セブン＆アイ、北米子会社の上場延期　２６年下半期から最短で２７年度へ

セブン＆アイ・ホールディングスのロゴマークセブン＆アイ・ホールディングスは９日、北米でコンビニ事業を担う子会社のセブン―イレブン・インクの上場時期を、最短で２０２７年度に延期すると発表した。 Seven & i Holdings Co. said Thursday that it will postpone the initial public offering of its U.S. convenience store chain unit, 7-Eleven Inc., until at least fiscal 2027.
