Tiger Collapse! LSU Gives Up 5-Run Inning, Drops Series at Vandy

LSU dropped the series at Vanderbilt with an 11-3 loss in Nashville as the Tigers’ struggles at the plate continued. LSU managed just four hits and struck out ten times while Vanderbilt took advantage of free passes and a costly error during a five-run fifth inning that blew the game open.

Cooper Moore took the loss after allowing five runs on seven hits over four innings of work. The Tigers never found any rhythm offensively and were unable to respond once the Commodores created separation.
