A very disturbing tale about a former Democrat mayor.

I believe it's from Pennsylvania.

Yes, Pennsylvania.

These people are sick as they say.

All right, so before we get into all of today's stories, I do have to make sure you guys are aware that we are currently experiencing some pretty abnormal weather down here in Florida.

Abnormal for a number of different ways. We normally have storms and we normally have a lot of rain down here.

We've been suspiciously dry for this entire spring season and for pretty much all of the winter as well.

So it looks like we are basically getting all of the water that we were supposed to have gotten previously today.

We have lost our power and we have lost internet over and over and over again today.

It's kind of seeming like now everything is back to normal. I do have backup batteries.

But the problem is every single time the internet goes out, even though I have like continuous power to the internet.

It's doing something to my computer, which makes my DNS settings go out of whack and maybe my IP addresses are all over the place.

And so then I have to reboot my computer. So if that happens, I just want to let you guys know that we're going to try to do that.

If it doesn't work, then you'll just see me not back on the stream and everything will end basically.

So I just want you to keep that in mind. And if for some reason I can't get it to work, then we'll obviously just follow up tomorrow afternoon.

So thank you again filter dog. Appreciate the can over there on piled and let us begin with a follow up to the story that we learned about last week.

That is going to be the former mayor of Gettysburg Chad Allen car. He is a Democrat who used to run the local gay pride organization.

He was forced to step down and he was forced to relinquish his position as mayor of Gettysburg after it was found out that he was engaging in criminal sexual conduct.

With children, he is a 41 year old man and until very early this month, he was mayor. He left the office citing personal reasons.

He didn't give anybody any indication that perhaps he might have been a PDF file at that time.

It was only shortly after that where he was rated and arrested that we learned the full truth of exactly what type of an individual Mr. Car was.

He is now as they say a disgraced politician. He's also no longer going to be serving as the president of Gettysburg pride.

That of course is the LGBTQ advocacy group. He actually helped to promote it in this historic Pennsylvania town known for its civil war battlefield.

And I guess he wanted to make it known for civil rights of some type as well.

So Chad Allen car was arrested and the Pennsylvania State Police announced that arrest during a press conference held several days ago on March 13th.

The charges include, thusly, two felony counts of photographing or filming gratuitous sexual acts and knowingly depicting them on a computer plus one misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.

Now we take a look at the court documents and we get a little bit more of a deeper understanding of just how deep Mr. Car went with this allegedly.

He groomed a 16 year old boy that he met through high school musical productions and Gettysburg around 2011 to 2013.

Now obviously that was some time ago, but the victim is now an adult and the victim who is now an adult has reported that car solicited explicit photographs engaged in acts of a gratuitous nature on video via Skype.

And he shared his own nude images while he continued to groom and pressure this young teenage boy for more videos and pictures.

Now car reportedly described the interactions as merely late night talks. Well, that report also alleges that the victim reported these Skype conversations and video chats where he said he and car would engage in these acts and then the there was a report from a group called Childline as well, who also added that car was volunteering at the victims high school.

And it sounds like Mr. Car put himself into a position where he could gain access to vulnerable youngsters and then of course once he was there, he began the process of getting this young child into a Skype conversation.

Now the detectives later interviewed that adult victim who told them that he had known car since childhood.

However, this inappropriate behavior did not begin until car began getting involved with high school musical productions and Gettysburg at that time, the teenager was 14 years old.

And can we just say like a leader of an LGBTQ organization who was also grooming kids through high school musicals. I mean, that's a bit of a caricature, don't you think?

So the victim had reported car was very rude to many of the students involved in these high school plays. I can also just see a caddy gay man getting angry at these kids and telling them to do it like from the hip.

You've got to project your voice. You've got to get loud with it and know that sucks. You're a terrible actor. You'll never be able to do anything at all.

I can see him just doing it from the very get go. So he would be mean to the kids. Apparently he wasn't mean to this young boy.

And for the first two years that car was volunteering with high school musical productions, there was nothing inappropriate that took place. Well, then the victim then relayed that his sophomore and junior years of high school car sort of changed his behavior.

He became very kind and he gave this victim a lot of attention. Maybe that first two years was him softening him up sort of a battered women syndrome.

He wanted him to get used to the idea of the anger and the violence. And then he flipped the switch. And of course, you know, kids are always looking for the approval of their elders and maybe if this kid was really into high school musical production musical theater.

Once Mr. Carb began being overly kind to him. Perhaps it was exactly what the child was looking for. Of course he wasn't looking to be groomed, but he was just looking for approval.

So the victim then recalled car asking him how they could get in touch, not through school email. He was all right. Yes, love bomb. That is the words that I'm looking for love bomb.

So he says, I'd like to talk to you. I'd like to talk after school when you talk about your sashay. We need to talk about those lines. And we just can't do it through school email. I'm just not comfortable with email Skype is going to be much better.

So the Adams County District Attorney Brian Sinett revealed during a press conference about this disgusting act that Mr. Car performed with this young child.

That police have spoken to multiple juvenile young boys because of course, you know, they never stop at one. All of them have reported inappropriate contact with car at this point. However, there have been no additional charges.

But as we all know, superseding indictments can come along at any time car was held at Adams County Prison on $100,000 bond with a preliminary hearing that was set for March 20th.

I'm not aware on whether or not he actually got out if he was able to post that bond. If he had a person in the real world that was willing to put up the money or the collateral that would be necessary to have him released.

But I'm going to follow up with this story. And we'll see what happens on the 20th. And I'd be very interested to see if any superseding indictments were to come about a OB 22 says make wood shippers great again.

If they are all being used, guillotine would do just fine. Sir, you are not going to get any arguments from any of us here in the chat. All right.

Okay. So we also have an announcement coming from attorney general Pam Bondy. There was a new legal victory handed down to the Trump administration.

This time in the first circuit court, they have ruled that the administration can continue deporting illegal aliens to third world countries. Well, third nations sometimes they are also third world countries.

There is a little bit more work ahead of this, but it's a key win and it opens the door for those deportation flights who might go to Uganda or your rich or any number of other countries around the world where the Trump administration has already made the deal to allow these people to be handed over because for one reason or another, they don't feel safe going back to their home countries.

One probably the most famous example of this is Maryland manned Kilmar, a brago Garcia. You'll remember that when he was initially ordered to be deported many years ago.

He said that he was not afraid of going back to his home country of of Ecuador. I believe it's Ecuador. No, El Salvador, El Salvador.

But for some reason, over the years, something changed. They had a new president that came in and they began cracking down on crime. And suddenly he's afraid to go down to El Salvador. He doesn't like sea caught, but they treated him pretty good at sea caught as the senator from Maryland was able to find out when he went down there and had a nice lunch with the Moses with the Maryland man. It was a romantic date.

They had a wonderful time from what I understand and they got along fabulously. And this, of course, never proceeded any farther because the senator had to come back home to Washington, DC.

And the Maryland man had to go back to his cell to continue cleaning toilets. Well, now Maryland man is back here in the United States. The administration is anxious to send him to a third nation, which will not be El Salvador.

And now that this case has cleared through the first ticket court, once again, we'll be able to begin those flights. So judge James Bozberg can eat a dip continuing.

Oh, was it Margaritas? I was, I was so certain that it was memoses. It looked like memoses. Well, mate, who knows? Maybe they had a flight of different El Salvador and alcoholic beverages. They probably had a wonderful time regardless. All right. Now from a win to a seeming loss. Now this is also, of course, a court decision that is not final, but a Biden appointed federal judge.

Someone that you've actually heard me speak about before rolled earlier this afternoon to temporarily block health and human services secretary, RFK juniors, changes to the childhood vaccine schedule because who understands vaccines better than a Democrat appointed judge who sits on a bench and just rules based upon his fields for the day.

This is US district judge Brian Murphy. He issued a preliminary injunction. He invalidated RFK juniors key vaccine advisory panel. He also replaced all 17 people who had previously made these vaccine recommendations.

Vaccines that, of course, were unhealthy or believed to be dangerous or unnecessary were removed from the vaccine schedule. And the goal was to push us to a point where modern medicine actually lined up with facts and not necessarily lined up with the profit margins of pharmaceutical companies and vaccine manufacturers.

Now judge Murphy's order is in response directly to a lawsuit filed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and several additional groups. He has blocked key parts of this effort to reshape US vaccine policy.

This is also a judge that serves out of Boston. Boston, of course, is a highly left wing area. He has cited with the American Academy of Pediatrics and these other medical groups.

And they've said that health regulators acted unlawfully to carry out Kennedy's agenda of upending immunization policies and they warned that the changes will reduce the vaccination rates and harm public health.

Certainly, if you are removing the number of vaccines from the vaccine schedule, it'll undoubtedly reduce vaccination rates.

But as we all have come to know, that is part of the ultimate plan to make America healthy again. But harming public health, I do not personally agree with that. And I believe that this is still up for contention. Now vaccine makers have grown increasingly wary of US vaccine policy.

Obviously, the makers of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, be it Pfizer, biotech, or Moderna, their profits rest on whether or not the United States government can essentially suggest and then sometimes forcefully make sure that people, children, adults, whomever end up taking these shots and companies that make other shots on the US vaccine childhood schedule also include Merck, San Cofi, Sanofi, and GlaxoSmith clients.

Now, RFK Jr., in my opinion, has been fairly successful in his efforts to overhaul the American health system. And as his policies have taken hold, pediatricians have faced parents increasingly skeptical about vaccines and medical treatments.

Before that, everybody just kind of went along and said, okay, well, if it's being recommended to me by somebody with a degree, then obviously they must be right.

Nearly a dozen states have already begun considering legal changes that would relax vaccine requirements for school enrollment. And in January, the US Department of Health and Human Services announced that it will recommend fewer routine vaccinations for most children.

The change follows a directive from President Trump back in December. He ordered federal health agencies to examine how peer development nations structure their childhood immunization schedules and whether the United States had fallen out of stamp with international best practices.

That's how RFK Jr., and the vaccine recommendation panel came to the decisions that they did. I still personally think that the number of jabs that are on that list are also too high.

It's a great place to start, but even just because they're on the suggested list, it doesn't mean that you or your family have to go ahead and go through with that. I personally, I did get minimal vaccines when I was a kid, but back then it was like, you know, one, two, maybe three.

And then by the time my daughter was born, I was fairly well educated about the science on this stuff. And we had a religious exemption through the state of Michigan.

Now, President Trump in that announcement, he said today, the CDC vaccine committee made a very good recommendation to end their hepatitis B vaccine recommendation for babies, the vast majority of whom are at no risk for hepatitis B, a disease that is mostly transmitted sexually or through dirty needles.

