Uranium Exploration update: Purepoint drills Dorado in Northern Saskatchewan

And PDAQ 2026, I'm at the OTC Market with, and I'm with Chris Frostan, who's the CEO of

SharePoint Millennium. Chris, what's so much for you guys? Well, it's so fun to be here,

especially this week. It's been a bit of a nut house. Exactly. Exactly. I mean, what are you

seeing up, PDAQ so far? We're seeing a lot of excitement around everything. I mean, every,

it's obviously been a good year. It's, PDAQ's always a good time to just to catch the mood of

the industries in general. Yeah. And, apparently, this is up. So, we're, we're overcrowded with

people and at the convention this year. And, and with none of us has been able to get out of the

booth and go look around. It's been so busy. So, that's good. That's great. You know, people are,

people are really interested in our case, very interested in Uranium. Yeah. And that's been,

that's been a good thing. It's been a long time coming. So, yeah, it's, it's, it's good to see.

Well, look, I mean, now, you know, with Uranium prices having touched $100 earlier this year,

you know, we're seeing drinks. Are you, are you feeling pretty good about where Uranium has had it?

Well, yeah. I mean, we've been working in order to sketch on for quite some time. We've got

910 projects up there and have worked a lot of them for some time. And over time, we've been able

to attract partnerships on a lot of those projects. So, what we're seeing now is because we've been

there a while. We've been able to secure a lot of property. We've been able to kind of ready

ourselves for this. So, as we come into what we think is going to be a pretty exciting

six to 12 months with regards to Uranium and Uranium prices. I think we're really well

set up to make the most of it. All of our projects are well along to the point where all we're

doing is drilling. Yeah. And where we're filling in a few physical spots and whatnot. But they're all

just, just ready to keep pokemoles in. So, it's, yeah, busy busy busy. Well, what are you sort of

looking at specifically at the moment? What are you drilling? You know, what sort of project

for you? Well, one of our week, we put together essentially a district in northern

sustain, the northern part of the Athabasca basin, over where the mine trend is with a company

called ISO Energy. And they've been around for quite some time. They have a deposit in that area

called the Hurricane Deposit, which is the highest grade Uranium deposit in the world. So, it's

quite exciting over there. And, but a lot of the property around it, we held, they held,

and we put it all together. It makes up about close to 100,000 hectares of property,

and it's a 50, 50 giant venture now. So, we are, we're the operator in that project,

and we really just started getting into it last year. So, it's been exciting to put all of that

information together that we've all gathered over time, look at it on a more of a macro basis,

and see where a lot of the geology sets and how it works. And we were fortunate last summer.

In our first drill program, we managed to tap into some pretty high grade mineralization out of

the gate. So, that's not fortunately because it's very weather-dependent up there. We were sitting

on the edge of a swamp, and couldn't really move our drill too far to chase after that. So,

the end of January, we got back up there, but we've got a whole new plan to drill through that area.

We'll be drilling, we're drilling now probably about 4,300 meters. We'll be done that in late

March or the April. We'll be back in the summer, because there's just a lot of stuff to look at,

with probably about the same amount of work. So, that's, that's called Dorado, and that's a project

that's picking up a lot of our attention right now, and we're all so excited about it.

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. Now, you know, you mentioned working with partners.

That kind of forms the core of your business. We talk project generator maybe a little bit, but

like, talk to us about how working with those partnerships, and I mean, we're talking some pretty

that name, Uranium guys here. Yeah.

Namikos and, you know, Aranos, and what have you. How does that really help to diversify, you know,

the SharePoint Uranium chip, um, shareholders risk? Sure. Well, we've, and we've kind of evolved

into this over time. We didn't wake up in the morning and say, let's be a project generator.

We've been in a partnership with Camico and Arano for about 10, 15 years now, and on projects

on the western side of the basin. I can get into those in a second, but the way, the way it

essentially works is, and I'll take our smart lake project as an example. We own 27 percent.

Camico owns the remaining, whatever that is, 73 percent. And so each year, we were going to spend

a million dollars. I'd have to come up with my $270,000. They would come up with the rest.

We would collectively decide on a program and a budget and how we're going to move forward.

And then we operate that project. We're responsible for coming up with the program and presenting it,

and then executing on it. And we earn management feedback on that. It was actually 10 percent.

So, um, so for us, there's less of a financial requirement.

It is, we actually can earn, we are earning money at the same time, which pays a lot of our overheads.

And I think almost more importantly, as long as these partners are financing these projects,

we have our shareholders have more, they're validating the projects. There's more reliability that these

are valid prospective projects because we've got people with much deeper pocket scenarios actually

putting money into it and feel that it's worth the money going forward. So that's the model that's

working with our hook-like project, with ISO energy. And it means that we can put $5, 10, $15

million into the ground in a given year without deluding our shareholders into oblivion along the way.

Yeah. And it broadens our odds of coming forth with discoveries. And it keeps it very,

very busy. So it's a good way to go. Exactly. I mean, it's been paying off to start 2026.

It sounds like we're going to be seeing some larger results coming up. Absolutely.
