Beldoni's retelling of what happened on the set.
Everyone has their version of the truth, right? So one person sees something and the other person sees another.
I know that authors of books that have written about this are feeling a little bit annoyed because there's a lot of things that are not portrayed correctly.
I believe that fight that they had in Central Park, that famous fight that we showed and talked about here on the show.
I don't know if anyone really knows what they thought about. I was talking to my sister this morning and she's like, was that actually what the fight was about that she wasn't, you know, she didn't want to marry him and this and that.
And she wasn't sure if she could be his wife because of his family and whatever. And I said, you know, I don't think anyone is ever actually figured out exactly why they had that big public kerfuffle kerfuffle kerfuffle in Central Park.
I think the truth is is that it became more of a assumption based on, you know, the fighting and the throwing the ring and then the pulling of the ring, whatever it was probably about.
Like, I don't want to marry you. No, I do.
So everything is just an assumption, but Darryl Hannah, 90s actress, 80s 90s actress Darryl Hannah and she, of course, you know, is still around and she stopped acting and now she's an activist, married to Neil Young.
She has come out and she is pissed. She is pissed about the story and the truth is I get it because she looks awful in the story. Now, what's her name, the actress that plays her, I'm sure it's right here.
She's the Hemingway's daughter, Maryl Hemingway's daughter. Now I can't read. Dre Hemingway. Dre Hemingway plays her and she, I think, does a phenomenal job kind of becoming Darryl Hannah's character.
Darryl Hannah was prettier in my opinion than Dre Hemingway playing Darryl Hannah in real life, but Darryl Hannah has that same kind of like a John, John, John.
It sounds the same. When I listen to interviews of Darryl Hannah or hear Darryl Hannah talk, I feel like she nailed Darryl Hannah's intonation, her tone, her approach, her dialect, like everything, just her energy, but Darryl Hannah is not happy about her character in the show because Darryl Hannah is written as a needy emotional,
like flippant, druggy, partier, who comes in and kind of like tries to take JFK back and he does, he's not into her.
Like he loves her and then he falls out of love with her and then he kills her dog by mistake by walking the dog and letting the dog go and the dog ends up getting hit by a card such a tragic story.
And then he has to fly with the, he feels guilty and he has to fly with the ashes back to Los Angeles for her and the story according to some biographers is that he was really upset about that because his mother, Jackie, I was dying in that moment.
And he didn't want to have to do that, but she made him do that. So there like Darryl Hannah comes off awful in this series.
So another thing that Darryl Hannah comes off as really bad is that she goes to the funeral of Jackie O in this in the episode three or whenever Jackie O dies spoiler alert, Jackie O dies.
And Jackie did not like Darryl according to the show Darryl is not someone that Jackie wanted for Jack JFK junior to marry.
She wanted him to be with someone else and there's a very clear scene where she says, I don't know who that girl is. I know who it is it who it isn't and in one scene Darryl Hannah came to dinner at Jackie's home for like a family dinner and Jackie stayed in her bed and ate in her bed.
I assume there is a version of that. That's true. But in the funeral scene she comes to the funeral JFK junior didn't even invite her. He's kind of upset that she's there because he knows that his mom didn't like her and they were broken up at the time.
But in the funeral scene, he goes out to the balcony to say hi to all the well wishes downstairs in the paparazzi and Darryl Hannah comes out there with him. But from everything I've heard and seen Darryl Hannah never actually did go outside.
And stand there on the balcony with him. So they're taking a lot of, they're stretching the truth, I should say, on the show. But Darryl Hannah is not happening it, having it. Okay, she's pissed. They call her outraged and they say that she blasts her portrayal and she denies ever taking cocaine. Now that part I just can't believe.
I think every single one of these celebrities were all taking cocaine in these days in the early 90s, late 80s. Yeah, creative liberty. That's the word that I was looking for. Think you guys are like my producers. I love it.
It says she says the show was not even remotely accurate in an explosive new essay written for the New York Times. She accused the show of portraying her as irritating self-absorbed, whiny and inappropriate.
And insisted that it was not even a remotely accurate representation of her life, her conduct or her relationship with John.
She says I've generally chosen not to respond to media coverage of me. I have long believed that engaging with distortion often amplifies it. But a recent tragedy exploiting television series about John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bassett features a character using my name and presents her as me.
The choice to pretend portray her as irritating self-absorbed, whiny and inappropriate was no accident. Storytelling requires tension. It often requires an obstacle, but a real living person is not a narrative device, she says.
