Trunko: Globster roll

About this episode

Today we're camping in Mpenjati Nature Reserve, about 13 miles south of Margate, South Africa, to discuss the short but violent story of Trunko, a 47-foot sea creature that fought against some killer whales and ended up rotting on a beach for 10 days. But we dive into our theories, discuss Funko Pops, debate about globsters, and learn that whales have legs! What!? So grab a seat by the fire and let's get our Trunko on!

Hey, Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Yeah, Greg Yo, how you doing? How you doing? I mean, I'm doing good. I told you to stop Roughly my hair and now it's all messed up again. Yeah You know it's fine. We're we're out in the middle of nowhere. I don't really care I guess I mean I care a little bit Damn mirror well, I have it back in me. But before we hop in I got to ask you a couple questions. Yeah One, do you like sea monsters? Love them delicious, too. How do you like South Africa? Oh? A little different all right different Yeah, I guess it or miss sometimes I don't know is South Africa that was the one that has like that the Cape of Horn something The good hope or is that somewhere else is that it the Cape of good? Is that off? I'm pretty sure that might be all South Africa. It's all I'm thinking there's like a horn That boats used to have to sail around and Because it's where like the two seas meet or something like that

It's like really to mulch you us and the weather is insane and there's a ton of shipwrecks there. Oh, yeah It's the horn of gondor that's it. I knew was wait No, that's the horn of the rings thing. Oh, that's the yeah, I'm sorry I was supposed to guess and yes, it's the horn of gondor of the South African coast Yeah, if you squint you can see it just float And that my that my third question because this is all going together Okay, do you like rotting corpses? Oh, that's a tough one Normally know around holiday like around not not all holidays Halloween yeah around any given holiday. I think they're great in the front yard Yeah, thanks giving you better have a turkey burst out of a dead man stomach hanging from your porch Oh, man. Yeah, that'd be great Yeah, it's not bring the family together like a Christmas corpse Oh, the kids got to dig their stockings out of their stomach. Yeah Bringing all three of those things together and today, but I'm not done yet The parents the parents don't come downstairs until

Later so the kids can do that activity on their own Okay, the kids are just clawing and making animal noises at the stomach of some poor hobo They found oh, I guess they're real corpses in the scenario and the parents they pretend to be asleep But really they're just upstairs smiling at each other, you know listening through the door You had a really interesting childhood, I think All right, I'm sorry bring all together. So wait we we have South Africa. We have Uh corpses. We have a seam on the first one. Seam on wait. What? How do these come together? Well, they're all gonna come together because we're staying here in Empinjate nature reserve South of Margate South Africa and we're going to talk about something that occurred off the coast and It's a little cryptid known as Trunko wait, say that franco trunco trunco trunco trunco trunco trunco Okay, and franco would be if the it's the electric version

Yeah, it's a little space in the front. Yeah, trunco is it's heavy in the back Franco is heavy in the front heavy in the front All right trunco I see you said he's a little guy, but you start off a little monster. Oh, okay, I'm pretty sure we roll back to take a little guy Okay Let's hop in let me tell you all about trunco all right I'm gonna you know what all this corpse talk while you're doing the intro to the podcast I'm gonna take this knife right here and I'm just gonna push it into my chest and I'm gonna do the rest of this episode Folks listening I'm gonna be a corksore rest of this episode. Okay, I'll replay this awesome. I'll be talking to myself for half hour awesome. All right Bring out the trunco You really got in there It'll be fine. Let's get into it

Let's see what we found Hey, and welcome to Greg's cryptid corner a podcast about monsters for weirdos. I'm your host Greg and joined as always By my corpse guest. Uh, Dan. How you doing? Oh, you really are playing off wake up I'm not that would have been funny though you did the entire episode solo that would have been so funny. Yeah I love it. What was that was that Dan voice you made? I say yeah, that's exactly what I say. Oh, yeah, I hate me. I'm just a little core That's funny. Hi. It's very nice to be here. Thanks for having me down here It's out there for me. It was a long it was a long flight But you know, I like hanging out with you Greg. That's nice and we got Eric here too. I'm just a little corpse Eric

