This is a story that kind of sums up the Democrat Party, New Jersey Democrat
Assemblywoman, Katie Brennan, sponsors a vulgar bill
to sue federal immigration agents.
And she named the bill, F, you know what?
The F word ice, F ice, but she spelled it out, F you, you know what?
Legislation aims to make it easier for individuals to file civil lawsuits
against ICE agents for alleged constitutional violations
to immigration enforcement operations.
Again, you know, by the way, you know, one of the few areas I would agree with
is if ICE arrests you and you're an American citizen
and you tell them, American citizen, check me out.
Here's my ID. I'm an American.
And they throw you in an ICE detention center and you spend three weeks
there around gang banger as an MS-13 and rapist.
And you drop the soap in the shower, you get raped.
Okay, you should sue.
And I think you should win.
But if ICE arrests illegally and I don't care what they do to them,
they don't belong in the country. They have no right to be here.
You have no right to sue because you never
should have been here in the first place, right?
You never had a right to be stepping on our soil and breathing our air.
So how can you sue?
But she actually used the F word. Can you imagine how low class
our society is becoming? She used the F word.
She smirks while explaining the bill's spicy name.
And it's serious intent to sue the hell out of ICE
for what she calls unlawful conduct.
So this is a breaking news.
Lives of TikTok. New Jersey rep Katie Brennan
sponsoring a bill called the F ISAC,
which would allow individuals to sue the hell out of ICE.
Co-sponsored by some women Ravi Bahala,
mayor of former mayor of Obokin, guaranteed that's a Muslim name.
Just truly amazing. And an identical version has been introduced in this Senate.
It would allow New Jersey residents to sue federal immigration officials and
state courts for monetary damages.
Just everything about it, man. Everything about it is an attempt
to destroy our nation. Just destroy it. It's funny because in it it says
one of the things in the bill that requires the use of body cameras.
See, and I think that's fine. That I have no problem with.
I agree with that. I've said that on this show many times.
I'm one of the people at FNJ1, who was thought cops should wear body cameras,
not because I thought they were doing anything wrong,
but because I thought it would prove that everybody else they're
the criminals. They're fighting with the ones doing something wrong.
Cops should absolutely want body cams because body cams prove
when you arrest some loser or some hooker or some mugger or some murderer
and they claimed you did something unconstitutional to them.
You violated civil rights. It's all right there on the camera.
You can see they didn't do anything wrong. You can see they're the ones
wearing the wrong. So I always supported body cams for cops
because A would show the criminals are bad and B would kill lawsuits, right?
Because God knows what we pay out in lawsuits over. He said she said
but number three, it makes sure cops are good or ice is good.
Because if you know you're on camera, you're going to be on your best behavior.
So then we know ice will never do anything wrong.
And you will see in that camera the horrible things people do to ice.
So that one I've agreed with and by the way, I'm going to write a commentary in the
next couple weeks. I came up with the idea and sent it out on
social media maybe two weeks ago and it was one of the best received ideas I've
ever had that all teachers should have body cams.
If teachers really think they're doing nothing wrong,
if they don't believe they're preaching communism,
they don't believe that they're putting Jews down, but they're preaching
Islam. They don't believe that they're preaching the murder assassination of
Trump. They don't believe they're teaching children
to to disrespect ice and disrespect cops.
Then you should be very proud to wear a body cam either a body cam or
or a camera in every mountain at every classroom and maybe both
would be a good idea. And then parents should have a right to check in
anytime they want and turn on that camera and see what's going on
or or to request film of that day when their son or daughter comes home and says
mommy daddy the teacher was horrible today. She taught us to be a communist
Muslim. At that point you just go back and look at the film.
So I think teachers much more than policemen need to be watched every second
of every day because they're brainwashing our children.
They're communist brainwashing factories and I think they'll have to stop the
same way that I think bad cops have to be good cops if they know they're on
body cam. They're on their best behavior suddenly they're not
treating anybody badly and that's how you make good cops.
That's how you make good teachers. They'd have to shut up and keep their opinions
themselves and if they can't shut up and they give you their opinions stuff
it down your children's throat they're going to be fired
because the parents are going to see it. So that's one of my best ideas ever I
think based on the response. Body cams on teachers or
cameras mounted in classrooms or both. Obama attacks the Trump
administration during a eulogy at Jesse Jackson's funeral.
Biden was there. Obama was there. Clinton was there.
Hillary Clinton was there. Jill Biden was there.
Reverend Jesse Jackson passed away last month, age of 84.
