Titans Rookies Shine in Minicamp

On May 1st, the Tennessee Titans kicked off their rookie minicamp Friday at Vanderbilt

Health Football Center with eight draft picks, 11, undrafted free agents, five veterans,

and 58 trial players showing up for day one of the two-day event.

Draft picks like first-rounder Karnel Tate stayed mostly inside for conditioning and stretching,

keeping things low key to ease into NFL life, while the rest hit the field hard with individual

drills, agility work, and seven-on-seven action, try out quarterbacks, Derek Robertson,

Kite on Salter, and Cade McNamara turn heads early.

Robertson hit 11 of 12 passes before a couple.

Picks alongside undrafted receiver Tyron Montgomery, grabbing attention with big plays despite

some drops across the board and safe these miles purchase, and Maeson Pollard snagging

interceptions.

Players like Cornerback Latro McCutchen with a nice pass breakup, receiver Hank Beatty hauling

in catches, and massive tryout tight-in Colin Weber, at six foot four, 258 pounds, all-made

solid impressions with Ed rusher Keldrick Falk and linebacker Anthony Hill Jr.

Beaming about their new starts, Hill loving his number, 53 tie to Titans legend Keith

Bullock.

These returns Saturday for day two.

Right before offensive coordinator Brian Dable, defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, and

special teams coach John, facile chat with reporters, so expect more buzz building toward

full squad work.
