Before I get to my opening commentary, I want to talk about Vegas.

I mentioned this yesterday.

It was a pretty big national news story.

The Vegas Police refused to release a violent repeat offender defying a judge's order.

The career criminal 36 year old Joshua Sanchez Lopez has been arrested 35 times.

I wonder if he's an illegal alien.

They're not saying those words.

But that's sure sounds like an illegal alien name to be Joshua Sanchez dash Lopez.

Sounds like a legal alien.

I have no idea if he is.

But whether he's an American or an illegal, he's been arrested 35 times with a rap sheet that includes involuntary manslaughter drugs and car theft.

And police arrested him in January and a warrant for grand larceny of a motor vehicle.

In other words, stealing a motor vehicle.

And the judge, Eric Goodman, you understand?

That's the son of Oscar Goodman and Carolyn Goodman, the former mayors of Las Vegas.

Each one served three terms.

You're talking about 24 years of mayors of Las Vegas for the Goodmans.

And even though they were both Democrats, I can use you.

They both acted like pro-business Republicans.

And I like them both.

And they were both good mayors.

I have nothing bad to say about Oscar Goodman or Carolyn Goodman.

But it's their son, the judge.

And he set the bail at 25,000 in order to him released with an ankle monitor once he posted bond.

And Sanchez Lopez reportedly posted bail on January 24th.

Las Vegas police refused to let him out, refused to put an ankle monitor on and put him out in the real world, given his history of failing to comply with the rules.

Attorneys for Metro police filed a petition last week, challenging the judge's authority to release him, arguing that the department has the authority to declare defended two dangerous to release.

This is a big story.

In a letter to the court, the department gave three reasons for refusing the judge's order.

Sanchez Lopez's history of failing to appear in court, his previous bench warrants, his past violations of electronic monitoring rules.

This is in the running for my number one story in the country on Saturday.

Police cited a case in 2020 where Sanchez Lopez armed with a gun, ran from the cops and later joked about his ankle monitor on Snapchat and gloated about being chased again.

We have to look at this and say, is this somebody who our electronic supervision program can monitor safely in the community, this is an issue of public safety.

And the judge literally lost his mind.

You know, the judge is like, you have no right to do this.

I ordered him released.

There's something wrong with these judges.

Someone's got to be paying them off, or they're all just mentally twisted.

It's just insane.

You know, the police department, Kevin MacMail is our sheriff, Republican.

Good sheriff, really good.

And he's been threatened by the judge with being a contempt of court for defying the order.

So can you imagine the judge wants to let a guy out, has been arrested 35 times, including manslaughter, and who runs all the time, and who gets in police chases all the time.

And he doesn't care about his ankle monitors, and gets loose all the time.

He wants to release him so badly, he would put the sheriff in prison.

This is what's wrong with Democrat liberal judges.

They're mentally ill.

Who fights for people like this, and who literally threatens to put police in prison?

Incredible.

Just incredible.

So, you know, I guarantee you what's going to happen, right?

The courts are going to rule in favor of the judge, because the courts always love judges.

All the judges stick together.

And they're going to say, no cop has a right to overrule a judge.

But why does a judge have a right to overrule a president?

It's just gotten so out of control, it's unbelievable.

So out of control.

He says it's the job of the elected judge to decide whether someone charged with a crime should be released.

The idea that a metro employee, ooh, a cop isn't worthy of a judge, I see.

Can overrule a judge's release order and keep someone locked up, should worry.

Anyone who believes in the Constitution and the rule of law, you know what?

I'm just about sick of you creeps.

You lawyers and judges, you're all losers.

Every one of you, you don't know what you're doing, you're destroying this country.

You're going to get somebody killed.

It's going to be someone's sister, someone's mother, someone's daughter, someone's aunt, and I'm sick of it.

You want this to happen, we don't want it to happen.

But you clearly want it to happen.

Does Magal want to win the midterms in Save America?

Does Magal want to pass the Save Act?

Here's how to do it.

Think too for the price of one.

So despite the lies rhetoric and propaganda, we all hear in the biased mainstream media.

President Trump is not only popular, he's in perfect position to win the midterms.

Only if we can pass the infamous Save Act.

The Save Act is the whole kitchen sink, the whole inch, a lot of the whole getting caboodle.

The whole ballgame.

And polls prove we have the support and the momentum on our side.

You might not hear these favorable polls in the media, but here they are.

President Trump's favorability with his base, the bag of base,

highest in modern history, meaning his base loves and trusts him.

Who says that CNN's that expert, Harry Enten, who reports Republicans love Trump

more than any president's own party supporters have ever loved him at this particular point.

How about the war in Iran over 90% of mega voters back the war in Iran,

even more remarkable, 93% of mega voters approve our USA alliance with Israel.

Sorry, Tucker, sorry, Candace, you failed.

But nothing is more important to the American people in voter ID.

Virtually everyone supports voter ID, including most Democrats.

And then I go through, because I'm trying to rush here, didn't leave myself much time with my last tirade.