The American childhood vaccine schedule long required 72 jabs for perfectly healthy babies far more than any other country in the world.

Far more than is necessary. In fact, it is ridiculous. Many parents and scientists have been questioning the efficacy of this schedule as have I.

That is why I have just signed a presidential memorandum directing the Department of Health and Human Services to fast track a comprehensive evaluation of vaccine schedules from other countries around the world.

And better align the US vaccine schedule. So it is finally rooted in the gold standard of science and common sense, and I am fully committed and confident that Secretary RFK Jr.

at the CDC will get this done quickly and correctly for our nation's children. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is yet another instance of the judiciary stepping in and trying to block the administration from implementing their own agenda.

Never in my life have I ever seen a group of organizations who simply over and over again want to stop the administration that's currently in power from doing whatever it is they want to do.

They always just go ahead and go along with it. And certainly nobody said boo when vaccine after vaccine after vaccine were being added to the schedules and they just simply threw up their hands and said, wow, why do so many babies keep dying in their cribs?

Wow, why is it that we have such an incredible increase in vaccines in autism rates? Wow, why is it that fertility is down nearly 50%. I have no idea. I guess we're just going to have to continue sticking needles in people.

Now, under the revised framework, only 11 consensus vaccines, those are the ones that are widely recommended across developed nations will remain universally recommended for children.

That would include vaccines for measles. I have my own thoughts about that. Mumps, rebella, polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hyb, pneumonococcal, disease, HPV, and varicella.

There's problems with the HPV. There's problems with all of those. But several other vaccines, including influenza, doesn't work. COVID-19 doesn't work rotavirus, not really informed about that one.

Hepatitis A and B don't have unprotected sex with homeless people who are sharing needles and menon meningococcal disease will no longer be universally recommended for all children under RFK Juniors new vaccine schedule.

Instead, they would be administered based on individual risk factors or after consultation between parents and health care providers.

So Brian judge Brian has once again stepped in and said, Hey, listen here. How do you like them apples? I'm going to make sure that your kids take as many vaccines as they possibly can.

This will undoubtedly be fought by the administration. And I know we haven't heard the last of it.

All right. Now I saw this over the weekend and I just about laughed my ass off. If you don't like living in the United States of America, you don't have to stay here.

The only problem was until very recently, if you wanted to give up your US citizenship, you were going to have to pay for it.

You see, not often do people decide that they want to renounce their US citizenship and to be frank, prior governments have really not wanted people to relinquish their citizenship either because that means we have like a drain of talent theoretically or as many might say a drain of a possible

tax base. Well, the only thing is that the people who seemingly no longer want to be part of the United States of America oftentimes are the exact people that we don't really want to be here either.

So over the weekend, it was announced that the State Department was slashing the cost of renouncing your US citizenship by a whopping 80%.

That's right. Previously that fee was $2,350 and now under the new rules, the fee to process a certificate of loss of nationality or a CLN is now merely $450.

So I would just like to put it out there, depending on how terrible of a person you are, if you want to leave the United States and renounce your citizenship, we might be willing to do a go fund me and make it happen as quickly as possible.

So that when you get out of here and you recognize just how terrible it is in many other places, certainly you're not going to have the same freedoms.

You're not going to have the same opportunities. You're probably going to not have the requisite skills that would be required to make a living in another country.

And you will probably be passed up for an immigrant that is from another part of the world. You're going to have a very rude awakening.

And I also don't think that once you give up your citizenship that the United States government is very likely to come back and say, oh, sure, you can try again.

You're going to have to go through the process and you're going to have to pay just like anybody else.

Now this change actually restores the feed of the same level that the government was charging when it first began requiring payment for citizenship.

Renunciations in 2010. Isn't that funny? They only started doing this in 2010.

Now the reduction was actually first announced in 2023, but only recently took effect under Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

And believe me, he enjoyed telling the world that you only have to pay $450 now.

So like believe me, if you hate the United States so much that you want to pay to leave by all means, do not let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Now, according to the State Department, that increase from the $450 to the $2,350 took effect in 2015.

That was to cover administrative expenses as the number of Americans seeking to renounce their citizenship rose sharply.

I can only imagine that in 2015, there was a vast number of radical left wing morons who were overcome with TDS.

And they were so afraid what Donald Trump was going to do when he came into power in early 2017 that perhaps they just felt they needed to leave or maybe it was due to something else.

I'm not exactly certain. I've never met anyone who was stupid enough to do this, but I'm sure that we're probably going to meet some as time goes on.

Let's go ahead and hear from the busiest man in Washington, DC, Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

I don't know why it's so hard for some to, I've said this repeated, I don't know why it's so hard for some to comprehend it, so let me repeat it again.

A visa, no one's entitled to a visa, there is no constitutional right to a visa.

Okay, a visa is a permission to enter our country as a visitor.

If you enter our country as a visitor and as a visitor in our country, be it a student, a tourist, a journalist, whatever you want to be, and you undertake activities that are against the national interest, the national security of the United States, we will take away your visa.

In fact, if we knew you were going to do it, we probably wouldn't have given you your visa.

All right, so I don't know if they linked up be incorrect clip right there, but that was not the one that I saw over the weekend.

Now, officials linked that surge at that time in part to the new tax reporting rules that were affecting Americans living overseas.

So that was likely due to people who were living as expats in other nations, maybe passport, bros, stuff like that.

However, data from the department showed renunciation requests climbed from 956 cases in 2010 to 3,436 in 2014.

Now, despite the reduction, the government says this new $450 fee still does not fully cover the actual cost of processing the renunciation.

The renunciation applications, the process of formally renouncing your US citizenship does involve several steps.

We'll go through them just in case anyone in the audience has any inclination, they might not want to be an American anymore.

Applicants must appear in person before a US consular officer at an embassy or a consulate abroad where they must confirm both verbally and in writing that they understand the consequences of renouncing your citizenship.

I saw a number of people in the chat suggest that they were going to do fundraisers for people who don't want to be American citizens anymore.

Okay, peace out. We'll see more for the rest of us.

Individuals must then take a formal oath of renunciation after which time the State Department reviews the request before issuing the certificate of loss of nationality.

There are various reasons why a person might want to give up their citizenship.

Obviously, TDS appears to be a chief among them at the moment, but the most commonly cited is the financial reporting requirements for Americans living abroad.

It's say you own a business in another country.

You've also got a passport from another country and you don't really want to continue paying taxes back home because they are still going to want you to do that.

Well, then you can just go ahead and renounce your citizenship.

Many others may now renounce it simply because they want to make a political statement.

And this move was celebrated by advocacy groups that were representing so-called accidental Americans.

These are people who hold US citizenship through birth but do not actually live in America.

That group is called the Association of Accidental Americans.

Funny, I've never even heard of this, but they welcomed the decision, acknowledging the necessity of making this fundamental right accessible to all.

Now, according to the group, there are 8,755 Americans who paid the previous $2,350 fee after the State Department first announced plans to lower the cost in 2023, but before the rule officially took effect.

All right. So last week, John Solomon had told us that there was likely going to be a security briefing forthcoming from the administration, not only for the American people, but also for members of the Senate who have been basically dragging their ass on the Save America act.

Here, it turns out that John Solomon has gotten the goods and he's going to begin reporting on this tomorrow. Let's take a listen as John detailed earlier today.

I need to refresh apparently.

The United Nations, there were serious matters. The United States has known of similar problems of China infiltrations of our voter data going back to 2020 and they've done nothing about it.

They have kept it a secret and I think that that is what the goal here is to come up with any narrative to diminish what we're going to show now.

I've yet to get the documents from the Trump White House or the Trump intelligence agencies, but remarkably, I've been able to get good documents from Biden error intelligence officials.

They've been more cooperative in trying to get the truth out about China's infiltrations of our voter databases and tomorrow.

I suspect part of the reason the intel agencies don't want this out as they don't want to talk about it tomorrow at the oversight hearings that begin for the national security apparatus.

I don't think we're going to be able to let them do that. I think tomorrow we're going to put out our first story from documents we got from Biden error officials that will show that there were infiltrations of the voter data in 2020 by China and we've all been kept in the dark and by the way.

We're going to show people quotes from our own intelligence officials saying how dangerous it would be if Russia had gotten into voter data.

But apparently Russia does it. It's a bad thing. If China does it, apparently we just keep mum about it. Tomorrow we're going to let people see what we've gathered to date. Sadly, we don't have a significant amount of transparency from the Trump intel agencies or the Trump White House yet.

I hope that changes before we go tomorrow, but we hit the go button tomorrow and people will get to see exactly what our government has been sitting on for nearly six years.

So it sounds like what John Solomon is planning to do is essentially forced the hand of the current administration, essentially saying, hey, we've got this information. We've actually had it since the Biden administration and we were waiting for the government to come out with their own information.

So then we could corroborate it, considering that nothing has come out yet. And I have a very difficult time believing that President Trump and his team are not already aware of this.

John Solomon says, hey, it is now time. We're going to release this and we're going to reveal it to the American public. And he's absolutely right. You know, think about how many times we got clips on the internet of left wing pundits telling us how dangerous it was that Russia meddled in the election.

What if Russia did this in the election? Well, guess what? If any country does it? It's a problem. I don't care what country it is. If somebody is putting their thumb on the scale of our election proving that it is insecure because God knows we've tried for years to show this to as many people as possible.

And yes, we have broken through in some significant ways, but we still don't have many of the safeguards would in place that we need to have in place to ensure that our elections are not fake.

Now a couple of comments over here.

Chase Bum says how to dodge a potential draft in America number one, renounce citizenship number two, find a board of patrol agent number three, declare fear for your life in your home country.

Number four, get a silent welfare and no draft. That is actually brilliant. And I bet you that somebody is probably going to do that.

A bonus chicken. Thank you for the shades. Appreciate you. All right. So thinking about passing that save act in a polina Luna is now one of the many voices calling for primary challenges against some of the senators that are blocking the save act.

She's also talking about a convention of states so that we can just bypass what's happening in DC as well. Now I've had a number of people on the show in years past.

Talking about convention of states and it is something that could be successful. It's also something that could be co-opted. Unfortunately, I don't think there is any magic bullet to this.

And right now because of the timeline that we're on, we are dealing with a bit of a number of limited pathways.

So in a polina Luna is bringing up this information talking about these spineless rhinos that are currently in the Senate sabotaging the Save America Act.

This as you all know, critical legislation designed to safeguard our elections in a number of limited ways.

Most importantly, stopping illegal alien voters and cutting off a number of pathways for voter fraud, whether it's coming from the right or the left.

