Coming to you from the Bob and Sherry show studios sponsored by Muddy Matt go to buy Muddy Matt dot com Friday And now from the Bob and Sherry studios on this fabulous Friday. It's Bob and Sherry Friday. How we today people's movie critic here today. The mar is reviewing in one hour right here. The mar is reviewing Michael and it's going to be I can't wait to hear his thoughts because he went into this movie the way a lot of people are going into it, which is like what's going to happen here because there's like on the one hand it's Michael Jackson and on the other hand there's all of this ghastly controversy. We'll find out what happened in one

hour right here with the people's movie critic. David Allen co outlawed country musician David Allen co passed away a couple days ago and I mean that's not you know that's not our world. We don't really play in that use that format music layer anything. I think most people have heard at least a David Allen co-song over the course of their lives. Some of them are pretty the lyrics are pretty controversial kind of funny kind of twisted but we have our own David Allen co connection through Lamar and Tony and this is just a wild story. This little thing that happened in Wisconsin right we were on a trip. Yeah we're up in Wisconsin and we had a black tie affair and so we all went to the black tie affair and we had a wonderful time and so when we left it was you know it was not really that late but Tony and I decided we wanted to see if we couldn't find us a cocktail somewhere so we got in the car and we took off and we're going down the road

and I see this place on the left I can still visualize it and it was a motel and the big sign up at the top the O and the L were dark it's like something to move okay it's just like something to move. So they had one of those signs where you put letters on it and whatever message sign sitting there and it says karaoke tonight and I said Tony Tony Tony Tony pull in pull in pull in pull in so we pull in and so we go in we walk in and everybody's sitting at the bar the karaoke guy set up on the pool table and and these these are people that are in this bar every night you can just tell these are regulars man they're regulars and so we roll in and they're all looking at us and I will go straight to the back and ask the guy I said you got any David Allen Coe and he said yeah I said have you got the song by David Allen Coe the one that's you don't have to call me

darlin's the name of the song and he said yeah I got it and I said let's hit it buddy so I got to microphone and so I sung that song with everything I had because I know every word that song and that's another story I know every word that song so I sing the song the best I can when I get through I drop the mic on the pool table and we start walking out one of the guys at the bar said hey hey what's the deal with you people I said me and my friend here we're traveling the country trying to encourage people to dress just a little bit nicer and then we just walked out the door and got me caught in trouble you'll you'll never know it you'll never be in the room to hear it but you are tuxedo guy and so many people's story of that night oh yeah they're telling this story like nobody's been and that is we were in their lesson seven minutes probably because

we're in he put the song on I sang it and then and then you left dude that's the genius like and that's the thing you have to you have to accept that you're going to create this memory this core memory for strangers and you're never going to get you're never going to be able to like come back harvest it you're just going to have to trust it's out there it's out there and full of folks in that part of Wisconsin they tell the tale of tuxedo guy oh my ditch land in the rain for us the business is coming up the people's movie critic comedian a partner named Sherlock and your zippy zodiac cause it is Friday it's the Bob and Sherry show the Bob and Sherry website the

odd cast contest info Bob and Sherry dot com his name is Michael Gurgis and he looks like a normal four year old kid running around jumping up and down just like you know like you would expect but he's a little bit of a different four year old he is getting ready to make his musical debut at Carnegie Hall yeah at four at four oh oh come on yes yes what is this next just to my kids and said what a disappointment that's life pass life pass life pass life do we do we started let me take let me tell you story I think we've got some some sound but he started playing a piano in september of 2025 that's eight months ago eight months ago and in that time he has earned dozens of first place awards and he's so small he has to use an adjustable piano pet a pedic

and before they got that his mother had to use a chair so that he could push down on the pedals now his older siblings were taking piano lessons and Michael started showing an interest and he called on really quickly he began taking the lessons in the later part of his third year when he's three years old now he practices three days a week for 30 to 45 minutes per session and he says he likes playing music and he likes playing the piano nothing else and he also says you have to work very hard so you'll get more money that might be coming from his daddy I'm not sure but he got first place in the international music competition and the new york piano protege international music talent competition and a whole bunch more and at the 2026 American protege international piano and strings competition he was invited to perform at the the winners recital at Carnegie Hall which sounds like a pretty big deal and he will be the youngest person to

ever perform at Carnegie Hall max play show us a tune here oh um can I tell you what's most amazing about this his hands are really small so his so it's not like a piano is built for an adult his hands are really and he's pulling all that off and not only see he hitting the right notes but he's he's varying it with sound I mean he's

doing some of it's soft and then it's louder which is I'm sure on the music okay been playing for eight months okay playing size protege okay all right yeah this isn't past life stuff you're just like weirdly able to play the piano according to you all in your barely toilet train okay more on's in the news is next it's the Bob and Sherry show more on's in the news is sponsored by progressive insurance protect your home and auto save when you bundle get a quote at progressive dot com ready one and two and there's no shortage of idiots speak of the idiot more on's in the news stubborn stupid silly man with the Bob and Sherry show an altamonte springs Florida investigators are saying that 50-year-old Alexis Weber was taken into custody on a charge of criminal mischief after being linked

