Um it feel kind of humid. Uh this one is beautiful outside of most admit um the easy days as a result of Sahara Doss um permeating meandering

1:08uh inundating the region infiltrating as a matter of fact um apparently uh the concentration is not as heavy as it's been uh in uh as it was throughout the summer um particularly until like it was bad in early August really was bad so we're hoping that those days are genuinely uh behind us sun beaten don't have you don't and yesterday that was heat yesterday. Sirus that was heat and um they want a part of that person at all so we got the weather service at the line good morning who must be good morning with Lee Engloss here. Early how are you? Good good happy Tuesday that was like Monday. Yeah um heat advisory again today or not? Yes we had a heat advisory in effect um for all the islands um from 10 AM

2:13all the way through 5 PM. It's basically because um warm temperatures today um the moisture feel that it was you know the most that it was with us the you know the previous days going to the miniature across the area and a more dry air will filter in and humid conditions are not expected widespread across the region but hot warm temperatures are going to be the you know the main reason to result in the heat threat across the islands for the day. Now um I just got a text message now for one of my guys and he said uh we're looking at um tropical waves uh Wednesday and Thursday before a dense Sahara Sahara air layer arrives Thursday night can you speak a little bit about that? Yes we are expecting uh an increase in the moisture again by Wednesday I just to mention

3:14as you mentioned we um are monitoring uh tropical waves that is don't have any you know cyclonic potential but looks good you know in terms of um some increase in moisture across the island so we can expect some increase in passing showers specifically for the use of general islands in the morning hours um because of the of the you know the arrival of the moisture and the addition of the showers over there and the fall conditions are not expected to be very impressive because that um tropical wave came with windy conditions so as you guys know when we have windy conditions uh rainfall simulations are not um spectacular because you know showers move fast and don't accumulate a lot a lot of rainfall so that's the pattern that we are expecting on on Wednesday and Thursday so it's going to be very valuable a lot of cloudiness and showers moving in and out of the island after that uh Sahara air layer um section came you

4:15know moving to the area we move into the area we more dryer air and Sahara and those particles that area is you know quick you know it's quite big and it's going to spread out all of the islands from Friday Friday into the weekend so probably less shower activity and less cloudiness um will dominate the weather pattern for the for the end of the work week across the islands and you know a companion that probably heat threat again for the islands uh due to the warm temperatures and the Sahara and those obviously that result in overnight warm temperatures as well now talk a little talk about the humidity because uh early in the morning we're feeling that humidity yeah we we have some you know the the moisture field is expected to continue to you know leave the islands during the rest of the morning so so now the air dryer you know the the dryer

5:18mass is you know like filtered in in according to the satellite imagery you know the precipitate of water one um the and it's really tiny area of dryer it's right now just over the lease ramp lease so it's expected to move into the area probably for you guys by late morning into the into the afternoon hour so that means for the rest of the morning hours at least until 11 or 12 a.m. we're out of 12 p.m. sorry well my aspect um uh you know humid conditions um across the islands and the heating this will react to that as well so heating this is between 100 and 100 in eight are possible across that area and in so my isolated area is Betty coastal section heating this is cool reach also 110 and then 111 degrees so yeah the very good yeah the recommendation for today is basically they hydrated the most part of the day if you're planning to

6:22do outside activities you know try to move those you know out of the war period that is between 10 probably a.m. all the way through 2 p.m. also children's and all not not a person for persons that have 65 years or more you know stay hydrated look those persons because it's going to be another warm day because we yesterday and it and sat you know Monday and and some they were very you know warm days with heat conditions as well you know a heated heating this is reaching those those thresholds so so today's like a Thursday in a row so body you know the body reacts on that stress that you know the the what that is for another so they hydrated and avoid to spend a lot of time and during some time today during you know or doing outdoor activities that include exercise or probably the persons that work in construction and take those you know 50 minutes in the

7:28chain to help the body to regulate the temperature so what are we telling our beach goers and our boaters because you don't know it's it's nice outside it's still hot it easy it is I'll yeah we have how conditions are easy but for today the increasing winds is resulting in a moderate risk of recoding across the islands although these near shore are between two and three feet only so the conditions are good for boaters but across the coastal sections moderate recoding risk can be you know rewards in areas with pierce or rocks so beach goers should remain attention to those sections but in general they are good you know the beaches are good to go today okay um I guess that's it so a heat of ice rate 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and then with the tropical waves tomorrow and

