Trey Yesavage Injury: Blue Jays Adjust Pitching Plan

Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Trey Yesavage will begin the 2026 season on the injured list

due to a right shoulder impingement, manager John.

Schneider announced this week.

The 22-year-old right-hander, a 20th overall pick in the 2024 draft, impressed last year

with a 1-0 record over.

Three regular season starts and a 3-in-1 mark with a 3.58 ERA in the postseason.

He better noted that Yesavage arrived as spring training with the issue, which slowed

his preparation, but he's now feeling better and continuing his.