But lots of polls, they all show 80% plus support, close to 90% for voter ID.

So the stars are aligned and the SAV Act is clearly the most popular election reform in history.

Now we get to the fly in the ointment.

The GOP Senate is filled with rat, fink, bribed, brought off, rhino, snakes, cowards, and traders.

Many of that most of the GOP senators don't really want to pass the SAV Act.

Senators are now claiming you might have the votes to suspend the filibuster and pass the SAV Act.

Might, do you believe them? Would you bet your life on it?

I've got a bridge to sell you in Vegas.

These spineless and corrupt rhino clowns and sad sacks always find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

What my gut tells me is the GOP Senate will either fail, or they will stall, stall, stall until the clock runs out,

and brag they gave it their best shot. Anyone want to bet?

So if it happens to pass great, but we can't count on the SAV Act, pass in the GOP Senate.

We need two simultaneous options to be in motion at the same time.

That's what I call a fail safe option.

President Trump should defeat the rhinos of their own game by signing his own executive order for election integrity right now.

His version of the SAV Act, make it simultaneous.

Because our real enemy here is time.

We're running out of time before the midterms.

We know there'll be legal challenges by Democrats.

If President Trump waits for the Senate and it never happens, it will be too late.

Too much time will go by, and with the court challenges, the SAV Act will never be in place before the midterms, every minute counts.

If the court challenges stop the SAV Act from being in place, before the midterms, Democrats will cheat to the max,

and they will steal the midterms, mark my words, then the Trump presidency is over.

The smart move is for President Trump to sign his EO version, executive order version, of the SAV Act right now.

No matter if the Senate passes it or not, there's still enough time for court challenges and ultimately a final Supreme Court ruling.

Now, I've spoken to one of America's foremost experts on the issue, John Goodman.

He believes a Trump EO would actually be better than the Senate passing the SAV Act, why?

Because Trump's EO will be much stricter with mail-in ballots.

He'll fully eliminate the fraudulent use of mail-in ballots, replacing them with already constitutionally approved absentee ballots, which can only be used by elderly, disabled or overseas military voters.

This is precisely how Democrats are using illegal aliens to steal elections.

Voter ID and profit citizenship alone do not stop illegals from voting because millions of illegals are voting by mail-in ballot without ever leaving their homes.

Trump's EO will solve this issue once and for all.

And finally, Goodman also believes the SAV Act will have an iron clad 100% chance of being affirmed by the Supreme Court based on three provisions of our U.S. Constitution and a 1995 Supreme Court ruling U.S. term limits versus Thornton.

Goodman says the Supreme will find it impossible to overturn the SAV Act.

So if we get the SAV Act across the finish line in any form, whether the Senate does it or Trump does it, we will win at the Supreme Court.

Therefore, the real issue is do we leave enough time for court challenges and a final Supreme Court ruling?

So President Trump, please act now, pass your EO version simultaneously while the Senate tries to pass their version.

Let's get on two paths to victory and get them both on record while there's still time for multiple court rulings plus an expedited ruling by the Supreme Court.

That's my path to ensure victory in the midterms to the price of one.

Isn't it like nine months a year?

You guys are cloudy.

And you're the opposite of us.

And then I hate my summers.

But you have the most beautiful summers ever up in Seattle.

I was starting mid-June into mid-September.

Right.

It's just lovely.

Yes, it's absolutely beautiful.

And by the way, it may be rainy and cloudy for nine months a year.

But that's why it's so green, right?

I mean, we're not green.

We're desert.

You're green.

I get the positives in the negatives, believe me.

But I like dry and sunshine.

So for me, this is heaven.

But anyway, look, John, your book Endowed by Creator.

The subtitles, the Bible, science and the battle for America's soul.

Tell us about it.

What is the battle for America's soul?

I think I can guess that that one looking around, right?

Yeah, well, actually, in the news right now, this week,

there was something really relevant to my book,

although people might not think it.

A Biden appointed judge just struck down the Trump administration's efforts

to sort of modify, say, the mandatory vaccines.

Right.

And there was this unelected committee that advises the government on this,

an unelected expert.

And you would think that our elected officials, the Trump administration and his appointees,

would actually be able to modify things according to what the voters elected them to do.

But the judge says, no, it says actually these unelected experts,

if the president chose new committee members that the judge didn't like.

And so the president really has no right to have this policy.

And that is a direct repudiation, as I write about in my book,

of the Declaration of Independence, which the whole idea of us being fundamentally equal

doesn't mean we're equal in height or wealth or every talent or power.

Or political power.

But we are the ideas that just governments,

because all human beings are creating the image of God.

And we're also all sinful, so you can't trust anyone the founder sought with absolute power.

And that meant that just governments are based on consent of the government.

And so your government should actually be based on people's consent, not unelected experts.

But basically, starting in the 19th century, early 20th century,

some people claiming the name of science, they basically said, well, humans aren't equal in any sense.

And they're so stupid, they can only be ruled by experts,

scientific experts, or they're good.

