3:03So this day began just like any other day, but well, followed, irrevocably changed the lives of everyone involved. And I'm really not sure our country will ever be the same again as well. So the Clancy family of five got up to get their day started. As Patrick Clancy, the father and husband, Lindsey Clancy, the mother and wife, Kora Clancy, five years old daughter, Dawson Clancy, three years old, son and Kallen Clancy, eight months old son. So Lindsey took Kora to her annual pediatric appointment. Patrick stayed at home with his boys Dawson and Kallen. Patrick sent his wife Lindsey a photo of Dawson, their three year old who had gotten dressed by himself for the first time. He was obviously incredibly proud of himself. Lindsey sent Patrick a photo of Kora sitting in the exam room with a mask and a little gown on. Kora had been complaining about abdominal pain and the pediatrician attributed it to a constipation. She suggested that Kora taken over the counter

4:05laxative and to follow up if they had any other problems. And when asked about it later, the pediatrician, Dr. Rosherr said that Kora and Lindsey were both behaving normally. When Lindsey returned home, she put Kallen the eight month old down for a nap and played outside the snow with Kora and Dawson. They built a snowman together. Lindsey took a picture of the snowman and sent it to her mother and to her husband, Patrick. Patrick would later go on to say that Lindsey's behavior that day was the best it had been in several days. She appeared to be happy and interacting well with all the children. During the early afternoon, the entire family was there as Patrick worked in the basement. Patrick had switched to working in an office to working at home in order to kind of take some of the burden off of Lindsey as it pertained to the children. Around 4.02 PM that day, Lindsey searched online for children's mirror lax. Around 4.13 PM, Lindsey searched for takeout 3V.

5:06So this was a restaurant in Plymouth. And she used Apple Maps to check travel time from their Ducksbury home to that restaurant. Around 4.47 PM, she called a CVS in Kingston in a nearby place to ask about the availability of children's mirror lax. The manager later described that conversation with Lindsey as normal. Around 4.53 PM, she text Patrick asking if he could get takeout from 3V saying she hadn't cooked and it had been a long day. The 3V restaurant was farther away than the usual restaurants that they would order dinner from. She also asked Patrick if he would go to CVS to pick up the laxative for Korra. Around 5.10 PM, she called in a food order and sent Patrick out to pick up both the food and the medicine. The employee at 3V, the restaurant who took the order over the phone did not recall anything unusual in Lindsey's voice or manner. Around 5.13 to 5.15 PM, Lindsey's phone was unlocked.

6:07And then she searched for PDLX, which is apparently short hand for PDLX. She sent Patrick a message identifying a liquid stool softener as well. Around 5.15 PM, Patrick left for CVS in 3V. Patrick's last recalled view inside the house was mundane. He kissed his daughter Korra. Dawson his son was on the couch eating chicken nuggets and green beans. Lindsey stood near the basement door holding count. They're eight month old baby. And Patrick noticed no panic, no argument, no hostility, no altered behavior in Lindsey. Around 5.24 PM, Patrick sent a work email from his phone confirming that he was away from the house. Around 5.32 PM, Patrick is seen on CVS surveillance cameras entering the store. He left the store about five minutes later at 5.37 PM. During that time, he made a phone call to Lindsey to confirm that he was buying the right laxative. She did not initially answer the phone, but he did, but she did call him back.

7:08Patrick later recalled that she sounded normal, but that she also sounded rushed, like she was in the middle of something. Lindsey's iPhone, Apple Health data recorded two flights of stairs during the relevant period, one completely at approximately 5.33 PM and a second at about 5.38 PM. At 5.45 PM, Patrick enters the 3V restaurant and leaves a minute later with the food order. And then around 6.09 PM, Patrick returns home. When he got inside of the home, he found it to be oddly quiet. He went upstairs to see if his family was up there. He checked the bathroom, initially wondering if Lindsey was bathing the children. They were not there. He looked in the children's bedrooms, thinking they might be in their playing. They were not there either. And then he saw that the master bedroom door was locked and there was blood visible on the floor. He'd then force himself inside and once inside, he saw large pools of blood throughout the room.

8:10The bed was out of position. Lindsey's phone was on it and the window was open. Patrick ran downstairs and outside and beneath the open window, he found Lindsey lying face up. Her head oriented toward the house and her feet farther away. He saw cuts on her wrists and a red wound on her neck. He saw that she was breathing but also moving in and out of consciousness. He frantically asked Lindsey what happened and she told him that she had tried to kill herself. Around 6.11 PM, Patrick called 911. On the call, Patrick can be heard asking Lindsey where are the children and she told him in the basement. Now the following is a rough transcript of what happened next according to the 911 call. This has not been released to the public but people that have heard it have documented what the call sounded like and this is it.

9:10Dispatcher, explain how she tried to commit suicide. Where is she now? Then we hear Patrick say, stay awake. Dispatcher, how old is she? Patrick Clancy, 31 to 33. Dispatcher, is she awake? Patrick, yes. Dispatcher, is she breathing? Patrick, yeah. Lindsey, what did you do to your neck? She's talking. Dispatcher, when did this happen? Patrick in the last half hour. Dispatcher, how far did she fall? Patrick, 20 feet. Dispatcher, is she responding normally? Patrick, a little bit, wake up. Dispatcher, well part of the body was injured. Patrick, her neck, she's breathing. Lindsey, look at me, look at me. Dispatcher, are there weapons? Patrick, I don't see any. Where are the kids? Dispatcher, do not move her.

10:11Patrick, open your eyes. Can someone, okay, Lindsey, look at me. Open your eyes. Dispatcher, I'm going to tell you how to stop the bleeding. Patrick, it's not bleeding. Open wounds, she's in the backyard. Dispatcher, is there something on her neck? A knife or something? Can you put pressure on it? Patrick, no, Lindsey, wake up. And we can hear Lindsey moaning in the background. Dispatcher, put pressure on the cut. Patrick, Lindsey, look at me. Say my name, she's conscious. Dispatcher, don't move her. Tell her to be still. We can hear whimpering in the background. We can hear sirens approaching in the distance. I'm going to stay on the line with you. Is there a fence? Patrick, the first responders are arriving. Right here, right here. I need you to stay with her. I need to go check on my kids. Then we hear footsteps as he goes inside.

11:11Patrick, hello, guys, guys, Cora Dawson. Oh no, oh no, wake up. Dispatcher, what is he screaming about? Patrick, oh my god. Dispatcher, hello, what's going on? Patrick, basement, basement, oh my god. Dispatcher, hello, hello. Patrick, Dawson, my buddy, my little boy, my buddy, she killed the kids. Oh my god. Dispatcher, oh my god.

12:20The police in EMS arrive. Lindsay was found semi-conscious outside with non-bleeding cuts. Officers entered the house and located the children in the basement. Cora and Callen in the din area in Dawson in the basement office area. And, uh, land, and let's go ahead and put the picture up. And just go ahead and leave this picture up until I say to take it down. All three children were pulseless and not breathing when rescuers began treating them. Paramedics performed continuous CPR, ventilating them with bag valve masks and established advanced airways. Dawson had dark red marks around his neck and never regained a pulse during the transport. Cora also remained in cardiac arrest. testimony indicated that defibrillation was attempted during resuscitation,

13:21but there was no sustained circulation. Callen received CPR and ventilation and was transported without a pulse from the house. At the hospital medical personnel continued resuscitation for approximately 40 minutes on three-year-old Dawson. He never regained circulation and was pronounced dead at approximately 7.28 p.m. Five-year-old Cora arrived at the hospital without spontaneous breathing or a heartbeat. Physicians continued CPR for approximately half an hour. She was pronounced dead shortly before 7.30 p.m. For a month old Callen, after approximately 10 additional minutes of hospital resuscitation, doctors obtained a heartbeat. That did not mean neurological recovery. He had no meaningful spontaneous response and no purposeful movement. Callen was transferred to Boston Children's Hospital. Once there, testing showed devastating global injury from oxygen, deprivation, and no recoverable brain function. You can go ahead and take that picture down, London.

14:27The following day, which was January 25, 2023, and the rest warrant was issued for Lindsay Clancy, initially two counts of murder, three of strangulation, and related assault and battery charges with a dangerous weapon, which were, in this case, exercise bands. And she remained hospitalized. I said initially two counts of murder, but that would be upgraded to three counts of murder, because after brain death evaluation and withdrawal of life support, baby Callen, a month old died in the hospital on January 27, 2023. On February 7, 2023, Lindsay was arraigned remotely from her hospital bed, pleading not guilty to murder and strangulation charges. She was committed to Tukesbury State Hospital pending trial. But now let's actually go back to Tuesday, January 24, 2023, 47, Summers Street, Dukesbury, Massachusetts. So the following took place roughly between 5.33 pm and 6.09 pm. One by one, Lindsay Clancy strangled each of her children to death

15:33using exercise resistance bands. So we don't know for sure, but in all likelihood, three-year-old Dawson, the boy, was the first child murdered. He was strangled with a resistance band like this. So you can get this resistance band set on Amazon. I had it in my gym. This is a 10-pound yellow resistance band. Dawson was found face up in Patrick's basement office. He was wearing dinosaur underwear and a gray long sleeve shirt. Next to be murdered was five-year-old Kora. She was strangled to death with a black resistance band. It looks like this one. It's a 40-pound resistance band, a little bit tougher than the yellow one. She was found face down near the left side of the basement couch in the space between furniture. She was wearing pajamas and a pink robe.

16:34And last we have five months, sorry, a month-old Callan. He was strangled to death using a blue resistance band like this one. 20-pound resistance band. He was found face down next to his sister, Kora. He was wearing his pajamas. Lindsay Clancy later told forensic evaluators that while she was strangling each one of her children, she was saying, go to God, baby. Go to God. When each of these children were discovered, the black yellow and blue exercise resistance bands were used by Lindsay to strangle them to death. We're still around their necks. The bands were likely tied around their necks as the firefighters that responded to the scene later described having to unwind the bands in order to remove them. Kora and Dawson had neck injuries consistent with ligature strangulation and petechial hemorrhages. So those are tiny little hemorrhages. That's

17:38cause when blood flow is obstructed and there's small blood vessels at rupture. Dawson's eye and facial hemorrhaging was more pronounced than the other two. The medical examiner explained that this could reflect fluctuating pressure and intermittent venous return or bodily struggle. So what this means is in all likelihood, based on the evidence we have, three-year-old Dawson was actively fighting against his mother for his own life. Also considering those details and that Dawson was found in a different part of the basement than his two sisters, it is very likely that he tried to run away to escape his mother. She very likely chased him down so that she could kill him. Five-year-old Kora also had minor injuries to her head, right arm and legs. Her cause of death

18:42was asphyxia consistent with ligature strangulation. Three-year-old Dawson likewise died from asphyxia consistent with ligature strangulation. Eight-month-old Collins autopsy documented abrasions across the front and both sides of his neck, facial and eyelid injuries and extensive treatment related marks and swelling. His eventual cause of death was complications of mechanical asphyxia. Neuro pathology showed that Calend had catastrophic hypoxic ischemic injury. This is where the brain tissue has been deprived of oxygen so long that it begins dying. An expert testimony placed irreversible cellular injury within a matter of minutes. I think it's important here to actually discuss ligature strangulation just a little bit because that's not really something that's in common vernacular. So ligature strangulation is a form of fatal mechanical neck compression in which something, a cord, a rope, wire, fabric, a similar type of band in circles and constricts

