They erased ‘mother’ but Lake America is a bridge too far

0:00MUSIC In my opinion, one of the hallmarks of being educated I guess let me say it this way, of having a good education because we're all educated in one way or another. But there's a difference between having a good education and not having a good education and one of the hallmarks of having a good education is to be able to spot hypocrisy when you see it. If you're not educated well, then hypocrisy is going to, it's going to get by you. You're going to slip through your fingers. You're not going to recognize it when you see it because well, you're dumb.

1:04I mean, okay, okay. I mean, maybe present that in a nicer tone. Well, I mean, come on, you are if you don't have the ability to spot hypocrisy. I don't, you know, think whatever you want to think about Donald Trump, but he's got the ability to without without calling out hypocrisy, he's got the ability of revealing it. He has this innate ability of getting the Democrats to reveal their own hypocrisy. And I absolutely love it. It's one of my favorite things about this president. It's one of, it's one of my favorite skill sets that he possesses. I was having a conversation with someone the other day. Two people the other day, actually, one of them is a Democrat, votes Democrat. The other claims to vote Republican is probably more like a Bush Republican.

2:07And then here I am. I am definitely more conservative across the board in practically all areas. And Trump came up. And of course, those two just went on it. Just, you know, just started beating him over the head with a rail. And I'm listening because, you know, some of their arguments are valid. They are, I mean, some of the things, I mean, the whole Epstein thing, they were both going off on the Epstein files. And I agree with them. I do. I think that I think Trump should unleash all of it. Why are we keeping some things concealed? Some things not concealed. And they went off on the vaccines and, you know, warp speed. And I agree with them on that. I'm not a fan of that. I'm truly not. And so look, I'm not, I'm not a thousand percent in, in Trump's camp on everything.

3:12But I am on this, on this one thing. And it's not even this one thing. There are several things he's done that I like. And we'll continue to like the Department of Education and what's happening over there and the Justice Department to a certain degree, what's happening over there. As it relates to education, I'm in support of, I like it. And I also like this ability that he has to get the Democrats to just buckle under the weight of hypocrisy. All right, exhibit A, my friend is Lake America. I mean, is it, does it get any better than this? He signs this executive order, renaming Lake Ontario to, to Lake America after Canada walked out on trade talks with the US representatives. Now, I'm sure it wasn't designed to get the, the Democrats to buckle under the pressure of hypocrisy. It was, it was jab at Canada. You guys are walking away from us.

4:12All right, Lake Ontario no longer exists. It's not Lake America. But the Democrats are just crying and complaining and whining that Trump changed the name of a great lake. How dare he, he just can't go around willy nilly changing everything he wants. Why that's, he can't do that. He just, he just can't. It's not right. While the while forgetting about every landmark, they've changed due to political correctness during the Obama and Obaidan regimes. Yes, I did say, Obaidan on purpose. The, this, the Gateway Pundit is reporting that during the Biden years alone, Democrats renamed 650 specific landmarks or locations. It's renamed them because, you know, political correctness.

5:14This, this renaming has nothing to do with political correctness. It has everything to do with revealing the hypocrisy that exists within the Democrat party. All right. I want to, I want to start out here today with a little clip, a little clip from our friend Bill Mar. And I think he's funny. I do. I think he's funny. And you know, he has the ability of calling it out when he sees it. I mean, he's, he's definitely left of center, but he's not afraid to call it out when, when things happen. Okay. Here we go. Let's, let's play this clip. Oh, hang on, hang on. We got it. Old death thought. We got to get it to come up a little better. All right. Let's do it in three, two, one. Some of the so mad in Canada, he renamed Lake Ontario, Lake America.

6:16Now I got to buy a new globe again. It's like the first time it's happened. And liberals are very pissed at this. They say you can't just go around renaming things to suit your political agenda. Just ask any Latinx birthing person. Okay. I just, I, I think it's funny because it's true. It's legitimate. And Mar has the ability to roast them to roast the left for losing their minds over Trump renaming Lake Ontario to Lake America. They spent years, by the way, he refers to Latinx. They spent years forcing Latinx and birthing. On everyone who would listen, then act shocked when the other side plays the same card and offended and appalled and out there you, you can't do that.

