The Minnesota Vikings signed veteran quarterback Carson Wentz on Thursday.

He joins their quarterback room, which already has Kyler Murray and rookie JJ McCarthy.

Before the Vikings locked in the deal, the New York Jets showed interest in adding Wentz

to their roster.

This move brings plenty of experience from a quarterback who has started games across the

league for years.