to at least one incident in a neighborhood the residents say that this has been happening for nearly a week homeowners were finding what appeared to be human feces own vehicles mailboxes and in yards now one lady contacted the police after finding feces sneered along the driver's side of her husband work van and the lady was able to provide investigators with surveillance video that shows a person matching Weber's description stopping near the van now when she looked back through her camera footage she saw Weber multiple times going back and forth in the neighborhood police said a detective witnessed Weber relieving herself in her own yard right before he arrested her the HOA president said residents work together to report the incidents and get law enforcement involved I assume myself that smearing crap throughout the neighborhood is against the bylaws in

this neighborhood so yay to the HOA that it's not putting up with that what do you think what are you doing I mean oh my god I have you ever been so mad at someone that you would even think about making this a plan like that that's the part that I'm just sort of stuck on like how before I would do this I would go stamp their tires with a knife and let the air out of their tires this is how well this is not this is not happening for me I don't know this woman's nuts I mean don't you like I've never been that worked up you know what I'm gonna do I'm gonna tell you what I'm gonna do first of all get where are them prunes get them over here because I'm gonna be going outside that's I guess they could probably prove by being a if they need they can't that's that's how they got the one guy years and years ago who was a jogger who kept on doing it on a

sports TV remember high school they that's how they they found it was through DNA but I'm with you Sherry how can you time something like that do you are you going oh well you know folks the world is always you know teetering on the edge of disaster the day could come soon the indoor plumbing is a memory why don't you enjoy it while you have it the day may come when you have to go in your front yard but that day is not today how about if we how about if we enjoy those porcelain colors you know and that running water wash our hands and stuff how about that how about you do that you crazy mouth breathers let's go to Oklahoma where today's Moron of the day is former Cleveland County Sheriff Chris Amerson so 33 years career 33 year career law enforcement and he resigned to avoid jail time because he has been embezzling money from the state of Oklahoma

and my man here likes to go shopping so here are some of the things that former sheriff Amerson bought with your money um he bought um 40 vehicles oh wow 40 he said he leased a few okay to be fair let me be fair he leased a few 40 very expensive meals a lot of door dash video games a hotel room for a training conference that was canceled and so he then pocketed the money um he absolutely he handed out retroactive raises to 28 employees they weren't happy to see him go right because he did share the money a little bit he would go out of town for training conferences and just go buck wild and he also would bring along you know his spouse and they would go all kinds of wild with room service and

restaurants and everything else um and they were paying for he was I guess bringing friends because they were paying for hotel rooms when there were no documented employees going um he also paid state taxes with stolen money and he was a very generous tipper again with stolen money campaign funds he spent a lot of um campaign funds illegally so that he and his wife Amber could live the good life now he did resign uh that was his deal to not go to jail he said in his letter after 33 years of law enforcement service the time has come for me to retire and begin the next chapter of my life it's been the greatest honor and privilege to serve the citizens of Cleveland County well you definitely served the citizens of Cleveland County using their money to serve yourself and it seems seems wild to me that he just gets disgate on it but he just gets disgate on it because that's how the world works we've got the people's movie credit coming up with Michael

this is the Bob and Sherry show it's the stuff we wouldn't couldn't shouldn't do on the regular show the i cast i cast on the free Bob and Sherry at so max did some math and it blew our minds on the residuals that the cast of the front the cast of friends make Lisa Kudrow casually revealed this in an interview so math walk us through the max walk us through the math problem so the idea is they're earning still 20 million dollars a year in residuals from friends now this is not including the money they made while they were doing friends which was pretty substantial by the end like million dollars an episode they each earned 20 million dollars a year now if you do a little math on that i think it comes out to about four hundred and eighty million dollars they've made by doing nothing except having been on that show and all of them have had successful shows they acted in since then i don't know how they're not billionaires it i don't even i can't even imagine

by the way like twenty million dollars just floating into the mailbox every year now and Matthew Perry what about Matthew Perry so Matthew Perry so he he died so where does that money go well you can have that go to your estate and you can have it go to your estate separate from your will so you can will things to people but the union after sag they say if you want this to go to a particular person you can have that happen as well so this is still going that money every year even though he's dead twenty million dollars a year is still going to his estate twenty twenty million dollars a year per cast member and so just think for a second if each cast member is getting twenty million dollars a year the show's creators and producers are also getting paid and the network running the reruns is making a hella profit they have to be so it's too bad we can't pump reruns of friends into our gas tanks because apparently it's the world's most powerful

energy source it really is and it's interesting that the people from Seinfeld the actors on there did not do that they just went we want we want the money now while we're doing the show so they don't make near off the back end of that what the people from friends make this is just you know this is what you want to be in your life you want to be a person with a successful sitcom that's it that's like the true that's the true dream that's okay no sure you want to beat for producer the Bob and Sherry show because oh sure you do yeah because I am rich in spirit well I'll say this if sunlight and fresh air is dangerous you're safe yeah it's the Bob and Sherry show this episode is brought to you by pocket hose the world's number one expandable hose and I am hard on a hose because I don't pay attention I'll drive over it with my car

