Tyson Anderson remains a free agent after reports of a deal with the Denver Broncos fell

through.

The 26-year-old safety set the record straight, saying no contract is signed despite league

buzz saying otherwise.

League sources called it a done deal Wednesday evening, and even Bengal staff believe he was

headed to Denver.

Now everything is back on the table, leaving Anderson free to talk with any team.

The Bengals showed interest in bringing him back before free agency started, and their

special team's coordinator pushed hard to keep him.

Other clubs have reached out too, drawn to his reliability on coverage units.

Anderson spent four years in Cincinnati as a core special teamer, playing all games over

the last two seasons and 41 total with 46.

Tackles.

He never saw defensive snaps there.

Meanwhile, Denver still wants him, possibly for defense, while the Bengals just added

Brian Cook at safety.