7:19They have no problem erasing history and language when it serves their agenda. The second Trump does anything similar. They suddenly discover the sacred importance of original names. Remember when they forced Aunt Jemima off the surat bottle? Remember that? Remember when they forced the Indian girl off the land of Lake's butter? Remember that? How dare you? Remember when they forced the name change from the Washington Redskins to whatever they are now and the Cleveland Indians to whatever they are now. How dare you? This is peak hypocrisy and even Bill Mark can't ignore it. The same people who demanded every institution change its vocabulary. They are now watching pearls over one of the Great Lakes. In Granite it's a great lake. It's a big deal. I mean there's five of them and they're glorious. Four out of five of the Great Lakes choose Michigan by the way.

8:24You know, so yeah, it's a big deal. But so what? Golf of America? I mean, we, so as Trump is signing this executive order, he says, now we've got a golf and we've got a link. The golf of America and Lake America. I just, I love it. I love how he just trolls these people. He keeps exposing how one sided their rules have always been. America first means we get to name our own landmarks without asking permission from the language police. That's it. We're going to do what we're going to do. We're not interested in your political correctness. We're not interested in, and if the language is accurate, it's one of our landmarks. And he, yeah, do it. You've got the right to do it. If they have the right to rename, or brag to for whatever, and rename all these other forts, well, why not go after it and cause them to crumble under the weight of their own

9:30hypocrisy? I mean, laugh at the double standard and keep the names coming. That mean that's it. That's that's what this boy was down to laugh at the double standard and keep the names coming. Now, that's not, that's not the only, the only area here. And they, they, the left have decided that they're just going to, they're just going to change names. And they're going to be, um, as, as full of hypocrisy as one can. Now again, this is the importance of, of having a good education. If you're educated well, then you should be able to, to spot it when it happens. And even if you can't spot it right away, it shouldn't take you long to spot the hypocrisy. Recently Pennsylvania governor, Josh Shapiro's administration quietly attempted to erase

10:32women and mothers from the Commonwealth's health code in the name of radical gender ideology. Talk about renaming things and talk about getting away with it and talk about, uh, crying and complaining when, when Trump renames Lake Ontario to Lake America. Get this buried inside a sweeping 502 page regulatory proposal from the Pennsylvania Department of Health. There are multiple revisions that strike the words woman and a mother from the document. Oh, why would you want to remove the word woman and remove the word mother and in so doing what would you replace that with? Well governor Shapiro's administration and this document have replaced the words woman and mother with very dehumanizing gender, neutral, neutral terms such as individual.

11:35Individual. Yes. And also one of my favorites, postpartum individual. Postpartum individual. Okay, she's not a mother and she's not a woman. She's just an individual and certainly she can't be a mother. She's got to be a postpartum individual. Now what's the point of this? Why would you remove the word woman for individual and remove the word mother for postpartum individual? Well clearly it's to include incorrectly by the way, biologically incorrect by the way. Men who think they're women and who cannot be a mother and who cannot be a woman. They're simply individuals and postpartum individuals at that. So what's worse? I ask you what's worse. Within the span of a week you've got every Democrat on the planet.

12:38Okay, maybe not every Democrat. You've got a lot of Democrats, perhaps the majority, complaining how dare Trump changed the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America. You can't do this. Why this is the business is horrible. Yet you got Governor Shapiro over here in Pennsylvania, quietly, quietly removing from Pennsylvania's health code, the word mother and woman. In order to play Kate and appease this insane notion that men can be women in order to satisfy the extreme communist left that's taken over their party in order to satisfy this insane. I think we could call it insane, this insane belief that a man can be a woman.

13:41I mean, it's not true, my friends. It's not true. It's a lie. And why would you present lies in your public health code? Now renaming a lake or a golf isn't a lie. I mean, you're just putting a different title on a different body of water. You're not lying about the body of water. You're not renaming it the desert of America. Or you're not renaming the golf of Mexico to be the mountainous region of America. I mean, that would be a lie. And that would be stupid. That would be full of stupidity and full of falsehoods in both instances. And that's what the Democrats are doing. When they take out the word woman and replace it with individual and when they take out the word mother and replace it with postpartum individual, they are promulgating a lie.