I drag it all over everywhere I never remembered a coil it properly pocket hose has been a game changer for me because it's expandable it's super lightweight it's easy to manage it's easy to store it grows when the water is on it shrinks back to pocket size when the water is off we were out there yesterday planning some things and my husband turned to me and he said woman let me tell you something about this pocket pivot this is not a feature this is the whole shebang I am loving this thing and now for a limited time when you purchase a new pocket hose ballistic you'll get a free 360 degree rotating pocket pivot and a free thumb drive nozzle just text show to 64000 that show to 64000 for your two free gifts with purchase text show to 64000 message and data rates may apply the people's movie critics review on the Bob and Sherry show is sponsored by egg lands best better taste better nutrition better eggs it's time now for the people's movie critic and his review of Michael

the reviews that you can read online will pretty much tell you all you need to know about the movie Michael rotten tomato's critic score is a dismal 37% the audience score is 97% now what you think about this movie is all about what you believe about Michael Jackson when it comes to talent no singer songwriter dancer choreographer all in one person the absolute total package and if you stop there as the movie does you'll love this movie and you should based on that but if you're troubled by all the accusations of the child molestation are you know if you think there is smoke in over the years there's a forest fires worth a smoke there's actual fire then you'll struggle with the movie you'll want to know why there is not one single mention of those

accusations because the movie completely stops at the 1984 victory tour now director Antoine Fuqua shot a four hour movie that included the child abuse accusations and how it impacted Michael's life but they had to change it attorneys for Jackson's estate showed them a settlement clause with the accuser that got 23 million dollars in the lawsuit that barred any depiction of any of that in a film it turns out the movie could not include any scenes about any legal charges for child abuse now this cost the movie 15 million to reshoot but the Jackson estate paid for that because it was like their sort of their mistake I guess that means that a four hour movie had to be cut to two hours and seven minutes and it's rated PG-13 Michael Jackson is played by

his real-life nephew Jafar Jackson and this is his feature film debut all the singing though is actually Michael but the dancing is all Jafar and trust me this guy does not miss a step now as far as acting goes the standout performance is Coleman Domingo as Joseph Jackson he dominates every scene that he's in I suspect the same way the actual bully Joseph Jackson did in real life but every time he's on this screen you want to punch him in the throat but as brutal as he was and he was very brutal he was the driving force that made the Jackson five successful now he should have been arrested for what he did to accomplish it but accomplish it he did so what we have here is a story about one of the greatest artists slash performers that has ever lived that same person

was allegedly a sexual abuser of children I really wish this was not the case because if he's not the latter I really hate that his legacy is marred by that but if it is in fact true my heart breaks for the victims and I'm really uncomfortable with the world's adulation of this guy I mean it's it's tough this is a tough it's so well said I think that you spoke for a lot of people there just you know where you're like I don't want it to be true but if it is how are we okay with this yeah I said in the theater tapping my foot being amazed by the moves and the music and I'm watching all this on the screen and I'm really enjoying that part and then all of a sudden I feel pity for the way he was treated by his father then I felt warmth when he was visiting sick sick kids in the hospital but in between all of those moments the allegations kept popping in my head I keep thinking which one is he is he a musical genius one of the greatest to ever live for a

pedophile well he can certainly be both and that determines what you think about this movie and whether or not you wind up going to watch it my score it's a complicated score my score for the performances in the movie five buds for telling the whole story zero buds so you have to decide what you want to do you really do you have to decide and it's tough very you know what's you know what's um interesting is that your review of this movie is how so many people now feel about his musical legacy yeah it's that and we just can't it's so hard to find your peace in there wow so five buds for the movie zero buds for the story it's the Bob and Sherry show at the Bob and Sherry show we celebrate moms because they do so much including bonus moms and mom figures who stepped up

way to go mom we want to hear their story whether it's warm and fuzzy or absolutely unhinged by the way your mom is insane we will select five lucky winners who will get a mother's date comfort prize pack including a handmade pillow from Czech feather and down and a cozy Bob and Sherry logo blanket from the Bob and Sherry store that's my mom we want to hear from you just go to Bob and Sherry dot com hit the contest tab and enter celebrating every kind of mom that not was my mother it's the Bob and Sherry show happy mother's day all the mothers out there sign up for our newsletter we never spam you never did get Bob and Sherry exclusives just go to Bob and Sherry dot com so the people's movie created gave five buds to Michael as a movie and zero buds to Michael for the way it navigated around the truth so what else can you tell us because it just sounds like it was as complicated to watch as it was to me yeah yeah it really was it really

was and because they had to stay away from the charges and when i'm saying when i say to reason i gave it a zero for telling the truth the truth is whether or not it's allegations was there they've been there so you can't ignore that but but they had to one of the things i thought was very interesting i found out cat Graham was supposed and she did she played Diana Ross in the movie with the scenes those are some of the scenes that had to be removed because you know Diana Ross really worked with him and sort of was a supporter of his when he was going through all of that so all of that had to actually go away one thing i found very interesting was the producers asked Lady Gaga to rent them some pieces of Michael Jackson's wardrobe she owns a huge collection of his wardrobe and yeah so she lent them all the stuff they wanted as long as they would let her attend the shooting on the day she wanted to so she went to some

of the shooting to watch them shoot the movie and she let them use you know i don't know what all she had whether it's like he's jacked or i don't know but she she let them have some stuff now one thing i didn't i failed to talk about in the review because i didn't have enough time the young Michael was played by Juliano Valde and he is really a good little actor i mean he did a great job of showing how hard it was to go through all of this with Joe Jackson being so so so you know much pressure and it's like he got his gentleness from his mother because she stayed with him pretty tight but the ruthless perfection and he does he did in the movie you understand he is a perfectionist and i think he got that from his dad and not in the kind way he got it you know in a terrible violent way but he did a good job he did he really did that you know that is a black