Yep, Eric is on a real vacation away from us today. He's well deserved. Yeah. Yeah. We let him go once in a while and We miss you. We love you rest rest the peace Yeah, we have a little Eric effigy that we've propped up in his own little pub tent We just keep it zipped up because we don't know what's going on in there. Yeah, we don't But Eric doesn't his 10 as a zone business even his is one made out of straw And also I would I want to shout this out the last time Eric was gone Greg and I we we spun a little tall tail. We were have a little bit of fun You know, we're making some goofs about Greg falling in the shower and ending up in the hospital Eric falling in the shower not Greg Greg. Oh, sorry for real You just bounced this right buck up on his feet. I'm a gummy bum We had so many people reach out to us and be like is Eric okay guys. We're joking. It's a joke Don't yeah, we're having fun Okay, we'll we'll be very serious if I actually die, you know

You'll know. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I'll film it. Yeah But now Eric's away fishing for the week. So we hope he's having a great time Um, and because he's gone I wanted to talk about an aquatic creature because I know that's his favorite so we might as well do his favorite when he's not here Oh, that's right. The what was the um the sea bishops? We did that one without him. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't call it see Pope Are you happy? But see Pope works too. All right. I think that's what I call it for a while Yeah, if you call it a sea priest that'd be weird. All right. Well, we we ought to talk about that. What is it the trunking? Trunko Trunko it's like dumbo but trunko we're like Um, it's it's the more accurate thing The more accurate term for a funco pop because you just put it in your trunk and you forget the You just don't want it. Yeah, and you like it's gonna be worth so much money in the future. No, it's not No, it's not. It's no, you know what those things are. There's things represent the joy of spending $20 on anything And then you throw it away. Well, maybe if this episode does really well, we'll do a trunco pop

Okay, yeah, I mean yeah, it breaks itself You know, it's easy to get on this. Yeah, well, let's hop in Okay, I'm gonna tell you about a big monster corpses sea monsters South Africa. I'm ready. I'm buckled in let's do it Oh On October 25th 1924 off the eastern coast of South Africa Witnesses saw what they described as a fierce battle that lasted three hours Between two orcas and an unknown creature Observers described it as looking like a giant polar bear. Whoa a lot of the details come from an onlooker named Hugh Balance who watched through a pair of binoculars He described the creature as fighting the whales with its tail and was able to leap 20 feet out of the air

But sometime after its carcass washed up on shore Seemingly killed by its long battle with the whales Okay, so whatever creature this is the whales can beat it in a fight. It's nice that we start off with the terms Yeah, well, we're for three hours Who would win in a fight a one killer whale or a bigfoot a killer whale I actually yeah, that's fair. It also depends on is it taking place on land big foot could probably be the whale I think I could be the whale that was on land. Yeah, you just stand back and let it Drown the air drown. Yeah, yeah, give me a give me an armed like a what's that called In order a folding chair. No like a folding chair in a good book. You know, I could be the whale on land. No problem Dan I have a question about whales. Do you know whales? I know some okay, so they breathe oxygen So they come up and like breathe right but they can stand on a beautiful time. Yes, so Does it need the water to live? I mean, I'm pretty sure they can like dry out

I'd see well, yeah, I mean What describe an environment where a whale could hypothetically live that's not water. I mean, I guess it can't really move Well on the land because it doesn't have a feed seas. I mean, it does but they're all tucked up in the back of its pelvis Did you know that whales have um hips and little little leg bones? I did it Yeah, they're all looking at any skeleton of a whale. Yeah, yeah, yeah I think that it's like an evolutionary thing and for a long time they were considered on what's that term for An evolutionary And create amphibious No, no, no when when when you have a trait like um, uh, vestigial Thank you humans have like little vestigial tail bones. Yeah, tail used to be attached whales have vestigial legs At least they thought they were vestigial But now they found that whales do have a use for these tiny little legs that are buried up inside of their blubber Um, and it's for procreation interesting. They procreate with their legs Well, it does something to support something when they do something. I don't know. This is a g-rated podcast