Now she made this statement on X, essentially declaring war calling for primary challenges against the traitors that are working against the America first agenda and even advocating for the convention of states to bypass the corrupt unit party swamp in Washington, DC.

She unloaded on the Senate rhinos who are hiding behind the so-called talking filibuster. Did you all know that the talking filibuster does not require any special rule changes or anything like that.

It's already a measure that's within the rule set, the complicated and opaque rule set of the Senate. Nothing special has to be done. They just have to have the balls to actually do it.

Now this bill, of course, would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. If you cannot show proof of citizenship, then your voter registration will no longer be good.

It will be null and void. It may have in a substantial impact on the current situation we're facing with voter rolls in states that refuse to share that information with the Department of Justice.

Now, because the legislation has already passed the House, they've done their work. That would require proof of US citizenship to register to vote. It would mandate voter ID nationwide.

The measures those two alone would be necessary steps to securing the upcoming 2026 midterms. But as I've said, on a number of occasions, the Save America Act is not a magic bullet.

It is not the only thing that needs to happen. This bill currently is stalled in the Senate and Democrats there have already stated they're completely 100% united against it.

You do have a couple of rhinos that are resisting altering Senate rules to force it through the only altering of Senate rules would have to be getting rid of the filibuster altogether.

And for whatever reason, the people who are there don't believe that anyone who comes after them, whatever get rid of the filibuster, like the filibuster did not start with the beginning of the Senate.

It was added at some point later on down the line. So it's a rather new invention when looking at the totality of the history of the Senate and the United States legislature at the federal level.

So it could be taken away at any point. All it's going to require is a party that has enough gumption to decide that they don't ever want to be out of power ever again and that they just want to ram through their particular version of how America would look.

And I believe that the left would have no problem doing that because at the end of the day, they are communists. Now Republicans hold 53 seats.

And apart the party lacks the 60 votes needed to overcome a filibuster. But if we have the filibuster, then people would have to get up there and argue against it.

And as we know, this is a spectacularly popular issue across all ages, all demographics, all voting blocks. This is not a partisan political issue.

So Annapalina Luna says the House GOP has a lot of flame throwers every single senator that is hiding behind the talking filibuster needs to be primary by one of the House members with the spine.

Potus should hold off on endorsing any more senators until they do their jobs. I'd be totally okay with that. And to that point, he still has not endorsed John Cornyn or Ken Paxton.

The deadline for either of them to drop out of the race is tomorrow and neither of them have dropped out at this point, which means that John Cornyn has no, he has no impetus to fight harder for the Save America Act because at this point, he's going to be facing John Ken Paxton in the general election.

Excuse me in the special election. And Ken Paxton is going to beat the tar out of him. There's just no way around it.

So Luna had previously exposed a plan by Senator John Thun, alleging that he was planning to cave to Schumer, killing the Save America Act. And she said this was a very disturbing line of thinking.

She also blew up Lisa Murkowski for outright lying about her voting rights record. She caught her in a number of lies, pushing back against efforts to secure our elections.

Lisa Murkowski had previously said that the Save America Act would disenfranchise people in Alaska. And you know, I mean, everybody has access to their birth certificate. If they don't have a birth certificate, they can get a birth certificate.

And if they can't get a birth certificate, then maybe they shouldn't be casting a ballot. Now with up to 50 House Republicans voting to halt all Senate business until the Save Act passed, Luna is now taking it a step further.

She's threatening to shut down the House floor if the Senate doesn't act. And she's urging President Trump to withhold any endorsements from anybody who won't vote for, who won't fight for voter ID. She said, good afternoon America.

This week the Senate will learn all their bills will die in the House until they can get election integrity passed. We will kill every single one of their bills for as long as it takes. I absolutely love this.

Now also endorsing Constitution of States. She says it's time for a Constitution of States. Congress will never term women itself. And as you are seeing, it is broken too many of them too many of these cats get up to DC and hop onto the uniparty train.

Their problem is the uniparty doesn't work for you. It works for special interests. This is similar to calls from grassroots conservatives who see the Save America Act as sort of proof that only Article 5 convention of states can drain the swamp for good.

So if you're not aware, a convention of states, which is often called an Article 5 convention, allows state legislatures rather than Congress to propose constitutional amendments.

The idea stems directly from Article 5 of the Constitution, which provides two methods for proposing constitutional amendments, one through Congress and another through a convention requested by the States.

Now, while Congress has used its authority to propose all 27 constitutional amendments in American history, the state-driven convention method is never actually being used under Article 5.

State legislatures have the power to request a national convention to propose constitutional amendments. If two thirds of the states, that would be currently 34 out of 50, submit formal applications to Congress.

So if that threshold is reached, number one, Congress must call the convention. Number two, delegates from the States gather to propose those constitutional amendments and three, any proposed amendment must then be ratified by three fourths of the states, which would be 38 states before it becomes law.

As of 2026, at least 20 state legislatures have passed resolutions supporting the convention of states, efforts, those, some of them are Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Arizona, Missouri, Arkansas, Utah, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Nebraska, West Virginia, South Carolina, and Kansas.

They were the most recent addition just earlier this year, but because 34 states are required, we're still going to need 14 additional states to sign on before Congress would be required to call the convention.

I think this is something that honestly should be done because as it stands right now, Congress has nothing to challenge them. They obviously don't challenge each other.

They only argue about things that are going to get them press time on the fake news media. When the cameras are off, they are still friends. They go to lunch together. They go to those cocaine fueled orgies in DC. They probably are even paying off the same blackmail merchants to make sure that their names don't come out in the fake news media.

But if we had a convention of states, something to stand up to them and say, hey, guess what? You're not the only game in town. We, the people are now going to come forward and say we want these requisite changes.

I think we could probably get it done. So I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with this. Yes, fire them. Let's get a constitutional amendment for term limits and let's also move all of the representatives back to their home states.

Let's also increase the size of the legislature in the house. Let us go back to the apportionment, which theoretically would have been prescribed under the Constitution. No less, excuse me, no more than 30,000 residents per representative that would dramatically increase the number of representatives.

It would require them to live in their home districts. It would also dramatically decrease the effect of lobbying dollars.

Because then instead of lobbying, you know, several hundred congressmen, they would have to be lobbying several thousand congressmen and they'd have to be traveling all around the country.

Also, we would need to make it possible for the representatives to vote by electronic means like we do like a zoom call or something like that.

Or they have Cisco, WebEx or whatever it is that they use in Congress. There are ways to do this and move this into the 21st century and provide adequate representation for the entirety of the United States.

Right now, you know, we have a number of representatives from each state and most of those people never meet any of their constituents. Most of them are completely compromised and most of them love it.

They would absolutely love to continue on with the way things are. Let's get rid of it.

It's already a crime. If you come to the United States and you registered a vote and then you vote and you're not a citizen, you're going to go to prison. Well, people only go to prison when we catch them. And because we are now finally beginning to look.

We're finding a lot more people that have been voting in elections and it's not just that they voted in the last election. Some of these people have been voting for decades.

And again, these are only the people we've caught. Well, we just caught somebody else in Harris County, Texas. A non citizen was caught voting in the 2024 election.

It was a British man who was not a citizen of the United States. He didn't just vote for president. He voted also for the Senate and the House. And he also knew he was not eligible to vote.

Let's take a listen to the local news, discussing it. Denise Ann says that we also need to abolish the 17th amendment. Let's put it on the list.

British National now faces federal charges after he's accused of illegally voting in the 2024 general election in Harris County despite not being a US citizen.

ABC 13 Sarah Alshake looked into how he was able to get registered in the first place. New at 10.

Federal investigators say a British man knowingly broke US election law.

Now, it's just worth mentioning that had the SAVE Act being in place, it would have been impossible for this man to register to vote and to vote illegally.

However, if he had somehow gotten registered to vote, let's say he had a fake birth certificate, not only would he have faced criminal repercussions, but the person who registered him to vote would also face criminal repercussions.

And they both would be on the hook for monetary damages as well.

According to court documents, Samuel James Hall described as a non-US citizen is accused of voting in the 2024 general election, casting a ballot in races for president, vice president, Senate and the House of Representatives, despite allegedly knowing he was not eligible to vote.

The Harris County tax assessor collector and voter registrar's office tells ABC 13 it first learned Hall was on the voter rolls last June seven months after the election officials say they notified him and that Hall then canceled his own registration.

The registrar says he was removed from the voter rolls and is not currently registered to vote in Harris County.

Now, please tell me why only after the election were they looking to see whether or not you know, hey, guys, I know we just had a presidential election. I know there was just a vote for Senate and House as well.

What do you say we just have a looky poo? Let's just take a look and see if maybe there might be some people illegally registered to vote. Yeah, he's not only going to get deported. He's probably going to spend some time in prison before that.

Writing in a statement quote, as this is an ongoing investigation, we are unable to share more at this time and remain committed to ensuring that the voter registration rolls are up to date and that only eligible citizens are enrolled and part of the process.

ABC 13 asked how Hall was able to register to vote in the first place since that is the key issue, but we had not gotten that answer.

Last year, the Texas Secretary of State says it identified 33 people who may have illegally voted out of nearly 11.4 million ballots cast in that election.

33 votes ultimately not enough to change the outcome of any election. In this case, the FBI's Houston Field Office says Hall.

Well, maybe not enough to affect the outcome of a large federal election like this, but in many local elections, as we heard from the Secretary of State of Ohio just the other day, you oftentimes will have elections where people will be either a winner or a loser by one to 10 votes, something like that.

So even though 33 people may have voted in the last election who were illegal aliens, that essentially invalidates the votes of 33 living American citizens and that is unacceptable.

Made his initial federal court appearance Wednesday where he pleaded not guilty. Court documents show he posted bond. Hall's attorney declined to comment when ABC 13 reached out, but his client now facing a penalty of up to one year in federal prison.

Obviously, this is one county in Texas, but we're talking about a very large state and then Texas is just one of 49 other states, 50 states total. So obviously this happens a lot more frequently than they would like to admit.

Thank you so much to Pete Quest for the cookie. I do appreciate you, my friend. All right. Now another crazy thing that a lot of people have asked about is how in the hell do these illegal alien children get enrolled in American schools?

Because we the people pay the taxes which keep these schools open for every illegal alien child that attends a public school that takes resources and time away from a native American child to be able to learn the fundamentals.

Now there are all kinds of problems with public schools. We're not going to go over that today, but just at a base level. I don't want to pay for people who are not Americans to attend school with my children. Now all of my kids are all grown at this point, but I still have to pay taxes to keep these schools open so that these illegal alien kids can come here and get a free education.