eye on this movie because it didn't shy from some truths right yeah oh yeah yeah it didn't shy from the horrific abuse that that man inflicted on his family it didn't shy away from the impact on Michael that that abuse had and you're right even if you disbelieve the allegations how do you just lift them out of the story yeah yeah yeah i mean if you're a person that's never heard anything and you see this movie you're like oh my gosh this is fantastic but if you're people like us it's lived through it hmm for a little tougher so do you say the movie ends historically it ends at the victory tour that he did with his brother yes now this is after he's big so those allegations hadn't come out by that no yeah they stuck yeah that's exactly what they do so i guess that's their way of dealing with it is they well you know they didn't come out till later hmm i know i know well you know what i think Lamar's review of it though it matches what other people have seen it are saying which is yeah it was really great and yet i felt so weird it's the bobbin sherry show

instant access to the podcast podcast fun size and more with the free bobbin sherry app it is time for everyone needs a laugh here is comedian a partner non-shurla yeah i am a you know a pretty quiet person sometimes when you're quiet people are like well that's okay you don't say a lot but you're a great listener you know you're really good listener that's a thing i'm not sometimes i'm not talking and i'm not listening sometimes it's unclear why i'm there and i'm just a potato in the photo i will freeze up around strangers occasionally and not know what to say and that can confuse everyone they're like why do you stand up this literally thing of what to say in front of strangers i thought about it sort of makes sense because like when i do something and say i got to write it up or her say you know get comfortable with it and they got to pick a time and

place where i'm going to present it for it discreetly like a drug lord meeting and then i got to advertise and promote it just like one night only she speaks you know and afterwards i demand my money so it's a pretty good racket yeah people with a lot of social anxiety struggle with something called the spotlight effect it's like when you're out in public or around a lot of other people you think everyone's paying way closer attention to you than they actually are like um teenagers experience it a lot that's why they're so chill and easy to be around by trying to remember okay when you're doing stand-up people are looking at you they're expecting things rest of time you're probably fine you're probably overthinking it the problem is i am friends with a lot of other performers and comedians and the thing is they are hyper observant they are watching everything around them

closely at all times they're looking for their next bit they're looking for more content you know they're just scanning scanning scanning like terminators who read the artist's way you know like they they are not safe people one time i was out to lunch with some comedians we're all eating these big juicy burgers and i took kind of a too big bite of mine and a little bit of hot sauce flew in my eye and i started blinking a lot and crying but just sort of at a half of my face and i was like you know what is fine probably no one even noticed like you're doing great it could have been worse you could have thrown yourself on the ground and just been like why god why you know you're you're playing so cool you're good just keep going and then the comedian all the way at the other end of the table goes hey apart i noticed you took kind of a too big bite of your burger and a little bit of hot sauce flew in your eye and now you're blinking a lot and crying but just sort of at a half of your face she narrated the whole thing to the group just a play by play next to you know i'm a metaphor

for futility in her next one person show it kind of feels like you're walking in public and you tripped and you tried to play it off and then everyone around you faced forward like they were in a musical and they're just like her legs have got the tangles her legs have got the tangles and she just fell down i mean while i'm on the ground like why god why i also feel like when you're friends with a lot of performers they will never not take an opportunity to perform so this has happened to me multiple times someone has done an impression of to my face i don't know if this happened to anyone the audience i say class action lawsuit you know emotional damage is still being sustained the last time it happened to me i was standing with some acquaintances and one of them just starts talking about how i have such a unique sound

like she was a music executive and i was a bright eyed young woman about to be exploited and then she just starts doing an impression of me to the group and at that point it was just like a near death experience you know i was just like no where's the light this feels like a good time to walk into it had a good run because it's never good it's never good like it always be something like this okay opponent okay opponent this this is you i'm a partner and everyone's like that does kind of sound like you that does kind of sound like you though uh-oh uh-oh it's pretty good you have to be like you're right you're right i sound like an absolute tool thank you so much thank you for this friendship thank you for this opportunity thank you

for nominating me it kind of reminds me of when someone's like oh my god just saw someone over there looks just like you and then you turn and look and it's just like a stop sign surrounded by trash bags i see it i see it thank you i'm canny thank you wow i love how you perceive me thanks for that and the wiki feedback thanks that's important i'm sure a little we'll post that on up with the people's movie critics review which i think you're gonna be excited by at b-o-b-a-n-d-s-h-e-r-i.com click the menu tab look for everyone needs a laugh it's the bobbin sherry show bobbin sherry boots sweat and the mother of all mothers merch just hit shot bobbin sherry.com i have good news i have great news and when was the last time somebody said to you i have great news for you think about it when was last time you heard i haven't heard sherry i haven't heard that

oh tough yeah this is great news this is great news um let's say that you are the most screen-addictive person that has ever lived you have such a severe case of can't put your phone downitis and you've been hearing for years now that the blue light is disrupting your sleep and you need to not have it all i even don't look at your phone and you're like yeah that's never gonna be me i'm gonna die clutch in this thing here's the good news none of that is true in fact even the most hardcore phone screen junkie like Lamar would only have his sleep cut into by nine minutes that's it and most people are not the kind of hardcore screen junkies that we are listen to this they did an analysis and they found that a full day of blue light from your digital devices a full day just staring at it Lamar you got a phone in one hand and a tablet in a laptop