All right, we're not gonna talk about that. Yeah, but we might actually talk about whale genitalia later. So Oh, okay I was gonna say the whole you know, dad you know, you know, oh dad knows. Yeah, dad knows. Yeah Um, okay whales have legs interesting They got little hands too. Oh, they had the bones for hands. Yeah But they're a little skeleton bone hands. Hello I'm a whale. Yeah, if you look at the skeleton for whale fins the fingers are all spread out But yeah, they're in there So weird dude creatures are amazing animals are awesome You know, we have a cryptid podcast, but I'll totally be down to do this, but just for regular old animals Let's talk about a field today. We're at the Philadelphia zoo Look at that monkey. Let's talk about that thing. It's just us not knowing animals And we just got like one of us has like a vague understanding of like what an animal is The first half that this is the pitch the first half of the podcast is us Desperately trying to remember what we know about it and the second half of the podcast is us the same same thing

But we have a Wikipedia article open Yeah, that's it. Yeah, huh. It's called googling the animal kingdom with dan and Greg modern whales do not have external legs But they retain hidden shrunken vestigial pelvic and leg bones deep inside their bodies. Oh my god Yeah, dude whales are the coolest things in the world. They got hidden legs do true story true story I think was like 10 years ago. I went to the The Smithsonian with a I very religious family members And it was with some family members who are at like young earth Creationist types. They'd like believe the earth is 3000 years old or 6000 years old and I remember walking underneath is giant like Whale skeleton that was like suspended from the ceiling and that the as you walk through museum You can walk under this thing and I just pointed up at their tiny little leg bones and I was like what are those? And they're sitting there like googling and trying to figure out what are these bones And they realize that they were legs and they they immediately just started spinning out stories about like well

They couldn't be legs they could be legs. Maybe this maybe it's this was very funny. That's my that's how I know about Whale legs was that trip to the Smithsonian. I'm jealous. That's amazing probably probably gonna come all that out already I'm probably not We'll see how long the episode goes, but Yeah, let's go back. Thanks for listening my Ted talk, but I'm gonna talk. I want to talk about. What is it franco? Tranco Tranco. Okay, so tranco giant polar bear that can be two killer whales in their environment. Yes Well, yeah It's questionable whether the whales survived as well tranco unfortunately did not so oh the opposite All right, strike that reverse it tranco lost so we've got descriptions of trunco So he was the unknown creature. We have descriptions of it both during its battle and from its corpse that laid on the beach for 10 days So yeah, it was just their showing on the beach for 10 whole days Take some pride in your beach clean up that mess. Well, how'd he doing? Well trunco was roughly 47 feet long 10 feet wide and five feet high

He's a big animal. Yeah, okay. I get it. All right. It had an elephantine trunk being five feet long Which the trunk itself seemed to be connected directly to its body because it didn't really have a discernible head Oh, so this thing has like a it's body tapers into like a wormhead Yeah, um, and it's an eyeball at the end of the trunk because that would be awesome No, but it's said to have a little tiny face that just kind of like is above the trunk and it sounded like dead Dan Oh, just a little head a little face Now as mentioned it resembled a giant polar bear and that it was covered in white hair Wow, okay, and it's tail Was described as lobster like 10 feet long and two feet thick so it had that like segmented lobster tail So okay, I'm thinking elephants long trunk tiny little tiny tail adorable little tail this guy tiny trunk I mean five feet long, but five feet compared to 47 feet is not that long. Yeah giant tail all tail mostly tail like