Now oftentimes they don't even speak English and that means that they have to have a special instructors who get hired on increases the budget and they continue to increase my freaking taxes every single year.

Now what we're talking about here is a Tennessee bill that would require the public and charter school officials to verify the immigration status of students.

Now there's actually a supreme court ruling which has led us to be in the situation we are now.

So Tennessee lawmakers have taken a bold stand against the misuse of taxpayer dollars in public education on March 10th House bill 9793 advanced out of the full committee with a 15 to 9 vote divided mostly along party lines as you might expect Republicans were in favor.

All seven Democrats were opposed, but the proposal is scheduled to be heard on the House floor today March 16th.

Now the measure requires public and charter school officials to verify students immigration status at enrollment and report the aggregate results to the state.

The proposal originally empowered school officials to deny enrollment to students who could not prove lawful presence in the United States or to charge their families to wish.

That provision remains in the Senate's version that already passed the chamber 19 to 13.

However, opponents to the measure later stripped it out of the House proposal.

WIMPS. Now this proposal represents the bare minimum in addressing a longstanding injustice yet it falls short of what is truly needed requiring verification and reporting data shed light on the number of illegal immigrants in public schools.

But it does nothing to stop the flow of taxpayer dollars that are subsidizing their free education in Tennessee as in many other states around the country.

Per student allocations are what drive budgets that means districts gain financially from admitting more students regardless of their immigration status.

So they have a financial incentive to sign up as many kids as possible lawmakers need to go further.

They need to prohibit public schools from using any tax dollars to educate those who are unlawfully present in the United States.

Perhaps this is something we could do at the federal level.

But such a ban would redirect resources exclusively to lawful residents and citizens allowing per student funding to surge for eligible children without necessitating tax increases.

And you know what? It might actually lower taxes because there would no longer be a need to have a whole system of employees at these schools whose sole purpose it is to ensure that children who don't speak English or who are not naturally from the United States of America are safe and comfortable in American schools.

Now there was also a case that came out over the weekend and illegal alien student 19 years old attending high school.

I believe they had him as a sophomore or something like that. Some school out east.

He had sexually assaulted some nine underage female students as an adult going to school the high school enrolled as if he was a youngster.

But he wasn't and he was here illegally and if it wasn't for the fact that he was allowed to come into this country illegally and enroll in that public school those young girls never would have been assaulted.

If they did a ban like this it would direct all those resources towards only American students and at the end of the day perhaps your taxes may go down as a result.

That relief would extend far beyond school budgets those property taxes that I keep mentioning predominantly finance public education systems they exert constant upward pressure on homeowners.

This is one of the reasons why they have this sort of impetus to push up the value of your home even though you're not getting anything out of it all you're getting is more money taken out of your wallet.

If they exclude illegal immigrants from taxpayer funding in schools state policy makers could alleviate this strain on homeowners they could stabilize or even reduce property taxes while enhancing the quality of education for the legal and rollies.

At the heart of this issue is the 1982 Supreme Court decision Piler Plyler versus go that compels state officials to provide free public education to children of illegal immigrants that was a five to four ruling by a less conservative court than what we have today.

It imposes an unwarranted federal obligation on states to divert scarce resources towards entitlements for those who hold no legal status education policy particularly the allocation of those limited funds belongs in the hands of the state legislatures not in the hands of the federal government or more importantly not to be dictated by unelected judges.

States should possess the sovereign right to prioritize their own citizens and more importantly their legal residents especially when federal immigration enforcement has failed so spectacularly under previous presidential administrations time and time again they left the door open and they created opportunities for those illegals exactly like what we're talking about.

Now the Supreme Court today actually has an opportunity to rectify this overreach you've got conservatives and Tennessee and elsewhere who are now welcoming this legal challenge by bringing forward HB 793 particularly the big pushback is going to come from teachers unions who are eager to preserve the status quo because they want that go these unions profit doubly from illegal immigrant enrollment first they get the inflated per student funding that's tied to higher head counts.

Second they get supplemental allocations for English as a second language programs union leaders are probably going to hesitate to escalate a fight to the Supreme Court because they recognize there is a risk of doing that now with a conservative majority but a victory for Tennessee could also dismantle plight or nationwide it would inspire a cascade of similar reforms you're now going to have this court precedent which will be set in the state of Tennessee.

And anyone who has an interest in this subject and believe me there are many because we have a lot of homeowners all around the country they could take that and fight it in their own home states that precedent would empower legislatures to reclaim control over education spending removing the incentives that exacerbate the illegal immigration rather than fearing litigation policy makers should provoke it confident that the current court would affirm states authority to manage their own affairs.

Public sentiment is also on the side of this as well. The current policy is clearly not good for American children and Phi Delta Kappa international and Gallup found that 55% of Americans oppose using taxpayer dollars to educate the children of illegal aliens 81% of Republicans agree overall.

So you can see this is a bit of a partisan issue but this is obviously a far smarter path to take than just handing out more money to people who don't deserve to be there.

These numbers reflect a common sense of view. American taxpayers should not shoulder the cost of federal border failures education represents a significant investment in the future of this nation.

And when we dilute that investment by extending it to those outside the legal framework, it undermines the equity for our citizens momentum is building beyond Tennessee.

Since early 2025, we've already got legislators in Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, Indiana, and New Jersey pursuing measures that are directly contesting the Plylor versus Doe decision ranging from simple data collection on immigration status to outright tuition requirements.

These initiatives signal a growing recognition that unchecked illegal immigration is a burden to public systems, whether it's at schools or it's at hospitals.

In Texas, this is actually where Plylor was initiated. Republican governor Greg Abbott has long advocated resisting, excuse me, revisiting the decision, citing the unsustainable fiscal strain that is currently taking place on school districts.

Oklahoma's proposals mandate proof of status for enrollment, Idaho, and Indiana, salt bills advanced through committees before they stalled because you had a bunch of limp noodles in those, those legislatures, even in the blue leaning New Jersey lawmakers introduced the Plylor act to impose tuition on undocumented students.

Critics of these efforts often invoke compassion. You can take your compassion and shove it straight up your ass. If you want to sponsor an illegal alien to have them go to school at your school district, you go ahead and do that, but leave my tax dollars and everything else out of it.

They argue that denying education harms innocent children. You know what else harms innocent children tearing them from their home nation and bringing them across a vast desert illegally to enter through the US Southern border outside of a port of entry and then forcing them to live on the street or endure the child trafficking nightmare that is the path that you take with the cartels or anything else terrible that can happen to them.

That right there is certainly not very compassionate. That real harm is going to stem from policies that encourage this behavior encourage illegal entry by promising free services, perpetuating a cycle of dependency and straining the resources that are meant for the American citizens that they are meant to be for states like Tennessee, they invest billions of dollars in education to foster opportunity.

But that promise is eroded when funds are spread thinner to accommodate those who bypass the system if we overturned Plylar that would restore fairness. It would allow states to focus on their own communities without any apology.

The fiscal implications are demanded attention nationwide educating illegal immigrant students costs billions of dollars annually estimates vary by state, but consistently reveal a disproportionate load is placed on taxpayers.

With this influx of illegal alien children, it's a strain on classrooms, like I said, it necessitates more ESL teachers and inflates administrative costs.

All of those things go together to raise your property taxes by contrast, excluding those students from taxpayer funding with free up resources for class size reduction, teacher salary increases, they don't necessarily all need that.

But some of them I think are probably not being paid enough and program enhancements for lawful enrollees property taxes, property owners rather who are weary of annual property tax hikes to cover the expanding enrollments would finally see some form of relief.

Plylar as a decision exacerbates illegal immigration by mandating education as an entitlement regardless of status and the Supreme Court could literally end this mandate, it could return the power to the states where it belongs.

Now, even though Texas is HB 793 is not a perfect bill, it ignites a necessary debate and it could begin the process that would begin to take care of the problem as it exists today.

Lawmakers should strengthen it by banning tax funded education for illegal immigrants outright then force the other side to defend it in court.

Why is it that you believe people who do not have legal status here in the United States should be receiving free education, we're already taking them off of snap benefits, we're taking them off of H1B, we're taking them off of cash assistance.

So why are we giving them free education that proposal HB 793 would not only safeguard taxpayer dollars, but also deter future illegal entries by removing a key factor that brings people here and sets them up to destroy the system.

Destroy the system that we have for Americans, we've waited a long time to deal with these things and right now I see so many of them being addressed all at the same time, all of them virtually imperfectly.

However, we've got to start somewhere we cannot fix a problem unless we can identify it and right now many of these times we are in the identification phase.

All right, now next we have a series of stories about fraud having been committed by people from other countries who have come to the United States of America.

It has to do with a million dollar grant that was given by the Department of Health Services in excuse me, the Department of Homeland Security, two Minnesota public schools to prevent drug abuse and it ended up getting spent on Somali programs.

The person who was in charge of this grant was also directly responsible for the theft of five million dollars from the American taxpayer in the form of another scam.

She was one of the defendants in the feeding our future program. So when this one million dollar grant was given to Minnesota public schools, as I said, it was supposed to be for the prevention of drug abuse.

Instead, it was spent on a Somali youth soccer league. Money from the grant was also funneled to a different non governmental organization, probably owned by one of these Somalis.

It was also funneled into an after school program and youth engagement events and the district had planned to allocate $120,000 to six local culturally specific organizations.

Of course, the terms of the grant were very specific and those things that I just mentioned to you right there were not part of the reason why it was given. Let's take a listen.

And I'm going to give you all the background you need to learn about the woman behind it all.

Five investigates reveals how a convicted fraudster is connected to state grant money awarded to a Minnesota school district.

For months, investigative reporter Eric Grasmson has been pushing for transparency and asking who's looking out for taxpayers here.

Lindsey Kevin, the state gave Fairbo public schools nearly a million dollars. It was a grant to prevent drug abuse back in 2022.

We're following up now because one of the champions of that cause was charged with fraud just months after the money started flowing.

We need help. They're the first words on this application to the state for a million dollar grant.

Now five investigates is connecting those words to the woman who said them.

Low. Allee. We need help. It's not just a school. We need help. Big help.

Months. This woman is already stolen millions of dollars or in the process of stealing millions of dollars.

We need help. I need a new Bentley. I need a better barker. I must. I must buy property in Nigeria. Continue to give me millions.

After urging the Fairbo school board to go after grant money from the state in 2022, prosecutors charged Low. Allee with stealing five million dollars from taxpayers.

She's now one of more than 50 people who've played guilty to fraud connected to feeding our future.

We've had several meetings with this lady in a group of people over the last three months about it.

