So I'm going to start with California renaming

the Cesar Chavez holiday before March 31st.

That's the holiday.

It's supposed to be Cesar Chavez Day.

They've changed the name to Farm Workers Day,

because Cesar Chavez is now being accused

of sexually assaulting little children.

So that's the end of Cesar Chavez.

Democrats, you know, the minute they hear something,

listen, am I assuming that he did it probably?

But I don't know that he did it,

and it happened a long time ago.

So I don't know if it's true,

but boy, they're erasing his name from history really fast.

They even erased their own hero's mystery.

In five minutes, if some jerk says you did something wrong,

and they are just making it up to try and besmirch your memory

maybe because they're jealous,

because you're famous, they're not,

or you were rich and they're not.

You were successful and they're not.

Or perhaps, you know, they're looking for money

from the estate.

Who knows?

Who knows why people do the things they do?

Some people are just angry, negative people,

and they just make things up.

Or maybe this guy was a real pedophile,

than a child molester, and a child assaulter.

Who knows?

But it's interesting, they quickly renamed that day.

He's been their hero.

The left's hero, Cesar Chavez, for so many years,

and the Latin American hero for so many years,

and he's gone.

Boom, just like that, gone.

Like he never existed.

Oh my gosh, how quick Democrats are to erase history.

But the reason I bring it up,

think about some people that you didn't know

were really bad people.

Weinstein, Harvey Weinstein, nobody knew.

At the time, years ago, Jeffrey Epstein, nobody knew.

This week, a huge story about Cesar Chavez,

but also equally huge story.

If you look at the news this week about Bob Barker,

the game show host of the price is right.

He was sexually harassing all the females,

if you believe them.

He was having sex in the dressing room between breaks.

Wow, he was a wild guy, Bob Barker.

And he was doing that while he was,

I think he either married or had a steady girlfriend.

He was having sex with all the game show girls

and forcing them or they wouldn't keep their jobs.

If they wouldn't do with him, he said they were fat

and they got fired.

So Bob Barker is knew who you thought he was.

Bill Cosby isn't who you thought he was.

So I'm saying all this because I'm going to tell you

my belief as soon you're going to find out Barack Obama

is not who you thought he was.

Barack Obama is a bad dude.

Barack Obama is an evil dude.

Barack Obama is the mentoring candidate sent here,

here to the United States, to America,

to destroy America by the enemies of America.

Barack Obama is the one who was involved intricately

in every inch of persecuting and trying to destroy Donald Trump,

trying to blow up his life and trying to put him in jail

for the rest of his life.

And trying to take his presidency away from him.

And then when they couldn't try and destroy

first term his presidency and then when they couldn't

stop from being president again in 2020 and steal the election.

And then they did and then persecute him for four years

to make sure he can't run again.

He can't win in 2024 and trying to set up the jail for life

and bankrupt him and take his money away.

This was all Obama.

The spying was Obama.

Russia collusion was Obama giving money to Iran

to dominate terrorism around the world.

Obama, everything was Obama.

Everything bad in the world was Obama.

So stop with you morons.

You think Obama was a good guy.

I realize my fans don't.

But there are millions and millions,

tens of millions of people who think Obama

was the greatest guy in the world.

And this guy is going to wind up being like

a combination of Weinstein, Epstein, Bob Barker

and Sayzar Shavez with Lil Bill Cosby thrown in.

Obama is going to go down in history as a bad, bad dude.

And I hope he's going to wind up indicted and arrested

and convicted and imprisoned.

But we shall see.

But now that you know about Sayzar Shavez

and Bob Barker this week, just understand,

Obama's no better than them.

You just never know what a person is in private.

You just don't know that the celebrity you see

is not the person that's real.

Last one out, shut off the lights.

Another billionaire is leaving California.

For Texas, what a surprise.

Travis Kalanick.