Yeah 10-foot tail so that would be roughly a quarter or Yeah, better quarter. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, a little less than a quarter Now one weird bit though Well, we're there Is that the body of trunco on the beach seem to be devoid of blood Hmm vampire whales Possibly Now I don't think that's a big deal And we'll get into more so like like I mentioned trunco was washed up on the beach for 10 days It's said that they tried to get 32 oxygen to pull the creature back into the ocean But it was too heavy for that wait when did this take place in 19 24 okay the oxen make more sense okay, all right all right Also, I like that we're just calling him trunco as like a proper name. It's not it's not a trunco or the trunco It's trunco was washed up on the beach. Yeah, so now trunco sounds like a clown out higher for a birthday party So the next guy shows up and it's interesting because this happened in 1924

Um, and I was gonna get into this a little bit later, but um The story kind of stayed in South Africa, but it started spreading when cryptozoologist Carl Shooker Uh wrote about it in his 1996 book The Unexplained and that's where he coined the name trunco Interesting. Well, because it has a trunk that makes sense. Yeah, why not lobster tailo because that doesn't really come Come on the tongue very well. Lobster tongue. No. I mean tailo Well, you know, we don't know we don't know if we haven't tried tongue. Yeah. Yeah Yeah, so we got a fine one and kiss it I know what that tongue's like Now it's weird You know a little bit Now there are two stories about what happened to trunco after those 10 days one says eventually the tide pulled the corpse back into the sea naturally But oddly enough a newspaper in Pennsylvania reported that trunco woke up after 10 days and just crawled back into the ocean alive and well Oh, well, so a Pennsylvania paper made something up

Yeah All right, I mean that's still kind of cool. I mean don't make up fake news, but go Pennsylvania Yeah, I mean, hey you don't like us. We don't care. I got excited when I saw the Pennsylvania was in the the trunco story You know, yeah, that's cool. Yeah, go over slice the home. Yeah Um, so yeah, like I said, uh Carl Schucher wrote in his 96 book uh, the unexplained named it trunco, but renewed interest happened again in September 2010 so what? 80 80 plus years after this happened. Yeah, why when Schucher posted two blogs on his his website titled Behold trunco and trunco two more photographs Because finally photographs of trunco's corpse from the beaching were revealed Really can I see these do you have them? Yeah, I have them right here. Let me hand them over to you and uh, take a look and it's Really it looks like a white mess On the beach okay

Well, hold on okay, little crinkled up. Yeah, I can't I can't park it yeah, yeah, little wet Okay Okay, this is um Hmm Okay, well, I'm trying to okay, so shall we paint a picture to the audience Put you know what go ahead Okay, so in the background and there's a I see the horizon so over a teaming ocean The waves seeming to beckon towards this object washed up on the beach. There's dark sand in the foreground And in the middle ground you see the silhouette of a person bent over with the stick poking This object which is pretty cool. Yeah The object if you Had if we hadn't been talking about trunco I would assume what they're poking is like a huge mound of seaweed in black and white Yeah, it looks like a big pile of snow. Yeah, but but I see hair. I do see like strings and stuff It doesn't I don't see a creature there. Yeah, but this happened after

Like a good amount of witnesses saw the this like white hairy creature um Fighting two killer whales in the in the ocean. That's why that's why it's kind of connecting those two things together because this had just happened Could you imagine sitting on the beach like on holiday and you look at the ocean and a two killer whale start fighting a Crusted and you get to just sit there three hours is a long time dude three hours is a very long time Yeah, I'd be like a four pack in we'd be like throwing down wagers We'd have like running commentary and and there's like theories around what trunco is and we'll get into that shortly um, so so Definitely at least two of the photos were from the august 1925 issue of wide world magazine But they never really made it to the mainstream and nobody really knew about them until September 2010 um, but here's the problem So trunco was washed up on the beach for 10 days and no scientist came to examine it which to me

Wasted opportunity there, so we only have some pictures and witness accounts to go by the other photo that you said It's from a different angle and there I can kind of see like a torso a shoulder But I still feel like if I see Uh, like a bear rotting in the woods You would see good. I'm thinking of other things with like hair You would see like bone and viscera coming through the hair and the hair would be like disintegrating And wouldn't that be like multiplied if it's on a beach? Is this thing like most mostly hair? It seems to be mostly hair But I don't know I wasn't there to poke this the corpse with a stick like that guy Like that guy That lucky lucky guy is immortalized. We've got a couple options for trunco Um, one it could be a legit c monster cryptid that we haven't come into contact with again Right Or it could be a rotting corpse or what's known as a globster Um, say more so a globster is an unidentified mass that washes ashore after an animal has undergone advanced decomposition