you just glued to it a full day of that adds up to less than a minute of outdoor daylight exposure see oh previous studies on blue light and sleep issues are out of date the sample sizes were too small and they were performed in environments that don't match the real world now what is messing you up at night has more to do with your circadian rhythm than it does with your phone so you want to get you want to be exposed to daylight when the sun is out and then you want to have some darkness when it's dark and also maybe don't watch you know super stimulating you know high octane content right before you try to go to bed but all that stuff you've been hearing oh don't look at your phone that's destroying you you're never going to sleep this isn't true my mother used to say to me don't watch TV it's ruining your eyes now i think she did it because she didn't want

me to watch TV i don't i don't know that she had that in any scientific fact anybody how would be blonde how would be blonde my friend and you know my friend and her mother told her that the reason that you couldn't watch color TV is because at any moment the thing could explode and embed tiny shards of glass into your eyeballs this was an excuse to not buy a color television yeah this was all kinds of but you know what it really made an impression and her sisters um so yeah obviously you know you don't want to be a maniac about it but you can go ahead and let out that breath you're holding because looking at your phone a little bit before bed is not a problem it's the bobbin cherry show leave us a talk back with the free bobbin hi guys good morning i'm calling to tell you what i think should be a unwritten rule don't be talking to your phone in the public bathroom please please please please i beg i don't want to hear

your conversation nobody wants to hear your conversation and i'm sure somebody on the other end if they knew that you were talking to them on the crapper i'm sure they wouldn't appreciate i wouldn't appreciate i don't want somebody calling me what i'm doing that please please you know don't ever call me while you're in the bathroom anyway love you guys love your back i don't i don't disagree and you know i was having a thought so um you know most public most restaurants or stores or whatever they don't have a single private bathroom they have multi-stalls right sound about right like yeah i feel like maybe 70% of the time it's a multi-stall situation and then every once in a while you get a bathroom to yourself do you ever when you're in that multi-stall situation do you ever stop and think to yourself that there's nothing else in your life there's no other act or transaction or behavior that is conducted with complete that is so intimate and personal that is conducted with complete strangers in the same room yeah i hadn't

thought about that but now that you mention it like if you had just arrived on this planet and i explained to you that sometimes when you're not at home you'll and you need to go to the bathroom you'll go into a large room where other complete strangers are also doing that and you'll all do that together and sometimes you'll wait in line for your turn and sometimes you'll strike up a conversation while washing your hands if you heard that as a new arrival to this planet you would be like that's weird i don't think so the worst is if you go to a sporting event and you go to a facility and in the men's room you're sharing a trough you don't even have an individual you're sharing a trough that's really weird can we discuss that because i don't know what it's like to be a man um just to ruin the lives of them but i don't know what it's like to actually be one and is it not especially if you're kind of a bashful reserved person is it not so weird to be stepping

up to the trough with a bunch of strange dudes um it is and docker you there because i feel like docker would have feelings about this yeah because docker is a very private person docker you there how do you feel about being in a a large open space at a trough with a bunch of complete strangers it's uh it is so it's fine as long as you kind of keep your head down or don't look around i have a really bad habit of wanting to look around and kind of observe things that is not the place to observe no i mean you you you know you're innocent enough you know you're just checking your surroundings because you're always aware but no that is not the place i didn't ask Lamar because my guess is is he met the best friend he's ever had at a trough at a sheep rodeo because this one will not not talk to you i don't care where he is it's conversation that's it listen listen listen this whole thing i'm in the corner of my room right now in a fatal position this is not my deal this is not my

deal here how do you i mean Lamar how do you handle this as a as a man i just don't know how y'all stand it how do you stand this the the rule is i straight ahead that's the rule i's straight ahead wouldn't you rather just hold it in or find somewhere else or go outside but at this point i've already held it in as long as i can't trust me i'm not running to the place because i want to like the cherry what's interesting is there are people who will use earbuds or they'll use um you and they will conduct a phone call while they're standing next to you at the trough not just in a bathroom with walls you know like in a stall are they not worried that you can hear like first of all the echo but then no sherry they're not does the trough have water running through it or do you flush the trough water it depends on the water but generally they've got water running through it at all times yeah y'all y'all i mean seriously you are being treated by the designers

of public restrooms like farm animals and you should revolt you should stand up and revolt i cannot believe you're required to relieve yourself into a trough of running water but mr ed and his worst friends sherry the the thing is there is such urgency in the situation that you endure it because what are your alternatives none zero my my cats have more privacy they do sherry i've cleaned your cat's box yes they have more privacy than the men do at a ballgame it's the bobbin sherry show the bobbin sherry website the odd cast contest info bobbin sherry dot com well listened to what happened on a delta flake now i know you're going the baby no no no this is not the baby that was born on the delta flake um they the pilot turned the plane around before taking off

they were in my amy heading to Atlanta the pilot turned the plane around and went back to the gate because a passenger would not get off the phone her name is uh Shannon Harris she's from tyrone 39 years old flight attendants repeatedly told her please please terminate your call please angel call please hang up the plane is taxing the flight attendants were doing the safety instructions then they they were like you you absolutely have to turn your phone off and the passenger became belligerent and the pilot was like that's it i'm turning this plane around good for the pilot yes turn the plane around so once they got back to the gate a delta supervisor repeatedly asked this woman to get off the aircraft and she declined police were forced to make everyone get off the aircraft and then she tried to like fold herself into the crowd and disappear