14:46They're supporting a lie. They're supporting untruth. They're supporting falsehood. And they expect us just to be okay with it. Well, we're not. We're not okay with it. We're tired of being lied to. We're tired of having our children be lied to. We're not in an education system. They're told this thing. We have to be inclusive. We have to be nice. We have to be kind and inclusive to these people, to these men who believe that they're women. We have to be kind. We can't hurt their feelings. Instead, what we should be doing is offering them help and offering them hope by taking this approach that we're not going to hurt their feelings. We're destroying their lives. We are just taking them down a road of confusion and allowing them to be destroyed. We know this. We've talked about this for years now.

15:48We get it. You and I get it. But what's happening in Pennsylvania? They're still doing it. They're just quietly kind of going about their business. We're just going to change this word here. We're going to change that word here. And we're going to cry and complain that Trump has renamed Lake Ontario to Lake America because how dare you. We can't have it to Lake America. That's pro-America. And so they continue to promote their disgust for the country that they live in. The country that has offered more freedom and more liberty to any nation on the planet that we can measure, they continue to show their disdain for this country. And yet at the same time, because they're complaining about a pro-America policy and at the same time, they show their disdain for this country by continuing to lie to the citizens,

16:53lie to young people by continuing to promote this idea that a mother should now be called a postpartum individual because you've got to include them in to think they're a mom. So how often are we going to, how long are we going to keep this up? How long are we just going to allow it? How long are we, before we start pushing back and saying, no, you're not going to come and dear the English language in this way. You're not going to come and dear the narrative. You're not going to continue with your hypocrisy. And just have us turn the other way. Have us turn a blind eye to it. Those days are done. We're not doing it anymore. We're not doing it anymore. We're certainly not going to let you teach this garbage to our kids.

17:55We're not going to let it happen any longer where our kids are going to know what a postpartum individual is. It's a mother. It's a woman who's given birth, not a man who pretends to have given birth and strap on some type of contraption on his chest. We can be a chest feeding into it. No, we're not, we don't have chest feeding people. We have, we have mothers who have disability. By the way, men don't. They don't have the ability. I guess I'm weird, freaky men who wish that they did. And they're all on one political side of the aisle. I go figure, go figure. Don't correct me if I'm wrong here. Don't we have to love the ability this skill set that trumpets to unveil the hypocrisy of this group? We absolutely love it. Having the ability to not only, and this is really the hallmark of a good education, not only having the ability to spot hypocrisy, but also stupidity. And sometimes they happen simultaneously. Simultaneously. All right, let's go to New York. New York where the governor there, Kathy Hoke was introduced to, I don't know if she's had an Islamic community center, if she's at a mosque, I don't know where she's at.

23:05But she's standing up in front of Muslim men. And she's wearing a hijab. The job, I don't know, however you pronounce it, she's wearing this head scarf. And she says to them, thank you for welcoming me, welcoming me as part of the family. Thank you for this, thank you for being so inclusive to me. And it just, it makes me want to know why is that hypocritical or stupid you ask? Those are good questions. Thank you for asking. Well, it's both because I don't know, tell me any Muslim nation, any Islamic nation. Tell me, tell me the role that a female plays in that nation. Can you tell me? Yeah, she doesn't have a political role. That's for sure. Matter of fact, she has no role except to stay home and produce children.

24:08And when she goes out in public to wear the covering. And here is Kathy Hoke standing in front of a bunch of Muslim men. And she's got the scarf over her head. Thank you for welcoming me as part of the family. She's the governor. Do you think these guys, do you think they're happy about this? Welcoming a woman with authority and power is part of the family. I'm asking, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe they are very welcoming to her. Maybe they do want her to lead them. But somehow I doubt it. Somehow I just, I doubt it. I don't think that these guys are all standing there. And they're like, you're part of our family. You're the leader and the fact that you put on that head scarf, that just tells us that you're a part of the family.

