'THIS IS NOT KIDNAPPING!' Homan has a message for Dem leader...

Former ICE Director and current Trump border czar Tom Homan directed his message at the Minneapolis police chief, calling his characterization of federal immigration enforcement actions as "kidnapping" shameful. 
The police chief had advised residents, particularly within the Somali community in Minneapolis, to call emergency services if they saw people in masks or those they suspected were not law enforcement, suggesting they could be "kidnapping people" in response to reports of an upcoming ICE surge.