She also continues and says there is also a gendered dimension to this thinking popular culture has long elevated certain women by portraying others as rivals obstacles or villains. Isn't it textbook misogyny to tear down one woman in order to build up another.
She says this character is not even a remotely accurate representation of my life, my conduct or my relationship with John.
She says the actions and behaviors attributed to her are untrue. She says she has never once used cocaine or hosted cocaine fueled parties. I have never pressured anyone into marriage. I have never desecrated any family heirloom or intruded upon anyone's private memorial.
I have never planted any story in the press. I never compared Jacqueline O. NASA's death to a dog. It's appalling to me that I even have to defend myself against a television show. These are not creative embellishments of personality. They are assertions about conduct and they are false.
She says there is real life consequences and she's claimed she's received many hostile and even threatening messages from viewers who seem to believe that the portrayal is factual.
That's a bummer. If you're out there right now and you're writing notes to Darryl Hannah getting matter her about the way she's portrayed in this, we should probably stop that. Come on, let's take it down a notch.
Let's take it down a notch. I don't understand how people get this parasocial and insane about characters on TV shows or reality stars or even YouTubers. Everyone needs to take it down a notch.
When entertainment borrows a real person's name, she says it can permanently impact her reputation.
And that's it. So she says I've been working on environmental advocacy documentary filmmaking animal assisted therapy for seniors living with dementia and Alzheimer's.
My professional life is built on compassion and responsibility. Reputation is not about ego. It is about the ability to continue doing the meaningful work I love.
Okay. So the question here is, does Ryan Murphy O. Darryl Hannah an apology.
If I were Darryl Hannah and this was me, I would be pissed too. I mean, she's so incredibly, she's like the villain version of, I would say the villain version of Darryl Hannah.
So if I were Ryan Murphy, I would send Darryl Hannah some sort of like an apology.
But at the same time, he's very clear that is a re-dramatization and that it's not based. It's not a true story, true story.
Also, there is no way that Darryl Hannah is looking back at herself in the 90s and thinking that was, I was exactly like that.
No matter what, even if she was exactly like that, because human beings are usually not capable of seeing themselves in the light that maybe others see them.
And it's a really hard thing to be able to say, I come off as whiny and appropriate, you know, this and this and that.
I think that you are just kind of the way you are and then you think that you're the best version of yourself and other people see you in a different way. So it's all perspective.
But this is what Ryan Murphy basis his career on, taking real life situations and making re-dramatizations and creating these, these fictionalized kind of like fascinating stories based on real life.
I just think this one is such a big deal and it is such a big part of pop culture phenomenon right now that Darryl Hannah wanted to respond because she looks real bad.
She does.
Interesting.
Okay.
I'm still watching that should from back and forth.
Okay. I am watching it from the beginning to the end every single episode. I'm loving it and I'm listening to the Spotify playlist of the soundtrack every day.
So if you want to come back to the 90s with me, light yourself a cigarette and flip your hair, become Carolyn Bassett.
Let's do it.
Also the actress Sarah pigeon who plays Carol Carol and Bassett is so phenomenal.
I love her so much like I love her beyond and also the actor who plays JFK Jr is phenomenal. They do such a great job.
Finally, I want to say something and this is a little slight over to Blake Lively, the biggest B in the history.
I don't know if you guys know there's a new document on the docket that lists every single content creator and every single piece of content that has been part of the smear campaign.
Of course, I'm named Zach's named every single creator that you've ever watched about Blake Lively most likely is named on this including places like entertainment tonight access Hollywood inside addition ABC NBC.
I'm like, what?
So the world.
So if you talk about Blake Lively, you're engaging in a smear campaign. Cool.
Like get a life girl.
Anyway, the point about that is that if you guys remember the biggest issue here that really started everything off was the fact she didn't read the book.
She didn't read Carol.
Sorry, Colleen Hoover's book.
But these two did and they said it in a in an Instagram interview that I watch someone asked have you read Carol Radswell's book what remains.
And they said yes, we've read everything we've listened to everything we are like heavily researched into our characters.
You know what I can appreciate someone that actually reads a book if they're doing a movie based on something.
Blake, to not read a book before you do the movie based on the book feels insane.
Feels absolutely insane.
All right.
Next story.
Oh, and speaking of books actually really quickly Patreon on my Donna's group chat we picked our March book.
And I let you guys choose it in a pull and it was down to three thrillers and we picked our book.
So make sure to head on over there, start reading because we have our our first book club slash TV talk meeting group chat basically on March 31.