And because it's so decayed it often leads people to believe it's something that it is not So it's so decayed you just can't tell what it is anymore. I mean that seems more likely And they call it a globster. That sounds like something I would get it a denny's I'll take okay the grand slam and the globster please The ocean is a violent place you know the other day I was reading about the like mariana trench and the deepest Like areas of the I can't remember the names of the layers of the ocean as you go deeper and deeper and deeper But eventually you get to a layer of the ocean where there's what they call grace snow Which is there's so much area above these deep areas That so many things are living and dying that their corpse is just fall So yeah when you get to a certain point it's like constantly snowing Biomatter And there's like a whole ecosystem of creatures that just live on eating falling biomatter this poop float in the ocean. I don't know

Well not in my experience Ha ha ha I haven't had a fish tank in a while does fish poop float or does it fall? I don't think so I think it falls. Okay, so that I'm pretty sure horrible at the bottom. Yeah, you're just getting corpuses and poop and poop yep I wish you prefer corpses probably the corpses yeah, yeah, I'm there with you. Yeah, it's easier to dodge Yeah, huh, okay But yeah, so anyway, it could be a globster could be a globster now I like that term there. They're I've mentioned Um a couple times on the podcast the montalk monster from 20 from 2008 Yep, I remember that term. Yeah, so it kind of like it looks really jacked up it people thought it was like a chupacopra or some sort of weird monster, but it's believed to be the partially decomposed corpse of a raccoon Not our beautiful gemnathy, but a raccoon But they would be considered a globster because it's just this

Decade corpse that it's kind of like well, we don't know what it is. It's something. That makes sense. Yeah, yeah But my my problem with this though this globster concept for at least for trunco is It so trunco fought those whales and then shortly after It washed up on shore How quickly would a creature start like decaying in the ocean even if it was like a full day before it washed up like would it be decayed to the point of um, you know, not Being able to identify it as like a specific thing Um, I think well one. I think there's a lot of assumptions buried in that question Like one we don't we don't really know that it was two killer whales fighting a third Creature it could have been two killer whales that both wanted to eat some of this denny's globster TM TM You know, and then wrestling over a thing and not with a thing

And then that thing washed up on shore that well, and I'm just saying well, but we'll take that I know that's very skeptical of me. We'll set that to the side what no You're you're not far off from what some people think so There are people that think that whatever the white thing was out in the uh the Ocean that the killer whales were fighting Killer whales are known to play with their food So but not to play with it for three hours and toss at 20 feet into the air and things like that I don't know how fun this thing is Well, just let's say any Whale carcass they wouldn't really do that with you know like they wouldn't kind of mess with it for three hours Um, and there was also like witnesses that said look this thing jumped out of water Used its lobster tail to like hit the whales with like that's there was Good enough description about that that it's like I don't think it was a dead animal already But it was so decayed when it came onto the beach though

Yeah, well if they kill this thing let's say it spends a day in the water Let's see how long did it spend in the water first? I don't know. I couldn't find out how quick it washed up Well, I mean like we were just saying that the ocean is a violent place So like maybe let's say they were actually fighting with something and you know, Trunko found his limits and he got KO'd he's done um, couldn't there be like Sharks and schools of fish. I would start picking at it Yeah, yeah, yeah, and what like while this thing is descending It's just being devoured by a whole ecosystem of scavengers And then eventually like that could even be why I washed up on shore rather than sinking It gets eaten at so much that it like I don't know has a little bit of buoyancy. It's true Yeah, the current can carry it. Yeah, I don't know Well all of this like there's so many assumptions going to every single one of these theories that I feel like we're this is You know This is all anecdotal. We I don't have no idea honestly looking at these photos. I'm like, oh that looks like That looks like a

