空き家の賃貸活用を促進　国交省、事業者の資金調達支援

空き家国土交通省は、空き家をリフォームし、子育て世帯や中低所得者向けの賃貸住宅として提供する事業者に対して、低利で資金を融資する制度を創設する。 Japan's land ministry will introduce a program to provide low-interest loans to businesses that renovate vacant houses and offer them as rental housing for families with children and low- and moderate-income households, in a move to facilitate the effective use of empty homes across the country.
