"They Are Stalling": Rogan O’Handley Exposes the Republicans Blocking Voter ID

About this episode

Rogan O’Handley (DC Draino) joins Joe Pags to blow the whistle on what is really happening behind closed doors in the Senate. While they claim to support election integrity on TV, specific Republican Senators are quietly killing the SAVE Act—the only bill that would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

In this episode:

  • The Traitors: We name the specific GOP Senators (Thune, Cornyn, Curtis) stalling the bill and why they are doing it.
  • The Fake Excuses: Why the "filibuster" defense is a lie designed to protect the uniparty.
  • The Stakes: If this bill dies, millions of ineligible voters could decide the next election.
  • The Money Trail: Who is funding the opposition to voter ID? (Hint: It’s not just Democrats).

We are witnessing a betrayal of the American voter. Listen now to find out who needs to be held accountable.

Quote of the episode: "John Thune doesn't want to do that... he is trying to run out the clock." — Rogan O'Handley

And they are. In this interview with D.C. Draena, we named the names and break down exactly how the save act is being stalled and who's responsible. Why is it do you think that these people have gotten away with it for so long, just looking us right in the face and lying about who they are and what they'll do? Well, they're smart enough to be convincing in their lie, but not smart enough to circumvent the truth telling machine

that we have created. We the people have created across all of social media. It was a very hard fought battle for the last seven to 10 years. I mean, everyone listening to this has either been banned or has a close personal friend or family member who has been banned on social media. For the crime of what? Telling the truth. That's really all it is. Whether it's the COVID shots, the election fraud, whatever, the billionaire pedophiles. I mean, whatever it is, the truth is finally getting out there. We do, it feels like we're in the golden age of free speech on social media right now. I don't have the reach that you have on social media, but as I said, I'm working on it, but I've got a bigger reach than most people do. I was banned on Twitter because I said hydroxychloroquine works and it did. I was also, I got strikes on YouTube where nobody could see anything because I dared interview Rudy Giuliani and I dared interview Mike Lindell, who had questions about the 2020 election. Are we beyond that yet? Or are they playing games with us? Because right now I'm getting virality on those places now.

You get virality on X, thank God, Elon Musk bought it. But are we past that? Or are they elected to flip a switch again? Should we lose the House, the Senate, maybe the presidency? I think we're absolutely past it while President Trump is in office. I highly doubt they will go back to the old regimen of censorship that was largely state sponsored and state pressured. There's a lot more transparency about that now. And I think as long as the most prolific platform X owned by Elon allows free speech, none of the others can really, it's just a business matter at that point. People just simply won't go on those platforms as much. So huge victory. I also was banned on Twitter for two years for saying that the 2020 election was rigged. That's now becoming common knowledge. So it can go back at any time. We unfortunately don't have anything in the law or besides the First Amendment.

But again, these are private companies. They can technically do that. But when you have a friendly government on our side, that helps. But I don't take any of these for granted, but we absolutely do want to make as much progress as we can while the sun is shining. It's Rogano Hanley, attorney, political commentator, D.C. Draino over on X, D.C. underscore Draino. Go follow them there, go to D.C. Draino.com. So let's talk about the liars who like to lie to our faces. You've got the Save America Act or the Save Act. It was originally the Save Act. We added America to it and the House had a vote for it again. They passed it twice now. It's in the Senate that allegedly has a majority of Republicans. You've got 53 to 47. You need a supermajority to get to Cloture to get out of the filibuster. You could very easily get rid of that by doing the nuclear option that Harry Reid showed us you can do when he was running the Senate. But for some reason, John Thune doesn't want to do that. All right, let's turn to the nuclear option. But Rogano, let's go ahead and do the talking filibuster, which actually means you've got to keep on talking and keep on debating no bathroom breaks.