The billionaire co-founder of Uber

is the latest wealthy job creator abandoned in California

because of the wealth tax,

in addition to the already high taxes,

moving to Texas where I'm sure they're going to welcome him

with open arms and his money with open arms.

You'd have to be retarded to not want billionaires

to move to your state.

You'd have to be retarded to want to force billionaires

to leave your state.

Keep in mind, I'm going to be a little harsh here

about other states.

So don't get mad at me,

but none of these states look like California.

Texas is ugly.

Nevada where I live compared to California is ugly, right?

Even Florida, I swear,

you think Florida's beautiful compared to California's ugly.

Florida has some nice beaches and that's about it, right?

There's no mountains in the background.

The weather sucks.

It's a million degrees humidity

and it rains all the time and it's flying bugs.

Florida sucks.

California is heaven.

I lived there for almost 15 years.

It doesn't get any better than California.

It's got mountains, it's got ocean, it's got desert,

it's got green, it's got everything farmland.

It's beautiful.

It's the most beautiful place on earth.

The diversity is amazing.

So if everyone's running,

if they have a billion dollars in their running

from California to move to ugly places like Nevada and Texas,

compared to California, they're ugly.

I'm not saying Las Vegas is ugly,

compared to California, it's ugly.

Texas is an ugly, compared to California, it's ugly.

So if they're leaving to go to ugly places

and they're running away from the most beautiful place

on earth, California has every advantage known to man

and they can't keep billionaires

or rich people in general because these guys

are representative of everybody running, right?

Everybody worth 100 millions running.

You have to be a billionaire.

Everyone worth 200 millions running,

300 millions running.

People worth 10 million running, 20 million,

30 million, 100 million, they're all running.

They're all getting out of California

and they're going to Texas or Florida or Nevada or Tennessee.

It's kind of where everybody goes.

And a few might go to Utah.

If I was a billionaire,

I would make my main residence probably Park City, Utah.

I'd always keep a house or a condo in Las Vegas,

but I would make my main residence Park City, Utah.

It's the most beautiful place on earth,

especially in the summer and especially at Christmas time

in the winter.

It's just the most storybook, beautiful place on earth.

God keeps the summer home in Park City, Utah.

I certainly would have I was a billionaire.

But other than that,

pretty much everyone goes to either Nevada

or Tennessee or Texas or Florida

or South Carolina is another big one.

But why are they running away from the most beautiful place?

Maybe on earth, definitely in America.

The most diverse beauty in America.

You can go to San Diego, which is just beautiful.

You can go to the beaches of LA, beautiful.

You have Disneyland.

You have Universal Park.

You have Hollywood.

You can go to San Francisco.

You can go to one of the coolest places ever

until Democrats took hold of it in the last 10 years.

You can go skiing and you can go water skiing

in the same day, right?

You can go skiing in mammoth and drive a couple hours

and you'll be water skiing in a warm place.

It's just the most amazing place on earth, California.

I left 24 years ago, never look back.

Nobody times I've even visited.

I think I've been back like two times in 24 years.

It offers nothing to me anymore.

As far as I'm concerned, it's like saying, you know,

when people go, my ex-wife is dead to me, right?

California is dead to me.

It's my ex.

It's dead to me.

I just don't care about it anymore,

but it was the most beautiful place.

What lasted?

They had every advantage and they ruined it.

Chuck Norris died today.

I can't let the first segment end without mentioning

what a great guy Chuck Mars was.

I dedicated my Real America's Voice TV show tomorrow

to Chuck Norris, a great guy in American icon,

all American guy, amazing martial arts guy,

amazing movie star, amazing family man.

If you saw the statement by his family,

just what a great father, what a great grandfather,

what a great husband he is, or was.

And he managed to die with dignity, right?

He was alive till he was 86 years old

and then he died in a couple days.

I think he went to the hospital two days ago

and he died a day later.

So there's a guy who didn't suffer, didn't linger,

didn't have to endure terrible cancer

or chemotherapy or some long process of suffering.