These recordings reveal Allee played a key role in the school district pursuing the grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services to fight drug abuse within Fairbulous minority population.

At the same time, she was actively stealing millions of dollars from taxpayers. What did you think when you learned that?

I will say that was quite a shock to us. That was not something that was known to us during that time period. That is something that the district took as a giant blow.

We did then really start vetting who was it that we were working with.

I just want to say the time to vet who you're handing a check for a million dollars over to is prior to handing over that check for a million dollars.

I wonder what he thinks now that so many Somalis have been accused, pled guilty and implicated in fraudulent schemes all across Minnesota.

Is his heart still bleeding at the same rate?

When the money is coming to the Fairbulous school district, where does the buck stop when it comes to accountability?

I showed up to speak with the superintendent at a public meeting.

We had already spent six weeks asking the district how it spent all of that grant money.

Now, after an open records request, they sent us this stack of documents.

But there really wasn't much detail in here beyond total amounts for salaries and payments to nonprofit partners.

So, we pushed for more.

Did you ask anybody here at the district how these partners were performing?

So, I have not. That has not made it to my level at this point.

Today's later, we got a new stack of records from the district.

Finally, details about how it spent $979,000.

Receipts for new soccer goals and other equipment for a Somali youth soccer league,

as well as accounting for after-school programming and youth engagement events.

All of that is supposed to be collected by the state.

Theoretically, there's two layers of accountability in there.

And that's how it is supposed to work.

Non-profit attorney Jen Urban says her clients are under more scrutiny than ever.

From a statewide crackdown on fraud to lawmakers proposing new restrictions on grants and public assistance.

Transparency is critical.

With everything that's been going on, are these fair questions to ask about where this money was going?

I think it's very fair to ask the question of where the money is going.

And I think that as taxpayers, there should be some accountability there.

Now, this whole time, we've been asking the Minnesota Department of Human Services to talk to us about how it keeps tabs on this grant money.

They refuse all of our interview requests so far.

But just this morning, DHS gave us this new stack of records two months after we started asking for it.

As you imagine, I've been going through it all day.

The bottom line here is that DHS found fairbo schools, quote, in compliance with the grant.

But again, this is all information that had not been shared until, of course, we followed up.

Of course, as someone who has written grants myself, I can tell you that they were not in compliance with the grant.

Every single thing they spent their money on had absolutely nothing to do with stopping people from using drugs.

Now, they could have theoretically included, you know, drug abuse diversion, soccer team, something like that.

And that could have passed for compliant, but they didn't even bother to do that.

It's actually pretty incredible that these people have been able to get away with what they have for as long as they have.

This time we are going to jump to another set of Somalis.

Of course, there was quite a bit of crossover this time.

We're heading to the state of Maine and the main wire is doing great work in Maine pointing out and reporting on all of this fraud in this instance.

We're talking about an oversight failure that led to somewhere between 200,000 to 15.5 million dollars, which you're probably totally unaccounted for.

So Homeland Security Investigations aided, excuse me, rated a Lewiston behavioral health organization last week.

I told you about it at the time, but we didn't have a ton of information.

It was, however, the climax of a sprawling federal investigation into this multi million dollar Medicaid translator scheme and, of course, tax fraud conspiracy.

The raid raises some pretty serious questions about Maine's DHHS and the catastrophic failure to police main care funds.

Bright future, healthier you was not a new blip on the state's radar.

They knew all about them because back in 2017, Maine DHS cited the organization for improper billing and instructed them to repay somewhere close to 200,000 dollars.

Now, despite catching the organization overbilling the state at that time, for some reason, inexplicably, DHHS allowed bright future to keep their main care billing privileges active.

And did they learn their lesson? No, they definitely didn't.

And in the six years following that original 200,000 dollar citation, DHHS paid the organization another 15,500 and 84,373 dollars and 82 cents.

That time frame coincided roughly with the end of Republican Governor Paul LePage's 10 year in office in the beginning of the administration of Governor Janet Mills.

Ultimately, it took the IRS and Homeland Security investigations and, of course, a new president to dismantle this fraud network and bright future is not the first interpreter fraud ring to exploit the state's lacks oversight because back in 2018,

Ad Bereshad, Ahmed and Garrett Osman, two Lewiston men who came to the city as refugees from Somalia were also indicted in federal court for a nearly identical scheme that defrauded main care of only over 1.8 million dollars.

They solicited kickbacks from a provider called facing change in exchange for referring beneficiaries and then they would submit fraudulent bills for overstated interpreting services.

Now, despite the federal convictions of Ahmed, Osman and facing changes owner Nancy Ludwig, the state's vulnerabilities remained wide open for bright future to exploit to the tune of 15 and a half million dollars.

And I'm going to hazard a guess and say that we have not heard the last of fraudulent activities coming out of Maine.

People being rated and their businesses being shut down the amount of fraud waste and abuse in Maine is staggering.

It's staggering in Ohio. It's staggering in Minnesota. It is literally infecting every single state in the United States of America.

we have another case of fraud to Pennsylvania brothers were just convicted of stealing millions through Medicaid, through fraud, as well as issuing numerous fake visas to immigrants.

This is a story told us by the Department of Justice. This time it's Baksar Bass Car and Aaron Savani. Baksar and Aaron built a complex criminal enterprise called the Savani group.

Now, along with a longtime employee called Ola Radamiak, they committed fraud at every turn according to the DOJ. Their enterprise went on for a decade and it included faking H1B visas to employ foreign workers on lawfully soliciting salary kickbacks for the employed workers and health care fraud billing schemes, resulting in over $32 million in losses to Pennsylvania's Medicaid system.

This sprawling investigation and prosecution meant untangling a complex web of fraudulent billing practices and sham medical entities that's according to US Attorney David Metcalf for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Our office worked with numerous state and federal partner agencies to unravel and prove the multiple health care fraud schemes at the heart of this operation.

It's gratifying to dismantle this crooked enterprise and hold those responsible to account fraud and abuse cost US taxpayers billions of dollars every year and rob the healthcare system of vital resources.

Now, a jury, good news, has convicted the brothers of conspiracy to conduct a racketeering enterprise, conspiracy to commit visa fraud, visa fraud, conspiracy to obstruct justice, conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud, healthcare fraud, money laundering, conspiracy concealment and transactional money laundering, conspiracy to defraud the US Treasury and, of course, the old standard wire fraud.

The Baskar and Aaron respectfully, respectively, face a maximum penalty of 420 years and 415 years in prison, sentencing hearings for the two are scheduled on July 8 for Baskar and July 9 for Aaron.

Alexandra Ola Radamiak was convicted of conspiracy to conduct a racketeering enterprise, conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and healthcare fraud.

Now, her sentencing hearing is scheduled before the honorable Jeffrey L. Shemel on July 14.

We'll be obviously looking forward to following up on that and seeing just how long these folks are going to go to prison for.

I don't know if they've gotten the money back and I don't know if it's likely that they will.

All right. Now, speaking of fraud, just before we began the show, President Trump and Vice President JD Vance held a live event where President Trump signed the executive order in the Oval Office to establish the fraud task force.

This is going to be that whole of government effort to hunt down and prosecute the massive fraud waste and abuse that is currently ripping off American taxpayers.

It will be led by Vice President JD Vance and we have a little commentary here from the White House spokesperson, Caroline 11, who once again is just looking beautiful. Let's hear from Caroline.

Yes, later this afternoon in the Oval Office, the President and the Vice President will formally launch their executive order in their task force against fraud.

This is another promise made and kept by President Trump. He announced this in his State of the Union address and announced that the Vice President would be overseeing this task force.

So this is really going to establish a whole of government effort to fight fraud at both the state and the federal level in every state across the country.

We look at states like California in New York. We know there's been hundreds of billions of fraudulent schemes that have ripped off American taxpayers.

So we're going to turn every page to find and identify this fraud to prosecute the individual to our engaged in it.

This will be again, a whole of government effort led by the Vice President and the President will be signing that in the Oval Office this afternoon.

All right, so I am anxiously awaiting the final details of exactly what this is going to look like.

I was going to check and see if the fraud, what is what are the fraud task force executive order was released by the White House.

Well, here is President Trump signing it.

So I'll sign and then we'll take some nice questions from our wonderful media.

We've been working on this very long.

How long do you think before a Democrat run non-governmental organization fights the creation of the fraud task force in court?

I can only imagine it's not going to be before too long. All right, so let me go to the White House real quick.

White House executive orders.

Okay, so looks like it. Ah, here it is, establishing the task force to eliminate fraud.

Okay, so we know the background people.

Okay, I'm already a member of the Golden Age Potus, please.

Okay, American taxpayers, fund a vast benefit system for citizens in need of housing, food, medical care, cash assistance and more.

States administer these federally funded programs in some states have embraced loopholes that avoid individual eligibility validation,

allow self-certification of eligibility and expand eligibility far beyond what Congress intended worse.

Despite accepting federal funds, some states have refused to institute basic fraud controls such as providing and rolling information to the federal government that would allow it to verify eligibility.

As a result, illegal aliens, criminals, foreign gangs, bureaucrats, state and local officials, non-governmental organizations and ineligible providers exploit these programs.

I love that they spelled out all of those different groups that are quite literally taking advantage of us.

This exploitation and lack of controls to prevent it have resulted in widespread fraud, waste and abuse at the expense of the American taxpayer who pay for and utilize these programs, contributing substantially to the national bet.

Self-dealing political actors use public benefits programs to solidify control over their communities and our political systems due to lack immigration policy and immigration fraud.

Certain public officials admit into our country and provide sanctuary from federal immigration laws to migrant populations who are likely to rely on means tested public assistant programs, welfare and increase the political support and power of the public officials providing the benefits.

This increased support incentivizes public officials to maximize the flow of welfare to these communities and makes public officials who do so more powerful.

Many of these public officials then fail to police these programs and in some cases willfully turn a blind eye to fraud, waste and abuse within them to ensure that welfare flows to these migrants due to insufficient election integrity measures.

Some migrants who are not eligible to vote do so anyway with the same public officials permitting widespread ballot harvesting schemes that compromise our election integrity and help these public officials remain in power.

He's pointing directly at the Somali community in Minnesota right there. The staggering fraud and waste in Minnesota alone is a case in point.

Federal prosecutors in the state estimated that Medicaid fraud in recent years could total in the billions nearly 9% of the roughly 866 million spent on food stamps in Minnesota each year is estimated to be spent in error.

The nonprofit feeding our future engineered a scam that stole nearly 250 million dollars intended to feed needy children in Minnesota by opening fake meal sites and submitting fraudulent claims for millions of meals that were never served.

