The author Thomas Erikson is a behavioral guide, lecturer and leadership coach. He has worked for many years with the tools described in the books and analysed thousands of individuals using the DISC tool. He runs a consulting business with a focus on changing behaviour in different types of organisations, and coach a number of executives every year in the Swedish business world.
The Surrounded by Series are his popular science books about communication and manipulation and has been on the top list since the first book was released in 2014. With the global success of the books, they have continued to rank high on top lists all over the world in countries such as Finland, Norway, Poland and UK.
Thomas Erikson is well known for his new non-fiction titles and he is also an established crime writer, with four books with the behaviourist Alex King as hero.