And a lot of pain, he just died real quick,

probably in a sleep, and that's the way

we all would like to go, right?

So Chuck Norris, we all love you.

We rest in peace, baby, enjoy your stay in heaven

and God is happy because God is a new bodyguard.

God's security just got a lot better in heaven.

Chuck Mars is there, what a great guy.

It's funny because my wife told a story to me

in my director and perturbed today at lunch.

She knew Chuck Norris.

My wife lived in Fort Worth, Texas

and he was making a movie there

and he rented a house three doors down from her.

And so one day his kids were acting up and acting wild

and ran through someone's yard.

I guess ran through her yard, my wife and my wife Cindy.

And she said, she didn't know who he was.

She just knew he was a guy renting a house.

She said, your kids are running wild.

Your kids are horrible.

You're a horrible father.

Come on down here.

Let's see us talk about this to my face.

And he came down, the doorbell rang

and there he was standing at the door

and was Chuck Norris.

And my wife had a battle with Chuck Norris

and told him off.

And then he left and her son said to him,

that was Chuck Norris.

And my wife said, really, I didn't know

that I've never watched any of his movies.

She told Chuck Norris off and she lived to talk about it.

I got a bunch of texts and emails saying,

I can't even believe what a bad ass your wife is.

She told off Chuck Norris to his face and lived to talk about it.

Yeah.

She did.

The key was the funny part of it.

She didn't know it was Chuck Norris.

If she had known, she probably would have never done it, right?

But, you know, thank God, you didn't karate chopper to death.

Very, very funny.

Here's something that isn't funny.

Woman brutally beaten at McArthur Park

while feeding the homeless.

So this is an LA, a woman known for feeding the homeless

each week at McArthur Park,

savagely attacked with a metal pipe while serving meals,

leaving her with a shattered jaw and 16th knocked out.

Her name is Eva Woods.

She's a volunteer, a long time volunteer feeding the homeless.

The violent attack happened during the group's regular Sunday lunch service

in the park.

The suspect approached Woods from behind with that warning

and struck her in the face with a metal pipe.

Can you imagine what getting hit in the face with a metal pipe?

She must have no teeth and her face is disfigured

and her jaw is broken in 12 places.

And I don't know what to say except that this is what happens

when you reward violence instead of punishing violence.

When you reward criminals instead of punishing criminals, this is what happens.

Matter of fact, let me see if I can skip ahead here

because I got a whole bunch of crime stories.

I was going to get to Iran, but some of these are pretty wild.

And you should probably hear them.

So convicted double murder or out on parole,

killed South LA mother of six.

The LA district attorney says the law that allowed a man convicted of

double murder out on parole.

Can you imagine how bizarre this is?

You're convicted of double murder and you're out on parole.

Contributed to a third murder of a South LA mother.

And now a day ahead of her killer sentencing,

her family speaking out, Fatima Johnson,

53 or a mother of six found dead by her daughters in her apartment.

Her family grew worried after she failed to show up for work.

Johnson's grizzly murder in which her hands were tied while she was choked

or smothered to death while wrapped in a blanket,

led investigators to Darrell Lamar Collins,

who had been convicted of killing two other people in 1998.

Just insane.

Here's another one that just, you know,

this stuff's going on all across America and blue cities and blue cities.

A teen guns down a caring woman who was helping a female friend suffering

from cancer, then he steals the cancer stricken woman's car.

A teen with a rap sheet not only committed an incredibly heinous

and evil murder Saturday morning in Houston, Texas.

This was last Saturday.

But then topped that off with another soulless act.

Marrietta Allison, the co-founder of her own travel agency company,

was helping her cancer stricken friend,

Casey Daniel, or Cassie Daniel,

when a teenage thug decided to end her life.

Allison drove Daniel's car to a friend's house in Houston,

dropped Daniel off, then tried to find a parking space.

