Tyreek Hill Returns, Seeking Contender

NFL Store is making news on March 18th. Free agent wire receiver Tyreek Hill plans to play this

season after rehabbing from a torn ACL. The Miami Dolphins released him back in February,

just before his $90 million contract extension guarantees for 2026 would have.

Hit. That deal carried a huge $52 million cap hit in its final year. His agent recently shared

that Hill suffered a serious multiple ligament injury, not a simple tear. Doctors say he is

right on schedule to return for the regular season start. The plan is to wait for full medical

clearance before signing anywhere, and Hill wants to join a true contender. Last year, the injury

limited him to 21 catches, 265 yards, and one touchdown, his lowest output ever. Still,

his first two seasons of Miami were incredible, with over 1,700 yards each time, and 13 touchdowns

in 20. 23 alone. Hill built a stellar career over 10 NFL seasons, ranking 9th in receiving yards,

and 4th in long touchdown catches of 50 yards or more. He earned 8 Pro Bowl nods and won a

Super Bowl with Kansas City after his first six years there. Several playoff hopefuls could chase

him now, including the Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, Los Angeles Chargers, San Francisco 49ers,