A bunch of so that's all the salt I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant in my life Yeah, and a pile on South Africa. Yeah, yeah But I do like now that there are also theories that it was an elephant seal that it was like a a larger than normal elephant seal Oh, you know what yeah, I could see that if I think elephant seal and look at that first photo I mean, that's a big elephant seal. Well, that's the thing. They don't get that yeah normally. Yeah, that's That's a yeah, but then we have like it's like four elephant seals in a white fur coat Yeah, trying to get into an R rated movie Yeah Are you over 18 Like most awkward ticket box exchange just go to the digital one. I won't even cardio for that Um the thing with like weird ocean animals. It's like do we got the nor wall out there It's a unicorn whale and it's already a thing It's crazy to me that the narwhal exists and the unicorn doesn't that blows my mind

Crazy. Yeah, I agree. Why just give me a reward horse. Please please you know what I you know Would be cooler than a unicorn a bicorn got two horns and They're coming out of the side of his head like the devil Okay, I wasn't that just a deer. I shoot you're right. I mean, that's antlers, but the antlers are kind of horns Yeah, and antlers are cool and we got rhinos too. Why don't we just get give me a horse give me a horn horse Please We can I mean it's 2026 can't we engineer one? I don't know This has nothing to do with the this always happens with we need Eric for structure Greg. I know Guys gotta be fishing But that's the thing like there's so much weird stuff in the ocean I'm not saying trunco wasn't a real thing at all because yeah, we got we got the goblin shark Have you ever seen the goblin shark? Yeah, it's great. You ever see the one like like like really deep ocean fish That has like a little light bulb. Yeah, it angles in front of his giant mall. Yeah, and it's ink

Do you know they're actually really small? Oh really? Yeah, they're not as big as the cartoons make them out to be Oh, I kind of like that. I want one Yeah, they're really pretty tiny You probably need a very pressurized tank to keep one of those though. Yeah, I think we really only ever see like one died recently And like floated to the surface Hmm. There's a buoyant corpse for you now that's a buoyant corpse But that on my tombstone Yeah But yeah, so trunco he's mostly a corpse Um, but I love the idea of a whale with a elephant nose. Is that the name of the episode? He's mostly a corpse trunco Colors mostly of course. No, I think I'm gonna call it lobster roll Okay, I like that too. We're red globster. No, because he's white, but yeah either way Ha That's not a red globster would be great. You're right. That's factually incorrect. Yeah, I can't do it. Yeah

Collobster roll. That's really funny. I like that. Uh, yes, so that's that's trunco Yeah, I need an episode No, this is good. I like this. This is fun. I like I think without the story about it fighting whales It would just be a mass that washed up on the beach one day Um, but the whale story is pretty fun. I think that's what gives this like um I'm not saying it gives it credibility, but I'm saying it gives it like that little Oh, it's yeah, though. Yeah, it gives it gives a little texture. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's nice a little crunch I like a little crunch like Annie bar. Yeah, it's nice. Yeah, and I like a little I like a little whale fight in my cryptid stories Yeah, it's not bad And I do like that what usually when you're describing cryptids we have to imagine Like sometimes I'm thinking like what would it take To take this thing down. I'm being very American Because you know, Americans always shoot the cryptid immediately. Yeah Um or or brits we learn it from somewhere But um here you start the story with we know what can kill this thing and that's two killer whales

Yeah, we just got to get free willy on our side. Yeah, so I think we good Yeah, we're Shamu Um rescue rescue Shamu from SeaWorld I'm pretty sure I don't want to bring you down Greg I'm pretty sure Shamu's dead She joined the great trunco in the sky. Yeah Oh did trunco die for shit. No, I'm not gonna go there Trunco's dead. He was a corpse on the beach Yeah, I was gonna make a Jesus. Oh trunco did die for your sins. Yeah Yeah RIP trunco. Well, I like trunco. Thanks for telling me about trunco And you know what like I think this is another prime cryptid for like Build a bear to try to imagine what trunco would look like in real life And I bet you would sang like it would sell like gangbusters. Yeah, too. They just had the Fresno night crawler and one of them that sold out Immediately was wearing a cowboy outfit amazing amazing. It's all all chaps no shirt. Oh Man, what's gonna cowboy hat though?