So at that point, she was killed and carjacked by a thug,

later identified as each year old Darious Duane Hall,

when police were called to the scene around midnight.

They found Allison lying on the sidewalk

with a gunshot wound.

She was transported to hospital where she died.

Police then spotted a hall driving the cancer victim's vehicle

around Houston an hour later.

The teen engaged the cops in a chase

for crashing the victim's vehicle on the freeway.

He then fled the scene and engaged cops

in an hour's long standoff before finally taken into custody.

So this nice lady tried to help her friend with cancer

and she gave up her life for it.

Can you imagine the woman with cancer?

How she feels?

You're fighting cancer and you're

trying to keep your immune system up

and your friend is dropping you off and helping you

while you're getting chemo treatments.

And your friend goes to park the car

and she's savagely murdered and your car is stolen

in this punk.

He has multiple prior offenses as a juvenile

for a veity arrest and stealing vehicles

despite this allowed back on the street.

Now he's charged with capital murder, tampering with evidence,

and evading arrest held without bond.

And I just want to tie this to the big story in Las Vegas

that I talked about on yesterday's show

and the day before and the day before.

And then I made the main story of my entire

Real America's voice show tomorrow morning

because my guest is Sheriff Kevin McMayel of Las Vegas

who was the hero of this whole thing.

But this punk with 35 prior arrests, a crazy judge here,

Eric Goodman, lets the punk out or wants to let him out.

And this sheriff says, I'm not letting him go.

I don't care what the judge says.

I'm not letting him go.

The judge threatens the sheriff with contempt of court

throwing him in prison because he's got to release

the prisoner who's been arrested 35 times,

including manslaughter, including manslaughter.

And the sheriff won the battle and the guy's still in prison.

Thank God.

But that's what happens when you let people like that out.

People die, people's mothers, people's sisters,

people's daughters, people's wives.

Die because you won't keep someone in jail.

You liberal bleeding hearts scumbags.

This is the whole idea of the Democrat party.

It's a landslide.

We should have won 70 to 30 or 80 to 20.

Hey Wayne, great to be back here with you.

You're the absolute best and I've got to say,

there's probably not a better day to have us on

than a moment like this where people are scared

and wondering what to do with their portfolios.

So go ahead and see what I'm doing with you.

Here's just because I get your newsletter every day.

I never panic and I'm not panicking now.

But everything that's been way up is suddenly down.

It's not down in the long term.

Long term, it's up.

Everything you and your dad have given me is up.

Substantially still, but it's retraced back down.

And a lot of people would sell right now.

When this is actually the moment,

you should be averaging down by buying.

And most people don't understand that.

So, you know, I'm not selling gold, I'm buying more gold.

I'm not selling gold, mining, I'm buying more gold mining.

I'm not selling Tesla, I'm buying more Tesla.

That's the kind of philosophy you guys teach, right?

Exactly.

And let's start there because we're big believers

in monthly dollar cost averaging overall.

We're not day traders here.

We look for opportunity though in the market

and we take it where we find it.

And part of that is finding companies that are poised

and have a great story, great management team, great earnings

and poised to go on a big run over the long term.

We call those our VRA Timbaggers here.

So, when you see a sell off like this in the market,

even if we have been in it for a long time,

you'll average up into those positions

if you bought them a long time ago,

on a pullback like this.

If you just got in, you can average into them lower.

And I've got a great stat to share here with you on exactly that

when it comes to the markets that might ease a lot of minds

that we can talk about here in a second.

Well, let's hear the stat, I'm dining here myself.

So, let's go for it.

Absolutely.

So, it's one that we do talk about fairly often.

We've talked about it here together

that we've compared this time period,

most closely to the 1995 to 2000.com melt up.

During that time frame, the NASDAQ rallied 585%.

You say, all right, that's great.

That was a long time ago.

But let's put that into comparison to today.

The NASDAQ from the bear market lows is up 121%.

So, good run.

But for anybody who's worried about this being a bubble,

it's fairly, be a fairly boring bubble.

