US in 'weaker position' to negotiate than pre-war, says former UK amb to Iran

The United States is in a weaker position to negotiate with Iran than they were before the war on 27 February, says Sir Richard Dalton, who served as the British ambassador to Iran from 2002 to 2006.

He says Mr Trump is now trying to strengthen his "relatively weak hand" and "give himself an extra card" against Iran.
