The Toronto Blue Jays are marking their 50th anniversary season with new history displays

across the 100-level concourse at Roger Center.

They've added eight installations featuring team memorabilia, highlighted by the World

Series tropes from 1992 and 19.

93 now showcased in a glass case behind the right field, foul pole.

These exhibits cover playoff highlights from the drive of 85 all the way to the recent

World Series push, including jerseys and bats from key.

Moments in franchise lore, fans have long called for this kind of tribute and it's already

sparking excitement, especially among younger supporters who may not know stars like Dave

Steve, Tony Fernandez or George Bell as well as older generations do.

Coming up later this summer on July 18th, the team unveils his first player statue outside

the stadium honoring Joe Carter's famous walkoff, Homer in Game 6 of the 1993 World Series.

Then on August 29th, the new hall of excellence opens nearby in right field, celebrating past

grades like Jose Batista, Roy Halliday and newcomer but Martinez with even more memorabilia

to keep the legacy alive for years ahead.