You need to stop. You just have to keep on going to you fall asleep. And then we can get it to Cloture and get it to the president's desk. We know we've got 50 plus JD Vance that would pass the Save America Act, which is simple legislation that says, just say that you're a citizen if you want to go and vote. Why isn't Thune doing it? Couple of days ago, he pretended like, you know, I'm going to do something and put those Democrats on record. But he didn't mean he was going to do the talking filibuster. He was going to do some stupid vote that's a procedural vote to say, look, the Democrats hate America. Why aren't they doing what we ask them to do when we sent them there? Well, the good news is they can't get away with this, you know, political theater of, oh, we're going to put them on record. Everyone called him out on ex almost instantly. It's like there's a very big difference between saying you're going to put someone on record for a failed vote. Then as opposed to you're going to get it passed. Because this is a 80, 20 issue, more like 90, 10. And that's including Democrats. So there is no reason this shouldn't happen. Unless you are a back stabbing rhino and you want President Trump to lose

so that Democrats can come in and impeach him. And I saw a tweet floating around from 2016 where John Thune says, President Donald Trump should step down. This is after the, you know, grab him by the tape was released. And he, you know, joined Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell and said, all right, you know, Donald Trump should step down and Mike Pence should get in there immediately. And, you know, that's the type of guy we're dealing with. Pence was obviously the establishment plant completely backstabbed us on January 6, lying fraud. Can't stand him. Judas Pence took the silver. Sorry, I'm still angry about it. But John Thune is one degree removed from that. He is doing his best to navigate the rhino type rope and trying to make it look like he's on our side without fully exposing himself. But I have personally just started calling him out. I'm like, I'm done with this guy. I call him Thune, the backstabbing buffoon.

This is a slam dunk issue. And the guy keeps coming up with excuse after excuse after excuse as to why he won't do it shame on him. And we've got people like Mike Lee, who are saying, no, no, no, the constitution allows you to do this. What are you doing? The filibusters done in the constitution, that was added by James A. Polk to try to get to cloture faster. And then for some reason said, let's change the rules you can say. I'm gonna go to lunch, but by the way, I'm filibustering, I'll see you tomorrow. No, you should actually have to go and do this. It would be a simple thing to do right now. Thune claims, and we're gonna go back to Mike Pence because I love how fired up you got with that. Cause I'm pretty fired up about him too. But with Thune claims, he's got the votes to pass the save act, but he doesn't have the votes to do the talking filibuster. They both can't be true. The same people who want the Save America Act done, would I think vote with him to make the left talk through a filibuster? I mean, so is he just lying? Or do you think there are some that would vote for it? But they wouldn't vote to the talking. He's trying to find some way to wheeze a lot of this. And that's just his next attempt.

And I think it was a Curtis, John Curtis maybe, or I forget his first name, but he's a first year senator from Utah, hand picked by Mitt Romney, Mittens. And it turns out this guy was a registered Democrat for half a decade or more in the early 2000s. This guy was well into his 40s at that point and registered as a Democrat and then switched to Republicans that he could get elected in Utah. So we already know who we're dealing with at this point. And in mind you, he switched to Democrat between 2000 and 2006. What happened in 2001? At what point would make someone want to be a Democrat after 9-11 when we're all mobilized in support in George Bush? I mean, the guy had 70, 80, 90% support. And obviously we know who he truly is now and that would never happen again. But to be a Democrat at that point,

you really were a bad apple. And now this guy is the Republican senator from Utah. And Thune is saying the inside information is that he wouldn't necessarily vote for these amendments or this talking filibuster, some type of be asked excuse. And then we started calling him out. I posted something out over 10,000 retweets, we probably 12,000 at this point in less than a day and we're word on the street as that Curtis is now upset that he's getting called out on action. But this is what you gotta do. These people think they can just skate by blending with the crowd, not be held accountable and only work for their donors instead of the people, but it's people like you, your listeners, this stuff truly matters. When you get online and you call these people out, it makes an absolute difference. Americans have a big healthcare problem. Over 100 million US citizens carry medical debt. But that's not the whole story.

With health insurance, you're out of pocket and monthly costs are way too high. You get surprise bills, denied claims, and poor customer service. That's a serious burden. As Christians, we don't have to pay for a broken system. Christian healthcare ministries is an alternative to health insurance at half the cost. You can enroll at any time and join a proven faith-based solution that's both reliable and affordable. CHM isn't just health, it's financial and spiritual support when you need it most. Join CHM today by visiting CHministries.org slash wellness. That's CHministries.org slash wellness. Conference. DCDreno.com, it is John Curtis, a nail batting. John Curtis is a guy who's against voter ID,