8:28Thursday um Sahara does working its way into the region it's dense though meaning that it's not a heavy it's heavy but it's it's wide but it's not heavy the one that Sahara does is affecting for the for the end of the war week yeah the weekend yeah it's going to be elevated a little bit you know moderate concentrations and not to see how you see this at least so you know when we have those you know days we tend to have warm temperatures in the night so that excessive heat threat during the day so and limited also the the conditions for for shower activity you know there's some moisture here and there's some pockets so that could enhance some passing showers but it's not there the showers are not going to be widespread and if you ask you know according to the forecast that we had right now it looks like it's going to be more effective for for a more dry pattern than the than the you know shower body to say in some way

9:31okay um and what about um VHKs and Kool-Abra same everybody will be experiencing the same thing like the Virgin Islands yeah exactly a leap for for the pattern with the tropical waves at least for the for VHKs and Kool-Abra is going to be dissimilar because of the showers you know affecting first probably the use of the generals and then moving all the way through through through the VHKs and Kool-Abra municipality according to the models here showers tend to be more you know no more a perfect one it's dream first on the use of the generals and then start to diminish because obviously the you know the interaction with the islands and then star in the afternoon across the big island of Puerto Rico because of the topography so for them it's going to be mostly passing showers with the with the you guys probably will see some isolated to scattered showers more than the the VHKs and Kool-Abra but it's going to be valuable so it's there's a possibility to

21:20So I'll tell you how you're about to use open right? For the first time in 149 years, no male player with a single handed backhand reached a grand slam single semi-final in a calendar year to include the Australian open in the winter in January. The French open in the spring, May into June, Wimbledon in July. And now the US open. The summer going into the fall. Right. The historic streak which began at the inaugural Wimbledon tournament in 1877. 149 years ago. Officially came to an end during the ATP tour season when Stefano Citi Pass lost in the

22:22fourth round of the US open. And he lost on American player Ben Shelton, defeated Citi Pass in street sets at the US open, eliminating the last remaining one handed backhander in the draw. Right. None of the major tournaments early in the year featured a single handed backhand in the final four. The two handed backhand has increasingly dominated modern tennis due to changes in court speeds, racket technology and the power required in baseline rallies. But they leave him out something else. I got to do with how slow the courts are. No, it is. Right. And because if they were to speed up the courts, then you'd have more serve on Valias. Right. But now everybody playing the game for the baseline. But the reality is that's why Roger Federer is the greatest. Right.

23:23Because he won 20 grand slams with a single backhand. Nadala and Jokovic with 22 and 24 grand slam respectively, the 200 players. You know what I'm saying? And this is what me and Dr. Kolabwe tell him, Raki, all the time, Raki, you know what I listen. Right. We keep telling him, right, the beauty, the aesthetics of the game, in the same number. Make everybody playing the game the same way. Right. In particular, Wimbledon, it'll be painful for me to watch grad school tennis, which is about athleticism, serving, getting to the net. Right. Continue to just dwindle. Right. Because everybody wants to sit on the baseline and just treat ground strokes. You know what I'm saying? I just know how grad school tennis is supposed to be played. And now, you know, you're seeing it impacting the hard courts.

24:26The last single handed backhand player to win a grand slam event. I believe. Right. Right. I believe it was a. Dominic theme. 21, the US Open during that COVID year, when they didn't have any fans in the stadium in 2020. I don't believe there's been a single handed player that won any grand slam event. Since then, I think you're back in the French Open and on that dollar win-in. And Joe Corviche went in. City pass actually made it to a final against the Joe Corviche, which were leaving two sets to love and up losing that final. But I'm at Wimbledon.

25:28It's been a sinner that has a couple years. Alcaras a couple years before that. Joe Corviche a couple years before that. Both of them. Right. So open. Joe Corviche. Win in 2023. I think Alcaras got two. Sinai, I believe Sinai got one. Right. I think Sinai winning 2024. Yeah. Sinai got one. Joe Corviche won in 2023. Yeah. So I'm not sure that the same thing. So I. Yeah. Yeah, I, you know, Dominic team. And then before him, I believe the last time a single handed backhand, one one. A grand slam was fed everyone. He went to Australia in 2017 and 2018. And then very warringka.