19:45the neck. So with the constriction force, it arises from something other than the descent of the person's weight. So this is what distinguishes ligature strangulation from hanging. So when a corner is looking at a victim that was strangled in this way, there are some things that would describe this injury in terms of the external injuries, what they would see. There will be a mark surrounding the neck in a straight line around. The mark will typically lead the same pattern that is on the material that was used for strangulation. So if there's a pattern on a rope, for instance, that will be left on the skin. I already mentioned particular hemorrhages. Those are like small red and purple dots that represent burst blood vessels on the victim. So these dots would be on the face, the eyes around the eyelids. So this happens because the blood gets trapped in the head when the veins are squeezed shut, but blood can still be pumped in through the arteries. So a red or a purplish swollen looking face will be present sometimes with bulging eyes

20:46and occasionally some bleeding from the nose or ears and severe cases. There are scratches on the person's own neck from them trying to claw the ligature off or bruises elsewhere that suggests somebody was holding or restraining them while it happened. Now when the recorder is looking at the victim that was strangled in this way, there are some other things that you can describe in terms of the internal injuries. So there's bruising and bleeding in the muscles of the neck. There's bleeding around the crotted arteries, the main blood vessels supplying blood to the brain, sometimes with tears or tears rather in the inner lining. There are tiny burst blood vessels on the surface of the lungs. There's swelling and congestion in the airway. There's signs of oxygen deprivation in the brain if the person survived for a period before they were dying. But we need to go back to these exercise bands. Because if you were going to strangle someone's death, ligature style, you would realistically not want something that has a

21:47lot of like flexibility in it, like this. You would want to use a cord or a rope or something like that, a belt. But in order to kill someone, even a child with something like this, I want you to imagine how tightly you would have to wind this around to get enough strain at the point of strangulation. I want you to imagine how tightly you would have to pull this and for how long before someone would die. Because this isn't like the movies. Restrangle someone for a period of time and then they just die. I was thinking all week. I was kind of haunted by this scene. One of my favorite movies in Glorious Tordian, Hans Landa, figured out that this woman was an agent for the for the allies and he takes her in a back room and he strangles her to death with his bare hands. Right?

22:48Scene is, you know, last, I don't know, less than 10 seconds and she dies. Well, that's not how that happens. If you strangle someone to death, you can put someone unconscious in a very short period of time. But to strangle them to death, especially using something as flexible as this, takes a very, very long time, a very, very long time. That's what Lindsay Clancy did. So after systematically strangling her three children to death, the evidence then shows that she went up to the second floor bedroom. She locked the door. She cut both of her wrists and neck with a knife. But unlike the injuries she delivered to the children, the wounds she created on her own wrists and neck were superficial in nature, meaning that they weren't deep enough to cause, you know, bleeding that would, you know, kill her quickly, right? She might eventually bleed out, but probably not. She ingested a bunch of prescription meds. She jumped out of a second story window and the fall cause catastrophic spinal injuries, including, you know, multiple thoracic and cervical fractures in

23:49an injury to the spinal canal, the combination of which led to her being paralyzed from the waist down. So following her arrest and leading up to her trial, Lindsay Clancy had been held at three separate medical and psychiatric facilities, Brigham and Women's Hospital and in Boston, Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston and Tukesbury Psychiatric Hospital, which is where she's been and remains during her trial. So then we can need to get to the trial. So prosecution versus the defense, what case are they going to be making? So the prosecution's case, essentially, is she is guilty of murder and that she is criminally responsible, okay? So the main points the prosecution Lindsay deliberately created the opportunity to murder her children. Her phone searches prior to the murders demonstrate calculation. These are some of her searches. Where's the carotid artery? How to slit your throat to die? Can you turn airbags off on Kia Serinto? Four days before the killing, she searched this. Can you treat a sociopath and also ketamine for suicidal ideation?

24:53So she behaved normally before the murders took place. The prosecution also looked at not a single psychiatric or medical professional observed psychosis in her. The supposed voice that she heard that told her to kill her children was not reported until after the crimes were committed. The three murders required separate sustained acts of murderous aggression as I just explained. The children's injuries demonstrate persistence of action. Her conduct was organized across multiple locations. The lock bedroom door suggests her awareness and concealment of her crimes. When Patrick got to her outside, she did not tell Patrick that the children needed help. Her suicide attempt was largely performative as evidenced by the superficial wounds on her neck and wrists. Her severe depression provided a non-psychotic motive. Mental illness is not the same as legal insanity. And so if you had to sum up the entire prosecution's case in one sentence, it would be this. Lindsay Clancy was and is mentally ill, but she lured Patrick out of the home on purpose and

25:56she deliberately and knowingly strangled the children one by one. So that's a prosecution's case. Now what was the defense saying? They were saying that Lindsay Clancy was not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility, which seems like absolute gobbledygook because it is. But that basically means not guilty by reason of insanity. Okay? Here are their main points. Her mental collapse was documented, prolonged and severe. She repeatedly sought help and treatment. Her medical care was fragmented, poorly constructed and coordinated. She was on a cocktail of 13 different psychiatric medications. Her providers missed her bipolar disorder. Her intrusive harm thoughts were warning signs that were ignored. The intrusive harm thoughts, you know, or the there's also a command hallucination. They say the voice that she heard was a command hallucination which compelled the murderous acts. Her phone searches showed the desperate state she was in when she was googling information on psychosis before the killings. Just because her behavior

26:56seemed to organize, it's not exclude psychosis as a possibility. The lack of diagnosed psychosis was likely just a doctor or psychiatrist error or that Lindsay concealed the symptoms herself. The violence it took to perform these murders is inconsistent with her established character before this time. Her suicide attempt was serious and not performative. She did not have a conventional motive or escape plan. The investigation did not adequately test alternative explanations or suspects. The prosecution admits the mental illness. The common wealth of Massachusetts bears the burden of proof. So I actually want to double click on that last one. The common wealth of Massachusetts bearing the burden of proof. So everyone at this point, I think obviously understands the burden of proof in criminal cases. The burden of proof is not on the defense to prove that their client is not guilty. That's proving a negative. Their burden is to just introduce enough reasonable doubt in the minds of the jurors and or the judge. The prosecution is responsible for proving that the person did the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. We all understand they be on a reasonable doubt standard. It's not beyond any possible doubt. It's beyond a reasonable doubt.

28:00Now, a big problem in these not guilty by reason of insanity cases and states like Massachusetts is that the prosecution already has the burden to prove that the person is criminally liable. But now they also have the additional burden approving that the person is not crazy at the time of the crime. That they knew right from wrong and that they were still criminally liable. It's a very, very unfair burden. We'll talk about it more here a little bit. But just reading those cases out like that, just reading out what is the prosecution's case and what is the defense's case. You can see just on on its face the defense, their case is crazy weak. It's very, very weak. But again, they don't have nearly the same burden that the prosecution has. Then when you put the evidence on top of the arguments, the defense's defense gets even weaker, right? When you when you look at the myriad of different evidences that we see. But let's go ahead and play along. Let's say this.

29:04Let's say that the defense's case is 100% true. That everything they're saying is 100% true. Let's say that Lindsey Clancy was in such a bad place mentally that she psychotically broke only long enough to methodically plan out and then carry out the murder of her three children via strangulation. And then she just snapped right back to normal behavior thereafter. Now that's a tall tale to be sure. But let's just assume that's true. Assuming all that is true, that is all the more reason to make sure that Lindsey Clancy never sees freedom ever again in her life, right? Because she clearly has shown that her propensity for mental illness doesn't just lead her to being sad or depressed or being a bad friend or being a bad mom or being a bad wife or just harming herself, but that it actually leads to murder. In her case, the murder of her three children.

30:05When Lindsey Clancy breaks psychotically, people die. So for that reason alone, she should never ever be free again. And there's some important things to keep in mind. This is very important. For some unfathomable reason, the judge in this case did not require that the jury be sequestered. So sequestration means that they are cut off from the outside world. Basically, they're put in a hotel room. Food is brought to them. They have no television, no social media. Like I think they can maybe have like access to like calling their family, but it has to be under supervision from from, you know, local magistrates or magistrates of the court. And then they're, that's their only job is to evaluate what's happening in this case. The judge, I don't, I don't know if he just completely screwed the pooch and didn't understand how big of a thing this was going to be, how much attention it was going to get, but the jury was open to being tampered with via social

31:06media, via the news, via outside sources. Absolutely crazy. Also, it's important to point out that the state of Massachusetts has a preposterous standard for the prosecution in cases where the defense is claiming that the defendant had a mental or psychotic break, you know, the insanity defense that we talked about earlier, but I want to go into a little bit more detail because the insanity defense in and of itself is insane. But let's look at the law of Massachusetts. So the law of Massachusetts, a person lacks criminal responsibility. If at the time of the offense, they won had a mental disease or defect. And two, as a result, lacked substantial capacity to either appreciate the criminality or wrongfulness of the conduct, right? That's knowing right from wrong. And two, conform the conduct to the requirements of the law. So this is Massachusetts. Nicole standard, it's based, you know, very closely on the model penal code. But not only does the prosecution again, have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant committed the crimes. But when the defense claims insanity, the burden approved is not stay on the defense to prove that

32:10their client is indeed in, you know, in order to prove that the client was indeed insane, the burden of proof actually goes back to the prosecution. And it's basically to prove that the defendant was not insane when they committed the crime. Insanely high barbed clear, the defense is pretty much sitting pretty during this. All they have to do is introduce enough doubt into the trial to peel off like that's an insanely low bar to clear and look, I don't have time to go into, you know, how psychiatry is pretty much just guesswork and potentially even just flat out quack science. But in this case, you had the prosecution and defense, each calling psychiatrist to make arguments for their side without any super definable evidence of what was going on inside of Lindsey Clancy's head. I mean, the best psychiatrists can do is look at like a checklist of symptoms and say, all right, if enough of these boxes get checked, I in my own personal opinion think that this person was or was not this ailment or that ailment, right? Because here's ultimately what these different psychiatrists tried to do. They tried to do their best impression of a time traveling

33:14mind reader to get into the psyche of a woman that had killed her three children. So if the prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she committed the murders and also that she was not crazy at the time that she committed the murders, they can't really just do that with the testimony of a psychiatrist can they? But look, all the defense has to do is to get one crazy psychiatrist to introduce doubt into the minds of the jurors. That's it. And this really leads to the question of how exactly the prosecution is supposed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that somebody is not crazy. The legal standard is they have to prove a negative which they teach you you can't even do in high school debate class, right? Again, we can't look inside the minds of these people. We don't get any evidence. We don't get a brain scan. We don't get read out, right? So how's the prosecution supposed to do that exactly even if we could scan the brain to tell you exactly what someone was thinking we can't do that retroactively, right?

