About this episode
This week I'm talking about transformation - not the polished version we see on social media, but the real, messy, beautiful process that happens behind the scenes.
Inspired by watching a close friend build an incredible event from a simple idea, and reflecting on over two decades of watching dancers grow from nervous beginners into confident performers, and even sharing my own story and why the greatest transformations aren't found in the trophy, the title, or the achievement.
They're found in the person you become along the way.
If you've ever felt like you're not where you want to be yet, this episode is a reminder that growth isn't linear, confidence isn't built overnight, and the journey itself may be transforming you more than you realise.
Because the real transformation isn't what you achieve.
It's who you become in the process. 🤍
