Titans Sign Hooker, Carter, McCutcheon; Levis Trade Rumors Swirl

On April 1st, Titans just dropped some surprise moves in free agency,

signing quarterback Hendon Hooker along with running back Michael Carter and

Widersyver and Lance McCutchen. Hooker, the former Tennessee volunteer star,

joins the roster after the team passed on him in last year's draft for Will Levis.