So I'm excited about that.
We also have another Patreon happy hour zoom next Friday.
I believe a week from today.
Okay.
Let's get into our next story, which is this new smear campaign against the today show.
As you guys know, Savannah got three came back to the today show yesterday.
They took all the pictures.
They released all the pictures.
I know Zach Peter has been talking about.
It's so weird that Savannah's getting so much press back at the debate today show and she was like kind of hiding from the world when she was actually looking for her mom.
In Arizona.
Also, I have an update about that really weird update about what the FBI just released about Nancy Guthrie's case.
But this article I found was kind of crazy.
They basically are saying that.
That the today show is a.
Viper's nest.
That's what they're calling the today show.
They're saying toxic behind the scenes truth about Savannah got threes tearful today show return.
It's a viper's nest.
Now, I'm dying to know why or who or what.
Like who's releasing these these videos and these clips and these these stories.
Because this actually does not make the today show look very good.
So I'm curious because you you would think that maybe it's good morning America.
That would make more sense that good morning America is smearing the today show because they know that they're winning.
Okay, so it says that even though Savannah got three was embraced publicly by her sympathetic looking today show colleagues.
And they shared in her anguish cried tears of despair told her how happy they were to see her.
Cruel truth.
This is according to this article is that many of them hope she'd never come back.
It says that is the brutal reality of life behind the scenes on America's most watch morning TV show.
According to multiple sources.
It's a viper's nest.
Even if you're suffering.
Guthrie, of course, left early February, the second that her mom was discovered is missing.
Nancy Guthrie has just vanished into thin air and there's no arrest, no nothing.
But she's now come back and production staffers who fear that Savannah's high standards and high profile were more relaxed in her absence.
They actually prefer this is according to this article.
They prefer her friendlier fluffier replacement hoda copy on air talent started thinking about how they could start buying themselves more screen time.
The source says you think the morning show is bad.
That's nothing.
These people will steal your chair while you're sitting in it.
From the hair and the makeup people to the producers, you can't trust anyone.
They all talk four days before Guthrie's brief visit to the studio NBC bosses held a production meeting.
Ambitious up and comers hoped it would yield information about their future.
They were frustrated when top brass announced that Guthrie would be coming back at a later date and to keep her in their thoughts.
Then after she visited yesterday, NBC released a statement to confirm her return.
They said Savannah Guthrie stopped by the studio this morning to be with and thank her today show colleagues.
Well, she plans to return to the show on air.
She remains focused right now supporting her family and working to help bring Nancy home.
The message was loud and clear.
She's going nowhere. Vipers be damned is what the article says.
So I don't know who released this.
It doesn't sound like the today's show would want this to come out.
But someone who doesn't like Savannah wanted this out.
And I'm not surprised.
Listen, not that I'm saying that people don't like Savannah as a person.
They may.
I just think that morning shows TV anchors.
These are all competitive AF positions.
And just like actors, I don't truly believe other actors are happy for other actors when they win the Golden Globe or the Oscar.
I think that's all bullshit. You guys know it is.
They may, you know, be proud of them or whatever, but they they wanted that for themselves.
Actors TV stars on air talent.
They want they want it for themselves.
And I think you'd be insane to think that there was no one at the TV show was that was hoping that if Savannah leaves.
Oh, my God, that means that maybe Hoda will go into there or that someone else will go up there.
And then there was there's going to be a space for me in the third hour on the fourth seat next to Willie Geist or whatever.
I am sure 1,000%.
That there are people in that studio that are ready to pounce.
I'm not saying they had anything to do with Nancy Guthrie's disappearance.
I'm just saying that people jump on tragedy when Matt Lauer got fired.
I guarantee you some of those men were like, yes.
Only not only because he was a complete creep and was like a sexual harasser and abuser.
But because people were probably like, no, they're going to need another man in that front spot.
Yes.
So I am sure it is true.
Now that being said, Brian Enten is reporting, you know, I always go to Brian for my Nancy Guthrie updates because we get a lot of updates over on X from people that are just talking out of their ass.
And I don't know exactly who is speaking about this.
But Brian Enten is confirming that the FBI is saying, and this is wild, that there was a possible internet outage during the time Nancy Guthrie went missing on that night.
I don't know what the hell that means an internet outage that feels like real big.
But it says that one neighbor tells Brian Enten that his ring camera history is mysteriously not available the night Nancy disappeared.
Well, this is not coming out before day 34 is like mind boggling because I would imagine the night that it happened the weeks after it happened.