34:18But here's the thing, how can the prosecution actually do that? That actually does have an answer. The prosecution could just establish that Lindsey Clancy acted with murderous forethought and planning, which she clearly did, in which they clearly established during the trial. But again, let's go back to the reasonable doubt standard. The only evidence that we have that Lindsey Clancy heard a male voice in her head that told her to kill her children is the testimony of Lindsey Clancy herself, who also just so happens to be the one that murdered the children and is attempting to evade justice by using the insanity defense. How precisely is the prosecution supposed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did not, in fact, hear a voice in her head? Like is it's literally an incredibly macabre example of an unfalseifiable claim. I mean, let's just be real here. If we're going to do this now, any person ever that is accused of a crime and charged with a crime should plead insanity, especially if they live in a place like Massachusetts that has that crazy standard for the prosecution. Like whether it's for

35:22capital murder or tax evasion or anything else, I mean, why not? Let's just go wild west with this thing, just claim insanity. Like I really think that this sets a very dangerous precedent for especially liberal women, progressive women that want to kill their kids that also live in liberal states that put this outsize burden on the prosecution. It shows these women that you can get away with murder. All you have to do is to pretend to be crazy. And guess what? It's past tense crazy. So you don't even have to pretend you just have to describe past tense crazy because you don't even have to pretend to be crazy in the present tense. You just say at some point in the past, you were crazy temporarily and luckily for you, it was only while you were committing the crime. How convenient. But as with everything now, something can't just happen and we can't just evaluate what actually happened. What does the evidence say? There's conspiracy theories. We gotta have a conspiracy. It can't just be straightforward. There's got to be other nefarious forces involved,

36:23right? And almost immediately the true crime women of the internet and social media decided they need to get in on this case. And isn't it so interesting? They didn't think the woman was responsible. That's so weird. How unpredictable. Because you have these true crime women who listen to his true crime podcast and watch these true crime shows and you know, they're watching the documentaries and all the things. Their lives are so boring and meaningless. They did all the things that feminism told them would make them happy and complete and whole on the inside and none of it worked. And now they're just obsessed with other people's lives. They're obsessed with other people's crimes. And so what all of these terrible, awful people were saying their main claim is that Patrick Clancy, the husband and father is the real murderer. He's the one that killed the children and he just framed Lindsey for it. So theory is that Patrick is the actual killer. He's the one that strangled the children before he left. He's the one that injured Lindsey and

37:27pushed her out of the window. He's the one that arranged this scene to make her look guilty. He framed her for it. And some people even claim that he took advantage of her mental health issues and convinced her that she did it. Some of the theories claim that Patrick was very suspicious in his demeanor because these dorks on the internet. They're also like nonverbal body language experts, you see. They're evaluating his body language and saying that you know, something's off. Like even though they did not hear the 911 call because none of us have if we were in in the courtroom, they, you know, they just say that there's something off with the tone of the call as they read it, right? Some of the theories claim that Patrick actually killed the children before he left the house and then did all the errands to establish his alibi. Some have even claim that Patrick employed a body double at CVS in order to cover his tracks. Have we tracked down this body double? Of course not. They said that Patrick's DNA is on the exercise band, which obviously proves he's guilty of the crimes. As opposed to just proving that he also lived in that house and

38:30touched those bands before they claim that Lindsey simply did not have enough time to slaughter all of her children. So Patrick had to have done it before he left. They said that Patrick actually used Lindsey's phone to create all those Google searches that he was actually the one that put in the order for the food himself. They said that Patrick used artificial intelligence or voice voice changing software to impersonate Lindsey on the call to the restaurant. The male voice that Lindsey heard that said that she should kill her children. That was actually Patrick's voice that he was the one that was being the puppet master that he commanded her to kill the children. Some claim that Patrick has police family connections that are protecting him from investigation. Some are pointing to the fact that he moved on to a new relationship too quickly for their liking after this tragedy because obviously the fact that a man suffered this horrible tragedy of his losing his marriage and losing all three of his children, losing his progeny that it would be

39:31impossible for him to want or need to move on after that that he should apparently just sit in his despair for the rest of his life. Some of them are using what they call forensic astrology to prove that Patrick was guilty. Yes, apparently that's a thing. Some are claiming that Patrick and the medical providers actually conspired together to cause Lindsey to be mentally ill so that Patrick had slaughter his children and frame Lindsey for it again. All the doctors, all the nurses, they were all in on it. They were all trying to make Lindsey just crazy enough to where Patrick could control her so she would kill the children. Like some are even speculating beyond Patrick Lansing saying that it was a separate intruder that broke in and killed the children and forced Lindsey to cut her own wrists and throw it and throw herself out the window. And guys, I can honestly keep going. But every time I say one of these stupid things, I feel like I get dumber. So that's just a sampling of the theories. There are literally dozens and dozens more that I didn't mention. But here's the reality. Lindsey Clancy admitted to murdering her three children. And neither the prosecution nor

40:38the defense alleges that Patrick killed his children. And there's absolutely zero evidence to suggest that Patrick had anything to do with the murders. Again, just think of the defense. All they have to do is introduce some doubt into the minds of the jurors. Don't you think they would at least float the idea that Patrick did this? But they didn't. Why? Because he didn't. Patrick was never considered to be a suspect. All the available evidence like those surveillance videos, the phone records, the transaction data, place him in other places while the crimes were taking place. Lindsey's own defense attorney explicitly acknowledged in court during the opening statement that her client did that his client did indeed kill those three children, right? And let me just go ahead and sum it up for all of you true crime feminists out there that have trouble understanding what words mean and how they work. Here's my clear message. In order to plead insanity, you have to admit to the crime. You stupid, stupid women. You have to admit to doing the thing in order to even use that as a

41:46defense. But as is the case right now with us living in the middle of a crisis of discernment in our culture and the dumbest time apparently in human history, none of that matters. None of that matters to the morons on the internet because they have a smartphone and an internet connection and they're just going to try to connect some dots again without any basis, right? But that's just a common thing now that we see. And that was just part of the public reaction because it's interesting to look at the public reaction here because this case didn't really get a lot of national coverage until the trial began, right? You heard a little bit about it back in 2023, but then it just basically got consumed by the new cycle, right? What was Joe Biden doing at the time? Like what's happening here? What's happening there? But if you just talk to a normal person, right, that even understands a quarter of the case, right? So not all the stuff that I've elucidated so far, but just a general knowledge of the case. Normal people obviously see Lindsey Clancy as a horrible, terrible murderer of

42:49her children and deserving of requisite punishment. They won't kill you for killing people in the state of Massachusetts, but they will put you in prison for your entire life without the possibility of parole. And so normal people are like, this is awful. This is terrible. How in the world is this trial taking so long? But then we got the we stand with Lindsey Clancy crowd. And honestly, the story of a mom strangling her three children to death with exercise bands, that should be enough to capture the attention of the entire country, if not the entire world. But honestly, when it first started going viral, if you will, was when we started seeing droves of women standing outside the courthouse, all wearing pink, holding up hearts, saying things like we stand with Lindsey Clancy, we are Lindsey Clancy. In fact, and women like that, I just checked it yesterday. I'm recording this on Labor Day guys. So if anything happens on Tuesday, Wednesday, or whatever

43:49of this week, you're not going to be hearing it until this episode comes out. Or I won't be mentioning it, right? Because I will have pre-recorded it. But the go fund me for Lindsey Clancy is at about $1.2 million right now. That actually gives them homes to their repeal of the 19th Amendment crowd. And here's the thing, every woman seen inside and outside the courtroom supporting Lindsey. And they say things like I'm just like Lindsey, I'm just going to throw this out there to the local law enforcement. If any of those women have children currently living in their homes, I think those children should be removed from those homes until the safety of those children can be guaranteed. Because as we'll get to in a second, there are a lot of women that don't just feel like Lindsey or feel for Lindsey, they actually want to be Lindsey. And I thought this was actually brilliant. Allie Best stuck use, fantastic. Actually posed this question on her Twitter account. But it was essentially to the women that support Lindsey Clancy for killing her own children. She said,

44:49would you still support her if her postpartum had led her to kill your children? Think about that. So her alleged postpartum, which we'll get to more in a second, certainly caused her to not be able to control herself and cause her to kill her three children. Oh, you're just like her. You feel for her, right? Well, what if she was in charge of your children, like maybe she was in charge of them at the daycare or she was a friend of yours and you said, hey, can you come over? I got to run some errands. Can you watch the kiddos for me real quick? What if she had killed your children? Would you stand with her? Do you think the excuses the defense made would be good enough excuses? Do you think justice would be served if she were to not be held accountable for her crimes? And I'll even go one further. If Lindsey Clancy had killed three dogs by strangulation, everyone loves dogs. Let's make it worse. Let's make a puppies. Right? Three puppies by strangulation. And there was evidence that one of the dogs,

45:54one of the puppies actually ran away from her. Actually tried to fight her off to keep her from strangling him to death. Those same liberal women that support Lindsey Clancy would now be asking for her to fry for what she had done to those precious puppies. And because of the banal of like nonsense nature of these women, here's another thing for you. Because when you look at Lindsey Clancy, obviously, you see an evil woman, but you see just kind of a regular, average old woman. Let's say she was gorgeous. Let's say she was just an absolute stunner. These women wouldn't be supporting her either. Because they couldn't do it. The petty nature of these women, if they perceive that a woman is way more gorgeous than her, they just naturally have to go mean girl and decide to tear them down. And with all of this, it absolutely made me sick to my stomach with all these women. And they were being interviewed outside by people that loved what they were doing. People are like, what the hell are you doing? All this sympathy for Lindsey Clancy, all of it.

47:00And not a single solitary shred of sympathy for Korra Dawson or Callan. I mean, I was especially blown away by this video, especially by the channel that it was showing on because this was on Fox News of all places, Fox News. So someone named Tiffany Smiley, or sorry, Tiffany Smiley, Tiffany Smiley, I guess she's a conservative. I had never heard of her before. I think she's a conservative. But listen to what she said on Fox News. So when I first started paying attention and looking into this case, it actually broke my heart for everyone involved in this. And I hate that it takes something like this to have a real conversation about women's mental health and postpartum depression because it is a real thing. But a lot of times it is swept under the rug. Women have a lot of shame that surrounds it. People don't know how to support. And honestly, our medical healthcare system has failed women in a lot of ways.

48:01I worked as a triage nurse and an OB-GYN clinic, one of the busiest ones in the city of Spokane, Washington. And people would be shocked if you knew the calls that I got, the women that came in. There is a reason that there is a safe place that a lot of hospitals have where women can come bring their baby to keep it safe and keep it alive if they are feeling any of these feelings. It's a real thing. And it happens probably more than people even realize. I am a mom of three boys. If you have some of these postpartum symptoms, they can tend to get worse with each child as well. So you have to be your own advocate. You have to be proactive. And if you do not have people in your life that understand that or know how to get you the help that you need, this stuff is real. And we need to address it in this country. A lot of times women are given the baby and they're shoved out of the hospital and said, good luck. You know. A lot of mention of Lindsey Clancy there. A lot of mention of these women that suffer from

49:05postpartum. We'll talk more about that here in a second. Not one mention or any sympathy shown for Korra Dawson or Kalan. We got a nice feminist lecture about what it's like to be a woman in this country. And oh gosh, in this modern world, you just have a baby and they just, they literally push you out of the hospital. But then when you look at the scope of human history, how many women gave birth not even in a hospital? And here we are in this modern era with all this assistance, and with all this help. And I guess we're supposed to feel bad, really, really bad for Lindsey Clancy. A murderer. And look, these women that are outside the courtroom, dummies like Tiffany Smiley, they feel bold in their support of Lindsey Clancy for a lot of different reasons, right? Even if I'm sure Tiffany Smiley would be like, well, no, no, I don't support her. But I think we should have a conversation about about, you know, this issue or that issue about mental health or whatever.