One of the defendants in the scam was also charged with submitting false claims to an autism services program that was subject to widespread fraud.

Hundreds of millions of dollars in federal childcare funding to Minnesota were stolen by an organized ring of Somali immigrants and others who use the stolen money to purchase cars property and luxury travel and sent the funds overseas.

The federal government is investigating allegations that some of the United States taxpayer dollars subject to fraud in Minnesota were even funneled to one of Africa's most heinous terror groups.

All of this was ignored or undetected by state officials. There is also strong reason to believe that similar problems exist in other states including California, Illinois, New York, Maine and Colorado.

In fact, Minnesota and 20 other states filed a lawsuit to block the federal government from even conducting a basic review to determine whether they're enrollees are in fact eligible for taxpayer funded benefits under the SNAP program.

Such extensive undetected fraud could only exist in a system that ignores it.

Fraud and mismanagement in these programs consists of constitutes theft of the hard earned tax dollars from Americans paying into these programs and the benefits owed to Americans who needed them.

The failure to ensure sufficient federal oversight to prevent fraud waste and abuse has allowed irresponsible state politicians to increase federal spending in their own states which has contributed to inflation for health care services, housing utilities and groceries.

Making matters worse the prevent previous administration adopted policies that weaken the federal government's oversight of state administration and distribution of federal funds under these programs, including by reducing common sense verification measures, expanding access without adequate controls, tolerating unacceptable error rates, creating conditions in which fraud was institutionally tolerated and therefore flourished and enabling individuals with substantial means to improperly access benefits.

My administration will use all available resources and authorities to fight fraud, close loopholes, enforce eligibility, protect benefits for eligible Americans while ensuring states administering federal benefits programs do the same.

So we are establishing a task force. Vice President will serve as the chairman, the chairman of the Federal Trade Commission will serve as vice chairman.

They will preside over the task force at the direction of the chairman or in his absence shall exercise all powers of the chairman here and defined at his direction or in his absence chairman shall designate an executive director.

They will administer and execute the day to day operations of the task force and shall report to the vice chairman.

The assistant to the president of Homeland Security will serve as the senior advisor to the task force.

In addition to the chairman, the vice chairman and the senior advisor, the task force shall include appropriate representatives from the following executive departments and agencies, the Department of Treasury, the Department of Justice, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Labor, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Small Business Administration, the Office of Management and Budget, and other agencies, inspectors general or components within the executive office of the president as determined by the chairman.

This is quite literally a whole of government effort to ensure that the fraud waste and abuse is stopped dead in its tracks.

So the chairman and vice chairman set the agenda executive director shall assist in the performance task force will coordinate with the Homeland Security Council on any matters related to law enforcement, public safety, national security, transnational crime and organized criminal activity.

A task force shall on behalf of the president coordinate and accelerate a comprehensive national strategy to stop the fraud inside all of these programs.

We will develop measures to improve the eligibility verification process, develop appropriate controls that operate the funds as obligated or dispersed to prevent improper payments, evaluate indicators of fraud and high risk vulnerabilities to fraud, promote the facilitation of information and data sharing between state local tribal.

And territorial governments and the federal government disrupt and dismantle fraud networks and facilitators, including providers, contractors or other entities and repeat cross program offenders through interagency information sharing and coordination.

Investigate and disrupt the mechanisms through which fraud is committed, prevent remittance transfers that involve the proceeds of federal fraud, audit and ensure perspective compliance monitoring, analyze identifying information.

Each agency administrative administering the federal benefits program shall consistent with applicable law provide to the task force information concerning the programs, the task force teams relevant task force will be subject to the president's direct supervision and control.

And then they're basically they're just going to come up with something within 60 days.

And this looks to me and then within 90 days of this order, each member of the task force shall submit a measurable implementation plan.

And then all of the heads of these agencies will come together and they will pursue fraudsters under a variety of different laws.

And yeah, that's it. So we're going to bust their asses basically. Let's see. Hey, would you blow me since Hayzac off subject, but apparently the new Iatola is gay.

How does that work in a Muslim country? Well, hopefully he lives in an area with only first floor buildings. It's funny. You mentioned that I've got a treat for you at the end of the show. So stick around.

Operation allies refuge in August of 2021. He claimed that he was serving with the United States military. So now why are they telling us about him? Well, CNN posted this bit of fake news earlier.

They said, Afghan man who served alongside US forces dies after less than a day in ice custody, family and advocates say there is a new meme going around and that meme being reported by the fake news media is that innocent people go into the custody of ice and then they die very, very quickly insinuating that ice is killing people.

They say an Afghan man who served alongside US special forces and fled his native country after its takeover by the Taliban died over the weekend shortly after being detained by immigration authorities, according to his family and an advocacy group. And here he is wearing a freedom shirt that isn't that like the Charlie Kirk freedom shirt under armor.

Anyways, well, DHS has something to say about it. Now he came here, yes, with Operation allies refuge, but when he came here in August of 2021, he had no proof of his military service.

He also has a criminal history that includes arrests for the fraudulent use of food stamps and theft. He was on parole and his parole expired on August 20th of last year.

So I surrested him on March 13th of 2026. Now during his intake at Dallas Field Office, he complained of shortness of breath and chest pain and he was immediately transported to EMS to parkland hospital.

After treatment, his condition worsened the next day and hospital medical staff initiated CPR and approximately 9 10 a.m. Central time, a physician pronounced him deceased following multiple resuscitation ex efforts.

No one in ice custody is denied access to medical care. Ice provides comprehensive medical dental and mental health services, including access to appointments and 24 hour emergency care from the moment an alien enters custody.

That's actually better service that you're going to get than if you were an American citizen. You're oftentimes if you tell the guards in a jail that you're not feeling well, they'll tell you to go take a shit or try to get some water or something like that.

Or maybe just go lay down and quit your belly aching. However, if you're an illegal alien and you're an ice custody, the last thing DHS wants is a report like this bullshit coming out of CNN.

This guy did not die because he was arrested by ice. He died probably because he was a, you know, overweight. Maybe he had a bad heart because he was, I don't know, doing drugs or something like that.

We don't know, but he certainly gave us nothing in the way of proof to say that he served alongside the special forces, generally speaking, when these guys come from Afghanistan, if they were with our boys, then our boys know them and they're going to go ahead and vouch for them.

Yeah, this guy was a hero. I know he doesn't have any paperwork, but he was right there with us every day fighting the bad guys. And so yes, we'll go ahead and help him get certified and make sure the government knows that he should be here as part of Operation Allies Refuge.

This guy did none of that. Instead he came here and he broke laws. He was illegal. He got kicked out and unfortunately, he passed away. Now, here is another situation surrounding the,

the idea of criminal immigrants and aliens coming to the United States of America and committing crimes. Even if this guy had already been given entry with proof of his service in Afghanistan, if he came here and committed crimes, I don't think he should get to stay.

Now, if I go to any other country and I'm given status in that country, if I go around and start robbing convenience stores or I start stealing purses from old ladies or maybe I steal a car or I commit some bank fraud, I guarantee you that the government that so graciously gave me access to their country, they're not going to want me to stick around.

Well, Eric Schmidt is working on putting together legislation right now that would make it easier to strip citizenship from criminal migrants who have come here legally been given access, but then decide that they want to commit crimes.

So Eric Schmidt's call comes amid this chaotic partial government shutdown that's currently crippling DHS operations, leaving TSA agents unpaid airports in disarray, Lisa's got to take a plane this week. So hopefully she doesn't have a big problem when it comes to that, but Democrats refuse to find these various organizations. And it's not bad enough. There's been a couple of incidents of Islamic terrorism in the past couple of months.

So Eric Schmidt appeared on Fox News and he said, this is just the heightest stupidity by the Democrats. It's essentially a temper tantrum because they don't like President Trump. He has proposed something called the Protect America Act. It would broaden the criteria for revoking citizenship and deporting individuals who are involved in fraud, support terrorism or commit other crimes.

But Muhammad Jala, he was convicted of providing material support for ISIS. The DOJ asked for 20 years for his prison sentence, the judge, probably a left wing judge gave him 10 and then the Biden Department of Justice or the, I guess, the Bureau of prisons, they allowed him out of prison instead of the 10 years that the judge gave him, they let him out after seven. And what did he do?

He really went and bought a gun illegally and then shot an innocent man at that ROTC class. So the proposed America Act would broaden the criteria, making it easier to get rid of people who come here with ill intent. He said citizenship should mean something.

The deportations need to continue and we also need to expand the category of people who can be denaturalized and sent home.

There are tens of thousands of murderers, hundreds of thousands of violent criminals that are in our people, there are tens of thousands of murderers, hundreds of thousands of violent criminals that are in our communities because of Democrat policies.

And so we need to make sure DHS has funded the deportations need to continue and we also need to expand the category of people who can be denaturalized and sent home who are, you know, reforming the legal immigration system because I've got a bill called the Scam Act that would allow us to do that.

So if you've committed acts of terrorism, if you've committed the welfare fraud like we saw in Minneapolis, if you're part of a cartel, if you're engaged in that kind of activity, we can denaturalize you and send you home.

Sadly, right now it's very difficult to do that. It's very rare. And so we need to close the border, which is effectively been done.

The deportations need to continue and we need to open up the process for denaturalization.

Every single person who has been given access to the United States of America should be kicked out if they come here and they become a criminal.

If you don't want to come to the United States, assimilate and live a healthy legal life, then you have no right to be here.

He said the rule of law is central to our constitutional order. A nation does not enforce its immigration laws cannot effectively protect its people today.

As we sit at the inflection point between two competing visions for our country, one rooted in chaos and lawlessness, the other in law and order.

I am introducing a four point plan to defend American sovereignty, restore immigration enforcement, defund rogue left wing NGOs and protect law enforcement to secure our future.

We must enforce our laws. The American people deserve no less. I can't really say any more about it.

But here is another unfortunate case of an illegal alien coming to the United States and committing a grave and heinous criminal act.

This time it was reported that a white woman in Charlotte, North Carolina had been arrested for murdering her lesbian lover.

Turns out she's an illegal alien from Brazil and she's not white.

This woman, 23 year old Leahy's Brito Costa is in the Mecklenburg County jail charged with the murder of a woman who police are still trying to identify.

It happened Tuesday afternoon. That's when CMPD was called for a welfare check at the Peppertree Apartments on Central Avenue.

There were a bunch of cops talking to people from this building and other buildings.

Sia Cula didn't want to show his face, but he lives above this apartment where police say the woman's body was found.

He doesn't know her, but says a man, a woman and dog live there.

I was shocked to be honest.

We went door to door talking with neighbors who say they didn't hear anything but saw police come and go overnight.