And he had a rare neuro degenerative disorder in addition
to heavily Parkinson's disease and nobody understands how that happens.
Well first of all you know people got that since beginning of time it can
happen. But I would argue that Jesse Jackson probably
drank the Kool-Aid, took the COVID vaccine and once you take the COVID vaccine
cancer, heart attack, blood clots, strokes,
bells palsy, all kinds of neurological disease like
Parkinson's and super bells palsy and all kinds of super nuclear palsy
a rare neuro degenerative disorder. These are the things you get
Lou Garrick's disease is what this thing causes. Herpes,
shingles, terrible terrible things caused by the COVID vaccine.
I'll bet you Jesse took it. But again he was 84 so that could have happened
anyway. I get that. But Obama spoke for 30 minutes and turned Jesse
Jackson's memorial service into a political circus. He said everywhere we see
greed and bigotry being celebrated. This is Salinsky. Look at the
mirror. Whatever you see. Blame the other guy, right?
Bigotry, really? You talking about bigotry?
Greed? The Democrat Party that gave away the country
to climate change, your green energy, losers who did nothing but lose all the
money you gave them and steal it? And and and Obamacare?
Obamacare wasn't greed. Oh my god. Obamacare you stole trillions.
You gave the insurance companies anything they wanted.
You spent I believe if I remember correctly two billion building the Obamacare
that didn't work from day one. And everybody who made the money from Obamacare
and climate change and the open borders and the NGOs.
They're all liberals who gave big donations to the Democrats in return got
multi-billion dollar government contracts and kicked back even more money to
the Democrats. So he's talking about he's talking about greed
and he's talking about bigotry. Boy, did you hate Jews? Boy, did you hate Jews?
Boy, do you hate white people? Boy, do you hate Christians?
Boy, did you help Muslims in this country and blacks in this country but
never white. And then bullying and mockery,
masquerading, and strength. Yeah, you weren't a bully Obama.
When you sicked the iris on me, you weren't a bully, right?
You weren't a criminal, by the way. And we see science and expertise
denigrated while ignorance and dishonesty and cruelty and corruption are
reaping untold rewards. Oh, so he's now talking about science denigrated
when the Democrat party went all in on the COVID vaccine
and mandated everyone had to get it whether they wanted it or not, whether they
needed it or not.
Truly amazing. You know, many people you killed,
you invite killed with that COVID vaccine? That was mandated. You could say,
well, Wade and Trump is the one who actually invented it. No,
first of all, Trump didn't invent it. It was scientists who invented it.
And Trump was the president at the time. And unfortunately, he didn't know anything
about health. And so he deferred to, uh, to Dr. Fauci, Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Fauci's the one who killed the dogs, the beagle puppies tortured them and then
killed them. He's the one that killed AIDS orphans.
And he's the one that made sure millions of Americans die from the COVID vaccine
and then covered it all up. And then Trump still never mandated the vaccine.
Nobody ever had to take it because of Trump.
Ever. But Biden mandated it. He was a brain dead loser, right? With no brains left
anymore. With dementia, Alzheimer's.
So Biden didn't mandate it. It was Obama mandate. It was Obama's third term.
Obama was calling the shots. Obama was running the country.
So you mandated it. And the result was a lot of people died because you didn't
follow science. You didn't allow debate. You stopped free speech.
Solidarns, Kibba, whatever you see in the mirror, blame the other guy.

U.S. productivity surges

Again, nobody talks about good news for Trump.
And very rarely they talk about the economy.
America tops world oil and gas production under Trump.
I mean, when was this ever gonna happen ever again
with Democrats in charge?
Ever.
It was never gonna happen.
With Trump in charge,
the Biden administration restricted access
to American resources and crippled U.S. energy production.
President Trump changed course.
His America energy dominance agenda
is protecting our economy, strengthening our leverage
and ensuring the U.S. leads the world.
It's also ensuring that in the long run inflation
will go way down.
It may not happen instantly, but in the long run,
let's have a closer look at the numbers.
Here's the rundown on who's producing what?
First oil, petroleum in millions of barrels a day
around the world.
So number one in the world is the United States.
24 million barrels of oil a day.
Number one in the world under Trump.
Isn't that amazing?
Number two, Saudi Arabia.
Isn't the Middle East supposed to be the oil capital?
Saudi Arabia, Iran, United Arab Emirates?
Nope, nope.
The United States is the leader.
As a matter of fact, if you add Saudi Arabia
in second place, they produce 10 million barrels a day.