26:30Barvarinka. You know, he had win in the US Open in 16. But single handed backhand, which is a beautiful shot. Martin and Alfred Telova. Stefan Edberg, those type of players, you know, they're like a relic. You can't find him. Everybody playing a 200 backhand, you know, you know, to see the game, which was mostly a single handed game on a backhand. You know, when I was growing up, I was watching Ata Aysen stand, smith and those type of players on the mail site, right? Single handed backhand, oh, Bjorn Borg. He was one of greatest. You know, he was a great 200 player, but he went up against my camera. My camera was a great single handed backhand. And, um, no, it is. Can't find him. And it's, that's unfortunate because the, the mind and the player, they're bigger, they're stronger, they're quicker.

27:30That's just how human evolution is. So they should have the ability to play a one handed backhand, but everybody, you know, like that, that 200 backhand, and as a result, for the first time in a hundred and a 49 years since Wimbledon in 1877. Goodness gracious. We don't, we haven't had one backhand player make the 75. That's even the final, I don't know, the 75 else. That's around a four in any other Grand Slams this year. Not good. I'm saying don't keep hold, hold your set that up. Yeah, man. And so, like I said, I'm, I'm short of this fox, but I don't get my response today. Um, okay, yeah, she takes you on.

28:32No. Yeah, he's on. No, because we are 56 days away from the general election. However, I believe we're less than 40 days away from the early voting. I think early voting starts on the, is a 17th. So that would make us about, now, I guess about 42 days, right? Thereabouts. Okay. Can we get how much days left? Um, 20, 22 more days left in September and 70, yeah, less than 40, 39 days. Yep. And, um, so, um, she got me, I learned the 45, 55, like, uh, and, um, keeping an eye on that because, yeah, I'm not pizza.

29:33I'm pressed, I retired in 2002. Uh, Rufus, Tom, we back when great, great, great, great, one and a player. Yes, he's part of that, that list, that with Mac and Rohan at Borg and Bory, his back end, and all that stuff. So you're right. No, he belonging at least to Michael Steak, and all that stuff. Anyway, we got, um, this far from the lane, uh, good morning, my name's Bory. How are you? Good morning, good morning. I'm fine. How are you? You know, the audience are doing today. Doing well, doing well. So, uh, eight weeks away. Right? That's correct. That's correct. So that's 56 days, um, November, October, November, November, 3rd. However, um, early voting starts on the 17th, right? Yes, that's correct. So we're less than 40 days away from actual voting taking place. Well, I would like to just highlight the calendar and we're asking the question.

30:34Yeah, go right ahead. We're pretty much preparing for the general election, and then we will be prepared to conduct a successful general election. That really starts for us. Eight a September is the first day for receipt, but it's supervised of election for absentee ballot applications for the general election. For those persons who did not check off all elections and the primary election absentee requests, then they'll have to request another absentee ballot for the general election. You can do that online, www.gov, or you could come into our office and pick up our application, completely leave it right there. So that's the eight of September. We could not accept any before unless the military, the email is also done, but everybody else that will end the voting database here has to do it because it's dated the eight and after. The 19th of September, which is what I wanted to get back to, is the day elections start for us. Our federal ballots will be emailed to the military overseas personnel. That's the move act of 2009.

31:36So 45 days before any election, we have to get the ballots out to those voters. So that's where I'm saying the election, coming to start September 19th. That's email is a secured site. We get the ballots back from ESNS. We just approved the draft ballot last week with a board meeting. Did we take the draft ballots? We turned it into a sample ballot and then that will be available for the public and that document goes up PDF and secure transfer file to Nebraska. They prepared a ballot for us and get them back down here. We're looking at getting the ballots by September 30th because we want to at least have the absentee. So persons don't have to do the paper absentee and transfer it to the regular ballot. So pretty much we're pretty much on track and they request for the ballots already went out. And so now we're just going through the calendar process. Another big day for us is September 19th. We're doing an expo. You know, a very election cycle which we're going to do a territorial expo where we bring all different agencies to collaborate with us and we're going to do a big fade like