People would say like, well, let me go and look at my ring footage.
Oh, that's weird. It's not there.
I don't know why they're only coming out with it on March 6.
Maybe it's just because FBI is involved and they're actually saying it.
And by the way, I'm very confused that the FBI is involved because I thought the FBI wasn't involved.
So nothing really makes sense to me.
But if that is true, and if the entire neighborhood's internet was out during those two hours or three hours or whatever, then it feels bigger than just some random guy that just took Nancy.
So I have no idea, but Robin, I'm with you.
There's something shady. She says I swear bananas had something to do with it.
I know that he had something to do with something.
And I have no idea what I have no idea what.
Look how exciting.
El Chubi says, yay.
Just upgraded to the group chat patreon tier.
And I'm excited to read the book.
I am so excited that you're going to be there more to come over there.
I have a lot of really fun things planned.
I am with you guys that.
This case is according to Nancy Grace, which is so weird on Wednesday.
She goes, this case is red hot.
And I'm like.
It feels blue cold.
It doesn't feel red hot at all.
Special case says I'm worried.
Brian Enten is worried.
It's a neighbor.
Listen.
It wouldn't be that crazy.
Oh, and let's go back to theory number one.
If you guys remember when I used to be part of the Nancy Guthrie finding Nancy Guthrie.
Facebook group, but I had to pull out of that because those people were wild.
They were blaming it on everything.
But this Nancy, this Nancy Guthrie had a neighbor.
Do you guys remember this one account that wrote on Facebook in that group?
And I shared it that this neighbor.
There's someone that lives a few blocks away from Nancy in that area.
And she's like a 70 something year old woman.
And she has a 40 something year old son.
And that 40 something year old son has a bad arrest record.
He's he's been, you know, arrested.
He's he's a troubled troubled guy.
And he's staying with his mom in that neighborhood.
Hasn't bananas looked into him?
And just like you guys are bringing up.
What about the neighbor with the big ring?
The one that showed up to the scene of the crime two times in a row.
The weeks after Nancy Guthrie was missing Jason, where's neighbor Jason?
None of it makes sense.
Also if she had an internet outage, how do they have footage from the nest?
Because that's all internet.
Makes sense, you guys.
I mean, no one is saying.
No one is saying any honest like.
Truth about what the FBI is saying in terms of this is just like been kind of a.
A vibe right like that that the FBI is saying this.
Okay.
There is some Karen read updates.
So Karen read, I'm going to try to just explain this to you through micro dots.
Okay. Well, micro dots posted on X about this.
And I think this is interesting.
So Karen read.
There's there was this ridiculous emergency motion.
That was trying to get a hold of Karen reads phone.
Okay.
Now in this case.
A lot of a lot of people were saying that Karen reads said on her phone.
She said something along the lines of I'm dead.
I'm f'ing dead.
Do you have any clue about what's on the phone that they took?
This is what she allegedly said on this phone that was extracted and taken.
Okay, but this is what happened in the court.
In the courts this morning, I believe it happened this morning, right?
And Melanie little was live.
So I'm going to share the little clip that micro dot shared of Melanie little's live streaming of it.
And micro dot says after doubling down that he was right, attorney Mark Diller confesses he was wrong and withdraws the ridiculous emergency motion.
This is what happens when you rely on idiots on Twitter for your audio analysis.
Okay, let's watch this together.
We do.
Your Honor, thank you for the opportunity to meet and confer.
The parties have met and conferred the agreement that we have in places.
The plaintiffs are going to withdraw the current motion that's sitting before this court.
The parties have agreed to act in an expedited fashion towards either reaching a stipulation for some agreement as to how to deal with the issue for the court.
The issue for the phones.
Honor before the date that they get released back into the custody of Karen Reed.
And we have agreed that we will continue to work in good faith towards that end.
I also want to acknowledge to this court and to misread that I was mistaken when I interpreted her words to say I'm dead.
You're on our generally that is the agreed agreement that we've reached the one clarification I would provide is that we are going to work in an expedited fashion to come up with an agreement for how the phones will be accessed and searched, etc.
And we're going to try to agree on that kind of protocol and absolutely agreement you'll come back correct, Your Honor.
The prior agreements relative to the extractions remain in place.
Correct.
And the council from his read have agreed consistent with the temporary order that I put in that there'll be no deletions or anything from made from the phones.
Correct.
That's correct, Your Honor.
So I'll just keep that order in place.
And if you need my assistance, not going to do very much today.
Next time, let me know.
Okay.