And you take the United Arab Emirates 4.7.
So that's 15.
And you add Iran, which produces 4.6.
So you're just about at 20, a little below 20 million barrels
a day, United States produces 24.
So we're more than all the leaders of the Middle East
combined, unbelievable.
We're more than number two in three combined.
Russia and Saudi Arabia combined
don't equal as much as the United States now under Trump.
And then when it comes to natural gas,
the United States is dominating even more.
Here are the numbers in cubic feet per day,
billion cubic feet per day of natural gas.
USA, 118, number one in the world.
Russia, number two, Iran, number three, China, number four,
Canada, number five, Qatar, number six,
Australia, number seven.
America's number one with 118 billion cubic feet a day,
Russia is a distant second, 62 billion cubic feet per day.
So we are doubling Russia's natural gas production.
And if you add Russia and Iran together,
so that's 89, 99, one or not,
if you add number two, three and four,
Russia, Iran and China together,
they don't equal America's 118 billion cubic feet per day.
In a little over a year since he took over the presidency again,
we're producing more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined.
And more natural gas than Russia, Iran and China combined.
That isn't the most impressive thing you've ever heard.
I don't know what it is.

So you're a second generation oil and gas man.
You're actually a second generation oil and gas legend.
Your previous public companies,
PENICAL ENERGY, produced about a hundred to one
for every dollar invested investors
and stockholders made a hundred dollars.
And ultra petroleum spectacular return for investors.
That one was a thousand to one for every dollar invested.
People got back a thousand.
It was one of the biggest stocks of the entire decade of,
I think it was the 90s, right?
It was the go-go 90s.
Right.
And that stock was one of the highest flyers on Wall Street.
So lost soldiers, an amazing, amazing project.
But tell people why it's so amazing.
Why I guess you think it's even bigger,
biggest of your career,
that would make it bigger than PENICO
or ultra petroleum, ultra petroleum,
a thousand to one return on investment.
And you say this is the biggest of your career.
What do you base that on?
Well, and when I compare it with ultra petroleum,
it has a sequence of regionally pervasive
science where we can see,
based on the seismic interpretation,
we can drill up to 500 horizontal wells so far
that we can see.
And the other wonderful thing is,
is that no one can drill this for 50 years.
We know where all the basins are for 50 years.
All of them have been drilled as far as I know,
except this one.
Well, cause there's a uranium mine out here
that was whenever three mile island melted down
in the early 80s,
they started reclimiting this mine,
Kennecott did, three years ago,
they finished the reclamation,
I got a call, I drilled it,
and as they say, the rest is history.
Certainly the largest gas field I've ever found.
Right now, if you compare it with some of the other basins,
there's thousands of feet of layer cake type
regionally pervasive overpressure sands.
It's very much like the Hainesville and the Utica,
if any of you have heard of those plays,
you've probably heard of a guy named Jerry Jones
that owns it on the Dallas Cowboys.
That's like number one play now, okay?
The Western Hainesville.
And I would encourage everyone to compare
what we have with the Western Hainesville,
cause I think it certainly is comparable.
The difference here is where the only operator,
no one else is in here, is just us.
We made the discovery.
We have legacy infrastructure that is on the slasthrows.
We can tie into all that legacy infrastructure.
We're laying a five mile line
to start producing gas this year.
And, you know, the plan is,
when we finished this private placement,
to be producing about 400, 500 million cubic feet a day,
300 million year in cash flow within 36 months.
And then we plan to build a 42 to 46 line,
50 miles away to the trading hook one setter,
about 10 times that.
There's another guy named Warren Buffett
that's looping on that line that going to South of California.
So, you know, as you all know, he's no fool.
So, he's going to send all his gas out there
to a Pacific Corp in the West Coast.
So, we hope to be able to do that too.
Anyway, that's pretty much a summary of Wayne.
So, give me some new updates,
because remember, I'm one of your investors.
I invested not once, but twice last year.
Very big, healthy investments, by the way,
from Wayne Root.
And I plan to invest again this year.
What's happened between the last time we spoke on TV,
which is probably six months ago,
although you've had your president of your company
and your COO talking to me on TV as well.
But you were busy traveling.
Give us some updates from last year.
What exciting things have happened,
and tell me what will happen this year in the year 2026?
Well, I think, you know, one of the things that we've done
is that you're always looking for permits to drill.
You're always looking for right-of-ways
and other things in order to be able to lay the pipeline.
All this is completed.
Okay, it's finished.