which doesn't make any sense. The argument by the left, Rogan, is that black people are stupid, Hispanics are stupid, and women are stupid. That's their argument. Now, 71% of black voters, I believe, are for photo ID or some sort of proof of citizenship. This, as you said, is being claimed to be a 75, 80, 80, 20. That's really more like a 90, 10. There isn't anybody who wants a fair and free election, only voted on by citizens, nobody's against this move. But the left keeps on saying, you groups of people that I have now pointed to are all stupid, and we're here to save you, to save the day. So what, can you in your heart of hearts tell me why John Curtis allegedly a Republican is, as you very eloquently said, he's really not. But why would he, if he has any political future in mind at all, take the wrong side of this, everybody in America who's got a brain wants this, including Black Suspanics and Women, who are not stupid? Well, I think I know why, and it's because he has one of the longest runways until reelection. So I think these rhinos get together and say,

all right, who's going to eat the dog poop on this one, right? And so, for example, they did this with the gun control bill, right? John Corning in 20 years. One of my seniors, by the way, good. So sorry. But thanks for listening. You guys are going to get him out. John Corning in 2022 helped Joe Biden pass the biggest gun control bill in decades, OK? And Mitch McConnell basically probably went to him and said, listen, John, you got to eat it on this one. You got four years of reelection, those dumbass Texan voters. They're not going to remember. They're not going to hold you accountable. Don't worry about that. And in the previous world, that used to work. That's how the swap would, you know, they'd have a couple sacrificial lambs. And by three or four years later, they wouldn't be held accountable. Well, guess what? Texas voters aren't dumb. And they're still pissed that John Corning is embarrassing them in front of the country

and that he passed one of the biggest gun infringements in our lifetimes. And then he wants to come back during election times. They, well, I'm a Texan just like you. It's BS, OK? And I think with John Curtis, they're saying, listen, you got to eat this for us. You got to eat this one. You got to be the one guy in addition to thumb tillis and decrepit Mitch McConnell that falls on the sword for. So I think that's what's going on here. But I hope he is as weak as he comes off. And he actually bends to the public pressure and realizes, listen, I'm going to be a one-term senator if I do this, because we will make sure anyone voting against voter ID, this is their last term. It would blows me away. And I have to have it at thumb tillis. I love that John Richard, that song about thumb. When it comes to Corning, I every day in getting a flyer in my mailbox from Corning, where he's standing next to Trump doing this. Trump hasn't endorsed anybody in the race here

for that Senate seat. But he certainly isn't behind John Corning, who is an establishment rhino, and you're right. The red flag stuff and all the gun stuff they did just a few years ago is not forgotten here. And I think Paxton will probably end up getting that seat, although because Wesley Hunt is in there, it's going to be a runoff. And we're not going to get somebody come out with 50 plus one in the primary next Tuesday. But a guy like Corning, he can't run away from the Twitter feed. He can't run away from people like you. Can't run away from people like me. Hopefully this John Curtis guy can't do that either. I don't understand why somebody like Mitch McConnell is still effective. And as I think that you commented or somebody commented, I know that you posted the video on your page. What he has to be rolled in, he can't speak, he can't take part. He can't do anything. It's like Diane Feinstein all over again. And yet somehow he's against anything Trump does. Is there as an attorney, is there something constitutionally we can do to say, hey, if you can't function as a human, you probably shouldn't be in the Senate or the House. Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything in the Constitution about this. And any type of law kind of enforcing some new restriction

may not even be constitutionally viable. It's the ballot box. That's what it is. And Trump and MAGA, we held our noses and swallowed the pill because he got us some Supreme Court justices on the last go or one, and we reelected him. And now his true colors are coming out. He's given us the John McCain treatment. He knows it's his last arm. He's just going to vote against all his voters want because he's just spitefully doesn't like President Trump. So it's humiliating. And I frankly think Mitch McConnell, as powerful as he is, quote unquote, he's really just a puppet for the donor class. And it's the same people propping up corn and it's the Bush regime, it's the Mitt Romney's, it's the Liz Cheney's, it's the old Rhino establishment that want these shipping our factories overseas.