Thank you, Your Honor.
Thank you very much.
All right.
So Karen Reed got a little win today in court.
Alan Jackson, of course, was there.
Yeah.
Love seeing Peter Murphy.
Peter Murphy in the second.
I love this.
Yeah.
Her hair looks good.
She's lighting that shit up.
Right.
Her hair looks light.
She looks happy.
Well, she actually doesn't look happy in the clip.
She actually looks really pissed.
But she looks.
She looks.
More in control.
Look, she's not sitting on the in the defense anymore.
Yeah.
Obviously she is in the defense here.
As, you know, for the civil trial.
But it's, it's actually really interesting.
It's.
It's a.
I think to say I'll apologize and say I'm sorry.
Is a big deal for a attorney ever.
So he is withdrawn his motion for a temporary restraining order,
and he's really looking at the law, he's going to get.
He's going to have to be on dogs, and he's not going to have to know
that.
And he's not going to have the time of his death.
He's not going to have to go on and read cell phones.
He acknowledges that he was mistaken when he interpreted,
that I'm dead.
I am entering dead.
So it's all good, it's all good.
Um, the drama around Karen Read on Twitter.
With all these characters, it's really.
That is a show on its own.
Obviously, it started there with the turtle boys of the world.
L and X that sometimes I just have to completely eliminate myself from paying attention because
it drives me crazy.
There's so much drama with these people that are talking about Karen Reed.
I don't even know if I can explain it to you.
It's kind of like when there's drama between the content creators who are talking about
Blake, Lively and Justin Bell, don't he?
There's fights, there's smear campaigns, there's attacks, there's clicks, exactly.
There's branches of crazy drama and I can't bring myself to care enough to know exactly
who's on whose side and then we also have the side of Aiden Karney and his ex Meredith
who is beyond Kuku for Coco Puffs in my opinion and has gone, you know, balls to the wall
to try to take him down and release all his phone records like it's too much.
It's almost like high school on crack.
That's how I feel and I can't, I can't like find myself to care enough.
Now Miranda sent me a DM yesterday or the day before that said Aiden mentioned me on his
show saying that he liked doing my show here and he would do it again.
And I would be interested, but honestly, the drama that's so much, there's so much drama.
I don't know if I want to bring that back into my life.
I will cover Karen Reed stuff from here until the cows come home because that was a story
that just enamored the shit out of me.
I was like, talk about hyperfixation, okay?
I was obsessed with that.
But anytime I see the mass hall mafia or someone named Kate or anti-deb or all these people,
I don't know what to do with myself.
I'm just like, delete, delete, delete.
It's kind of like when I get myself in a Twitter hole of watching Crazy Candace at Owens
and Tucker Carlson and like their drama, now Megan Kelly, it's like so much drama.
Can we just like stick with the facts and stop this infighting bullshit?
Okay.
Anyway, as I say this, as I've like had so much drama with content creators in the past.
But I've really tried to just stay in my own lane lately.
I've really tried to just stick with myself and just kind of focus only on, you know,
the court cases and the trials and the true crimes scandals and the reality TV that
I'm covering without getting involved with other content creators.
And it takes a lot for me because I have to shove my mouth.
Although, Andy and I got in, Andy Signor and I got into a little bit of an argument
because I went after him on Twitter and then we took that over to text.
But I think we're okay now.
Okay.
I really should get off X.
X is, and I know that people watch the show now on X, but the crazy shit that happens
on X, the create it like it raises my blood pressure.
I go on X and I leave angry.
That's not a good sign.
Not a good sign for anything, right?
Okay.
We have to talk about these lawsuits.
There's so many lawsuits that are talking that are happening right now and they all got
to announce yesterday three major lawsuits.
So the first one I want to talk about is Tracy Tudor.
Tracy Tudor from those of you guys that know who she is.
She is a real estate agent.
She is incredibly successful.
She has a lot of, I mean, she's got a lot of followers, a lot of money.
She's good.
Okay.
Her, her father, I believe, is like a very, very successful person.
Anyway, she used to be a million dollar listing.
LA, I'm so sad that that show isn't coming back.
It feels like that show is way long gone.
But now, and this, I knew she was involved in this because I remember hearing her speak
about this in LA Times article maybe a year ago or something, but there is a huge trial
right now happening against the Alexander brothers.
I have not touched this because the Alexander brothers are disgusting.
It's orange and tall and alone.
And basically these three brothers were without getting into the whole case.
They're basically three awful, sexual harassing, abusing, disgusting men, okay?
