Trump's Iran Speech: Endgame, Regime Change & Allies

On April 1st, President Trump is set to deliver an address to the nation on Iran tomorrow

night at 9 p.m.

It's his first big speech on the conflict since strikes kicked off with Israel on February

28th, marking about a month of action now.

He's telling reporters the operation wraps up soon, maybe two or three more weeks max.

Trump says they've toppled two regimes already and are now talking with a more reasonable

group, calling it real regime change.

Privately, negotiations with Iran are moving forward despite their public denials, according

to the White House.

They're holding back on hitting energy sites to keep things on track, and even Senator

Lindsey Graham is pushing for a peace deal over more bombs.

Allies might have to handle the straight of Hormuz on their own once U.S. forces pull

back, with Trump saying countries like France can fin for, themselves on oil shipments.