folks if you've learned your crime and from the scubi do cartoons you will know yeah i just i had to stick that my head in and say that right there so she tries to flow in with the rest of the passengers but of course you know hello they know who you are they saw her do that the flight ended up being about an hour late which of course jacked up anyone that had connections in Atlanta they apologized to the other passengers um the woman was arrested on trespassing related charges i'm not exactly sure how they configured that um they trust that she wants once they get out the plane they they trespass her and she can never come back i think she never is back on delta delta was like you know look if we are going to tell you safeties are top priority then we have to act like safeties are top priority and there's zero tolerance for disruptive behaviors she was asked repeatedly to turn her phone off so anybody that thinks that the flight attendants are just saying

no and i've read yesterday afternoon that american airlines is now going to put in to place a lithium um power pack charger policy you're only going to be allowed to have two and they have to be in specific places yeah they can't put it like in a carry on because they want to be able to see it and get to it airlines are i mean the like a bloody variant and those little biscoff cookies are good but i'd like to land the plane so yeah i and the flight i don't blame flight attendants they've taken so much of use in the past five six seven years and they're done i don't blame them so yes the pilot made good on the threat to turn this plane around and go back home good there what's the bobbin sherry show can you believe this is sponsored by sleep number visit a sleep number store or go to sleep number dot com

so his name is Alex you and he's known in china his home country as the instant noodle king i guess kind of like the ramen king right and he decided that he wanted to put his hometown on the map and so he took his money and he sank his money into building the largest shopping center in the world and it was when it opened in 2005 newsweek magazine called it one of the new wonders of the world and this man i mean this mall was like nothing you've ever seen um shoppers were welcomed by walking under a replica of the arcta triumphant in paris um there were two kilometers of canals snaking through the mall with venetian gondolas pulling along them a giant indoor roller coaster that had um inversions you know loops that looped around the walkway so you'd be walking through

the mall and this roller coaster would be looping around you can you imagine there was room for two thousand three hundred and fifty shops he built this monstrosity this incredible mall on a former farm that was miles you know some miles from the center of don guan which is his hometown but here's what he did in fact are in there's really like no people in china don't necessarily own cars especially in the rural countryside and in the cities they have public transportation there was no public transportation to this mall retailers were like i don't know i don't think we can gamble on putting a store here and so when the world's largest mall opened in 2005 there wasn't a single business or customer and it's 99 percent vacant it's a ghost city

storefronts empty as far as you can see escalators that are just dormant they still have cleaners who come in every single day and polish all of the glass and all of the chrome and absolutely no one is there except for them and the theme park inside the mall they didn't they didn't do a full Indiana Jones because they would have had to pay royalties but the the gist is basically an Indiana Jones theme park in a mall that no one has ever gone in what was supposed to be the busiest mall now it just sits there the roller coasters are getting rusty the shops are completely empty 7 million square feet that was designed to be like a little tiny city sections of the mall are

based on the city of Paris the city of Venice the state of California there's a massive movie theater in there and not one customer so what mistakes beyond like the size of it and the lack of public transportation did the noodle king of China make well one analysis is this the city of Dongguan is all factory workers and low income families these are not people that can patronize the small they they can't afford to buy Louis Vuitton and go for roller coaster rides and then of course the mall there's no public transit and so the people who live in Dongguan can't really get there without it being completely inconvenient they even did a renovation in 2015 and it's still a ghost town there there were inside this mall in addition to everything I've told you there's also a train

system and go carts like you can ride go carts on tracks around the small there's a giant dinosaur an interactive dinosaur and it's just empty and spotless not derelict because they're paying to have a clean now here's my other question okay if you've got this thing and your biggest problem is you can't get well you've got to have somebody to do the stores first if you had the stores you could actually do a do a couple of buses going back and forth constantly or something like that but you got to have something to take them to first you know what it makes me wonder um I know that like you can look at a story like this and go what what were they thinking before they made all these decisions but y'all we work in an industry where we say that all the time what do they think well listen I'm sitting here because they miss guy of his mistakes on this and yet I name the videos I'll keep my I'll keep my opinions to myself let those among us

so there's this woman her name is Pam Cronrath she lives in Washington state and she's 78 now and she has spent most of her career in tech um she worked in the early internet I mean she's she's very enthusiastic about technology and um several years ago she was at a medical conference she was a speaker and one of the other speakers a doctor appeared as a full body hologram and she was very she said I just was so impressed by that it was really cool and and so when my own husband became ill and they were married 60 years so this is a long marriage she said I promised that whatever else um if you go first I'm gonna give you an amazing funeral so she did and it is making global headlines she arranged to have her late husband bill appear it is own funeral um as a hologram

um and he he spoke and he took questions from people in the room oh my god that is creepy that's really it is creepy I'm sorry I'm sorry she spent close to 30 thousand dollars how what but this got it ended up getting lost in close to 30 thousand dollars to get the technology know you know the likeness the voice the motion all of it um and then her husband died yeah so they had computer pre program so that he could answer questions he was a um well she worked on it because you know they've been married 60 years so she she wrote it in the way that she believed she wrote the script herself and she said I wrote it the way I believed he would speak he was the hologram was life-size and he was speaking directly to the room um and he said before anyone gets confused I'm not actually here in Valhalla today is this gonna be fun his widow said quote people were a