They want the endless wars to make trillions for the defense contractors. They want big pharma, they want lots of illegals, only to port the criminals so they can get the cheap labor. I mean, it's the corrupt elites in the Republican party. We've cleaned out a lot of them. It's the Paul Ryan's, right? We've cleaned out a lot of them, but we still got some work to do, especially in our red states. That's where it is worse. It's in Utah, it's in Texas and South Carolina. It's these where we're a little bit more complacent because we're red states, right? And so you've got to get these bases fired up to get these people cleaned out. And it's about people like you firing people up because as you just said, people like Mitch McConnell and John Corden, they rely. They're reliant on the donor class, but they also, because they're incumbents, I think Corden has spent $75 or $100 million in this race, whereas Paxton has spent, I think, $2,600. And Paxton probably will beat him. But I mean, that goes a long way. This system is so screwed up, Rogan.

Can we do something to fix that where the RNCC or what the hell it is that's collecting the money and giving it to incumbents? Can't do that? Maybe an election law that says, maybe you should equally split it among the top two that are running? Because Paxton, thankfully, has a really good track record as an attorney general in Texas. And people know what he's gotten done here. So he probably will be corned. But in other states, where a John Curtis might get incumbent money, $75 million to spend, whereas whoever's going to challenge him doesn't get that, I find that to be unbelievably unfair. I think it's unfair. I'm not personally one of those people that is really believes we should start making laws that you can't spend certain money and election. I frankly think when you got a good candidate and you got someone with some social media presence, you can beat the machine. I'm friends with a representative on Aluna. She was outspent in her first race, 12 to 1, $12 million.

The Democrats flooded into her district versus her $1 million that she raised. And she beat him by 10 points. Michael Bloomberg, when he ran for president, I think he spent like over $100 million couldn't register 1% on the radar. Does money absolutely give you an advantage? Yes, but it's absolutely beatable. Trump himself, Jeb Bush was supposed to be coordinated as GOP King and Trump came in. And with social media now, I think the playing field is a lot more equalized than it used to be. It's just can you do it? Can you generate the grassroots momentum? And then the money will usually follow after that, because once people see that you're going to be the guy, they want to, all right, I want to get some owed favors from the guy that's going to actually be in power. So you just, it isn't fair, not much in life is fair. And I wish you could get some of the money out of this, but I frankly think that we have enough tools on our side

to fight very effectively. We've gotten a lot of these rhinos out. Tom Dillis, he does not want to have this be his last term. He wants to run again, Cornyn. I mean, Jeff Flake, Liz Cheney, we've gotten a lot of these big donor class losers out of there, even though they outspent us. Roganon Hanley, his name is DC Draino over on social media, DC underscore Draino on exgo to DC Draino.com. Great information. Just one last thing about the racer that's happening here in Texas with Wesley Hunt jumping and that sort of did change, change things. But I guess the unfairness that I'm talking about isn't let's pass a bunch of laws and regulations. You and I agreed that we should have the fewest laws and regulations to hold back our freedom of liberty. But when you have that eye next to your name, that means the flood waters of money are now available governmentally for John Cornyn. Forget the outside donors. I mean, the Republican party is back in this guy and they're backing him to the tune of millions of millions of dollars and I find it to be unfair. But all the names that you mentioned, absolutely true. And I had a giggle a little bit when you said,

Jeff Bush, because all I can think of is him saying, you guys can clap now. I just said something. Please clap. Please. What is that? Please clap. I mean, that's $100 for guys as please come. And again, calling him Sleepy Jeb, I think actually I harmed him as well. Oh, I heard you jab. Can you believe Little Marcos such a good Secretary of State? Let's go back to 16 for a second because I just love talking to you. You had Lion Ted, who is the biggest Trump supporter you got. You had Little Marco, who is the best Secretary of State in my lifetime. I truly believe that. You've got Sleepy Jeb, who's never gonna back Trump. And you've got so many people that Trump won after that are now completely on America first side. You think they totally are? You think that they said, okay, that's an election campaign. That's an election cycle. Let's get past it now. I mean, especially Cruz. I mean, he says that's why he called the Lion Ted. I mean, go ahead. Half the ones you listed are, right? Marco Rubio, absolute team player. Even Megan Kelly, once again, Trump in 2016