32:38type D. And it's also the pre-national of water registration D. So we're looking at that Saturday at each other elections. Area parking lot to in St. Croix will be right in front of our office right there in Sonny Ayers. St. Thomas will be in the parking lot. St. John will usually utilize the bandstand because there's no space in the office market please. And national of water registration D is September 22nd. So that's the big days for us. You know, again, those persons who just turn 18 or 17 and a half and will turn 18 by November 3rd, they're encouraged to register to vote. Again, 30 days before the election registration closes. So November, October 4th, last day for registration. I know the board is going to be out there doing a lot of demonstration and registration at different sites. They've been getting some requests from different organizations. So any other organization that are interested in a board conducting registration or demonstration of the machines for them, please submit your request in a timely manner.

33:39So they'll at least have two weeks to look at it and approve it. So because after October 4th, there's no more registration. Well, that's a good point. So we got what the day was in 22 weeks. So we got 26 more days for you to register. If you want to be a participant in the 2026, you know, the US version and the general election. Now, you also have to meet some requirements in order to register to vote. Please vote for those requirements. So to register to vote, we do have it online now. So that's a great avenue. So persons only have to come to the office. So you upload the documentation that's required. You get a US passport, that page copy, a naturalization certificate, a DD214. Those to be documented. Any one of those documents, we do not need three of those documents. This staff will check it, verify it, and then they will let you know whether your registration is in process. We need any additional information.

34:40The only thing with online is you won't get a voter ID card. So you'll still have to come in to take that picture. We're working on that to get some application that would use Portable Electrical Depart. The system has it now where you can take a picture with your phone and upload it. So we're looking at that program to upload in our database. The other avenue is come to our office. This is our office 830-430 in St. Croreants in Thomas. It's daily on St. John. It's 9 to 3 and it's Tuesdays and Thursdays. So you've got the documents you need. So if you come into the office again, you bring a passport, your unburt paper, or your naturalization certificate, those three documents. OK, good thing. Now, the early voting is like in the primary one location only on our three islands. Yes, yes, right now we're looking at that. We're looking at St. Crore. I don't know if we're going to try to expand anywhere here in St. Thomas. We right now coordinate two to park, mild to get that to get general election site.

35:44So I'm not sure if it's going to be available for the early voting. But with early voting for us, it's the office. It's more kind of talk as we could do the database right there. If not, we have to send out poor workers to do the e-po-book. But we will look at it and see we think we can handle the crowd because we've done it before. So we, you know, you have the mode is so we think we can handle it at our own office. OK, good. Now, I see where we have put a sentence. We got district St. Thomas, St. John, 20 candidates. And also we have the two at large candidates in St. Thomas and St. John. And on St. Crore, we got the two at large candidates and we got 24. 24, right? So formatting the ballot and all that stuff. You got your work cut off for you? Yes, yes. And that's what people don't understand. So, yeah, so we did the draft again and we did it.

36:46So you got, we're looking at some columns. So we're going to set them up because again, it goes with a column and it also goes with a number of characters. So some persons have to submit how they want the name to appear in the ballot because they have names that are longer than 22 characters, which comes to space. It comes to a period. It comes to everything. So we did the draft and we got it front and back. So that's why and that's what we're saying that, you know, we don't want to confuse the voters, but even go into separate ballots. That will be more confusing, but right now we're doing the front and back and it all can fit on one ballot, front and back. So we are working on that and the sample should be out by Wednesday tomorrow. That will be finalized and then we'll get that out to the public. So we already look at the draft and it's front and back and we can do it. Okay, that's good. Now you say, uh, we have a ballot member. It's 17 inches long and then we have an option where we could go to a 19 inch ballot. So we have options. So we do 17 inches ballot. So it's not like a legal people of 14 inches that you see out there. No, um, when do we send it out to the military?