50:06But with a lot of these women, they've, they had a rough time after giving birth to their children. So they understand why she did it and they can empathize with her, right? But here's the reality about a lot of women because this is a thing that's kind of come up in modernity. There are a lot of women that said that they were postpartum, but they were never diagnosed with postpartum. The oppression nor psychosis, right? They think that they are postpartum or were a postpartum because someone on the internet thinks so because someone on social media thinks so. And they might in fact have postpartum, but guess what? That person on the TikTok video or that person on that random Instagram reel can't do anything to help you, right? They certainly can't diagnose you. But with a lot of these women, a lot of people have pointed this out. A lot of these pink clothes wearing heart, you know, emoji for Lindsey Clancy people, they're desperately trying to find cover in the ability to assuage the guilt that they feel for murdering their own children.

51:11Typically, via abortion. Because the statistics are astonishing at the number of American women that have killed their babies via abortion. And they're told by culture, no biggie, no big deal, right? And we all know the euphemisms like, oh, it's only a clip of cells or it's not alive yet or, you know, it has no moral worth yet or my body, my choice or any of that nonsense. But people are willing to go whole hog to say not only is because it used to be, hey, we need this to be safe, legal and rare. Like, you know, this is this is still a very important thing now, just like, you know, basically getting something like a skin tag removed. So this clip has gone viral in the last couple of weeks. People think it happened in the last couple of weeks, but this was Ann Hathaway the actress on the view. And this was several years ago, but just listen to what she says. When you are a young woman starting out your career, your reproductive destiny matters a great deal. My own personal experience with abortion. And I don't think we talk about this enough. Abortion can be another word for mercy. We don't know. We don't know. It's not a world in which we know

52:11that no two pregnancies are alike. And it follows that no two lives are like that follows that no two conceptions are alike. So how can we have a law? How can we have a point of view on this that says we must treat everything the same and where I come at it from is when you allow for choice, you allow for flexibility, which is what we need in order to be human. Guys, we just need choice. We just need some flexibility like we can't even be human. If we don't have the ability to mercifully murder our children in the womb, I mean, how could you possibly operate as a woman in America in modernity if you don't at least have that choice? I mean, come on. I'm shocked all the stupid penguins in the crowd didn't just start clapping, right? And then we have this woman. She went viral. She's been viral several times for the same clip over the last year. So I don't know what her name is, but she was on a podcast apparently called the postpartum podcast. So check this out. Got the abortion because I loved my baby and I could not see a better way to love my baby and

53:17to protect my baby from a childhood in a world that would not be kind to it. That I could not I knew that whatever protection I could give my baby was most likely going to be insufficient because of the circumstances of that pregnancy. There you have it guys. That's logical, right? Makes a sense. It's be merciful. It's actually better for the baby that I murdered it. That's the logic of these Lindsey Clancy women. But you know what? A lot of these Lindsey Clancy women also have in common. They too are on psychiatric drugs. Like a lot of them are on SSRIs. They're on pills to sleep. They're on pills to feel better. They're on pills. Pills to just feel, right? And isn't it so interesting that a large portion of the women claiming that the psych drugs is what made Lindsey Clancy go crazy and killer

54:19kids are currently on psych drugs themselves. Like do we not see the incredibly murderous irony and all that? And I post this on Instagram. A lot of people got big mad about it. But where are all the men at when a man kills his children? Like when a man pre-plans killing his children, make sure his wife or anyone else can't intercede to save the children when he kills his children. Do we see droves of men outside the courtroom wearing blue and solidarity holding up a little heart with the child murderers? Is that what we see? Like when we see a man murderous children, he gets a conviction and either a life sentence or an execution. But apparently in our modern times when a woman murders her children, she gets a movement. She gets groupies. And I just want to make one thing perfectly clear. Okay? I'm not a naturally sympathetic man

55:25or empathetic man. That's not going to shock anyone that's listening to show for a long time. That's one of my areas of struggle. Right? I've had to kind of work on that to see things differently so that I could show more sympathy or more empathy. But in this situation, the only sympathy I have is for Kora Dawson, Callan, their father Patrick and anyone else who love those babies. I have no sympathy. I have no room for sympathy whatsoever for Lindsey Clancy. None. None whatsoever. I don't care how bad she felt. I don't care what was going on in her brain. She made a choice, a conscious choice to murder her three children. She planned it and then she performed it. You can't get me to a place where I feel bad for her. You can't. And with this case, as with all these cases, all these high profile murder cases, the amount of misinformation, disinformation, and ignorance about this case is astonishing.

56:28Because it doesn't have to be your full-time job to sit there and watch the trial and analyze what's being said. You don't need a law degree to understand what's going on with the prosecution or the defense or all that. The facts of the case are the facts of the case. So there's actually someone very close to me, someone that I love. They were talking to me one day and they're like, hey, did you know that they think that the husband did it now? I just looked at this person like, what is your feed showing you? Then I was talking to one of my teammates at the forage and I had just recorded a video. It was during the trial where I held up exercise band like this and I talked about what it would have taken to kill those children. And he was watching this video and his wife, who knows me as well from the gym, was watching. And she's like, oh my gosh, this Kyle think that Lindsey did it? He doesn't know that Patrick did it. And he told me this as I just like, it's like what I even say. And then while I was getting some tattoo work done a couple of weeks ago,

57:29there was another artist in the shop that I heard telling their client about this case. Because the clients like, yeah, I don't, I'm not really paying attention what's going on. And then just about everything this artist said, just about everything that they said was factually inaccurate. Almost all of it. I'm sitting there dying, right? I'm just like, and I even like look over in my artisan. I'm like, bro, like nothing being said over there is accurate. And he's not following the case either. But I'm like, this is bad. This is really bad. And I was like, I was in this almost like, what do I do situation? Like do I say, hey, would you all both mind coming over here real quick? I just need to like set the record straight because what happened in that moment is you had someone sitting there and being tattooed that didn't know what was going on in the case. Then you had an artist telling them stuff that was wrong. And when that person leaves, he thinks what was said to him was right. And those were just anecdotes from me that all happened in the same week. Can you imagine what it looks like across the board? And also with this case, I've been just

58:33absolutely flummoxed by the opinions of people that I generally find to be intelligent and well informed. Probably the most egregious that I saw was bench piero. You know, I've listened to bench piero for a very long time. You know, he's really helped formulate some of my conservative thoughts and views and arguments and things like that. But he even said on a show openly that if he were a juror on this case, he probably would have voted to a quit. And he was like, well, the fact pattern and well, you know, what the jury has to do and with the deliberations with all the different things. And I heard that from a lot of different people. There were a lot of people that I really trust their opinions on things, people that I know personally and people that I've just follow or admire or you follow their work. And I'm just like, what what is happening here? In terms of the criminality in terms of justice, this is pretty black and white, right? Sure, there are some gray areas and all this because we're dealing with human beings, right? That have a lot of gray that have a lot of nuance, if you will, right? But the case itself, the facts of the case are very, very clear. But now we need to get to the verdict. So as I've said, this should be about as open and shut

59:37as it could possibly be. This woman is definitely criminally responsible for killing her children. She was not insane. Only temporarily during the time it took her to kill her children. She planned it out. She performed it. She deserves to fry for this. But then as the jury deliberations kept going, hour by hour, day by day, the jury just kept deliberating. And yes, they saw a lot of evidence. They heard a lot of testimony, right? But I started to get a little worried. What is taking them so long? And with every hour of that past, I'm like, she's going to get acquitted for this. It's going to happen. And then the jury came back and the four person told the judge that they were deadlocked, that they couldn't come to a verdict. At that time, reportedly, there were two holdouts to what direction we didn't know. But I think a lot of people assume that the two holdouts were people that wanted to acquit her, to exonerator. Judge did his job, said, nope,

1:00:38go back. He made sure all the jurors understood the assignment. They said, we need to have already see him. But one time when all the jurors came back into the courtroom, two of the jurors, the female jurors were wearing pink. Now normally it's not noteworthy when a woman wears the color pink, but considering the fact that the number one physical identifier of a woman that supported Lindsey Clancy was wearing pink, it's not nothing. It's certainly not nothing. Then a second time, the four person came and told the judge, we can't come to a verdict. We can't do it. And at this point, there was apparently one holdout. Judge did his thing. He had to tell them, go back and do a verdict, which in the state of Massachusetts, the judge can only do that twice. He cannot do it a third time. Now, initially everyone on the internet, after this was reported, especially in conservative spaces, they assumed that the holdout or holdouts, right? Well, soon maybe it's one at this point, was a crazy, progressive, purple-haired, liberal, awful woman that refused to believe that Lindsey

1:01:39Clancy was criminally responsible. Like especially when we got reports that there were, you know, just one that one single holdout, everyone seemed to be assuming that this was just, you know, insane person that thought Lindsey Clancy was not liable for the murder of the children. But oh, how wrong we were, Lindsey Clancy's own defense attorney, this awful evil man named Kevin Reddington, said that the one holdout on the jury was a man who refused to return a not guilty verdict. 12 person trial, nine women, three men, nine women, three men. And the attorney Reddington just threw a little hissie fit, right? The four person even came back to the judge and said, there's a person on the jury that's not holding to the beyond a reasonable doubt standard, right? And then we get to the verdict, which was no verdict at all. When the jury came back for a third time saying we cannot come to a unanimous decision, the judge in this case officially declared a mistrial. It's an absolute travesty,

1:02:44the amount of injustice that we're seeing that this even went to a mistrial, right? It's a travesty that one man, one brave, heroic, legendary man stood on principle and stood on truth and has kept the door open for justice for Korra Dawson and Calon. This one man, you guys realize this man's life is pretty much ruined if not over entirely at this point? The defense attorney is basically doing everything he can. He identified it as a man, so that immediately went from 12 people possibly being held out to only three, right? And if this non sequestered jury can be trusted to hold their silence on this person's name, it would be the biggest miracle of all time. So this man's going to be docks. He will be outed. He's probably going to have to move out of Massachusetts. He's probably going to have to rejigger his entire life because the online mom's going to be after him. In Lindsey Clancy's demonic defense attorney, he claimed openly and publicly that this lone juror actually is biased against people with mental

1:03:47illness. He had the gall to say that, well, this guy's a clearly clearly he's bigoted against women with mental illness, which a statement like that is only even possible in a the current victim hood culture that we all live in. And again, just remind you, the jury was 12 people, nine women, three men. Now, there was a lot of online speculation and memes about what these three men were having to go through just listening to these shrill feminist awful harpies just tell them, she's not guilty. She's not guilty. Stop hating women. But all the women in this case, all the female jurors, all nine of them are okay with Lindsey Clancy getting away with murder and two of the three men caved. Now, as of right now, as a me recording this on Labor Day Monday, we don't know. Did the women change their mind from guilty to not guilty during the trial? Did they change their minds once they got to the deliberations? Were there any stalwarts or was it

1:04:53basically 11 to one the entire time with one man saying, no, sorry, she's guilty and murder. She's criminally responsible. She's going to pay. It kind of I've heard a lot of people talk about how juries used to be because now jury pools are just filled with people that don't know how to get out of jury duty. Right. So these are people that don't have jobs or don't have the means to basically make sure that they don't have to sit in a courtroom for weeks, maybe months on end, putting their lives completely on hold and on pause. Right. But used to it only was intelligent tax paying men that were on juries. Typically men who have a role to play in the local economy because they're taxpayers or landowners or business owners or something like that, they were the ones that would go in there and they would operate with rapidity, but also devoid of emotion to ensure that justice would go through. Now that hasn't always worked perfectly. So save your emails with all the examples of where that didn't work out well. But my God, look at how this jury decided. So what does all this mean?

