We need to stop making excuses as to why our team can’t take breaks, why we are burned out, and why we can’t be happy in our jobs. We need to start figuring out how we can practice the best medicine with the resources we have. It's time to stop burning ourselves and our people out. Stop the excuses. Start making changes.
