Watch This Video If You Feel Broken

About this episode

Feeling broken? The feeling of being overwhelmed by work, the feeling when life deals you blow after blow and it doesn’t seem like things will ever get better. The feeling that you’ll never reach your goals, no matter how hard you try, and that everyone can see and is focused on your faults and failings. But when all seems hopeless, what can you do to change this? What can you keep in mind so you can keep going and be prepared for when this next happens? It can be a long, hard road that leads out of dark times, but I promise it will be worth it. The path out can be found.