1:05:58So she's not guilty. She's not acquitted. Like, so what does all this mean? So the commonwealth of Massachusetts has to decide whether or not they're going to retry the case. So Lindsey Clancy will remain charged and detained while the case continues. If they don't want to retry the case, they can either try to negotiate a plea deal with the defense or they can drop all the charges. Right. Negotiating plea deal might happen dropping all charges is not going to happen. So they can in the prosecution and dismiss the charges that would result to no conviction, no insanity verdict, no criminal sentence and Lindsey Clancy would be free and clear to go. That's not going to happen. But the one caveat, even if that did happen is that her case could go to civil court where she could be deemed a danger to society, which she clearly is because of her mental instability and she could be retained to a mental facility at that point, but it wouldn't be a life sentence, right. And I will say this though, because you know, a lot of this has been on the defense, obviously the defense team and attorney or satanic individuals that need the gospel. But I will say this, the prosecution, I was not impressed. So it was two women, Jennifer Spray and Shannon Buckingham. Jennifer Spray

1:07:02is the Plymouth County assistant DA and lead prosecutor. She actually delivered the prosecution's closing argument. And then yet Shannon Buckingham, Plymouth County assistant DA and co-proscutor, she shared witness examinations and other trial responsibilities. I think they just did a poor job. Like when you watch the clips, it's just like, come on. Like we, you can do this. You can make a better argument than that. You can set yourself up in a much better way. And I don't know this to be true, because how can we ever confirm this anyway? I wonder if both of them were just DEI picks or feminist picks. Like I hate to think that the Plymouth County District Attorney's office, that this was the best that they had was Miss Spray and Miss Buckingham. Like that can't be the best you got. But maybe that was part of the plan. Like, okay, as prosecution, this is a woman, we don't want this to turn into like a feminist case. So we don't want one of those toxic white men up there arguing against this poor woman. So let's put two women up there. Maybe it'll be better. I don't

1:08:02know what the plan was, but it sucked. I don't think it was very good. Like the defense team, they're evil, but they were way better at this than the prosecution was. And again, considering what you need in Massachusetts, even if it's even, right? Good prosecuting attorneys, good defense attorneys, it can't be even. You got to be better than good, right? So if they try this case again, hopefully Jennifer Spray and Shannon Buckingham have something else they can do at their time and they get some people in there that are more serious about getting this done. But here's a terrible outcome of this thing being a mistrial. It is essentially a guarantee at this point that you will not be able to find an unsolid jury in the future because of the ubiquity of the coverage of this case. I mean, just imagine the OJ Simpson case. That's probably the last case had this much attention and gravitational pull to it. Imagine if the OJ Simpson case had been a hung jury mistrial. Would it have been even mildly feasible to find a selection of jurors that didn't have a preconceived notion about the guilt or innocence of the accused in that case?

1:09:06Now, OJ Simpson was wildly famous at the time, but this this went everywhere. This case went everywhere. This Lindsey Clancy case. How are you going to find 12 people in Massachusetts that haven't already made their mind up about Lindsey Clancy? It's almost impossible. Because again, guys, look, the idea that somebody could simultaneously plan a murder in the methodically pull it off and have no way to stop what they are doing and have no idea to know what they're doing is wrong is absurd on its face. But even the absurdness of it on paper wasn't enough for 11 of these 12 jurors. And again, I think the plea of insanity needs to be just flat out done away with. It's just an incredibly weak defense for a lot of reasons, but the main reason is because it treats delusion or rationality in the past or some sort of mental disorder as though the mere presence of those things removes moral responsibility from the person that committed the crime. Because there is moral responsibility, but you're saying, oh, there's no moral responsibility anymore because this

1:10:09person was depressed or sad or crazy or psychotic. And there's a few reasons why would substantiate that point of view. The first is the explanation is not also the excuse. So you might be able to explain to someone that this person had one of these mental maladies, but that does not excuse the behavior. It doesn't excuse the actions that were performed, right? Another thing is pre-planning and maneuvering creates a serious problem for these broad claims of non-responsibility. Because these people are like, oh, you can be in psychosis and also like, you know, plan stuff, all right? But again, you're saying this person was basically unaware of their actions. They didn't know right from wrong and they didn't know how that attached to criminality. So they're not responsible. Like that's absurd. And another thing, justice is concerned with the accused and the victim. Laws citing all of this was core, Dawson and Callan because so much focus was on Lindsey Clancy. So we have to get to justice. So if you say someone is not guilty by reason of insanity,

1:11:11then who's guilty? Who is morally responsible for the blood that was shed? And just to be clear to put a fine point on this, justice in this case would be Lindsey Clancy receiving three convictions for first degree capital murder and for her swift execution to be by strangulation. If we lived in a serious, just society, she would already be dead. I mean, right? And I'm a fan of if we're going to do I, for an I and two, for two and all that, the method by which you stole someone's life should be the same method used to steal your life. Right? Because I want you to think put yourself in the shoes of core Dawson and Callan. Core and Callan were faced away from their mother as they were strangled with a resistance ban.

1:12:15The mother whose hands should have consoled those children and cared for those children and kept them safe. Were the hands that murdered them. And eight month old it's hard to know what they think, but let's talk about Korra five years old. Her mom told her turn around and all sudden she feels an exercise ban around her throat. She can't understand what's happening. She can't understand why she can't get the rope off of her neck. She can't understand why she can't get away. She can't understand why is mom doing this. She can't understand it. Dawson understood enough to know he was in danger. He ran from her. He fought her a three year old. She grabbed the resistance man, tied it around his neck and held it as hard as she could until he

1:13:18stopped moving. Think about the evil. Think about the evil. But she's not morally responsible for that. She looked into her son's eyes as his blood vessels were bursting around his face because he couldn't breathe. She looked him in the eye and said, go to God, baby, go to God. Not morally responsible. Really. And the odds are she will never be held responsible on this side. She will never be held responsible for this. And she's the one that did it. So there's been a lot of people that have had a lot to say. So I got some messages for some people that are saying things on the internet. So those to say that she's not guilty because she went temporarily psychotic. She can't be held responsible for her actions during that time.

1:14:19So while she was actively on the clock trying to murder all of her children before husband got home, she was psychotic and didn't know right from wrong. But not before or after that time period is that what I'm supposed to believe? Is that what the world's supposed to believe that that's how psychosis works? And think about this way. She sent her husband on two errands. She calculated how long it would take for him to do those errands so that she could make sure she had enough time to murder her children. And if she were legitimately crazy psychotic in psychosis, didn't know right from then she would have just tried to murder her children at any random point. Whether her husband was there or not, guys, she's psychotic. Why did she have to try to conceal her crimes? Why did she have to try to remove the one person that could keep her from strangling all of her children to death? She sent her husband away because one she knew that he would prevent her from murdering the children and two murdering the children was wrong. She knew that she knew right from wrong. She tried

1:15:23to conceal it. Again, why try to hide the commission of the crime? Why do that? We hide from people when we're trying to conceal something horrible and sinful that we've done. Because guys, if I believe that, that she's not responsible, then I have to find some sort of explanation for whether or not the same standard applies to all the pre-planning that she did before she pulled off the crime. I'm also convinced I'm using that excuse now. Look, officer, I can't be held responsible for this rape. My testosterone's high. Look, officer, like, look, I got mad. I was in my daily cycle where I was madder than normal. And so when I beat this person to death, I was just during that time period when I decided I was going to beat them to death and then I beat them to death, just during that period, I was crazy. My bad. Well, actually not my bad. My feelings bad, my hormones bad,

1:16:23not me, certainly not me. Really? That's the world we live in in now. And also the people that say she's not guilty for killing her kids because she had postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis. Second, a lot of us, a lot of time to get to this point of the episode. This is incredibly important because even people that are saying the right things about this case are saying the wrong things. They're saying things like, well, she was postpartum. Guys, Lindsey Clancy was evaluated by half a dozen psychiatrists and doctors and she was never diagnosed with postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis. Neither one. She'd been evaluated and evaluated before and since these murders, no one credible says that she was psychotic. And specifically that her psychosis was brought on by postpartum.

1:17:24The postpartum claim was planted after the murders, Vial Lindsey Clancy's defense team and boy did it take off. A bunch of idiots on the internet believe, oh, well, she was postpartum. I've been postpartum before. So yeah, it makes sense that she would strangle her children to death. And here's also a reality check for you. Postpartum psychosis is incredibly rare. Postpartum depression, more common, postpartum psychosis, super rare. We're talking like a small percentage of 1%. Right? In addition to being rare, it's going to blow some of your minds. If postpartum psychosis does occur, it typically only happens within the first one to two weeks post-birth, maybe up to four weeks post-birth. Right? Statistically, it's almost zero, but it's not zero. We're talking the first four weeks.

1:18:28Need I remind you that Lindsey Clancy's youngest child that she murdered was already eight months old, baby, Callan. So to that idiot on Fox News or whatever they were saying, like, oh, with each kid, the postpartum gets worse. Let's even say that's true. Not eight months later. Not eight months later. Now there are some quacks, psychiatrists that extend the postpartum window to a year. You could be postpartum for a year, but that's only for depression and anxiety, not for psychosis. The whole crux of the defense's argument is that at eight months, post-birth of Callan, she was postpartumly psychotic. Statistically speaking, that is an impossibility. It's impossible. To have postpartum psychosis eight months after giving birth. It doesn't happen. She's not an outlier.

