Tiger Woods' DUI Arrest: New Details Emerge

On April 2nd, Bodycam footage just dropped from Tiger Woods' DUI arrest after he crashed

his land rover in Florida last week.

The 50-year-old golfer rolled his SUV onto its side after clipping a truck and deputies

pulled him over right there.

He failed field sobriety tests, so they cuffed him on suspicion of driving under the influence

of an unknown substance.

Office's found prescription pills in his pocket, hydrocodone, a painkiller he called

Norco.

Woods explained he got distracted by his phone in the radio, saying it all happened in

a boom.

He admitted taking some meds earlier, but swore off any alcohol that day, and his breath

test came back clean.

The deputy noted Woods was hiccuping, couldn't keep his head still, and seemed too impair

to drive safely.

He's dealt with serious back issues for years, multiple surgeries and all, which explains

the meds.

Fans and folks in golf circles are buzzing about how this hits a guy already battling

injuries.

Woods pleaded not guilty, skipped the urine test, posted bail after eight hours, and demanded

a jury trial.

His next court dates on the 5th of May to check trial readiness.

Now he's stepping back from golf entirely to focus on treatment and health, fresh off

barely playing on the PGA tour since July 2024.

With his track record of comebacks, eyes are on whether he bounces back from this too.