guest which I think is fair yes yes I just think that's really weird that is so weird now that's coming from somebody that I that want to have Elvis impersonator mine but uh still what that that that seems weird that seems to you I don't know it it was incredible the I mean the text she nailed the technology she said that the hologram has not replaced her husband or her grief it's like looking at photos or old videos when you're hurting it helps to feel that person is still right there with you she said um it's been months since he passed away and she still watches the recording and she really likes the moment where the hologram says I love you I mean my heart is broken 60 years of marriage yeah that's yeah I mean I just don't know guys go to a funeral and the deceased is on screen pointing at you and taking questions yeah people were a

guest I was amazed that that much honesty was in there it's the Bob and Sherry show here's Bob and Sherry with Charlie King and the zippy okay brand new week let's have some good news hello well she laughed sure I think that's a good sign isn't it well it's definitely a mixed week uh this week for aries there is a financial truth that surfaces uh money borrowed or a money owed matter that needs handling so just pay what you owe or ask for back anything that is owed to you oh okay okay Taurus we're looking at an important relationship so something reaches a very defining moment a partner a client a contract a conversation reveals where things truly stand and actually things feel better thanks to this revelation okay Gemini yes your workload your schedule your

health habits hit a breaking point where something can no longer be ignored so if you've been brushing aside a symptom then it might become more than a niggle this week so please take extra care of your body am I dying Charlie she's just give it to me don't don't stop him and if I'm dying let me know oh my god you just need a rest okay for cancer a creative project an investment or a personal venture reveals its true potential so a passion project or a financial risk demands evaluation and you can actually see how it will truly start to pay off for you for Leo home family or property matters need direct action so a living situation a family obligation a property issue becomes impossible to avoid so make the necessary plans to show up as needed

okay burgo burgo a certification an agreement a piece of paperwork altars your next move so if something is expired it needs renewal this is the week to bring everything up to date Libra some money habits require honesty look at where your expenses need restructuring maybe a little bit of overspending this is just the week to set a new budget for the coming months okay scorpio scorpio a physical issue or a lingering wellness concern reaches its peak and this does signal a turn point and it does push you towards meaningful change and a path to healing this is good ish this sounds like it sounds like it's going to be miserable and good it sounds bad at the beginning but yeah I think you're right yeah definitely get the best part good okay okay

all right Sagittarius Sagittarius some unseen obstacles come to light and you realize that something has been quietly sabotaging your progress and that something is within your own behavior but be kind to yourself get more rest and reflect on personal habit changes that you are finally ready to make okay Capricorn Capricorn some honesty within friendships becomes unavoidable and there is a revealing conversation maybe even a betrayal or unexpected truth within your friend group that exposes something that it's about time you needed to see oh okay Aquarius Aquarius there is an old career path or a former obligation or an ambition that suddenly feels tempting again and it pushes you to reconsider a previous goal or life direction but just make sure to carefully assess whether returning to something that you previously let go supports your future okay and Pisces

Pisces some important paperwork reveals an overlooked error or a missing detail so time spent correcting this information this week helps prevent much bigger complications from unfolding later well um it sounds like an exhausting week ahead with many many obstacles to be overcome especially I'm the only one dying nobody else is dying I'm dying hey more that really sucks for you we all feel bad about it does you might not though I mean you know you're you always pull it out at the last minute you might be just fine well you heard what she said you heard yeah we're gonna post this up at bobbinshary.com we'll share it on over to our Facebook the name of Charlie's outstanding podcast is the horoscope vault and if you go to the horoscope vault.com you can even sign up for a private reading how fun would that be Charlie you have a great weekend this is the bobbinshary show sign up for our newsletter we never spam you never did get bobbinshary

exclusives just go to bobbinshary.com it looks like Django maybe getting a sequel it's not for sure uh Django and Tarantino yeah yeah okay yeah and and Tarantino is not really gonna be involved but he's given the green light to Sony to go ahead with it because he has to give them the okay I guess it's that was his film because you know he's trying to hold back he made a statement he was going to only going to make so many more movies and so this is not going to be one of them but they're supposed to be it's not just going to be Django it's going to be Django slash Zoro because this is coming from a comic book series in 2015 they did a comic book series about and it was called Django Zoro and the two characters I'm assuming that they team up and they're not enemies I don't know I'm going to have to betray my complete ignorance here are they both make believe and they both exist in the same universe how can Django Jamie Lee Foxe right and Zoro yeah

but is Zoro make believe is everybody yeah Zoro is a character and Django is a character and they were both in in the west so I'm assuming um what year do you think uh Max Zoro would you think it'd be about the same time it was western it's like late late 1800 like 1880 yeah something like that yeah yeah was there a real Zoro was there a real Zoro like is he based on a historical person no I don't think so because they were Zoro when I was a kid it's yes a fictitious thing it's thick so this we're going to have Django and Zoro and maybe next Christmas Django and buddy the outfit we're just putting Django they're movies they're movies about I don't know why I'm so I don't know why I'm so worked up about this Lamar like okay with Django but you're getting Zoro that that's well I just don't understand I just don't understand what business Zoro has messing

around in Django's world advice first like why why do we have to bring this well no no nobody has exactly signed up yet uh Jamie Foxx he's not signed up Antonio Banderas he has talked has been talked to about it so he would be Zoro so I don't know by what I tell you what I tell you what Tarantino is doing he's not necessarily directing it but he has come up with the adventures of Cliff Booth which is a sequel to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Brad Pitt it's going to be in it and that's for real that's coming up and I that was a he was a great character in that movie and I think you'll be great he's own own mood I just like I'm I'm not thrilled about you know mixing these characters there is only one actor for Django and that's Jamie Lee Foxx you can't cast Django and then have him battle to stay puff marshmallow man it's Jamie Lee Foxx it's yeah he's Django hey you knew who else she's going to be in this uh Cliff Booth movie

