With point guard Dallin Hall departing, Mallory steps up as the ideal back court leader.

Keeping him out of the transfer portal is key to stabilizing the offense and avoiding

Johan Grinlow improves steadily as a rim protector, blocking 2.2 shots per game while adding

7.1 points and 5.2 rebounds.
