9-1-1, where is the emergency?
It's the middle of the night in a small town on the Jersey Shore.
Someone reports an abandoned car on a bridge.
A search gets underway for the missing driver, 19-year-old Sarah Stern.
Is it a missing person? Is it a suicide?
At this point, nobody knows.
Old friendships, buried cash, and a sinister plot that was once pitched as a movie plays out in real life.
I'm Ju-Ju Chang from 2020 and ABC Audio.

I have great news.
Malcolm in the middle is back.
My life is fantastic now.
In a four-part event, all I had to do is stay completely away from my family.
Your biggest problem is that we exist.
Everyone's invited to the campus reunion of the year.
This family's behavior is toxic to me.
You'll just take turns fighting and creating disasters.
That's what families do.
Malcolm in the middle.
Life's still unfair.

Welcome.
Tonight, Iran's Navy is gone.
Their air forces in ruins.
That was President Trump addressing the nation for the first time since the war began.
ABC, Senior White House correspondent Selina Wang joins us from Washington.
Byron President Trump just gave his first prime time address to the American people
five weeks into this war with Iran.
The president said the US will quote hit Iran extremely hard over the next two to three weeks.
But then in the same breath, he said discussions are ongoing.
He also claimed that the US has resolved the nuclear threat from Iran without providing any
public evidence while downplaying the highly enriched stockpile of uranium that Iran still has
buried deep underground.
But we do know from sources that President Trump has been recently briefed on a variety of
ground troop options that includes potentially seizing Iran's highly enriched uranium.
But during his remarks, the president did not mention ground troops.
The bottom line here is that the president has left the American people with more questions
than answers about how this war is going to end.
Selina, thank you.
We're going to hit them extremely hard over the next two to three weeks.
We're going to bring them back to the Stone Ages where they belong.
Tonight, five weeks into the war with Iran, President Trump for the first time
addressing the nation, touting what he describes as the triumphs of operation epic fury.
Tonight Iran's navy is gone.
Their air forces in ruins, their leaders, most of them,
terrorists regime they led are now dead.
Their command and control of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is being decimated as we speak.
The president also addressing the global oil crisis,
calling on the country's desperate for oil to, quote,
take back the straighter for moves.
That critical waterway now effectively in Iran's chokehold.
Go to the straight and just take it, protect it, use it for yourselves.
Iran has been essentially decimated.
The hard part is done so it should be easy.
And in any event when this conflict is over, the straight will open up naturally.
Stating the rising gas prices here in the U.S. now topping $4 a gallon is only temporary.
Remember because of our Drill a Baby Drill program, America has plenty of gas.
We have so much gas under my leadership.
We are number one producer of oil and gas on the planet.
Poles showing Americans are eager for this war to end.
60 percent of Americans disapprove of this military operation.
And two-thirds say the U.S. should work to end this conflict quickly.
The president's saying in the meantime,
discussions are ongoing and if no deal is made, the attacks will continue.
Because of the actions we have taken, we are on the cusp of
ending Iran's sinister threat to America and the world.
And I'll tell you, the world is watching and when we do,
when it's all over, the United States will be safer, stronger,
more prosperous and greater than it has ever been before.
After the break, the U.S. striking new targets across Iran.
We gather here tonight to bring women back to their rightful place.

Welcome back, the U.S. making strikes across Iran.
ABC's Matt Rivers is in Doha.
Tonight, stunning new video, as the U.S.
unleashes furious attacks across Iran.
With the world watching President Trump's speech.
Huge explosions seen in video circulating online,
this one in the city of Isfahan, flames and smoke filling the sky.
Officials tonight say more than 12,000 targets have been hit.
Tonight, a source telling ABC News,
the President was recently briefed on a variety of options to send ground troops into Iran,
including the potential seizure of that highly enriched uranium.
It would likely involve a large special operations force.
Ground forces could also be used to seize Iran's key oil hub of Carg Island.
No final decisions have been made, but with the Strait of Hormuz still effectively shut down,
there's no end in sight to those skyrocketing oil and gas prices.
And in Iraq tonight, the FBI joining the urgent search for kidnapped American journalist
Shelley Kiddelsen, seen here struggling as she's forced into a car in Baghdad.
I do think that she was certainly targeted because she's American,
also that she is one of the very few journalists who goes into the region.
A lot of people know her and it's possible that she was on the radar.
Iraqi authorities say an Iran-backed militia is behind the kidnapping.
Our thanks to Matt.