Get paired up.

Yeah, routine, exactly.

And so, during that time frame, that five year period,

there were no less than five market corrections

of 10% or more, some of them 15 to 17%,

including one technical bear market, 20%,

down, NASDAQ was down 20%.

But obviously, in hindsight, each one of those

was a fantastic buying opportunity.

So, we think we're in a similar place right now.

Again, that's how much further we could run

to that 585% level we think this bull market

has the ability to exceed that over the long term.

So, if history is our guide,

then this is absolutely a fantastic buying opportunity

and really nothing more than a run of the mill pullback.

It's scary when they happen.

The headlines are scary, the events, right?

I mean, we can talk all day about whether it's Iran

or AI destroying jobs from every topic.

But at the end of the day,

the fundamental story for this market remains strong

and we think we have a whole lot higher left to go.

All right, so gold silver and gold mining,

which are my favorite categories in the whole world

and the ones that I have the most of my portfolio in.

By far, the largest percentage is gold,

physical gold, physical silver, and then gold mining stocks.

They've all gotten crushed lately, crushed.

And it's so weird.

I was just saying this to your dad.

I literally was texting with Kip right before segment.

I even realized you were coming up next.

And because I'm so busy during each day,

I never know who the guest is until the guest comes on.

And then I look and I say, oh, it's Tyler.

So I was saying to Kip that if you would bet,

if you'd said bet a million dollars, bet your last dollar,

bet your life savings, whatever the term is,

would you have bet when a war was starting

and people were scared and the headlines were terrible,

you would bet that gold goes up a thousand dollars

rather than betting a thousand down.

It's shocking to me that gold was 5,500 or so

when all this started and now it's 4,500.

It's down a thousand dollars an ounce

during a war where if you read the headlines,

you know, world war three is about to start.

Lots of people are gonna die.

There's no oil.

Everybody's gonna pay so much more at the pump.

Inflation is raging.

The Fed chairman refuses to leave.

So we're gonna get no more interest rate cuts.

The news is so bad, it's beyond belief.

So gold should be up.

That's why you buy gold for times of tragedy and crisis

and fear, fear porn, as I call it.

The media is filled with fear porn.

Why would gold be down a thousand

during a period like that?

Well, I think that's a great reason

to continue buying it here and averaging into it

is because of that fear, even with gold.

But it is exactly the opposite of what you would expect

with the war going on in gold heading lower

and yields heading higher.

You're exactly right, if Jay Powell's not going to leave,

it really is backwards to see yields higher

in a moment like this.

But for gold, we do have to also put it in perspective.

It's been an incredible run.

It wasn't that long ago, it was two years ago.

It was like 1800, right?

$2,000 an ounce.

It was last, it was 1800.

Well, I remember when it started, it was like 1800.

And then it was 5,500.

It was the most incredible run I've ever seen.

But I might only point as it has to go down sometime,

but it shouldn't go down in the middle of a war.

It should go up in the middle of a war.

So it's really shocking.

You would think that the war would be over

and it might drop at that point

when people realize, everything's okay, it's all clear.

But no, in the middle of it,

with things seemingly getting worse,

not in my opinion, but in the media's opinion,

they're showing you everything's worse, everything's terrible.

They're bombing the oil facilities, it's terrible.

At that moment, gold should be going up.

So it's very, very strange,

but it could be because everybody's selling everything

they've got to make margin calls, including gold.

So it could be that as well.

Add some profit.

Well, this is, of course.

This one will surprise you a little bit.

It has been a major pullback from where we were.

No doubt about it, especially like you said,

$1,000 an ounce, that's massive.

But to put in perspective how big the move higher was,

we're actually still higher on the year.

Gold at today's levels, not at the lows,

but at where we finished the day,

it's still up 4% on the year this year.

That one surprised me, even.

So we look at it as an opportunity.

Listen, everything's about history.