25:08This is what Rush used to refer to as symbolism over substance. There's no substance in this. This is symbolic. This is, I'm going to put on this head scarf and go in front of these guys because I want their vote. And I want them to know that I don't want to hurt your feelings that we're all in this together. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Nine-eleven's coming up and we're going to look out for you guys. We're going to protect you. Speaking of protecting terrorists, 9-11, did you see that the CBC originally came out and told their reporters you do not use the word terrorist or terrorism when reporting on the anniversary of 9-11? And everybody just went nuts. Those on the right. See, this is a legitimate thing to be upset about. Changing the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America.

26:08There's no reason to be upset about that. Canadians should not be upset. I mean, they might have their feelings hurt. My lake Ontario, okay, fine. Have your feelings hurt. And Democrats can have their feelings hurt. They don't have to be upset over it. While Canada, when reporting on an act of terrorism in this country, 9-11, the worst ever, while Canada is going to report on that, they're not going to use the word terrorist over there at the CBC. They're not going to use the word terrorism over there at the CBC. Now, they've since retracted that. Oh, well, no, we're just probably going to be, of course, we're going to be, you're saying terrorism and terrorists. But only because educated people, thinking people with a brain called them out on it and said, what in the world? I mean, okay, have your feelings hurt about Lake Ontario, becoming Lake America. But then you're going to go and do this.

27:10I mean, it's beyond the pale. It's crossing the line. The two don't equal out. It's the same thing with Shapiro over there. We're removing women for individual and mother for postpartum individual. The level of stupidity. And again, they buckle under the weight of their own hypocrisy. Absolutely under the weight of it. Now, this is why we're educated. This is why around here, we believe in an education that not only shapes the soul, but it fills the heart and mind with good things, but also fills the mind with intelligence. It's an education that teaches people how to think. It teaches them how to think. And it begins with wonder. It begins with pulling forth from a young child, which is already in there. They already wonder about everything.

28:11They're already asking a million questions. And let's keep that going. Let's keep them asking questions because they're young minds. They wonder about everything. And they're full of wonder. This is how you teach people how to think. By instilling them with wonder, I take that back. You don't instill them with wonder. They already have it in them. You just have to get that wonder to come out. You have to get it to be revealed. You have to get it to show itself. You have to discover what they want to discover. And I'm telling you what, they want to discover everything. And you present education as this great big thing to wonder about. Science, history, literature, language, math, music. It doesn't matter what it is. It doesn't matter. There's a wonder there's wonder there.

29:12And it's waiting to be revealed. And this creates in them. Not what to think, but how to think. Pythagoras has a beautiful example. He's walking down the street. He hears some hammers clinging and the hammers are making different sounds. And so he starts wondering, there is an indoctrination here with wonderment. He's teaching you how to think. Because when he starts to wonder, that's odd. I hear hammers clinking, but there's different sounds coming from them. And then you start to explore the scientific method kicks in. And you go explore. You look at the difference between the hammers. Well, this hammer is bigger, it's heavier, maybe longer than this hammer. It's maybe smaller. It's lighter. And then you hammer each and there's a different sound. And Pythagoras goes through this process.

30:14And he literally gives us the ock-ups because of what he wondered about. And that wonderment then led to thinking. It teaches us how to think about a particular thing. Now we know how to think about music. We know how to think about ock-ups. Not what to think, but how to think. Because of wonderment. It's truly a beautiful thing. And so this is why we promote this type of education here. That's why we call out particular individuals for not promoting this type of education. All right? Now we're still in New York. Matthew Hocal is still a prime example of how we should be thinking about a particular thing. All right, I'm going to play a speech here that she gave. I'm not going to tell you what it is.

31:14I'm not going to preview it. I'm just going to let you listen. And then you decide for yourself. What is she talking about? What is she hiding from us? How should we be thinking about this particular thing? All right, so this is going to be an in-class assignment. Now let's just see how we do it. Let's pull her up, my friends. OK, hang on. Hang on, hang on. We got to make sure that we got to know hang on, Kathy. We got to make sure you're cute. All right, here we go. Let's do it in three, two, one. For course. We're not talking about criminals. And we will not sit highly by when ice commits atrocities on our streets. We will not allow local cops to be diverted as eyeed agents to conduct civil immigration enforcement.