Allegedly, because they're currently in trial.
Tracey Tudor has now added to the claims against them and she claims real estate titan
Orrin Alexander drugged and sexually assaulted her in a new lawsuit.
She filed this lawsuit against Orrin Alexander on the same day that a federal jury began
deliberating his fate in a criminal sex abuse trial and she joins dozens of accusers who
say that the brothers, Orrin, tall and alone, drugged and sexually assaulted them with
11 of the alleged victims testifying during the month's long federal trial.
This is really, really graphic and awful and I feel bad for her.
She says she woke up naked and surrounded by a pool of blood after being drugged by Alexander
a luxury home broker at a real estate event in 2014.
She says she blacked out after sipping a drink handed to her during a 2014 recruiting
trip and was later found in a bathroom with Alexander who was kissing her and touching
himself.
She then woke up the next morning in a mystery hotel room naked and alone with her tampon
on the floor surrounded by blood.
That is just awful.
But this is her first time ever going public with this account, parts of which she says
were shared anonymously with the New York Times.
She's not amongst the 11 victims named in the case because, well, actually, I don't
know why she didn't, but she said that in 2014, real estate firm Douglas element paid
to fly her from her home in Los Angeles to a recruiting event featuring top executives
at the industry.
She then went to a group dinner for further networking and that's where she was with
him.
She thought he would be a key person to refer LA business to her if she joined and helped
to build a new office.
And when Tudor arrived, they ordered drinks at the bar and she was bizarrely handed a
large pink cocktail.
She said she would never order that drink herself since her drink of the choice at the
time was a tequila soda, but she wanted to not make a fuss during what could be a
very important night of networking.
When the drink was done, she blacked out losing her memory of the rest of the evening.
And that's when a friend later discovered her in the men's room in a stall with him,
Alexander, who had a shirt unbuttoned and was kissing her and on information and belief
was touching her in intimate areas for her own sexual gratification, his own sexual
gratification.
Tudor was acting out of her mind, the friend recounted and he got into a heated argument
with Alexander before removing Tudor from the restroom.
But then she woke up in the mystery hotel room the next day.
Her used tampon had been taken out, was surrounded by blood and her purse was gone.
The purse was later returned by Alexander's assistant who asked at the handoff, are
we good?
So the guy that did this to her said, are we good?
Well, she has no recollection of who committed the hotel assault after a version of her account
was published anonymously in the news years later.
A man left a mysterious voicemail only saying, I'm sorry.
Alexander's attorney Jason Goldman said that Tudor, time the filing of the lawsuit for
maximum media impact, choosing the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial, despite
the fact that the allegations are more than a decade old as if that matters and have
already been aired publicly.
So his attorney is saying this appears to be nothing more than a transparent attempt
to create headlines and taint the proceedings at a critical moment.
Well, I feel incredibly awful for Tracy Tudor.
That's a really, really horrible and graphic story.
I don't know how she ended up going from, it sounds to me like her friend saw her in the
bathroom being taken advantage in that way.
How the hell did she end up in the hotel room?
How did her friend not take her home with him or her?
So sad, but I'm glad she came out and said this.
So that's the first lawsuit.
Then we have a major, major lawsuit against Bravo.
And this one is massive.
So an alumni from below deck, which is Bravo's big show that takes place, of course, on
a boat, on a yacht, traversing around the world.
One that was on the show in 2015, his name is Emil Cots.
I think I'm saying that right, because I don't remember watching the season KOTCE is
suing NBC universal, which of course includes Bravo for $633 million, $633 million, over allegations
of sexual harassment on the set of the show.
He appeared on season three of the show in 2015, and he filed an amended federal lawsuit
against the network in October 2025.
His initial complaint was filed in June 2025.
So I don't know why we're just hearing about it now, but he is claiming in this amended
lawsuit that during his time on the show, he was subjected to a hostile work environment
rife with sexual harassment, manipulation, and dangerous conditions.
I'm going to show you guys a picture of Emil in case you remember watching season three
of below deck.
I don't know if he played a good dude or not a nice guy like was he, I don't know.
Maybe you guys know I have no memory of this, but oh, Leslie says it was the crazy season
with that girl who quit and jumped off the boat.
Interesting.
I didn't watch that season.
Now I feel like I have to.
Yeah, I did.
It says that the professional yacht deck hand further alleges that NBC Universal failed
to protect him from abuse and defamed him misappropriated his likeness and engaged in
a cover up and retaliation campaign to silence and discredit him when he sought redress elsewhere
in the federal complaint.