And this led to the rise of the progressive era,

cradle to grave state, that is, that Woodrow Wilson, among others,

helped push that was a government by unelected experts.

And so it was because the reason we have this effort for a government of unelected experts

is because of the repudiation in the name of science of our Declaration of Independence.

So my book basically tells a story of what the Declaration really meant,

why we really do have unalienable rights, why that's so important,

sort of explain the founders belief, and then, well, how did we lose that?

And then I hope how we're going to get it back.

You know, it's funny because I'm one of those people that helped elect President Trump.

Everybody says that as a matter of fact.

I was on Bill Cunningham, who's got the biggest conservative weekend show in the country.

He said, Wayne Root is the founder of MAGA.

You are the founder of MAGA, and I really was.

And to me, MAGA means the people have power.

And Donald Trump likes middle class people and working class people.

So I believe in the power of the people.

But what I don't believe in is that unelected judges have more power than elected President of the United States.

That's what's so amazing.

And I love what you just said a minute ago, because I've arrived my whole lifetime by experts.

Experts are idiots. They don't know anything.

You should do the opposite of what most experts tell you to do.

They're always wrong about everything.

So that judge not only thinks he's more powerful than the president, John.

He also thinks that he's a doctor who knows more about medical than Robert F. Kennedy and his entire Board of Advisors.

Who made that judge the biggest doctor in America?

Who made him more important than the president?

It's ridiculous.

It is.

Now, I think everyone would agree experts that are legitimate experts can be helpful.

I mean, if I want brain surgery, I don't want it done.

That's different.

Yes.

Post office box from a medical school in the Caribbean.

However, as you point out, and the founders believe, no one is so good that they're godlike,

that they have right for absolute power over other people without their consent.

And so that's the danger.

And that's why they thought that our government had to have checks and balances,

and it had to be accountable to the people through their elected officials.

But this idea that grew up in the early 20th century because of people like Democrat Woodrow Wilson among others,

no, there's a higher class of people who are neutral experts.

It's hard to find a neutral expert.

And so they should be given carte blanche against the evil politicians.

And a lot of Americans, even some people who support a Trump when they want it,

there are certain people who want government to be more efficient, which I think is so true.

But I don't just want government to be more efficient.

I don't want government to have absolute power,

whether they're efficient or not, because no human being is perfect.

They're all, I'm a Christian, so I believe we're all sinful,

but you don't even need to be a Christian.

Just look how people treat each other.

That was the founders instead of why consent of the government was so important.

And you couldn't just hand things over to experts without any checks or balances.

And what that unelected judge is saying is basically,

well, you know, I have my view of who's the best expert,

and it Trump's, Trump's view, or Bobby Kennedy's.

Or I have to, I'm just gonna say,

you have to depict that elected officials have to do my bidding

and pick the experts I like.

Ridiculous.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Let me, we're running out of time here.

I want to get a really key point in.

I think the most perfect human beings, you know, forget about God, obviously Jesus Christ.

But the most perfect human beings ever on our earth,

at one time in one place were probably the founding fathers.

They were pretty close to perfect and brilliant,

but they also made one horrible mistake, right?

Slavery.

So nobody is perfect.

No, that's true.

And to their credit, most of them felt embarrassed about it.

And if you look, like many people don't know the story,

I tell it in my book that within 10 to 20 years,

eight or nine states actually abolished slavery, some on July 4th,

because they knew the principles was right.

And then even James Madison and Thomas Jefferson,

who were slave owners, did put forward a proposal.

It unfortunately didn't pass, but in Virginia,

to emancipate slaves.

And so, you know, the founders weren't perfect, but they,

they tried.

They were close.

Yeah, they did try.

They were close.

They were pretty smart.

You don't get any smarter than Benjamin Franklin,

you know, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson.

My favorite president probably of all time is Thomas Jefferson,

brilliant, brilliant guy, but he had slaves.

So, you could argue that he was still an imperfect human being.

Everybody is.

Look, I love Trump.

I think Trump's the greatest president ever.

But I think he makes lots of mistakes.

I can name you five or six things I disagree with.

So, nobody's perfect.

But, you know, on odds, Trump is pretty darn good.

How did the founders draw on science of their day

to make one of the declarations biggest claims?

Give me a quick answer we've got about a minute left.

Yeah.

So, one of the biggest claims is that our rights come from God.

Not government.

That's why government doesn't have the right just to take it away from us

because they're not rights given to us by other people.

And the founders thought that science actually pointed to a creator.

And I would argue that science today is actually pointing to a creator.

So, not away from a creator, but the complexity and intelligence

that we see throughout nature point objectively to a creator.

And all the founders believe that.

Well, and here's what I find as a kind of a just a layman.

Everyone I know who's religious is relatively happy.

Maybe they're not all ecstatic 24 hours a day.

But, relatively happier.

And all the people I know who are liberal and atheist

and they don't believe in God are the most unhappy human beings

I've ever seen in my entire life.

So, I think there's something there that argues for God.

That's all I could say.