1:19:33If flat out does not happen, that was the defense's entire case. In that moment, if you get someone up there that can actually intelligently describe what post partum is, it's like, oh, well, she wasn't postpartum. There's got to be another explanation. Like, maybe she's evil and wanted to murder her kids and then did so. But here's the thing. Even if you think her mental illness means that she's not 100% responsible somehow, here's what we do know. She experienced allegedly psychosis of some kind that was temporary, which is not exactly how psychosis works, but we'll leave that there. When she lends the clancy experiences, this mental disorder or psychosis, it led to the slaughter of three children. This is echoing what I said earlier. That is all the more reason to either execute her or lock her in prison for the rest of her life without the possibility of parole. Because if she were to ever be out and have another psychotic break or enter into this temporary psychosis at some point down the line, the odds are that she's going to end up murdering somebody

1:20:37and probably children. So why in the world would we want this woman to be exonerated? Why in the world? And to the people that say, Hey, women have suffered with postpartum and have been forced into silence and they've been disregarded for too long and finally, this issue is being discussed and that's a good thing. So here's my question of the people making that argument. I want to be fair here. Is the main thing that we should be concerned about in this case, the fact that postpartum is now a major topic for discussion in this country? Is that what we should be focusing on? How glad we are that people are finally talking about postpartum. There are three dead babies. What are we doing here? I'm not going to apologize for being way more concerned about justice for their lives than I am about postpartum. That's not me being dismissive about people that are postpartum. At all, I know for a fact that it is a real thing and

1:21:41that you could have postpartum and not being diagnosed again because psychiatry is kind of quack science. It's very, very inexact. And so a lot of women that are experiencing postpartum depression and potentially even postpartum psychosis, which again is incredibly, incredibly rare. It's almost impossible for them to be diagnosed correctly, but even if they are diagnosed correctly, that is an important topic. I'm not saying it's not important. It's not important to this case. Because look, a psychiatrist could have looked at the actions of my wife, Undonded wife, after the birth of James and Eli, and could have come to the conclusion that she was in postpartum depression. Both of us could have done a better job, me especially, of trying to make sure that we did everything right around those times to make sure that everyone's healthy and doing well, but shout out to Undonded wife for not allowing her potential mental issues in that moment to cause her to do something murderous. Shout out to my mom, who probably found it very difficult

1:22:44at points raising me and my sister. Shout out to her for not strangling me to death when things got hard. It's my chocci. It wasn't a super easy kid, right? Very loud, didn't love authority. Got into everything, right? Thank you to her for not strangling me to death. And all these anecdotes I've seen on the internet of these women that have suffered postpartum depression or psychosis. And I use the scare quotes because many of them have not, but included in that or women that actually have, your lived experience is absolutely irrelevant to this case. Don't you see that? Like imagine me commenting on a mass shooting of some kind. Yeah, but a teenage boy that was bullied and didn't fit in and he goes into a school and he kills three people, right? Before he stopped. Imagine me coming on here being like, man, you know, I've experienced bullying. Man, it's not any fun. Gosh, you know, I was in school and I remember what

1:23:48I was like not always fitting in. Yeah, man, gosh, I feel, man, I feel for that kid. Gosh, you know, I mean, you got a gun and he went into school and he he targeted his classmates for murder and then he murdered three of them. He planned it out and then he carried it out. But man, I've been in high school before, you know, I've had bad days. I've been depressed. Poor guy. Your experience with postpartum depression and psychosis is completely irrelevant to the facts of the case and the facts of the case are that Lindsey Clancy knowingly planned out the murders of her children and then knowingly performed them. To those of you that say that Lindsey Clancy is not guilty of killing her kids because her hormones were off and she can't be held responsible for how she acts and behaves when her hormones are off. Got some thoughts. I'm sure you saw a hundred different versions of this meme, but feminists want to tell us simultaneously that a hormonal imbalance is a good enough excuse for women that murdered their children to be exonerated.

1:24:51But also that if women ruled the world, there would be nothing but peace and harmony. Can you imagine? If we just had more female presidents and prime ministers and Supreme Court justices and senators and prime ministers, I think I may have already said that one in CEOs. If we had more women in the military and combat roles, all these different things, do you know how much more peaceful the world would be? Might I suggest that you're really stupid if you believe that. But also people that would say that are you saying that you now agree with most men that say that women should not have the same rights and privileges and roles as men because they're incredibly susceptible to operating based on their hormones and emotions? Many times are rationally so. Again, I'm just trying to, you're making the argument, she can't be held responsible because of her hormones and a lot of men throughout history would be like, well, yeah, duh. That's why we don't put them in places of tremendous responsibility in the community because they can't be trusted to operate with just logic or facts or things like

1:25:55that. So yeah, so have we shifted? Have we crested the hill? Are we all going with that? Now is a culture. Also, I saw a lot of different people posting something like this. If women can't be held responsible for their behavior and actions if their hormones are off, then I don't think that feminists want to be celebrating too much. That Lindsey Clancy is currently not guilty and will eventually very likely be acquitted for this because the jury pool has been solid. Because at this point, I think any male hiring manager, which HR is just a feminist nonsense, a group of control, but like, let's say you're a male hiring manager or your company owner and you're the last person responsible for hiring people that come to work for you. I think it's fair now for you to ask every woman that you're interviewing, are you currently hormonal? Have you ever been hormonal? How have you behaved when you've been hormonal? Has anyone been harmed because you've been hormonal?

1:26:59Because, I mean, these are fair questions. Again, I'm trying to look at the argument they're making. She can't be held responsible or hormones are off. She was depressed. She was sad. If women cannot be trusted because their hormones are off, they should not have any important positions. Like, at all, they shouldn't be in any form of the military, certainly not in combat. They shouldn't be in any law enforcement capacity. They shouldn't be in politics. They shouldn't operate in the sea suite of any company that has traded publicly. Obviously, the entire public could be held liable or not liable, but they could be affected by what this person does. They certainly shouldn't be in any form of child care or schooling. Can you see how this goes? If women can't be held responsible, then why in the world will we put them in positions where they have to be incredibly responsible? Also, if women can't be held responsible for their behavior and actions when they're hormonal, especially if they are murderous in nature, then any woman that is having hormonal or mental issues should have her children removed from her. See how this goes?

1:28:07If we take your claim at face value in order to protect humans in the future and provide for the most amount of human flourishing, if a woman suggests that she is having hormonal or mental issues, the children should be protected until she is better. Until the people that have said that Lindsey Clancy is not guilty because she was on so much psychiatric medication. This points to a problem with the medical industry in this country, with the psychiatric industry in this country. We need to have a serious conversation about mental health. This is what can't it so much things? This paragon of virtue, this tremendous modern scholar, she doesn't think Lindsey Clancy is guilty because she actually blames Big Pharma. Here's the thing, Lindsey Clancy was on a bunch of medications. I'm going to get some of these pronunciations wrong, but just deal with it. Sertraline, that's zoloth, that's an SSRI antidepressant. Zerazepam, that's an adivan, which is short-acting benzodiazepine for anxiety and sleep. Perone, that's boost bar, that's a non-benzodiazepine anxiety medication.

1:29:08Hydroxazine, which is Vistari or adorax, which is a sedating and histamine use for anxiety. Sleep, Trasadone, which is a desereal, which is an antidepressant commonly used for sleep. Fluoxetine, which is prozac, that's a SSRI antidepressant. Zolopidine, which is ambion, that's a prescription sleep medication. Miratazepine, which is a remuron, which is antidepressant also used for sleep and appetite. Clinazepam, which is a clonopene, which is a long-racting benzodiazepine for anxiety. Quintiapine, which is Sirreqwell, which is an atypical anti-psychotic prescribed here primarily for moon sleep. Diasapine, which is valium, that's a long-acting benzodiazepine use for anxiety and to taper her from shorter-acting benzodiazepines. The more trigine, curgine, whatever. It's a lambic tall, which is an anti-convulsive use, psychiatrically as a mooch stabilizer. And then amatryptaline, which is an eleville, which is a tricylic antidepressant used for depression and sleep.

1:30:11That was the bevy of drugs that she was on. It's pretty crazy, right? Did you know that she was going to multiple doctors, concealing with the other doctors or giving her so that she could continue to get all these different medications? Again, she's not morally responsible for the murder of these kids. She morally responsible for that. For what she did leading up to these murders, for how she infected her own brain, with these psychoactive drugs that we can't even... Science can't explain yawning, and yet you want to give people these prescription drugs that mess with the chemical balance of their brain. So, all right. And so I actually think that this is an indictment of our medical establishment that thinks they pill can solve every problem. When most of the time it seems to cause additional problems that they think can also be solved with pills, and here you go just like running through all these rabbit trails, trying to figure out the issue. And all the while, making tons of money, I mean, our medical establishment in many cases should just be suggesting and prescribing healthy diets exercise, sleep to people, but instead we give them magic pills.

1:31:11But even with all these other different people, because again, even the women that say, hey, I'm postpartum, a lot of these women are just, they're sleep deprived. They may be depressed, like you're trying to figure out where they're out in the world, like it's hard on their bodies, it's hard on their minds. A lot of them, if they had healthy diets exercise and sleep, and people around them would feel much better, but we just give them the pill bottle. But here's the big question to those people. Are you saying that you want to charge big pharma and their executives as accessories to murder in the case of Lindsey Clancy? Do you want to charge big pharma and these executives or even the people that prescribed these medications? Do you want to charge them as an accessory to the murder of Korah Dawson and Calon? No. Okay, then shut up. Is it red herring? Oh, look over here. You're full of crap. But hey, let's play along with your stupid little theory. Let's say that we did charge big pharma and their executives and these doctors as accessories to murder in this case. They would be accessories

1:32:14to murder. They would not be the ones that actually performed the murder. Would they? Okay. So even in your world, Lindsey Clancy would still be guilty. Also to the people that saying that Lindsey Clancy is not guilty because she didn't have enough support, the system and her family that failed her, right? It's not her responsibility to them. They, what we just talked about the fact that she was on a ton of medication and she got help from the medical and psychiatric establishments and that. She worked at a hospital. She got help from a lot of people there. She also got help in a bunch of other ways. Patrick Lancy makes a good living. So he was able to fund childcare and babysitting at different points. He took paternity leave to help her. He created a home office so that he could work from home to assist Lindsey with the children. He employed a nanny, Jenna nanny, both sets of grandparents assisted with the childcare and you know, taking care of the home. Lindsey Clancy attended an outpatient postpartum

1:33:14program five days a week. So literally Lindsey Clancy had more help than just about every single woman in the history of humanity. That idiot on Fox News, I was just like, oh, you know, most women are just like, here's your baby. And they get pushed out of the hospital. What about the billions of women, the billions of babies that have come out of a woman, not in a clean, you know, sterile environment at a hospital? Well, what were they supposed to do, right? I mean, women have been children, been bearing children for millennia. And they don't complain nearly as much as modern women with nannies and other programs and people helping and all this money to solve problems. But sure, let's feel bad for Lindsey Clancy again. She just didn't get the help. Then yeah, people that are saying that she's not guilty because she heard a voice tell her to do these crimes. That's a clear sign that she was actually possessed by a demon, which might actually be true, might still be true. So a few things, people here or feel things all the time. Doesn't mean you act on them. I'll just use scenario. I'll use me in the scenario. There have been times

1:34:19in traffic where somebody is going really slow on the left lane or they cut me off. And I have this thought pop into my brain that I didn't put there, but it got put there by somewhere. You know, you should just run this person off the road, get down in the ditch, pull them out of the car, and beat them to death. Something I would never do. But it was a thought you could even call a voice or an intuition just because you hear or feel things at a time that doesn't mean you act on them. This shouldn't be breaking news, right? And Lindsey's defense claims that she had never heard the voice prior to the moment that she killed the kids and has not heard it since. It doesn't not strongly indicate that it's completely made up. This voice, this voice that is telling her what to do and guiding her as a voice she only heard one time. Man, convenient for the insanity defense. Also, I have a question for feminists. We keep being told that women don't need a man and women are actually smarter than men and world would actually be better if you know, less men were in charge and women were running things. And at the same time,

1:35:22your new hero, Lindsey Clancy, heard a man's voice. The man's voice told her to do something. And she just said, yes, sir. Is that what we're supposed to believe? The strong, independent woman heard a man's voice and just went ahead and said, yeah, sure, I'll do that. And here's the thing. The big thing on the, you know, she was possessed, all the types of things. Probably true. Let's say I could scientifically and forensically prove that she was literally possessed by it by Satan, not even just an underling, right? Not just like some other demon, Satan himself, loose for the fallen angel. Not some sort of, you know, anybody else possessed by Satan, by himself, right? He was one pulling the strings temporarily during that crime only. Then what am I supposed to do with that information exactly? The devil made me do it. I'm supposed to go with that. Yeah. Can I put Satan on trial? No. Okay. Then shut up.