32:15To keep crime down and we have been doing, we need local police focused on fording local crimes, local police, local crimes. Not conducting civil immigration enforcement, not chasing Stephen Miller's in-ane deportation quotas. And that's why this year I championed a new law, banning agreements between local law enforcement and ice. OK, all right, you heard it. You heard it. Banning agreements, she's championing this new law that bans agreements between local law enforcement and ice. Now, I mean, that'd be fine if she said, you know, local laws, local police enforcement. All right, you'd certainly want to have your local police available to tackle local laws. But why would you ban an agreement between local police and ice?

33:15Why would you ban the constructive cooperation between a federal law enforcement agency and a local law enforcement agency? Why would you do that? There could be local crimes happening in your community. But because you've banned an agreement between your local law enforcement and between federal law enforcement, federal law enforcement might need to access local law enforcement to stop that local law or that local crime from happening. But you've banned it. And why? Why have you banned it? OK, we're going to acknowledge some stupidity. You're because of Stephen Miller's inane, whatever her verbage there was. Stephen Miller's inane deportation policy because we have laws in this country that have to do with border patrol.

34:18But in your opinion, those laws are inane. When in fact, they are protecting American citizens, their laws that are there for a reason, they're there to protect us. And when Biden was president, and the border was wide open, and I've talked about this before, I've reached out to my congressman, Kildi. And I said to Dale Kildi, why aren't you closing the border and his response to me was that our immigration laws are broken. They need to be fixed. It's out of my hands. They need to be fixed. And they're broken. Trump comes along and he closes the border. The immigration laws are fine. I've just got a representative who was lying to me, telling me they were broken, and there was out of his hands. There was nothing he could do about it. Poco's doing the exact same thing here,

35:19by telling citizens of New York that federal agents are interfering with local police solving local crimes. Federal agents are swooping in and taking local police from local crimes and commandeering them for federal crimes. And so she's not going to allow the... I'm going to champion this law. We're not going to have a policy of agreement. Well, that's just stupid. There's just... That's steeped in stupidity. But because of politics, because she and others like her, deem the rounding up of illegal aliens, and the key word is illegal, that's why they don't want to use the word illegal. They started using the word undocumented.

36:20It's no different than calling a mother a postpartum individual. We're not going to refer to them as illegal aliens. We're going to start calling them undocumented people. They're undocumented. They don't have any documentation. Well, if you're in the country without documentation, you're illegal. You are here illegal illegally. I guess would be the proper grammatical way to say it. But they don't care. They don't care about commandeering the English language to produce a ruse, to put a veil over our eyes in order to deceive us, in order to create this narrative of falsehoods, an unnarrative entrenched in lies. And the point is to be deceptive, to they are. And if you're educated, and you're educated well, and you know how to think,

37:21you will see through the deception. Your vision will pierce the veil that they're trying to put over your eyes, that they're trying to cloud your mind with, cloud your judgment, cloud your way of thinking. And they're good at it. They're good at it. And they have a bunch of young people duped. They've got a bunch of young people fooled, because a bunch of young people have come up through an education system, that has been telling them this thing over and over and over and over. They have been rearranging the narrative, rearranging words over and over and over. It's now we have young people that they've bought at hookline and think, look, I don't fault the young people for it. They're impressionable. They're going through an education system to learn. They're not to be at fault. It's the people who have been lying to them throughout that education system. They're the ones at fault. They are the liars. They are the deceivers.

38:24And who is their father, my friends? Who is the father of lies? I just, you know, Jesus called him out. Jesus looked at the Pharisees and he said, you are the son of your father, the devil, because all you do is speak his native tongue. All you do is speak lies. Jesus' words, not mine. I mean, if a law is there, as Jefferson said, if it's Holesal, and necessary for the public good, we should give our assent to it. Our laws that protect our border are Holesum, Governor Hocal. They're necessary for the public good, Governor Hocal. Our prison system, Mayor, Mandami, is necessary. Tolesum, it's necessary for the public good. You've got the mayor over here. Did you see this? That he publicly mourned and accused of career criminal killer who died on Reiker Island just this past week, publicly mourned him. This is from the New York Post. Their headline says, sympathy for the devil, career criminal who hacked Dad of two to death,

42:37dies at Reikers, Mamdani sends condolences to the killer. The family of the victim slain in the sick, unprovoked attacks. They're livid. Family members are livid. The New York Post said that they learned his honor, H-I-Z-Z-O-N-E-R. Oh, his honor. That's how they're referring to Mamdani as his honor, H-I-Z-Z-O-N-E-R. I love it. Oh, I can't get enough of that. So here's what he said on X, that he was deeply saddened by the in custody death, the seventh so far this year, at the troubling jail complex on Reiker Island, adding that my thoughts are with his family and loved ones as they grieve his loss.