is actually complete redemption arc. She's one of the biggest aims in our independent media. That's no easy thing to do. So, you know, but some of them never recover. John K6, right? That guy eats Sleepy's breathes. Trump is rent free in his head. Yes. I'd say Rand Paul is not fully recovered. I think he's kind of got a little bit of a chip on his shoulder, unfortunately, with the tariff stuff. Who else? And the border stuff? I think Cruz has completely come over. And that was one of the toughest ones. He's just completely come over. Good guy. Once he grew a beard, he really turned into a very like the most kind of beard. Is that what it takes? I should grow a beard then. Cruz without a beard? Different guy. Cruz is a beard. I like him. I like him. I'm with you. Yeah, you know, there's, there was 17 back then. There's some other ones. Yeah, Rubio is just, you know, let's say, I live in Florida. He was our senator. I, he was just palatable enough where no one really went

after him here, you know, he won by almost 20 points when he got reelected. You know, he's Cuban. He's got, he's just, he was just good. Rick Scott very well liked along the base among the donor. Everyone likes Rick Scott, but Rubio, man, once he didn't have to worry about getting reelected, the guy just came unleashed. And he is just absolutely surprised to the upside. I'm a huge supporter of Rubio going forward. I'm a little nervous with him potentially being present because now you're getting back into the donor land. And we've seen him when he catered to the donor. So I don't know. We'll see, you know, same thing with JD Man. So I, I am not dead set on anyone, right? In, in, in 2028, it's a gauntlet. And I want to see who can withstand the heat the most because that's frankly just what matters. You got a really good bullpen, though, man. You got Rubio, you got DeSantis, you've got JD Vance. I think where you get, you've got a winning team. But we have to make sure 2026 doesn't go to these idiots. First because it's every, Rogan, every other day is going to be an impeachment, right? Every single day will be an impeachment against this guy. Oh, and that's what, that's what Thune is showing his cards.

He is trying to run out the clock, come up with all these little rinky dink excuses. And, you know, it's like Mitch McConnell's, like a dying emperor whispering in his ear with his garbled, flim breaths in to let him pass voter ID. You know, and some wheels in the way into his putting appointment. It's really, it's really, it's very obvious what's going on. And Thune, listen, I've, I've started to call him out. A lot, I was, you know, patient. We haven't gotten any recess appointments, right? Where they only send it to not, you know, do all these performers not allow any recess. Listen, if Thune passes this, I'll be his cheerleader for the rest of the year. If you pass voter ID, honestly, and you already did a big, beautiful bill and, you know, ice funding, I'm fine, right? And hopefully we get a Supreme Court justice out of this. Maybe two, I'll, I'll be his buddy. But if not, I'm, I'm going to drag him

until the day he leaves the Senate. It will be, it will be hell on Twitter for this guy. If he does not pass voter ID. Well, he's showing who he is. Rogan, why don't they just tell, why don't they kick him to the curb? Why don't they put somebody in there that's going to actually take some action? They could, they can still do that. I was not happy when they chose him, but I didn't know that much about him. I'll be honest with you, but he has shown himself to be weak. I mean, I thought Mike Johnson was weak for a while because he wasn't showing the same Mike Johnson from the committees that he was on. And then he started coming around and digging in and getting things done and, and you're right. One big beautiful bill, you're right. You know, he got the Save Act and now the Save America Act done. When it comes to Thun, the Senate can still launch him out of there. He doesn't have to be the, the majority leader picked somebody else. So much money in the Senate. I mean, you're, you're seeing all the money that John Corning has, you're seeing the money that Murkowski gets, Susan Collins, some of the worst people we have. And it's just, the Senate is like the one vestige of the Rhino establishment that we have not truly cracked yet. All right, we've taken over the house, right?

We got rid of McCarthy. We've taken over the RNC. We got rid of Ronald McDaniel, Ronald McRomney. We've obviously taken over the White House. We got a pretty good Supreme Court. The Senate is a tough not to crack. And we've cleaned out, you know, maybe 10 of them, but we got like another, another 10 that we got to get out of there before we kind of hit critical mass. You know, Rick Scott ran for Senate majority leader. I think it was maybe less than 10 votes that he lost on that first round vote. So, you know, we're close. We're gonna get rid of Thumbtillus. Mitch McConnell's gonna be out of there. So that's two, you know, as much as I despise what Susan Collins does, maybe that's the best we're gonna get in Maine. But Kowski should absolutely be gone. We can do much better in a little bit. It should have been Chubacca last time. Let's let's break that down. Is this this rank, the rank choice voting is BS. Without that, where Kowski loses easily, it's just though, it's just a what exactly right.