You know You imagine him trying to throw a lasso with one of his feet I want to see it. Yeah, I do want to see that. But yeah, that was trunco Thanks for listening Yeah, I hope you all like trunco I don't know should I go back to being a corpse. How do we usually end episode? No, I mean we got we got comments from our last episode that we You over what agency We'll get to what Andrew said, but these comments were on our on the Spotify Uh episode of the card of giant Oh, I remember the car of giant. That was a fun one. That was the hoax. Yeah, that was good Um and Andrew said RIP short king summer. I'm glad you made the choice to go to the giant duke fall with a fake giant. Oh Go to giant duke fall like autumn with fake giant. Yeah, and then we found it up with a big Big uh, oh also I forgot to mention some people think that the nose on the corpse

Um, was it's it's like It's penis. Oh Oh you don't hold on we can't end the episode now You're talking this this thing's reproductive organs are on its face. Well that it was such a mess They couldn't actually see the like they couldn't tell what the front or the back was Are you saying maybe some kids found the body first and they like locked locked this bit off here And then plopped it onto this part here. No, I had a little laugh. No, I'm certainly not saying that. Oh, okay Yeah, um that might that might happen at like the Jersey Shore, but not not in South Africa Dan I think a theory like that says more about the person who came up with the theory than it does about the you know validity of this animals I don't know architecture or biology If you see a trunk on an animal and you're like penis. No, that's a huge hack man And that was just like a year ago. Yeah, and there's another yeah, there's an Andrew Garfield one Where he's like not playing Robinhood, but it's like a deconstruction of the Robinhood mythos or whatever I don't know it's like the guy that inspired the story or whatever probably Um, yes, there's our comments if uh note no new reviews on apple podcast But if you leave one there five star review please uh we'll read it on the show and yeah leave a comment on the newest episode on Spotify and we'll also read that on the show Um, sometimes we have to bleep things Uh, shout out to our youtube homies by the way I guess we haven't looked at comments on there. What But as always I'm squank your squank Go birds you know somewhere somebody must have like a 400,000 dollar trunco fraco Oh, and it looks fabulous. It still has some like you know sea urchin stuck to it A bit like classy like maybe they're held onto it by a little chains now But it smells awful like you want that's the thing you want to wear but you just can't you can't wear it Trunco was described as hairy But a lot of the globsters they kind of appear hairy because it's like Decomposing like sinew and tendons and that's what I'm saying. Yeah, dude When you show me the picture my first thing was like this could just be like a ball of Seaweed or I guess a better term be like sea waste just like a claw. It's a little sea dump The ocean took a little poop on South Africa and we started calling it trunco We were like that looks like a penis. Yeah, we should have flushed trunco down the toilet

Is Africa like Australia where the water spins backwards in the toilet? Are they live on off on the globe? Well, which hemisphere are they in? I think it depends on the hemisphere. Oh my god. I have no idea. I assumed it's really close to Antarctica because I'm I'm picturing a map I'm picturing a map and I'm pretty sure that South Africa would it would spend the other way. Yeah All right. Well if we have any South African listeners, could you just go ahead and flush your toilet and tell us which way it goes? Send us a video of next time you flush. We need it's for science We need to we need to see your trunco. Yeah Everyone always says about Australia. I think that back spinning backwards, but like I'm spending this globe on Google maps And they look about the same latitude. So yeah, that's what I'm saying. I think it's about the same Is it just under the equator? Are you asking this because you want to know which direction the like fight is happening in? The swirling mess. No, I'm just for the mouth of the glimps You're wrong, I'm trying

Let's see what we found Straight through a big corner where mysteries upbound Big foot mountain monitors and see what we found