This apartment complex is not immune to crime.

Last month a woman was shot and killed in the parking lot after an altercation and arrest was made in that case too.

You've never seen her before?

No, I've never seen this lady put in particular.

The documents say Brito Costa, who is charged with the latest murder, is not in the U.S. legally.

And now ICE has put a detainer on her.

Neighbors are just thinking about the life lost.

I don't even have a wish to express. I mean, I don't know what the family is going through.

But I hope they have the courage and you know, spread it to get through.

So what happened?

Well, the illegal alien learned that her girlfriend was cheating on her with someone else.

So rather than maybe confronting her and saying, hey, are we going to work through this or are we going to break up?

She decided the best course of action was to instead kill her and then shove her body into a closet and then pack the closet with towels to mask the smell.

So a door dash driver was called to the scene to deliver some food.

And he could tell that there was a dead body in that apartment because this girl's corpse was rotting away inside that closet,

despite the fact that all those towels had been packed in there to mask the smell coming out.

So police arrived and what did they find the decomposing woman, excuse me, the decomposing body of this woman who had been killed.

Now, thank the Lord due to the Lake and Riley Act.

This brutish illegal alien is being held without bond under a nice detainer in the Mecklenburg County jail.

Thank you Mecklenburg for agreeing to hold on to this woman.

And these are the people that Democrats want you to continue to live with in our country.

Now, we are going to jump from the scammers to the treasonous fake news media.

So over the weekend, I saw a couple of massive posts coming from President Trump and several additional posts coming from FCC chairman,

Brendan Carr.

He is directly threatening to strip the licenses as he has done before.

But now in conjunction with President Trump's commentary about the problems we have with the fake news media, it just hits a little bit different this time.

It's specifically in relation to propaganda regarding the Iran war that is being reported by the mainstream media.

So this showdown brewing between the Trump administration and the fake news kind of came to a head with federal communications chairman,

Brendan Carr, issuing a stark warning to broadcast networks over misleading coverage on the war with Iran.

So his message came after President Trump blasted mainstream media for intentionally deceptive reporting about the conflict, particularly headlines claiming that US aircraft tankers had been significantly damaged during an Iranian strike.

Now, if you give me just a moment, I will pull up President Trump's posts and we'll take a look at that.

Of course, he is a prolific poster.

He also posted about tariffs.

Okay, so now, not exactly certain that I agree with everything President Trump said in this post.

Certainly, I don't think that Iran is like this sole master manipulator of the airwaves.

There's a lot of this that comes out of quite a few countries.

Iran has been known to produce along with North Korea.

They will produce images and video of things that never happened and then report them to their own people.

One of the things that Iran put out this weekend was an AI video of like 250,000 people in the streets of Iran protesting the United States of America.

The protests never actually happened and there were a number of left wing journalists who just reported on it without any due diligence.

So President Trump said Iran has long been known as a master of media manipulation and public relations.

They certainly do have their proxies in the left wing media and they also have supporters even within politics as you all are well aware.

Former Secretary of State John Kerry has a very cozy relationship with the Iranians.

They are militarily ineffective and weak, but they are really good at feeding the very appreciative fake news media false information.

Now AI has become another disinformation weapon that Iran uses quite well considering they are being annihilated by the day.

Couple of other videos and images they produce they showed phony kamikaze boats showing shooting at various ships at sea, which looks wonderful, powerful and vicious, but these boats don't exist.

It's all false information to show how tough they're already defeated military is and the five US refueling planes that were supposedly struck down and badly damaged.

That's according to the fake news wall street journals false reporting and others.

They're all actually still in service. The president says with the exception of one which will soon be flying the skies buildings and ships that are shown to be on fire are not its fake news generated for by AI for instance Iran working in close coordination with the fake news media.

Iran shows our great USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier one of the largest and most prestigious ships in the world burning uncontrollably in the ocean.

Not only was it not burning it wasn't even shot at Iran knows better than to do that the story was knowingly fake and in a certain way you can say that those media outlets that generated it should be brought up on charges of treason for the dissemination of false information.

The fact is Iran is being decimated and the only battles they win are those they create through AI and are distributed by corrupt media outlets.

The radical left wing press knows this full well but continues to go forward with false stories and lies.

That's why their approval ratings are so low and I can win a presidential election in a landslide getting only 5% positive press because they have no credibility.

I am so thrilled to see Brendan Carr the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission looking at the licenses of some of these corrupt and highly unpatriotic news organizations.

They get billions of dollars of free American airwaves and they use it to perpetuate lies both in news and almost all of their shows including the late night morons who get gigantic salaries for horrible ratings and never get as I used to say in the apprentice fired.

Now the only thing I don't necessarily agree with is that Iran is particularly good at the media manipulation.

I think it's really about the media companies themselves conspiring with people in Iran because anybody who has any basic level of intelligence could very quickly determine whether or not these pictures and videos were real or not.

It's in my mind lazy attempts to disparage the Trump administration and perhaps cloud the minds of people who are less discerning and sadly there are many of them out there in America and around the world who may just look at a picture like say the USS Abraham Lincoln on fire

and say, oh my God, Iran's kicking ass. Look at this because you see it on X all the time. People are just like sharing stuff that is like totally AI.

And I mean, I am shocked by it all the time and I feel like, you know, it's more a symptom of just laziness, you know, intellectual dishonesty perhaps and certainly opportunistic fake news media outlets.

But I just I never looked at it as Iran was like super successful at this stuff because it always is so fake to me. I guess I just my bullshit meter is pretty high.

So Brendan Carr going back to that that message that he posted came after President Trump had put out that headline because there were no tankers that were hit.

There was no significant damage from any Iranian strike, but most importantly is what President Trump mentioned in that post number one charges of treason for news outlets that knowingly publish what is essentially Iranian state propaganda.

You know, it's one thing when you're using that on your citizens and they have no other source of news and information coming from outside world or any outlets or media from anywhere else.

And instead, it's then being broadcast to the people of the world as if it is real. That to me is treasonous.

But also the concept of having the public airwaves taken back relinquished from these broadcasters which are granted it and receive a tremendous financial benefit as a result of it.

Those are two separate issues that would be affecting, you know, multiple layers of fake news. So why could those airwaves be taken away?

Well, because those like the TV broadcasters were talking like ABC, NBC, CBS, public broadcasting, those channels receive those airwaves which are owned by the United States of America under the insinuation or under the direct obligation.

To operate and broadcast in the public interest, they are supposed to be doing a public service. They're obviously not doing that. So these outlets knowingly spreading fake news and trying to damage the United States, trying to damage the safety and security or the morale of the people of this country by producing these hoaxes and these distortions that in my opinion is and could be considered treasonous.

So car wrote this broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions also known as the fake news have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up because they're about to come up.

I think that they never considered this was something that could happen to them. And so they've just been more than happy to continue operating businesses usual.

But he says the law is clear broadcasters must operate in the public interest and they will lose their licenses if they do not can you imagine a world without these traditional stalwart television channels having their broadcast frequency taken from them and then handed off to somebody else who would use it.

You imagine like if I got broadcast spectrum from CBS or something like that and and I was able to go ahead and start broadcasting on television like how funny would that be I just I find that to be hilarious or what if they took it and gave it to like RSBN or something like that how awesome would that be.

Just the idea just imagine CBS ABC NBC those old school news channels that used to actually somewhat broadcast in the public interest they get that spectrum taken away immediately their revenue drops to zero and then their companies end up going bankrupt very, very quickly they would have to go exclusively online.

They would have to try to convince cable television channels to allow them to broadcast their the world would change in a very significant way.

So broadcasters that are running hoaxes have a chance to correct the laws clear they will lose their licenses if they don't and frankly changing course is in their own business interest since trust and logic since trust and legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9%.

They are ratings disasters the American people have subsidized broadcasters to the tune of billions of dollars by providing free access to the nation's airwaves.

It is very important to bring back trust into media which has earned itself a label of fake news when a political candidate is able to win a landslide victory even after in the face of hoaxes and distortions.

There is something very wrong it means the public is lost faith and confidence in the media and we can't allow that to happen time for a change my goodness.

They've all done pretty much the same thing as the broadcasters they have essentially been publishing Iranian propaganda not acting in the interest of Americans and they've been sewing discontent among the people they hate President Trump so much that they don't want to tell the truth about what's actually happening they they occupy space by amplifying talking points that are coming from President Trump's enemies they downplay the strength of the US military.

And they really do want to make it look like President Trump in America is losing but from you know every indication that I've seen it's exactly the opposite so I can't wait to see what this looks like going forward now President Trump also commented on this this issue while he was flying on Air Force one so let me pull up that clip next and I need to wait to get past.

What they tell you that what they tell the public you just put out a truth about their dissent formation I suppose he was.

He said they attacked the USS Abraham Lincoln one of the largest ships in the world an aircraft carrier and they show pictures of it burning was ever attacked was never burning the Wall Street Journal put out a false story that five of our big beautiful tankers that we feed the planes would be give the blades the gas.

Hundreds of thousands of gallons of gasoline and they were all essentially destroyed.

Four of them were not even I mean literally we're not damaged and one of them has slight damage and will be back in the year soon.

But if you if you read the most ridiculous like they were totally decimated and destroyed like Iran has been so they put out phone before they started to come because he wants to come because the books don't exist.

They have fake and you can almost see that when you look at it looks great because if they didn't exist we hit them just like we in on the boats all over the place but they don't exist.

In fact some of the people say where the most welcome nobody see us you know why because it's AI generated it's fake and I found that it realizes before that we started.

But Iran is known for a lot of fake news and they deal with our fake news and I actually think it's pretty criminal because our media companies who have no credibility whatsoever are putting out information that they know it's false.

And it's a very dangerous thing for the country. I think it's I think they could be serious.

Now President Trump also had a bit of a couple of bangers about scotus talked about district judge James Boseberg and he is calling for Boseberg to be banned from dealing with any cases that have anything to do with the administration.

I was almost almost expecting him at some point to just bring up the idea of what I've said on so many occasions just abolish the DC district court that to me is truly the only way that we can break up the level of corruption in the swamp protecting the swamp.

So he posted a series of messages on truth going off in the highly politicized court system slamming the Supreme Court for ruling against him on tariffs and of course district judge James Boseberg for quashing that grand jury.

Now the federal appeals court had rejected the Trump administration's request to delay the Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs earlier this month.

It was a Clinton judge that ordered the Trump administration to refund $130 billion in tariffs that simply cannot be allowed to stand.

As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, scotus had invalidated President Trump's tariffs under IEPA.

Of course President Trump told reporters that the ruling actually confirms his authority to impose tariff.