whole mackle mackle ain't he oh the guy I'm not mine yes from my brother I buddy from my hunter he's going to be in it so that makes it worth watching for sure all right okay and what about Chris Cringle is he in it because apparently there are no rules anymore I don't go lay down they didn't give me good pain but I don't know rest it's the Bob and Sherry show now let's open up the Bob and Sherry archive vault it is time out for oh shut up which is what you say in your head when somebody tells you the age of a song that you just loved or that you knew very well so I've selected this song that you're about to hear because I was at a wedding and they had a DJ at the wedding the wedding was on a boat and it was just beautiful and it was time the couple had gotten married it was time to get everybody on their feet and of course you have to have the right song to do that

and oh boy did the DJ have the right song and ladies and gentlemen this song is 31 years old I don't give that a back up try and play the role in yada ho koalak don't get up stand up come on through your hands up if you got the feeling jump up what's the ceiling once less of one fuss someone's fucking jump y'all bust them in the eye and then I'll take the punks off feeling I'm saying it ain't so 31 years old I can't be stale I can't be stale no one did it I know we're all dancing in our seats everybody's got their hands in the air they're all pointing to the ceiling hey fun fact about this song that a lot of people don't know this song is filled off of a sample of a bagpipe is it really how many other songs can say that that's that's a bagpipe sound there's a y'all they're sampling a bagpipe and yeah can I tell you

recently you had this the most horrifying sound in the world was the Aztec death whistle right so let's listen to a little bit of this and now I shall play the Aztec death whistle I think that's the same thing you know what else it sounds like you what else it sounds like those screaming goats on the Taylor Swift song yeah it sounds like screaming goats also I just thought of that how can this again how can this song be 31 years old and there were people on the dance floor who were like 23 which one is that I can't tell them apart while this song is going

on was anybody's right leg not jumping were you not keeping time with that oh yeah yeah it still works it still works Taylor Swift she gave so much oh if you ever see the video for this like if you ever watching like retro MTV on Saturday mornings they filmed the video for this during the St. Patrick's Day parade in New York in 1992 the song came out yeah so when you watch the video that's the real parade route and you can see a guy named Freddie Schumann who's kind of famous for being a nutty crazy Yankees fan he's in the parade crowd it's it's a wild video a crazy bagpipe sample and it's considered by a lot of

music critics to be one of the greatest songs of the 90s yeah I think it probably is here's my question though anybody who puts together a hip-hop song like this he's listening to bagpipe music I'm telling you musicians are such fascinating artists yeah things that inspire them yeah all right that's it oh it's Bob and Sherry instant access to the podcast podcast fun size and more with the free Bob and Sherry app this is a pretty big shift and it's the first time we've seen it since 2012 are you ready yeah Americans are now getting their coffee at home so part of this you could say as well it's expensive and you know if we if we don't stop eating avocado toast and and buying coffee will never have houses whatever that nonsense is right but you know there's another thing too it used to

be that the coffee you got at home was kind of crap yeah that's changed between Nespresso and these fancy coffee machines and all the different flavor options and cake cups people now learn have learned how to use French presses and Chemex and for somebody like Lamar whose coffee is the most complicated thing he eats all day how could you go anywhere for coffee I could not I could not I could not have my coffee yeah how could anyone's coffee be better than yours and it's funny that I saw this in my feet well it's probably not funny it's probably sinister because I had just read like a long thread where people were giving tips on how to make greatest coffee you could ever have at home and the consensus was cafe bestello with maybe just a smidge of vanilla bean paste a couple of grains of salt to take the bitterness out of the grinds and then whatever if you put cream

in it like whatever species of nut or cow milk or goat or whatever you would use but people were giving all of these recipes and basically saying why would I pay seven dollars for this when I can make it myself in my kitchen so I know that this upsets the capitalist coffee cart but you've been yelling at us for a decade about how wasteful it is to spend money on coffee so now people are doing it at home and now you're yelling at us because coffee companies like cafes and coffee shops are in trouble and thoughts and another thing that my coffee pot does it tells me okay now it's time to clean it run vinegar through it so I don't get bad tasting coffee I continue to get good tasting coffee because the machine is reminding me certain things and it's not that expensive it's just this is the thing that I've been I've been asking the same question in different ways for a long time which is you told us not to do it and we stopped doing it now you're mad at us because

you're not making a profit wait till you find out what happens when you replace all of us with AI and there's nobody left to go and buy your crap nobody left to go to your restaurants to drink your coffee to go to your theme parks because we're all home starving because you've replaced us with robots who also by the way don't pay taxes lol so there you go for the first time since 2012 people are staying home and making coffee avocado toast can't be far behind it's the Bob and Sherry show this episode is brought to you by pocket hose the world's number one expandable hose and I am hard on a hose because I don't pay attention I'll drive over it with my car I drag it all over everywhere I never remember to coil it properly pocket hose has been a game changer for me because it's expandable it's super lightweight it's easy to manage it's easy to store it grows when the water is on it shrinks back to pocket size when the water's off we were out there yesterday
