From young ages both Marco and Aubrey knew they wanted to be chefs. They were greatly influenced by their childhoods. Marco’s mother was a great home cook and his father, a chef & restaurateur, owned and operated Bruno’s Old World Italian Deli in Los Angeles for many years. After graduating high school, he immediately entered culinary school, eager to build on his knowledge and fast track him into professional kitchens. Since then, he has cooked for three Presidents of the United States, world leaders, world athletes, local leaders and celebrities. Aubrey grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where she would go crabbing during the summers and spend weekends at Pike place market. Driven by passion, she graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute at UVU. Aubrey’s had the opportunity to cook for many professional athletes, musicians, C-level executives, local politicians and surgeons.