37:4619th of September. So you got to get them back. Uh, you got 11 days to get them back. Well, actually, you need, you need, you got less than 11 days because you got packaged them a meal. No, no, no, I said email or email. It's not email. Okay. Okay. That's the only way we could meet the requirement. And for the military, email is the option. The overseas person, they accept that option also. No, they have the option now to return it either waving the right to send it back email or fact, or they can mail it back. So they can mail it back, you know, but we have to email it to them. Yes. Wow. Well, that's the only way we could meet the requirement because, you know, and it like I said, the secure flight we've been doing this from 2014 with this machine. So it works and it only comes back to one person. Like I said, I was in one animal being for two years and I voted in 2010. I sent my ballots back here and that was back back then. We didn't have email. So we had a fact it back here. And so that was the five papers that we had.

Good morning. Good morning again to you and your listening audience. Out of the West, right? Out of the West. How many days are we going to be 15 or 16? That's the content. We just put them on base at the days we have. And the part that we have to finish 3 days prior to the election, which we are looking right now. So we're going to be 31st. We start on a 16. We start on a 16, not a 17. 16. Okay. 17.

41:50The Friday. We go on to the 31st this Saturday. So we got 16 days are all of what in them. Correct. Okay. We're going to be able to fit in that number of people in that time frame. If we could do 7,000 in the number of days we had for the primary, we should at least one third more. No. Now in 2022, the last general election cycle, did we have more people voting early voting than an election day? Take your knowledge. I don't have that information. I don't want to speculate. It may be on the website. I know like we put off at the primary that it had more on the on primary, but I will have to check the general election. But what do you say? That's why using a golden tutorial cycle 2022. Right. You know what I'm saying? It's on the website. I don't have a band in front of me. No, I go and try to put it up nowhere. We're talking because more people vote in a general election than a primary. You know what I'm saying? That's correct. Yes. Early 14 numbers. Um, Vodgin Islands 2022.

42:53Vodgin Islands. Bam, bam, bam. Because we had a group in a total election a year. That's the reason why I use in 2022. That's correct. That's where you can't be a lucky election. Yeah. Okay. Here we go. Here we go. 2022. We had 11,849 votes. So the answer is yes. Yes. Exactly. Yeah. The answer is yes, because I think we had maybe a total of 20,000 people voted for the general election. Hold on there. I don't find that now. So this early voting thing catching up like like had firemen. Nice. Well, which is great. I know we had that question when we see them as WTJ, somebody was talking about eventually getting a reward. That was a decent hearing when they were talking about Senator. He was afraid of talking about not doing election day and doing early voting, but again, they have to change a lot because they talk about election day. But that's our goal to get the maximum number of persons participating early voting. And also we love the early voting and the staff get involved because when you do election

43:56day, the staff doing the involved because that's the election officials and that's outside the office. When they come into the office, again, our customer service is superb. So the staff look forward to that. And so that's where we always push early voting more because the staff is involved in doing that process. And so we want to talk to staff. We want to talk to board. When you're looking at it, I just want to highlight that the board didn't add it. You hear him much about that in the public because of course, they came up accurate. Right? It's 100%. And just like we have said for years, Han Counting going to give you more errors. And that's where they found they had a few errors inside the report. One, two, two days, Ms. Kong would tell you that that happens. People get tired. Imagine if they have to call all those ballots by Han. They're doing a primary election. Imagine for general election. So they took a sample. WTJX, we thank them for life feed. I saw a number of hits persons watch it whether they live then or after. They don't say anything now because they came up accurately. Right? All the squad we had on the radio. Here's the added, the crew that ballot the electronic machine comes everything accurately.

45:01A human being does not. So again, we look forward to the next added to the general election. And again, two years from now because they're different 2014. These machines have been tried and tested in your city, New York, and using them for years. Millions of people. You know, so it's not only using the version I learned, they're using 23 states and three territories. So they've been proven even anguilla when they had the election a couple years ago. It was a challenge for a recon by Han and the machine and the machine came out accurate. Again, so we talk to the persons that participate. We try to encourage more persons to participate in voting because protest not voting is not a protest. Not voting is not a protest because you live in an environment in the society where the election is going to have an impact on you. How do we? So it's better to participate in the process. So you could have a say in the process. You drive on the government roads. You participate in the government services. So not participate in a not voting is not a protest.