Okay, and so, you know, we're going to start building this pipeline
sometime in July when what we call the winter strips are off
and we can get in here and lay that pipeline.
We think it'll take, you know, 45 to 60 days to finish the pipeline.
Then we'll be producing gas.
Okay, so that's going to happen this year.
We're very excited about that.
The other thing that I think is important is that we have a deal
with the federal government.
All the leases that we have, they're federal and state leases,
they've been put into what we call a federal unit,
which means that it's all those different leases we had,
like 56 of them, they're one lease now.
It means that we can orderly develop this gas field
with the cooperation of the federal government.
They stamped the deposit commercial.
So all those things have happened.
And yeah, we think we're going to be able to do that.
We are hoping to be able to drill some of the deep over pressure
to horizontal this year, at least one, maybe two of those.
We were anticipating 50 million a day plus wells.
They're going to be expensive.
You know, they're 20 to 30 million dollars a piece.
But when you're producing those kind of rates,
they pay out very quickly.
And so, you know, possibly within a year.
So something, you know, the field, next to us,
lost older field, which I named my company after,
that field's been producing for over 100 years,
produced 450 million barrels,
sealed us 3,500 barrels a day.
And so some of the deeper stuff that we're looking for
and we think we'll find, we'll find some of those this year as well.
So very exciting times for us.
And by the way, we also drilled more,
not drilling for ourselves for in bridge,
which transports about 30% of the natural gas in the United States.
And actually, we're entering into a 23-year-old contract with them.
I think that would speak very highly of our drilling people
and their abilities.
And, you know, we're very excited about that relationship with them as well.
So we're going to be having revenue out of our drilling company,
out of our pipeline company, out of our working interests.
Those people that invest will also enjoy a package
of overriding royalty as well.
Yeah.
And don't forget, the thing that got me was, you know,
I have seen a lot of potential in my life.
I think this is the most potential I've ever seen.
But potential is one thing that doesn't mean you ever deliver.
You have a track record that's amazing.
That's great.
Pantico, ultra petroleum, very impressive.
That was a decision pusher for me.
And then, of course, what else can you invest in?
Like, if I put $100,000 into stocks
and those stocks happen to go down,
I would get no tax break.
It would do nothing for me until the day they went back up,
you get a $3,000 deduction on stock losses in a given year.
But with oil and gas, it's the most generous tax deduction you can ever get.
It's 70% right off the first year you invest.
So if I put $100,000 in, I get a $70,000 tax deduction
on my tax return in the first year.
And the other 30 over the next, I think, three years, right?
Well, that's pretty impressive.
There's been a change.
It's 100% now, not 70%.
Really?
Under the tax, under the Trump tax bills, okay?
But that's for this year coming up, $20,000.
Yes, yes.
So I invested in 2025's.
I have to go by the old world.
I assume, yeah.
I think the other thing, too, is that the viewers need to realize
that we don't have to process any of this.
This is 93% methane, CH4.
So no processing, we don't have to be on any plants.
When we put it into the pipeline, it could go directly into homes.
We have people contacting us about putting in data centers.
There's a lot of options here that we're going to be looking at, Wayne.
So we'll keep you updated as things happen this year.

That's all anyone talks about now is data centers.
And how much they use so much, you know, energy.
Well, you've got the energy for them.
So it would seem like would be a profit center.

Well, I think it was the Oakland DMV had to be shut down
because they stole the copper plating
and the place couldn't open up.
So that was interesting.
And then LA's nightmare, empty city hall,
leaves once thriving mall and apocalyptic ruin
infuriating Los Angeles.
Los Angeles city hall looks less like the nerve center
of America's second largest city on Friday
and more like an abandoned office complex
after a zombie apocalypse.
Entire hallways with deserted offices,
corridors silent, parking garage empty,
besides city hall guards.
When the California post, that's the new California
version of the New York Post, visited city hall Friday.
The office of finance was closed.
The county, excuse me, the council liaison office closed.
Los Angeles housing department closed.
And over the course of the day, 50 Los Angeles,
and Julino's oblivious to the closures turned up
to pay their bills or seek financial advice
only to find no staff in the place to ghost town.
This is California.
Fury is California's current insurance rates skyrocket
as millions get shocked bills.

Because I could tell you Las Vegas, my rates are high,
among the highest in the country, not as high as LA,
but high.
And when I ask my agent why, he says,
because illegal aliens.
They have no insurance.
They're driving around getting an accident.
And also because of car thefts, same thing in California.