And history tells me, after 23 years of following you

and your dad, history of following VRA inside of.com.

History tells me that around six to eight months for now,

we'll look back and laugh at this,

because gold will be higher and at all time highs

than it even was at $5,500 when all this started,

it'll be higher.

And anybody who sells is going to want to just

be very angry at themselves, because they panicked

at the wrong time.

So yes, now's a good time.

If you have some extra money to buy more gold and more silver

and more gold mining stocks and average it out over time.

So I think that's probably a very good idea.

You know I'm a contrarian.

So when everybody's running, usually running the opposite way,

so that's the reason.

But the reality is that the VRA portfolio last year in 2025

was up 35% and it's beating the market 19 of the last 22 years.

And that includes bad years.

You guys do well when the market's up

and you guys do well when the market's down.

You make money in either direction, correct?

Yes, that is exactly correct.

And it is the most important thing about the VRA

All right, we now the root, the root, the root, the root is on fire.

A GOP Senator who's been a guest of mine many times here,

Ron Johnson of Wisconsin calls to nuke the filibuster

before the Democrats do.

And that's brilliant.

That's brilliant.

That's what I'd be doing on the Senate floor.

Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson urging his Republican colleagues

to abolish the Senate filibuster making the case

in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece

that the procedural rule is done more to paralyze good governments

than protect it.

Johnson frames the argument around a blunt indictment

of the Senate's legislative record

since they put in this filibuster.

Since entering Congress in 2011, he writes

that the chamber should have passed 180 appropriation bills on time.

But in real life, it has managed only six of failure rate

of 96.7%.

The consequences is his telling, in his telling,

have compounded it over time.

Five government shutdowns, 57 contuning resolutions

used to fund the government on a stop cap basis,

a dozen increases or suspensions of the debt ceiling

that together allowed the federal government

to add 24 trillion in new debt.

The 60 vote threshold required to end the filibuster,

Johnson argues, is central to that dysfunction.

While he acknowledged the rule has historically served

to black legislation that Republicans oppose,

he contends it is equally prevented the GOP

from advancing its own priorities, like to say that, right?

And that the math no longer favors keeping it.

His warning to fellow Republicans is essentially this.

If the filibuster is going to fail eventually anyway,

better for the majority party to act on its own terms

than to wait for Democrats to pull the trigger

when they next hold a Senate.

And this has been my argument.

I didn't need Ron Johnson.

I need anybody to tell me this.

I'm not a part of the Senate.

I'm not a politician.

I'm not a lawyer.

And yet I figured it out a long time ago.

I said, what's the deal here?

They're going to do it anyway.

The next time they take power, they're

going to do it to ram through to see as a state

and Puerto Rico as a state.

They're going to make sure we never win another election.

They're going to add 10 Supreme Court justices.

They don't believe in the filibuster.

If you this argument that if you get rid of the filibuster,

they're going to use it against us.

They can only use it against us if they win.

They're not going to win.

If you get rid of the filibuster in order

to pass the SAV Act, so you got voter ID and proof of citizenship

and no more mail-in ballots or very strict rules

that basically eliminate most mail-in ballots,

we win every election.

You never have to worry about them being in control again.

But if you won't get rid of the filibuster,

if you won't kill the filibuster,

they're going to win the midterm,

and then they're going to win forever more.

Because they're going to reopen the borders

as soon as they, first of all, they're going to stall for two years.

We're going to get nothing.

Trump's dead.

It's all over, right?

Trump's presidency is over.

He'll never pass another thing.

And then in 2028, they will win because they're in the majority.

You will never again pass the SAV Act, never again pass voter ID,

never again have a chance to pass proof of citizenship,

never again pass a ban on mail-in ballots.

So now they win in 28, and they reopen the border,

and we're all dead.

Countries gone, and winning with Trump was a miracle,

and the miracle was for nothing.

It all comes down to killing the filibuster.

You morons?

Because this is what you get with Trump.