So, and other, and other states you're looking to add it, by the way. Americans have a big healthcare problem. Over 100 million US citizens carry medical debt, but that's not the whole story. With health insurance, you're out of pocket and monthly costs are way too high. You get surprise bills, denied claims, and poor customer service. That's a serious burden. As Christians, we don't have to pay for a broken system. Christian healthcare ministries is an alternative to health insurance at half the cost. That's CHministries.org slash wellness. You know, the only two states with rank choice voting, Maine and Alaska. There you go. And you know who funded the nonprofit to push for those referendums to fill gains. Oh, of course he did. Oh, Bill Gates, you probably never even met Epstein, like Bill Clinton never met Epstein either. It's Rogan O'Hanley, go and check him out. DC Draino, DC underscore Draino over on X. Let's talk about Alaska for a second. Rikowski lost the, like two elections ago and somehow she's not like watching him. Right, she went to Washington as the senator. So with rank choice voting, it literally takes the choice away from those who want the top vote getter because the second place person, or the third place person can still end up in a runoff and end up taking the job. Rikowski. Exactly right. With fraud. How is it legal? Legally speaking, how is it legal to, to, to jockey with elections like that? I know they legislate and make the decision. The more fraud you allow, right? Oh, yes. Mandolin ballots, right? Oh, you make it easier for people to vote.

How democratic is that? It's filled with fraud. You have to, you, you got people, no offense with some, let's say, you know, they, the brightest people running our polling stations all the time. And, and it just gives you the ability to, you know, have two weeks of counting to make sure you get the first plus the second divided by the third times the fourth. And then, oh, we found another sack of ballots a week later and you mix those in. Oh, can't separate. It just, it allows fraud to overtake the system. And I'm sorry, but when some like Lisa Murkowski loses the GOP primary and then somehow wins the actual damn Senate race, that is fraud. That is fraud. And she, she, you know, her dad was a senator. He appointed, she's just, she's just the classic, you know, nepot baby, you know, just, and it's, it's, it's just terrible. What's going on last guy? I actually flew up to Alaska and helped, you know,

call for a rank choice voting. If they get rid of rank choice voting, they will be able to get rid of Murkowski. They have to get rid of rank choice voting and they're very close to doing it. And I think you're right about me. And I think Collins is the closest thing to a Republican. You're going to get out of Maine. But, but when it comes to Murkowski, that's a different story. I thought Kelly Chubaco was going to one easily. And I was surprised that she didn't. It's a, it wrote on a hand like that. I would say she legitimately wanted to restore from her. No, I agree with you. Great woman, great woman. Is it, is anybody going to be taken away in handcuffs over Epstein? You had Hillary Clinton yesterday, who for what I understand, I think Nancy May said that Clinton was yelling and screaming like a, like a crazy person in this, in this deposition and this hearing for a while. She claims she's never met Jeffrey Epstein, never even heard of him, doesn't know anything about him. But Elaine Maxwell was at Chelsea's wedding. But that was a plus one, Rogan. So Hillary didn't know who the plus ones were going to be that day. Have you ever been to Mar-a-Lago, Joe? Yes. When, when Trump wasn't in office. I think he was in office when I went. All right, in office, out of office, guess what?

Secret Service background check. Oh, absolutely. You're in your social. Do you really think at Chelsea Clinton's wedding, when the US president there, Bill Clinton, that that guess list was not curated specifically that they didn't know the plus one, Elaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein convicted and sex, like come on. Right. And if the media would ask a simple follow-up question, like there's like 200 people at the wedding. Someone said, how many times do you even get a plus one to a wedding? Normally, it's just to you, unless you've been married, or the couple, or whatever. But normally, you don't get a plus one. And if you do for a, we'll call it a state wedding, that's going to be vetted. You want to make sure someone's not going to bring someone that is going to make it look bad, like Elaine Maxwell, sex trafficker. So absolutely. Yeah, Hillary was finally getting deposed.

