usually the one leading it knows the least.

Sometimes it's hard to admit, right?

Because a lot of times, and I'll say in our profession,

it is the individual excellence is what it's all about

when you're out there turning a wrench,

but as you start to transition to becoming team lead,

a form and service manager, PNS director,

whatever the case may be,

if you're not humble, you keep thinking I know it all.

And what happens is people stop talking to you

and telling you what's really going on

within your operation.

And then the sad reality is, is you're blind,

and you don't even know it.