He said I don't think the court meant that but that's actually just the way it is led by Chief Justice John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, Jamie Coney Barrett, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Katanji Brown Jackson.

They blocked the administration's tariffs under the act of IEPA.

Only the three of the five Republicans, Alito, Thomas and Kavanaugh dissented.

Trump even accused the justices of being swayed by foreign interest in a political movement that is far smaller than people would think.

President Trump also noted the silver lining telling reporters that we have other ways, numerous other ways to tariff foreign countries.

We've already gone over all of them. There will no longer be any doubt in the incoming and the income coming in and the protection of our companies and our country will actually increase because of this decision.

So we signed that executive order imposing the tariffs of 10% under section 122 of the trade act of 1974, which allows the President to impose tariffs of up to 15% for 150 days with very few limitations.

On Sunday, President Trump went off on the court and that decision. He said the hundreds of billions of dollars that our adversaries won our country to pay back to others that have disrespected the USA until I came along.

Should be marked down in the eyes of the public as just another reason why the United States has been in such major decline, but not anymore because we have made America great again.

And very soon it will be greater than ever before. Chief Justice Roberts, Gorsuch, Coney Barrett, they all joined Sonia Sotomayor and the other Democrats in that ruling.

He said I want to thank justices Alito, Thomas and Kavanaugh for the wisdom and courage pertaining to the tariff case and for understanding in addition to the law that our unfriendly competitors should not be reimbursed and rewarded for the decades of damage they caused the United States.

The Democrats in the court always stick together, no matter how strong a case is put before them, but Republicans simply do not do this.

They openly disrespect the President to nominate them to the highest position in the land, a justice of the US Supreme Court, and go out of their way with bad and wrongful rulings and intentions to prove how, quote, honest, independent and legitimate they are.

And then in another post he continued to go off on the justices by writing the court's treat Republicans and me so unfairly always seeming to protect those who should not be protected.

They are highly politicized cases don't matter the judge does.

He slammed the wacky nasty crooked and totally out of control Obama appointed district court judge James Bozberg calling him a man who suffers from the highest level of TDS and has been after my people in me for years.

And of course this comes right on the heels of quashing of that subpoena into Jerome Powell in case after case, Bozberg has displayed open, flagrant and extreme partisan bias and contempt against Republicans and the Trump administration to preserve the integrity of the judiciary.

He should be removed from all cases pertaining to us and suffer serious disciplinary action as should numerous other corrupt judges that unfortunately our country has had to endure.

What Bozberg has done on the too late Powell case and many others has little to do with the law and everything to do with politics. He is exactly what judges should not be.

Bozberg would do better to focus on justice and fairness, not his own and the Democrats political agenda, which has become legendary much like prosecutor to range Jack Smith and many others.

Bozberg is a disgrace as was his predecessor to our legal process and our highly politicized court system, which was just witnessed firsthand by the unfortunate and unwarranted tear of decision recently handed down by the United States Supreme Court, which was a gift to countries and companies who have been ripping off the United States for decades.

At levels never seen before. Now the statement is lengthy. I encourage you to go ahead and look at it.

But I wonder, you know, after the decision that he made on quashing the subpoena into Jerome Powell, if this will finally be what the Senate needs to actually impeach judge Bozberg, but again, it still does not address the overall problem of the DC district, which is that it is completely corrupt.

It's impossible to get an indictment against people who have committed actual crimes and even if you can get an indictment, it's impossible to get any form of punishment.

You know, Kevin Klein Smith lied on a FISA application, manipulated an email to get a FISA warrant against Carter page nearly ruined the man's life.

He never even lost his license to practice law barely got a slap on the wrist and judge James Bozberg was the one who decided that punishment.

So clearly the DC district needs to go.

Now, we do have another case of fraud taking place in California. I forgot about this one.

This time, it is part of the homeless industrial complex. Apparently the city of Los Angeles bought a Ramada in for over $10 million with the plans to house the homeless.

Since then, they basically gave it to an NGO that NGO has used over $20 million. It's been sitting there for four years and they still have not housed a single homeless person.

And the work is nowhere near done. Take a listen.

And exclusive look at the Marine and Del Rey multi million dollar homeless housing project were for years. Neighbors say construction has been slow.

Where are the workers? Where is the urgency?

The city of LA bought the former Ramada in on Washington Boulevard in 2020 for $10.2 million.

It was used as interim homeless housing before shutting down in 2022 to be converted into permanent supportive housing.

Since then, for almost four years, the property has sat unfinished.

Why does it take so long in such a waste of money that's not there's nothing to even show for it?

City documents reveal the nonprofit path took almost two years to get permits approved and by then they needed even more money.

The city added another million and a half in homeless housing funds plus loans and grants bringing the total price tag to around $20 million for just 32 units.

$10 million purchase that was gifted to path without really any other approval from the neighbors.

It certainly do with it round here to have people living in that. It was a lot of craziness out here.

So right next to the building we're seeing a pile of what looks like used toilet paper and then possibly a homeless encampment.

Keep hearing from our local electeds that were in crisis. Where's the urgency?

We have 30 rooms here that should have been remained open for the last six years.

City officials now admit the project exposed major flaws in the process.

In a new report the administrator urges to not authorize the demobilization of any project home key sites until full funding has been secured.

Expected completion now by the end of the year.

Last year they said it was going to open in spring and then in winter they said it was going to open in summer.

And if you take a look around I bet you won't be open next summer.

Back out here Michael show you construction still very much ongoing city officials estimate the project should be done by the end of the year.

Nearby residents not very optimistic reporting Marie who wants to take a bet that it's not going to be done by the end of the year.

And you take a look at the work that has been done my goodness.

Nobody with an actual license seems to be working on this building.

This is shoddy, shoddy craftsmanship.

They're leaving parts. They're leaving materials outside where anybody can come and just pick them up.

I would imagine a lot of that 20 million dollars has probably just been lost to homeless people driving by picking things up and then building their own homes right there.

Some place down the street.

Now this is a short segment but it is very, very odd James Comey put out another strange video on his Instagram where he talks about singing a Beyonce song.

Now I'm sure you'll remember James Comey initially got in trouble for spelling 86 47 with seashells on the beach.

And in this video he talks about singing a Beyonce song which also seems to have some reference to the beach.

It's called sand castles.

Just as James Comey's prior videos seem to be these folksy messages of wisdom for the American people about how the rule of law must prevail.

And you know he's such an honest boy scout.

I'd never think that anything James Comey does on his personal accounts are as they seem.

I think they're all messages that are directed to someone, not us.

And somebody out there understands exactly what he's talking about.

As FBI director I would get briefed all the time on serious stuff including operations or cases that always seem to have these strange code names that nobody could explain the origin of.

At least not to the director.

And so the names became a little bit of an obsession of mine.

One morning I was sitting at the head of a big table in a crowded room.

And didn't he have like another song that he talked about a Kesha song or something like that.

Like I'm sorry but like James Comey as like in a retirement age man like Kesha and Beyonce like that's not the audience.

So I really doubt that James Comey is listening to Kesha and Beyonce in his off time.

Again I think that these are all coded message.

These are comms not meant for the average American citizen.

You know he talks about you know the coded language that's like an obvious tip off right there.

But the fact that sandcastles also ties into the 8647 message that kicked all of this off.

I think that's exactly what it is.

To get briefed on a particular piece of work.

The brief first started by saying the operation was code named sandcastles.

Now this was 2016 and you may know that Beyonce's album Lemonade had come out then with a track called Sandcastles.

Now President Trump announced earlier today that Susie Wiles was just diagnosed with cancer.

He said Susie Wiles is an incredible chief of staff, a great person.

And one of the strongest people I know, but unfortunately she's being diagnosed with early stage breast cancer

and has decided to take on this challenge immediately as opposed to waiting.

She has a fantastic medical team and her prognosis is excellent.

During the treatment period she will be spending virtually full time at the White House,

which makes me as President very happy.

Her strength and her commitment to continue doing the job she loves and does so well

while undergoing treatment tells you everything you need to know about her.

Susie is one of my closest and most important advisors.

She's tough and deeply committed to serving the American people.

She will soon be better than ever.

Melania and I are with her in every way.

So essentially I think it sounds like President Trump is going to be offering Susie Wiles

an advanced form of cancer treatment.

So she just started actually.

And so she's going to be a great shape.

The prognosis there is excellent beyond excellent.

Now it also could indicate that Susie Wiles is not going to be around for much longer.

Doesn't mean that she's going to pass away.

But certainly by virtue of the diagnosis and whatever the treatment is,

it might mean that she's going to be unable to serve in her current position,

which would of course open the door for somebody else to come in.

I know there are varying theories about who Susie Wiles is as a person.

Certain people think she's a total snake.

Other people think that she's a great ally for President Trump.

I've heard things.

I'm just not even going to say it out loud.

Now, what's also interesting is that at the same meeting,

President Trump also made mention of representative Neil Dunn.

He's a Republican rep from down here in Florida.

He was diagnosed with cancer, but he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

And they said that based on the type of cancer, he was going to be dead by June.

But White House doctors got involved.

And apparently he's doing much better.

So it sounds like much the same as what Susie Wiles is about to begin undergoing.

Neil Dunn went through the same process.

Now, President Trump kind of took Mike Johnson by surprise,

by publicly stating that Neil was supposed to be dead by June.

I kind of let the cat out of the bag.

It sounds like Johnson was not expecting to say that.

I'm diagnosis.

And I mentioned it to the president.

I said Congressman Dunn is a real champion and a patriot because he's still coming to work.

And if others got this diagnosis, they would be apt to go home and retire.

What was the diagnosis?

It was, I mean, I think it was a terminal diagnosis.

He would be dead by June.

Okay, that wasn't public, but yeah, okay.

I can't believe the bonus.

He's like, hip-a-be-damned.

I'm just going to say it out loud.

It was Graham.

That's what I was going to say.

With a heart problem, by the way, this was a heart problem.

So I'm just going to put all of his medical shit out there.

Long story short, the president called him.

And he thinks he's so funny, too.

In the president mentioned in the course of conversation, you know how to get my doctors involved.

And they did.

And within a, within a number of hours, they took him to Walter Reed, emergency surgery.

The man has a new lease on life.

He acts like he's 30 years younger.

And he walked into the conference meeting and we thought we'd seen a ghost.

And I spoke with him over the weekend and he's encouraged and thankful.

And he thanks the president for his leadership and intervention.

It's not the same without him.

So I'm not going to do altered state anymore.

I'm still working on what Wednesday nights are going to look like.

Brad and Abby are going to do their own thing.