43:37But yet this inhumane individual hacked to Dad to death, a father of two. But Mamdani is over here playing politics and grieving his loss and his thoughts are with his family and loved ones as they grieve his loss because the prison system is horrible. And so he's going to highlight that this is the seventh death so far this year at this troubled jail complex, Reikers. It's horrible what's happening. We need to get rid of our prison system because what's happening to these loving individuals that are in this prison system. And we've got a bunch of people out there and they're like, yeah, he's right. He's right. That poor man died of Reikers. He didn't have any family with him. He just ate that poor man.

44:38It's lawlessness. It's a party that loves and supports lawlessness. They do. They love it. And an educated person is going to see through this. They're going to call this out. They're going to understand that we need laws necessary. Pulsam laws necessary for the public good. That's why I said the other day a couple of weeks ago. I said a person who's been educated classically will not vote for a socialist because the words and actions of socialism don't line up with actual intelligence. They don't line up with virtues. They don't line up with morality. They don't line up with values. They don't line up with what's in humanity. Oh, they feign it.

45:40I mean, they play on our sympathies. They play on our empathy. They play on the good naturedness of us that we need to really take care of people. They play on that. And then they end up destroying everybody that they claim that they're taking care of. Oh, you know what? I got a clip for you. Head crews. Head crews literally annihilates the senator from Hawaii. What's her name? Herono. I mean, destroys her in about 60 seconds. And really by destroying her argument. And really it's the argument of the entire Democrat party. And the only way you can do this, my friends. The only way you can destroy the argument of stupidity is really by being knowledgeable. In this case, by being knowledgeable of history. This is why history class is so important around here. I'm telling you it's why.

46:40Okay, let's go. Are we ready? Are we ready to bring up Senator Ted Cruz? All right, here we go. Let's just... Just a... Do you think you are the smartest person in the world doesn't mean there are some us I agree to that, okay? Okay. That is... Some us I agree to that, okay? Okay, that's the senator from Hawaii. Senator Herono, begging. I don't know if she's talking to Cruz here or who she's talking to. She's at this committee hearing. And she's begging that whoever she's speaking to, please stop lecturing us. Just because you think you're the smartest person in the world, it doesn't mean that you are. I've got the feeling she's talking to Cruz here, but I don't know based upon this clip. But Cruz steps in, even if she's not talking to Cruz. Cruz steps in. Oh, my friends, here we go, buckle up.

47:42Just a moment ago our colleague, Senator Herono, said there's a lot more to say. And indeed she's right. And in fact, I want to go back to her comment. She'd again by saying we have a long history of racial discrimination in this country that's undoubtedly correct. And then she said, quote, we had poll taxes, we had literacy tests, we even had tests of how many jelly beans are at a jar. Mr. Chamberlain, what Senator Herono says, we had poll texts. I want to ask you who we is. And in particular, what party was it that implemented poll taxes in the South? And I don't want to necessarily speak in every single case, but I'm pretty confident it was mostly the Democrats. And what party was it that put literacy tests in place in the South? The same answer, mostly the Democrats. And what party was it that had tests like how many jelly beans are in a bottle? Who Democrats? Tell me what party were the founders of the Ku Klux Klan from? Pretty sure that was the Democrats. Indeed, in fact, Nathan Bedford Forest, the founder of the Klan was a delegate to the 1860 Democrat National Convention. What party wrote the Jim Crow laws in the South?

