They Got To Know Their Son, Thanks To Meat | Dr. Shawn Baker, Holly & Matt

Matt is a senior officer at with a Fortune 50 company while Holly is a full-time homemaker. They are parents to a neurotypical daughter, 23 years old, and a 19-year-old son, Wyatt, who has autism.

In the latter part of 2021, after a lot of research from various podcasts such as Dr. Baker's, Holly began her own carnivore journey with incredible results such as weight loss, improved sleep, full recovery from eczema, and more control in her food choices after a lifetime of sugar addiction.  

In one of the podcasts, Holly heard that children with autism might benefit from this diet change as well.  In March of 2022, Wyatt also began the carnivore diet and has improved beyond anything they have ever tried before, whether medication or various therapies.