1:36:26Because even if she was being controlled by a demon against her own will, her hands wore the hands that strangled her children to death. I can't put Satan on trial. I can't put him in prison. I can't execute Satan. Lindsay Clancy is morally responsible for the murders because it was her hands that did the crimes. And just a few random thoughts before we attempt to wind it up close. If you start your defensive Lindsay Clancy with, yeah, I know she killed her children, but then you've already shown that you are a moral idiot or just a flat out evil person. So no, I don't have to listen to your opinion or take it seriously. Also, if, if after viewing the public reaction of, of so many women that support Lindsay Clancy, I think that it is incredibly more likely that women across the globe are having a mass psychosis event than it was that Lindsay or Lindsay Clancy herself had a temporary psychosis

1:37:31event. Because mass psychosis is a thing, right? People get this information. They operate on it and absolutely destroys their ability to comprehend or discern my's truth. I think a mass psychosis event for her supporters is way, way, way more likely than the fact that she herself was temporarily some temporarily psychotic for one time to do three murders. Also, I hear all this stuff. I've had to stomach all this discussion of toxic masculinity and misogyny and patriarchy. And you know, we live in a patriarchal and misogynistic culture that hates women. When an actual outy, we live in a feminist and misandrych, misandristic culture, rather. You know what? Misindry is. Everyone knows what massagony is, default hate of women. Misandry is default hatred of men. That's the culture we live in. Like women in our modern culture get the benefit of the doubt in almost everything now. They get preferential treatment and essentially all divorce and custody proceedings, even if there is a prenuptial agreement. I mean, how many times have you heard about a woman

1:38:32who decides she would start banging the neighbor? She's the one that files for divorce. She's the one that had the affair. Not only does she get over half of the assets or at least half the assets, but now she's entitled to full custody of her children or majority custody of her children. She gets child support. She gets alimony. But sure, we live in a patriarchal system that crushes women. But now it seems that there is a precedent for women getting the benefit of the doubt, even if it pertains to murder. And another thing that shows we don't live in a patriarchal or misogynistic culture is that we have made a culture wide agreement that it's okay for women to kill their children. We've already done that. We've already had a cultural wide thing to do there. Now, that is typically in the context of abortion. And let's talk a little bit about it. A man in our culture cannot order the killing of his child. Right? So for instance, if a man and a woman get pregnant, let's say the woman wants the baby and the man doesn't want the baby. That man has no rights to kill a child. He cannot demand the abortion.

1:39:36Unless it was two gay men, they use IVF and a serigate to create a kid and then they don't want the kid anymore. That's two gay men doing this abominable thing and they're telling a woman to kill her baby. And because of the agreement, they're legally able to do that. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm just talking about a man and woman. However, everything should be created. Man and woman in conjugal union, creating a baby via sex like those kinds of things. But if a woman gets pregnant and a woman and a man, they get pregnant and the man, let's keep the child and the woman doesn't, that man has absolutely no rights to his child at that moment. Some of the worst videos you'll ever watch is a man outside of a plan parenthood, banging on the door, desperately trying to get his girlfriend or wife to come out to not kill his child. The man has no rights. But we live in a, you know, misogynistic culture, the patriarchy, right? I mean, in one of these men on the street interviews, I actually heard a guy make an incredible point. He said that if Patrick Clancy had involuntarily committed Lindsey

1:40:36to a mental facility before these murders, I'm not sure you could do that in the state of Massachusetts, but let's just go with it. The same women that are supporting Lindsey Clancy would have said that Patrick was evil for taking her children away from her. The same demonic feminist that are supporting Lindsey Clancy would have claimed that it was evidence that we're living in the handmaid's tale because what Patrick did, those children aren't in trouble. They're not in any danger. He's just a misogynist. That's what we would have heard. And I thought that Michael Knowles from the Daily Wire actually made a beautiful point. He said that this trial is essentially just OJ Simpson 2.0. Like this is, you know, this trial is for liberal white women, like the trial for OJ was for black people in this country, because as, as Michael Knowles explains, leading up to the OJ trial, all the civil rights leaders and civil rights activists had essentially gotten everything that they ever asked for and ever wanted. Same generalized rights, same voting rights. They got even more in government assistance. They got more attention to their issues of their quote unquote communities.

1:41:40They got attention for funding. They got, you know, preferential treatment in all these different areas. Like, you know, we're trying to undo the problems of the past by causing more issues in the future. They basically got all the things. But it was almost as if, again, this is Michael Knowles's point that the civil rights activists were like, yeah, thanks for all that. But also, we need you to let this black guy get away with murdering two white people. We need you to be okay with the man that is clearly guilty of this crime to be exonerated for that crime. Business owner of veterinarian let the whole world know how satisfied he was and happy that Charlie Kirk had been murdered. He lost his business for that. Thank God. But this is another one of those cases. The mask has come off for a lot of people. We know how the general zeitgeist feels. We know how people in our life feel. And I was thinking I was going back, you know, mentally to when I was preparing for the Hills Hydra episode that came out a few weeks ago. And I talked about how Satan is using this foreheaded serpent. Again, a hydra. You cut the head off

1:43:48and it just grows right back. And the four that I landed on in preparation of the episode was fundamentalist Islam, socialism, communism, LGBTQ plus activism and globalism. Those four, those four heads. I remember preparing the episode thinking I need to add feminism as the fifth head of Hills Hydra. But I had already gone, you know, down the road of really thinking through this concept and spent all this time doing research and all that. And I was like, I probably should belicious leave over with these four. And I remember if you listened to the interview I did with Josh Howard and he mentioned that to me when I was describing Hills Hydra. And I think he's right. Like I should have gone with my my gut instinct when I was preparing the episode, which was to add feminism and to, you know, complicate the preparation of the episode. But I just kept it where it was. But I clearly think it's the fifth head of the Hydra. Satan is using feminism as one of his greatest weapons. Like, again, first way feminism was largely about suffrage. Second way feminism was about,

1:44:48you know, sexual freedom and the freedom to be as free from the responsibilities of sex as a man is. Third way of feminism is women are actually better than men. We don't really need men anymore. The time for women has come and fourth way was like, what is a woman? We don't even know. We're trying to figure it all out. But there's going to be a fifth way of feminism coming after all this. But if we're left to evaluate the fruits of feminism, we have to say that feminism has failed miserably. I mean, honest to goodness, ask a feminist. If you know any, what more do you want? What more do you want? The feminist activist got everything they wanted. The right to vote, the right to have sex with whoever they want to without the consequence of a baby. They got the C-suite jobs. They got the funding to start their business. They got preferential treatment and hiring, right? If you're a female attorney or a female web developer or something like that, you have people literally bending over backwards to hire you, right? Women are now the overwhelming majority of students in college and the people getting

1:45:51higher education degrees and advanced degrees. There's basically no more male only spaces all the way down to the boy scouts no longer existing. They got to be in combat roles in the military. But also they don't have to get drafted. They don't have to enroll in the draft. They got no fault divorce. They went almost every custody battle. They can control their own fertility. Now freeze their eggs. Do something with them later, maybe. And where are we at now as a society? Let's not even look at all of us. Let's just look at women. The sociological data show that women are less happy and more miserable than in any other time in recorded history. Birth rates for Western countries have plummeted. I've talked about that a lot. Women are forgoing, becoming a mother or waiting so long that their bodies are unable to naturally produce children anymore. Women across the board are more medicated that at any time in human history, something like a quarter or a fifth of moms in this country are on some form of brain altering

1:46:52SSRI, the results of which they have no idea what it's going to do. It's just basically, ah, try this one. Like we are all currently living in the feminist utopia that we were promised. And our culture and our society are awful. Feminism writ large has been a massive, massive failure. And one of the main reasons, even my 5% or something, you all are going to like this. One of the main reasons that feminism has been a failure is because is because feminism takes women outside of their God giving calling and roles and forces them into male areas and their roles without the requisite wiring that would lead to their flourishing and the flourishing of society. That is not my argument that some people in this Christian men's conservative space would say that women should only be mothers, should only be homeschool moms, should only be barefoot and pregnant, should only be making sourdough. That's not my argument. If that's the life that you've chosen, more power to you. Great. I'm glad you get that option. But feminism has convinced women that they

1:47:56cannot be complete. They cannot be whole just by being a helpmate made fit for their husband and by helping her husband categorize and care for the children. And for her to be the main responsible party to care for the children and to care for the home. Feminism has caused women to look at cleaning the floors and cooking dinner as beneath them. It's even caused people in the church to be like, well, this woman has a good personality and likes to talk. Let's put a microphone on her and call her a pastor. She's clearly been given a gift. Why would we tell her not to use her gift? Well, God gave her that gift, but not for that role, you see. God gives you wiring and gifts that makes you perfect for the role he has for you. Not the role that our feminist progressive secular satanic culture tells you is right for you. I thought Andrew Wilson, you know, his professional debater guy, he had a great tweet on this.

1:48:57The Clancy Trial has done more to show the distinction between modern male and modern female virtues than any other single event in recent memory. Modern women have become incompetent, immoral, and driven heavenly by hatred of accountability. It's perfect. And look guys, why is feminism one of hell's hydro one of the heads on the hydro's because Satan hates children? And he's going to keep using women to take out more children. Modern feminism is a death cult fueled by child sacrifice. Because during this whole Lindsey Clancy thing, we were made aware of some other cases that have gone down recently. August 6th of this year in manned Ann, North Dakota. This is according to KWTX, according to the affidated affidavit from mandin police, 22 year old Kayley, airheart, attacked her three young children, cold survived, but a five month old and a three year old died. Airheart is charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, two counts of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and three counts of aggregated, aggravated assault, and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence.

1:50:02According to the affidavit, officers were dispatched to the home on August 6th for a report that a mother had stabbed her children. When an officer entered the home, he found airheart holding a kitchen knife to her own throat, covered in blood. She reportedly dropped the knife until the officer is killer. She was taken into custody. Following a trial or a trail of blood through the home officers found three young children lying motionless on a bed in the bedroom, all three had injuries to their necks. The affidavit states that before officers arrived, airheart chased the children's father and grandmother from the home with a knife. The father told investigators that he was able to wrestle a pistol away from airheart, disassemble it, and throw the pieces throughout the house before airheart locked him out. Video recovered from the father's phone showed airheart carrying one of the children while holding the pistol at her hip. In the video, airheart tells the father, say goodbye to your kids. Airheart reportedly told investigators she had to place the children on the bed and believe their throats had been cut before she did so. She said she remembered having the knife in her hands when police arrived, but not remember everything that happened.

1:51:07So I personally donated to the GoFundMe for Cameron and Colton, for the dad and the one surviving kid. That is in the show notes. And then on September the 5th of this year, not very long ago, about a week ago, right? Actually, not even not even a week ago. As the trial of Lindsey Clancy was going on, we get this according to WK RC local 12 news, Frankfort Illinois, a mother allegedly murdered her two-year-old son just hours after discussing the Lindsey Clancy murder trial with her friends, which she had become very invested in. NBC Chicago reported that the neighbor called 911 on September the 1st after discovering a two-year-old victim hanging from a cord around his neck in the basement. The caller was reportedly performing CPR on the child as officers arrived, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being taken to the hospital. His cause of death was listed as as fixia due to

1:52:09ligature compression of the neck. The caller said that there was also an infant in the house in a two-year-old. Two school-aged children arrived shortly after she did, but none of them were harmed. Authorities walked upstairs and found the victim's mother, 40-year-old Corey Walsh, fully clothed in her bathtub suffering from self-inflicted knife wounds. Police reported she was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Walsh's husband was reportedly out of state when the incident occurred. During questioning, Walsh allegedly told police, she did this to her baby because she was the devil and the antichrist. She further confessed to murdering the child per authorities. Witnesses reportedly told police that Walsh had recently become very invested in Lindsey Clancy's murder trial. Clancy was accused of murdering her three children and then attempting to kill herself with the defense claiming the mother was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Walsh was reportedly actively discussing the case via group text message with her friends just hours prior to the child's death. We know what we call that? A copycat.