48:43The Democrats. And so on this side of the aisle, were members of the Republican party? OK, I'm just going to pause a mirror for a second. He's got more to say, and we're going to dive into it. But you cannot defeat their argument of stupidity if you're not aware of history. And I don't know in about 30 seconds there. Ted Cruz gave a history lesson that a majority of Americans today are unaware of, at least young people, because they're coming up through an education system that doesn't teach them the truth about their history. And you've got people running around here, Socialists in Marxists, mostly, who are saying that America is evil because of racism or evil, because of slavery or because their founding was built

49:43on slavery. And there are some truth to that. There are half truths, part truths in that. Number one, slavery is evil. Racism is evil. But as a country, America is not evil, because these things were part of the founding. Specific individuals were evil, who were involved in this activity during the founding. Specific individuals were evil, who maybe held some government position in the South. I don't know, I wouldn't say all of the South was evil. But there were particular individuals that were controlling the South. That were evil. It's the individual that's evil. It's not the country. It's not geography that becomes evil. But the individual can corrupt the country.

50:46The individual can corrupt the government and what happened in the South. Evil individuals corrupted. Took part in that corruption. And that evil, that evil individual, as Ted Cruz just beautifully described, displayed, taught. They came from one party. And that party was the Democrats. Things would be different in this country if our young people were educated in this particular truth. But he's not done with his history lesson. Here we go. It was the first Republican president. The Republican Party was literally grounded to oppose slavery. We came into existence because slavery was a grotesque evil. And it was President Lincoln, the first Republican president, who signed the Emancipation Proclamation, who won the Civil War.

51:47And that resulted in the freeing of the slaves in the passage of the 13th, 14th, and the 15th amendments. The way fast forward to the civil rights era, go counter one of the most notchously racist politicians. What party was he from? He's a Democrat. Democrats for the entire history of their party. It's been a party based on racial discrimination. They affirmatively embrace it. They support it. I mean, I see Mr. Grange is discriminating based on race consistent with the United States Constitution. No. What does the 14th amendment say about discrimination based on race? It's prohibited. What does the 15th amendment say about discriminating based on race in a particular drawing congressional lines and explicitly discriminating based on race? It's prohibited. OK. So he describes here, and just literally a matter of minutes, that the Democrat party is a party that

52:50has supported racial discrimination really since its beginning. And the Republicans came into existence because of that very thing, because they were to stop it. Abraham Lincoln is the first Republican president. They were there to stop slavery. If the Democrats have been around to, part of their existence has been to promote this evil that is antithetical then to the Constitution, because you've got 13, 14, and 15th amendments that were designed to protect individual rights here. But yet, the Democrats have been antithetical to those amendments. The only thing this boils down to is that they're opposed to law. They're anti-law. They love lawlessness.

53:52They promote elements that are antithetical to our laws. They cherry pick, but they promote them. And then, under the way that hypocrisy they say that they support them, but their words and their actions don't align. We have to be educated. I'm telling you, you and I need to be educated. As adults, we have to educate ourselves. Because we've got a lot of educating to do for the young people who are coming up through our public education system who have not been educated. But they need it. They're going to need you. They're going to need you to help them to be actually educated, because they're not. They're not. They need some sole formation. But it starts with actual history.

54:54There's got to be actual history that's taught. Today's an anniversary, speaking of actual history. And I've only got a few minutes left here. So I'm not going to get to all of it. But September 1, 1773, you saw the publication of Pyllis Wheatley's Holmes on various subjects, religious and moral. And why is it significant? Because it's the first volume of poetry by an African-American poet, 1773. But those people who right now are in control of our history classes, they're not going to deliver this. I mean, the fact that she was born in West Africa, she was sold into slavery at the age of seven. She's brought to Boston. She's purchased off a slave ship by John Wheatley. And it's John Wheatley who gives her her freedom. It's John Wheatley who teaches her out of read

55:54and how to write. And by the age of 14, she's composing poetry. And while Nittin O'Boston publisher would print her work, she was admired. She was admired worldwide. Over there in London, they loved her. She wrote a poem in 1776, honoring Washington's appointment as Commander-in-Chief. She called it, too, is Excellency George Washington. You should go look it up. You should go Google it. Again, her name is Phyllis Wheatley. And the poem is, too, is Excellency George Washington. This is what we need to be educated about. This is part of it right here.