Honestly, the confidence she has in this situation makes me think she was not directly involved with some of the worst stuff. And she's like, yeah, bring it on. You don't want to talk about Benghazi anymore? Yeah, Molly, let's talk about it. So I think this was more of a male sport with her husband for sure being involved. But to the Clinton's, to their credit, never got divorced. We can't make them testify against each other. Marital privilege. So they're very smart in that sense. They'll never get divorced. Well, how about it? How about Bill today? Bill today said he had no idea the crime Jeffstein was doing. He didn't have any clue. And we just take, OK, go back to Chapacquat and enjoy your life, Bill. We just take it. We're like a bunch of idiots. It is, you know, I'll be careful with my words here. It is extremely frustrating what's been going on with the Epstein files and the lack of people being held accountable. We've seen some people lose their jobs, but we need people in jail. And I frankly think this is a weak spot.

And it shouldn't be. This should be a slam dunk. This is 90-10. This is even stronger than voter ID. As popular as voter ID is, I would say it's about 99 to 1 that people want pedophiles to be held accountable. And the ones that went to the island, I think. Yeah, they're the ones that went to the island or wish they were invited. So I really, I'm hopeful that a rest will be made. But I don't like what I'm hearing so far. I want to finish with this one. One more topic. You've got to promise to come back in. I just love this conversation. It's Rogan O'Hanley. Go check him out, DC Draino. DC underscore Draino over on X and DC Draino.com, as well. We've got to talk about Ilan Omar. We know that there is a preponderance of evidence more for than against that she married her brother to bring him here illegally, but make it look legal. We know that she did that. Journalists won't ask her that question. And she certainly hasn't given an answer if it's even come up. President Trump has said, looks like she married her brother. There is no doubt we can find out today through naturalization,

you know, our system of immigration, especially, now that our side is running the DHS, whether she literally married her biological brother to bring him here illegally, it's called immigration fraud. And she could lose her naturalization and she could be deported. Where are you on that legally speaking? It looks Liz Collin, who you probably know from Alpha News, has been on this show 10 times saying, I've got the evidence that she married her brother. Rogan, what's the problem here? Well, I think she should be denaturalized. I think Zoran Mamdani should be denaturalized. If I had to guess what's going on, you know, Harmeet Dillon, she's amazing, amazing assistant attorney general. I hope she is attorney general one day. She is fantastic. She is a killer. She is whip smart and absolutely courageous. She said there is, that is being investigated, I believe. I think she was on the Benny Johnson show and talking about how they are investigating that. So I hope there is some accountability there.

Listen, they arrested Trump four times, okay? And I think some of the hesitancy with going after this type of stuff is like, well, they're elected in an office. So we kind of don't want to make them like a superhero martyr for the left. And, you know, it's almost better to use them as a foil to show how terrible things are than to, you know, lionize them as being, you know. So I think there is that hesitancy, but guess what, if the receipts are there, if the facts are there, nobody's above the law and they should be held accountable. That applies across the board. And I think before Trump got arrested four times, I'd maybe understand. Now it's like, come on. Like, let's, they're gonna do it to us no matter what. And frankly, President Trump, you know, it's people kind of forget this, but like if we don't win in 2028, Trump may get thrown in jail after, like just because- You're a boy, you know, bottom a pause. But like, if you don't think they're gonna go after him,

I mean, so, you know, let's really act with some urgency on taking down the bad guys here because if you don't, they're gonna go back to what they did before with, you know, times two. I blame you for this quick follow-up. You mentioned, I'm Donnie. It turns out, I didn't know this. I'm from Metro New York originally. I didn't know you can go and throw a snowball in the face of any cop you want. And it's just a snowball fight. I didn't realize that. I, that's a cool new rule. Rogan, there is gonna be lawlessness because everybody who works at the NYPD will turn their back in with this guy once at City Hall if they don't all quit and move to Florida. But what do you make of that idiot saying there was a snowball fight? And then Alvin Bragg letting the guy go who was arrested? Yeah, I think it's time for a severe case of the blue flu to start speculating that department and for cops to start protesting what is going on because it starts with snowballs that ends with bullets. If criminals are allowed to terrorize police

and if they see that the mayor is supporting them and that the DA is not gonna hold them accountable, it is only going to escalate and you're going to have dead cops. And I hate to say that. But I think that's absolutely where it's going. And it's time for the cops to either move to Florida, move to Texas, move to Tennessee, get the hell out of there. If you're looking for a reason to get out now is the time. Or if you wanna stay, I applaud that too. That's their home, New York. Then start mobilizing the resistance, the peaceful, lawful resistance to this. And that is some types of whatever boycotts or protests they can do without getting in trouble.