46:03Um, 2022 we had 22,557 voters voted in the governorate rural election. Right? Correct. Now we had 11,849 early voters. Correct. So more than half. I think I think I've got the double a 11,849 you get 23,698. Correct. So more than half participated in all voting and and and in the primary election. I think we had over what four thousand or no. Last one. Seven thousand. Seven thousand out of the out of the 10,000 or there are both. Twenty thousand. Twenty thousand Democrats. No, no, no, no, who actually voted in the in the in the primary. That not register voters. Okay. Seven. No, no, no, no, the total votes including including election day came up to about 10,000. Okay. Oh, I'm wrong.

47:04Ten thousand and 70% of those voters voted in the early voting window. That's correct. And so that's our goal in general elections to come on out. Now we got how many registered voters 30,000 there about. 30,000 there about. That's about that. 30, 32. That that that reflects what we saw with the census. That's a significant drop on the amount of people who use the who the amount of registered voters we have back in the day. Correct. But see we have inactive and active no though. We have a 50 something thousand but 20 something thousand that those are inactive. So we still have them as voters there. So yeah, we do have the 50 something thousand but 32 or so thousand are the ones that are active. So we are encouraging. But recently we've been seeing a lot of people reinstating and so that's the help. And I can say you could shop the vote and we say okay, we don't find you an active. The carly office that turn you right back to active. So you're not this in franchise. You're not turning away from voting. But if you're knowing advance, you want to participate. It's best to reinstate in advance. So we don't have to do that process at the voting center because it takes away for the

48:07work as focusing on election day. But they have the carly office get you reinstated and you go back to the clerk and check in. So it takes time away from you. So encouraging persons to do that also to get the voter ID because if you have that, we scan it and your information come up. So we don't have to actually name to spell it and misspell it. We do scan your ID card and it pops up all the information. You can't you knew it to maranise our technology to keep up with the times. Now, we had to make a election day modification moving the voting center from central high to St. Joseph. How did that go? We went very well because we got the relationship already with St. Joseph. Very good. We have used them in the past. So that's where we're able to plan and flex so easily and it does, you know, yeah, we had to advertise them going up. But we make the adjustment. But that went very well. And so we are utilizing that for the general. In fact, he leaves me to that. We could talk about a voting center for the general. But yes, that worked well because we already had established relationship with St. Joseph and the father work with us tremendously over the years.

49:10And so we continue to utilize those services. Of course, you have to pay for it in the use of the place. But that comes after slick use and done service. We have to pay there and also liability insurance and UVI liability insurance. So we do have to pay a person to use those non-governmental agency facilities. So general election is incredibly open up to five voting centers. Right? So we don't stop on the east. You got kind of gate recreation center. And don't stand to it. Which is the new school there. Excuse me. Excuse me when you say something. You have some reference. Okay. From respect for St. Joseph. You don't just say it in person and then move on. You have some respect for that. That great. It is low as once a piss. It's not. It's not my. Sorry. It's not my. Sorry. It's not my. It's not my. It's not my. Sorry. Yeah. But it's been done. So I'm going to the church. So we call it. Okay. Let's take it. But then you come into the best of the best. The car is coming from the right gym.

50:10As we are from. You're right. You're right. I'm from the car. It's a center. As I would say. Central high school gym. We're looking at that. Then you come down. We come back to St. Joseph. We're going to use St. Joseph. And you come to all be love. Cloud or Marco. Can't leave it out. You cannot. Only one standing in the way. Yes. We are not going to happen. We know what's going to happen. Yes. We are. We are especially. We are especially. I love for Cloud or Marco. That that. That. That. That. That school watch. I would never want to know it. We're the next time. They will be waiting for you. Wow. Exactly. That's my alma mater too. Yeah. I got to that. Then we got to San John. I got to. Benji man, which is not an education center in a sprung. That is not true. People love over the A condition. Everything runs well. and then you go to Julia Sprawler, I mean, school, then you come over to St. Thomas starting in the east, you arrive and I can cafeteria. That's the one we're trying to get for near cafeteria, into the gym, because the gym was more space and whatnot. We know we have to cover the floor

51:11and so we were assisting some of the schools and trying to look at that. But that's better with expansion and the growth of voting, the gyms are more suitable for our operations now. And then we're looking at Tutu Park Mall, they have some empty barriers, so we're looking at Tutu Park Mall. If not, we have to go to BCB. A lot of persons complain about BCB because you gotta go in, you know, it's kinda after beating Pat, you gotta make sure you put signage of this so people know that it's operational. So we really don't like BCB, if we don't have, if we can't get to Tutu Park Mall, then we have to utilize BCB. And then we come down to our beloved Charlotte Amalia high school Spong, did a cafeteria, did a pick and an emervable, and then we go down to UVI, every blick, eldritch split sports and fitness center. So that's the four sites that I'm seeing Thomas, and we have five on St. Croix, and two on St. John. So 16, so what happened to St. John and five on St. Croix? That's correct, we got a capacity, what's left over, but we know early voting, it's going to take, like you say, about 70% of the person is gonna early vote.

