North Carolina's administration from current athletic director Bubba Cunningham, to future AD Steve Newmark to Chancellor Lee Roberts has mentioned the need to hire a championship level coach at UNC. But winning it all and finding that coach with those banners in their office is not always easy. And it is even harder to win said banners as a head coach.