He alleges that he was tricked into participating in on the series under false pretenses that
it was a documentary about yachting life.
He says that the show's producers began steering him into a romantic entanglement with
co-star Rocky Dakota.
Besides accusing NBC Universal and the below deck producers of discriminating against him
for being from South Africa, he claims that the season three of the Bravo series was allegedly
edited to falsely portray him as misogynistic and immature.
As for his once promising yachting career, he alleges that it was destroyed and that
he has been effectively blacklisted from the industry with an estimated $123 million
in lost future earnings.
And he also is citing out-of-pocket medical costs for medical and psychological treatment
of trauma and lasting emotional distress that includes PTSD, anxiety and depression.
So $633 million.
$123 in alleged loss income and $500 million in punitive damages and $10 million in compensatory
damages.
NBC Universal has filed a motion to dismiss his lawsuit in November 2025.
And they are arguing that the complaint which was filed 10 years later after season three
first aid first aired came past the statute of limitations.
And they're also citing the first amendment saying as a general matter, the first amendment
forbids the government, including the judicial branch from dictating what we see or read
or speak or hear.
So what do you guys think?
Another lawsuit against Bravo and NBC Universal.
Listen, that below deck show is pretty wild.
Okay, below deck, we've seen a lot of weird stuff happen.
And I think there's like a little bit of maritime law going on over there where they just
feel like they're in the middle of the ocean, like let them be like let them be crazy.
Remember that one story about that one really drunk deck hand who was sexually harassing
one of the other women like on camera, I mean, behind the door, but on camera.
So there's certain things like that that I find interesting.
Now I have not seen a season and I'm curious, but I'm assuming he got a really bad edit
and he got, he came off like a douchebag.
And usually the people that end up suing are the ones that are not liked, right?
Lea McSweeney, Brandy types, like this guy.
So I'm assuming he wasn't liked.
And maybe he hasn't been able to make any sort of career for himself since that happened.
But the question is, do you, do you just kind of let it happen and just go on with life
or do you try to make some money back?
I mean, someone took this lawsuit on so there must be an actual potential real ability
for him to win, but 633 million, I just kind of can't believe it would ever happen.
Maybe they'll settle out of court.
Maybe that's the goal.
The final case is truly one of the craziest things.
And this has to do with amazing race.
So if anyone here watches amazing race, this is wild.
Now I have not seen this season.
I used to watch amazing race all the time.
I love amazing race actually, but it just like, I feel like I forgot to watch it.
It's like I kind of just moved on with it.
But the stars of amazing, amazing race season last year, season last year, season 37.
Here is the, let me show you the article on Deadline so you can just see a picture of
them so you can kind of picture Jonathan Towns and Anna Towns.
They were portrayed in season 37 as being, they had a bad edit once again, okay?
And now they are suing Paramount and CBS, ABC Signature and Jerry Brookheimer for $8 million.
And the loss it was just filed this month in L.A. Superior Court.
Okay.
So what are they claiming?
They're claiming that the show edited footage to make him Jonathan look abusive and horrible.
They're saying that producers use decontextualized clips.
They created a false and highly damaging portrayal.
And they portrayed him as a morally depraved, brutal and abusive spouse.
So anyone that has seen this season, you would know that he was, and I haven't seen it,
but apparently he was edited to seem like awful.
Okay.
And probably not edited, he was awful.
He was very controlling.
He would yell at her and make it seem like everything was her fault.
This is what people felt when they were watched the show.
So obviously he had a very bad take of how he was portrayed on the show.
And they're saying this portrayal was not accurate.
It wasn't applied to any other contestants.
And now it's damaging to Jonathan's reputation, which by the way, if you go on a reality
show, just know it may be damaging to your representation.
So during the season, we saw a lot of arguing, name calling and criticism.
And she was reprimanded for how she, oh, he was reprimanded for how he spoke to her.
So viewers felt he was demeaning and emotionally harsh towards her.
But the couple made it all the way to the finale and finish in third place.
Get what they want, you guys, in addition to $8 million in damages.
They want a jury trial.
They want disclaimers explaining Jonathan's autism diagnosis.
They want a public apology and this is beyond my belief.
They want a re-edit of the season.
They want the amazing race editors to sit there and re-edit the entire season.
How insane is that?
When you go on a reality show and sign a damn contract, which I'm sure amazing races contract
is psychotic because you're taking planes, trains, automobiles, you're doing dangerous stunts.
I'm sure that contract protects that network in every possible way ever, okay?
