Vancouver invited policymakers, partners and donors out for a “Muddy Boots Tour” of the future Bridge Shelter site, where a 120‑bed campus is starting to rise on the former Naydenov Gymnastics property in the VanMall neighborhood. City staff walked guests through muddy construction areas and detailed renderings, explaining how the shelter is meant to “bridge” people from tents into housing with on‑site services and a commercial‑grade kitchen.
