殺人罪、「未遂」も時効撤廃を　愛知の被害者家族が活動―「死んだ方がよかったか」

２００２年に起きた強盗殺人未遂事件で四肢まひとなり、車椅子生活を送る安田好孝さん、６月１８日、愛知県２０１０年の刑法と刑事訴訟法の改正で、殺人などの重大犯罪では公訴時効が撤廃された。 A victim of attempted murder in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, central Japan, in 2002 and his wife are advocating for the removal of the statute of limitations on such crimes.