Even if you got for a bid die, it protects the network.
You think that because you're being an A-hole on a show and it's actually words that are
coming out of your mouth that you have a right to then say, I don't like the way you made
me look.
It's giving Blake lively.
It's giving Blake lively who basically is saying, I did A, B, and C and you're talking
badly about me.
So I'm going to go after you and sue you.
I'm sorry, what takes some accountability?
You're a douchebag.
If you are portrayed in a certain way on amazing race, I'm going to guarantee that that's who
you are and you just don't want to see it.
It's Darryl Hannah.
I don't know if Darryl Hannah was that way, but I'm just saying most people do not know
who they are until they see themselves on TV.
That's why I would never do a reality show.
Do you guys think I would get the villain at it?
A hundred percent.
I was telling Zach this yesterday.
I said, Zach, you know, I'm not the first person to call misogyny.
But I do believe that Zach gets away with saying so much more than I do.
And he always has.
And he always will.
For example, if Zach and I had the exact same script and we read something and like created
TikTok or real based on the script, he would get like, I love you.
You're so funny.
It's sassy.
Oh, my gosh.
You're saying what everyone's thinking and I would get you're such a bitch, Donna.
Like I can't believe you would say that.
Have a heart.
It's unfollow.
Go F yourself.
It's really truly a consistent like R and his and Zach's take on this is that Zach's
take is that his audience, he's curated an audience to just expect him to say things
like that.
But I don't actually think that that's true.
We have so much of the same audience.
I just think that people don't like people go after girls more, but anyway, that's besides
the point.
I think that if I was on a show, I would be portrayed as the villain because I say what's
on my mind, right?
I say what's on my mind.
I am unfiltered and a lot of times that tends to happen.
We should do an experiment like that since we're at the end of their show.
Let's see if Zach picks up the phone.
We really should.
They go after looks more for women, is that what you said?
Hi, I'm live on Daily Dose of Donna.
Hey, Zach, remember how yesterday I said that if we had the exact same script and we
both said the same thing, you would be like the funny one and I would be the bitch.
Can we test it?
Yeah, we should test it.
Like we should come up with something and say the exact same thing on a real and like
release it the same day.
No, let's do it with something else.
Let's do it with like something that's like less high stakes.
We'll figure something out.
We need to take a topic, zero to disagree with you if they think that you agree with us.
Yeah, well, some people agree and then some people say that I hold back a little too much.
See, that's my opinion is that you like to say, say what I don't, just kind of, I don't
like it.
Well, all the time.
I think people are sensitive to me, so disensitized from my mouth and I can say there's
things when they don't even have people the way they used to because they've tried so
many times to stop, you know, they never worked.
Yeah, that's true.
So I just keep saying crazy things.
And you like to say you on Instagram, you can give a little more thing to you.
Okay, I'll zing it up, I'll zing it up and let's let's see how much hate I get.
I just don't see a lot of snark pages online about men, but I see a ton of snark pages online
about women, but it's not just I'm not just talking about me right now, I'm talking about
it in general, there's so many snark pages on Reddit, et cetera, that are focused on
influencer women, podcast women, but there's not that many about men, but Jeff Lewis falls
kind of in the middle, though, you know what I mean, because he's gay, yeah, all you gay
men are just like women, I love a gay man, though.
So I'm not scared of gays like Shia LaBuff.
Did you see that clip, oh, I haven't seen that the clip of Shia LaBuff saying I'm scared
of gay men, like what a piece of shit, big gay man, he said big gay men, like bears.
Yeah, it's considered a big gay, yeah, big gay, is he talking about big, big down there
or just big and stature, never know, I'm scared of, I'm scared of big girth too.
Who is it?
All right, I love you, I love you, Zach.
All right, I love you, bye.
Bye.
Sorry, it's hard to hear, Zach.
Yeah, I think it's because I have a, my gardener is here and he was like blowing right
outside my window and it was grabbing that air and it was all over the place.
What Zach said, you guys heard him at the beginning, though, right, towards the, you heard
the beginning of the conversation.
He said that girthy men are scary, okay?
So if you have a big girthy penis, just don't stay away from us.
Also if you have a micro penis, anyway, it's a Friday, it's a Friday, okay, I love you
guys so much.
Thank you for being here.
Oh, you couldn't make out Zach at all the entire time, that's so weird.
All right.
I appreciate you guys so much.
Thank you for being here and I love you.
I will talk to you on Monday.

I'll see you guys soon, love you.
Bye.