52:16Well, I like that, you know, because that allows for us a smoother, how you say? And election night, when we contain the votes and all that stuff, there isn't, well, I guess it's the same, it doesn't matter how many people vote, we still gotta go through the protocols, where the polling centers bring the cartridges and all that stuff to the election system, our office, then you got to download and then make that number available. But should we be able on an election night, after we know all the polls are closed to start tabulating and giving the results for early voting? So that's what we usually do. So that's what we do, that's what we do all the time. What we do is seven o'clock, we roll the machines for early voting into the room and we begin with early voting. So you get that results, the A30, I'm not A30, when it was 745 or so that night. So that's what do the tabulating,

53:17because they were sitting in there, so the more people voted, the more time it takes to process it, so that's what took the little time. So that goes pretty quick. And so that's the first number that you get. Historically, I do this from the farmer chair and farmer member, I'm playing that and all that. Historically, once you see the early voting results, you kinda get a picture of what's going on, who's going, that early voting tells you the story. You know, election day is only mirroring that. But once early voting results come out, you kinda get idea what's going on. So we do early voting and then as soon as the other voting centers come in, they go right in. But we don't give you that report right away because you wanna come and leave, because if you put it out, they mix it up this and that. So we do early election day one time, and once click as this come, it came out, and we do all the voting by itself, and then a day after two, they start absentee. So that is the process and it continues. No. A lot of people were doing it, but after that, it's supervisa doing it. That process has not changed. No, no, one final question,

54:20because there was some, there were a lot of issues this year with candidates, not understanding the petition process. In 2027, are you looking forward to hosting a forum or a town hall or something to explain to the audience, or not to the audience, to the residents who might want to be the voters, who might want to offer themselves how the process works, because we heard so many different reasons why potential candidates were disqualified. And that was disturbing, because it had never been that kind of number in the past. So help me out there, because I felt bad as a local seeing so many people disqualified because of their own errors and not understanding the process. So thank you for that question. First, we do do training, right? If you look at calendar, we do training before it begins,

55:22March 17th and March 19th, we did training. And those persons didn't participate. The attendance is very low. Secondly, we give you a package with information so you can read, understand, and comprehend. And if you have a question, you can call us. But yes, we will look at doing training in an arphere for those potential that may think they want to run or want to know the process. We also already started to collaborate with the division personnel so that we could come up with a policy or procedure for government employees that want to run for office so they know the dos and don'ts in advance. So we are looking at increasing the information, the educational process. But again, if you're going to run for an office, you got initiative too. You support to do some research and know the steps and process. I agree. So these persons that I had somebody, issues that they had was brought up by some of themselves, trying to be smart. They're trying to outsmart the election system, but we have our eyes on the price all the time.

56:23And everybody know me, you're not going to get over and get to with me. We try to adapt every eye and cross every tea. That form of senators running and pretending they didn't know the rules. So yeah, it's embarrassing. I haven't embarrassed too. Yeah, right. Because this is national news and headlines. And it's so embarrassing. But these persons just want to make some of them want to make a mockery out of the system, thinking we don't know what we're doing. We know what we're doing. Now we have eyes and ears out there, all the raps in what we're doing. Somebody went up the board, members with a petitioner and lied. So what you want us to do, we just can't accept this because somebody think that not going to win, put them on the ballot. That's unacceptable. There's a process to go on the ballot. And as you are to lukewarm and water on the process and that's all Allah, you have the wrong entity. That's not elections. That's not my watch. And like I said, in closing, I didn't like what happened. And I thought it reflected poorly. I know such as a people. And I don't want that. I have no more carlin fox.