1:53:13This woman, very likely on social media, all over Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, kept hearing about this woman, finally killing those kids that had ruined her life in all of her feminist dreams decided, well, this one's got to go. Luckily, she didn't kill all of her children if there is something to hold on to. She only had the nerve or she was only temporary least psychotic enough to kill one of her children by hanging them before she gave herself superficial wounds and tried to kill herself. So all this kind of leads to, you know, okay, feminism is clearly a brain rotting cancer. We obviously know that. There's really no argument against it. But if it's a cancer, then what helps it or causes it to metastasize? Social media. You have all these women on social media for hours every day. And for decades, these women have been peppered with four waves of feminism because that first wave just goes right

1:54:13into the second one, doesn't it? And then goes right into the third and then goes right into the fourth and then eventually all four will go into the fifth right. They just been peppered with soft feminism. Sometimes hard feminism. They're just getting peppered with all this. Satan can use that and exploit it. Think about the stories I said earlier about the three people I heard discussing the case that basically had no earthly idea what was going on in the case. Where did they get all their information? Social media. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter. That is how this is going to keep getting worse. So men in your life, you gotta make sure you realize that for the women in your life that are on social media big time, they're not getting a steady diet of godly things, of true things. It's crap like this. And do you want more evidence of the brain rot, that secular progressivism and feminism causes? I bet you that 99.9% of the women that publicly support Lindsey Clancy, the ones that are wearing the pink throwing up the hearts,

That was their rallying cry as they were supporting the, you know, George Floyd and how he shouldn't have been killed. Ladies, don't you think if they

1:56:17could have that Korra Dawson and Calon were saying I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Mommy stop. Mommy, you're scaring me. No sympathy for them. But for George Floyd. This got me really thinking about the current state of our culture. You know, I saw some people point this out, but you know, when you go to the gospels, when Pontius Pyle gave the mob a choice between Jesus and Barabbas, between Jesus and a murderer, a terrorist. What was their response? Give us Barabbas. Give us Barabbas. You probably saw the memes out there. There are four names that show that we still have that same mob mentality today. Luigi Mangione, Carmelo Anthony, Tyler Robinson, Lindsey Clancy, our satanic leftist progressive woke culture loves to give excuses for these murders. For Luigi Mangione, it's, you know, being injured in America is really hard.

1:57:21Having back pain in America is really hard. So I assassinated a health insurance CEO. For Carmelo Anthony, it's, you know, being black in America is really hard. So I murdered a white boy. For Tyler Robinson, it's, you know, being gay and trans in America is really hard. So I murdered a conservative political commentator. If you're a two-income family trying to make ends meet and things are a little bit tough, but your wife wants to come home and homeschool your children, dad figured out, figured out, let her come home and take care of those babies. Let her come home and do those things. Right. So in, and that also means that the ethic that we teach to our daughters, as much as culture is going to try to push back on you, you have to teach this ethic to your daughters as well. And women, you have a huge role to play here as well. I've heard a lot of women when they think about other women that just stay home, they look at them like they're pathetic. Wait, they're not trying to get a C-suite job. They're not getting their master's degree. They're not running a business. Really? Oh, you're just going to stay home and take care of your kids. Oh, you're just going to homeschool your kids. Oh, you're just going to clean the house and and and make food for your king, your husband, pathetic. We have to fight

1:59:34against that. We have to inculcate values in our daughters to where they choose that life with their husband someday that we cheer them on. That's a role that we can play as Christian men. We also have a role to play in making sure that young men choose the right wife. I'm going to help with that right now and I would suggest that all of you do the same if you see what I'm about to describe. You yourself need to have these categories in your brain and we need to ensure that other men have these two categories. Okay. We need to help men, young men, separate women into two categories as Lindsey Clancy women or Korra Dawson and Calend women. Those are the two categories and young men listen to me. Oh, well, let me go back. The Lindsey Clancy women, yes, those are those are murderers, those are feminists, those are all those types of people. Those are people that are very, very narcissistic and care about themselves. Are they like that? Or they willing to sacrifice for others? Those are the Korra Dawson and Calend women. And if they still come away supporting Lindsey Clancy, you got to get out of that relationship immediately. We heard reports. I couldn't really verify them of a guy that was about to get married in two weeks, talking with his fiance, realized she thinks Lindsey Clancy is in the right here. Like, she just feels bad for her. She doesn't feel bad for these kids. And he's like, I'm not marrying this woman. And if that is really true, Bravo, young man. You have no idea what you just spared yourself up. So guys, if you're in a relationship right now with this woman that you think, I might want to marry this woman. Please don't wait until after you get married to have those big conversations. Do you want to have kids? Where do you want to

2:02:42live? Like what kind of lifestyle do you have? What are your expectations of me? Hey, do you think it's okay for someone to kill their kids if they're postpartum? What if they're not even diagnosed with postpartum? Is this still okay? Have those conversations. And this is a tough one. Men, if you are married to a woman that supports Lindsey Clancy, this is what I think you should do. You need to go over the facts of the case, detailed by detail, maybe even let them listen to this podcast, right? If they still come away supporting Lindsey Clancy, then you have to immediately get some help. You have to get help. You need to go to your pastor, you need to go to your elders. You may need to enter into biblically based counseling, right? Because this is a major, major red flag in your marriage. This is a huge issue. This isn't okay. We need to argue about screen time or any of those types of things like this is evidence of a moral rot inside of the woman you chose to marry. Best case scenario, she's just deeply ignorant. Do you hear a bunch of stupid stuff online, which is why I said you need to go through the facts of this case, detailed by detail. But if she continues to come away with being like, no, I don't think that she's guilty of this. She's

2:03:43not morally responsible for this. You got to get help and it can't just be you. But also to the Christian men listening to this, we must stand up for truth. We must say and maintain that women are just as depraved and sinful as men are. We must be comfortable with calling evil things evil and evil people evil and sin, sin, and sinful people sinful people. Even if those people are women. Because a lot of men, potentially the too many even on this jury, they just don't want to deal with the pressure of feminism or angry women. So they're just cave, which dovetails right into the next thing I want to talk about to the pastors listening to this. And I know there are many. I feel the pressure of that. This situation should be an enormous wake up call to you. Also, anyone that works in women's ministries, women's ministry should be a huge wake up call to

2:04:45you. Because guys, it's obviously not a surprise when a atheistic progressive leftist liberal, terrible, awful woman supports Lindsey Clancy. That's not shocking, right? But it is shocking, like super duper shocking, the number of women that purport to be Christians that also support Lindsey Clancy. That is a direct reflection on you as they're shepherd that they would come to these kinds of conclusions. Because a lot of pastors, I'm certainly not the first person point this out, they're operating out of fear of pissing off the women in their congregations. Their congregation is majority women. And so obviously the majority of the donations or ties that come into the church are coming from these women. So they don't want to say things are going to make them mad. This goes right into what I talk about. You're part of the reason that we're in this mess is because pastors treat women as if they're not even sinners. I talk about this. You know, Father's Day, you guys suck. You need step up. You're the worst. And then for 364 days, the pastor ignores them. But on Mother's Day, the women just float out of the church, feeling like

2:05:49they themselves have angel wings that they're not sinners somehow, that they're not depraved, that male sin is somehow different and more nefarious than female sin as if there are even categories of sin that can break into one of the two sexes. But additionally, the older women in the church seem to be completely uninterested in discipling younger women, you know, to forego their emotions and to just do what the Bible says. You know, anecdotally speaking, you look around and you have these older women that seem more interested in injecting crap into their faces and their next bottle of wine they're going to be consuming. And they're not trying to make sure that young ladies avoid the pitfalls of feminism that they say, yep, yep, honey, I understand that you feel that way. I had those same emotions, but you just got to read the Bible and do it assess sweetheart, right? Big wake up call because the way you all been doing ministry, the way you all been doing church, why you all been doing women's events and ain't working, right? They come to your women's event, ran by women, all the volunteers are women, all the speakers are women,

2:06:51and all the women do is they go up there and tell them how beautiful they are, how enough they are, how much God loves them, how much Jesus is into them. It hasn't worked guys. You might try the other thing, which is now you're depraved black-hearted sinners. You have no hope, apart from the blood of Jesus, I was shed to pay for your sin that yes, you do indeed sin. Go and sin no more. Also come to this group where there will be older women that have been Christians longer than you have for more hours than you have. They're going to help you along the way. They're going to help you to be a good disciple of Jesus. They're going to help you be a great help made, made fit for your husband. They're going to help you make sure that you are his assistant, that you are with him in the process of catacizing your children and raising them up, raising them up in the fear and ab inition of the Lord. We need all those things to happen. Also as Christian men, we must pray for this incredibly brave man that stood alone against the other 11 jurors for six days and countless hours.

2:07:53The odds of him being outed and docks at this point are essentially 100% I've already said that, this man obviously had to have known that when he was risking. He had to have known that he was actually risking his life in maybe livelihood trying to get justice for core, Dawson and Calend. We need to pray for that man. When he is docks, we can start praying for him by name. And we must also pray that God would give us the courage and fortitude because we don't know if this guy was even a believer, but he clearly had courage and fortitude. We must also pray that God would give us the courage and fortitude to act in the same manner as this man did if we were put in a similar situation in the future. God allowed me to stand on truth. God allowed me to stand up for justice. God allowed me to withstand the flaming darts of the enemy and the people around me that don't want me to stand up for truth and morality. And also men, we must pray for multiple things at once and be able to deal with a little bit of tension. Because we should be praying, it's like

2:08:56even hard saying the words out loud, but we have to. We should be praying for Lindsey Clancy to repent and believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I think it's incumbent upon us. Because, you know, for atheists and nonbelievers, the only justice that can be served is the justice here on this planet, right? That's the only justice that can be served. But for us, is Christians. Even if Lindsey Clancy is not held responsible for this crime on this earth, God's justice will prevail. And part of the scandal of grace, the scandal of the gospel is that if Lindsey Clancy repents and places her faith in Christ, she too will have every sin she's ever committed wiped out to tell us, die paid in full. And she will have everlasting life. Because when Jesus died on the cross for sin, he died for her sin of murdering her three children

2:09:58as well. That is included. And as Christians, I don't think we should be rooting for anyone to go to hell. We should be praying for our enemies and praying for those that persecute us and we should be praying for everyone to repent and believe in Christ. However, if someone does go to hell, if they themselves said no to the free gift of grace and put themselves on the express train to eternal damnation and torture, I think it is perfectly okay for us to root for it to be more excruciating for people like Lindsey Clancy than our brains can possibly comprehend. Because there must be justice for those three babies. And the only justice that can be brought is onto the hands that shed innocent blood.
