America leads the world in medicine development. It matters.
We get new medicines first, nearly three years faster.
Five million Americans go to work because we make medicines here at home.
And not relying on other countries keeps us safe.
But China is racing to overtake us.
Will we let them or will we choose to stay ahead?
When America leads, America cures.
Let's tell Washington to keep us in the lead.

I'm Jordan Waitley.
Here's a snapshot of Tuesday, March 17.
Look hodge on Gold Coast as they learn to deal with expectation.
So this is a totally different phase now for the Gold Coast Suns.
Isn't there our premiership favorites?
It's a different world.
Yeah, well, I think their suns and they are looking at teams going on.
Well, teams used to go to the suns and say, oh, we could beat them.
And don't matter how bad we bait.
I think the sun's in our rocking up the games going.
Doesn't matter how bad we can play.
We can beat certain teams.
And I think that's what Dimasor on the weekend.
You look at half time.
It's a 62 point lead to West Coast.
And then a couple of these, as young teams do,
we did it at times at Hawthorn when we got rained in.
I know Richmond and Jolong at times did as well when they were there.
Their top there at their game.
A few things started to sneak in.
A little bit of Larry football, maybe a couple advantages
from a free kick inside Ford 50.
Some young guys thought they might snag one and get on the scoreboard.
Dimas got a big job.
And I think he may have spoken to a few of them quite forcefully.
As we know, Dimas can post game about respecting opposition,
not getting their head ears out because to lose to West Coast.
We all understand where West Coast are at in their development.
They're going to be bottom by a long way from what we've seen.
To lose the third quarter by 14 points was a disgrace for suns.
I think Dimas really let the boys know that post game.
But I would hate to see in the match review
some of the Larry things that they did in that second half.
So Dimas gone through a different situation.
It's about pumping the boys up.
Since he's been there, given him confidence,
given him courage to take the game on.
The next phase of Dimas is making sure
that they don't get too far ahead of himself
because you can sort of see that anyone can get you
if you're going with an easy mindset and gold coach.
They didn't lose the game, but they learned that in the third quarter.
And Hoji is letting Scott Penderbury off at the Tribunal tonight.
You look at it and go,
did they have to send it to the Tribunal?
I'm like, yes, 100% they had to send it to the Tribunal.
And you look back and go,
people go, well, why?
He didn't mean to run through it.
Look at his personality.
He's played that many games and not being suspended.
But you've got to look at it for the look of the game.
There was a contest.
One person braced.
The other person didn't.
He showed a hit his head.
And then you look at and go,
well, in the past, that has been sent to the Tribunal.
People have got weeks as we have on this occasion.
And then the other reason they had to send it is for future incidents.
If we've got the same thing happening around 15,
and we say, oh, it's got to be Penderbury in round one.
So we'll let it go.
They've got to do the same thing back in round 15.
So they had to send it to the Tribunal for those two reasons.
But I reckon they're going to walk in.
And it would probably be quicker than the Gary Abbott three minute one.
They're going to walk in and go.
Even he said the right things post game as well.
Well, I was the hit too.
So my focus on the ball.
Well, tick tick.
Well, don't.
If your focus on the ball, they're taking away that it wasn't deliberate intentional.
And then as you can see, he heard him say,
if he bumps, it's a week, if he braces, it's off.
And he said, well, I brace then.
And we're all going to sit back and go.
If you've played this many times in this many games,
we're getting suspended and being a clean streak.
They're going to walk in and go,
benefit the dad who's going for the ball.
He was a hit too.
He braced.
He didn't bump accidental collision.
And that's going to go in his favor.
So 100% they got to send it to the tribunal for future cases like this.
But walking.
Don't even do your tie up.
Take it off.
And then off you go.
Swans chairman Andrew Prittum with the club's bond eye commemoration
referred to the anti-semitism royal commission.
I've learnt my lesson in terms of football clubs getting involved in politics.
So I don't know if it's political grandstanding.
I'll leave that alone.
But I, you know, I can't imagine that something is serious
as the royal commission into anti-semitism,
which, you know, I was one of the,
the voices that called for the royal commission,
including some of our other leaders, including the Cox, I think.
And comments from yesterday, from David Ossup,
is the president of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies,
when his statement was that the royal commission is really
therefore serious and substantive issues of anti-semitism.
And he made the point that the tribute was motivated
by the purest intent.
And it does warrant gratitude, not sanctioned.
So I'm not overly concerned.
I don't think we're going to add any value to something
as serious as the royal commission into anti-semitism.
Sam Edmunds with the AFL reviewing its all ticketed games.
The AFL will now work closer with home game clubs
when it comes to declaring fully ticketed matches.
We can tell you that this morning.
Now, fan fury, as you've touched on,
has erupted over the practice,
which, if you've been delivering under a rock,
sees paid up members having to fork out more money
to reserve seats in anticipated, high demand games.
So that was St Kildred and Collinwood opening round.
It was Carlton Richmond round one.
And it was Eston and Hawthorne round one declared fully ticketed.
But the Saints game didn't quite get to 83,000.
The two round one games fell short of 75,000 each and below forecast.
But there will be no fully ticketed matches now
across rounds two and three before Good Friday,
the meeting between North Melbourne and Carlton.
That's at Marble Stadium on April 3.
Some fans do have said they've been paying as much as $70
on top of annual membership fees for a reserve seat.
Now, the declaration of fully ticketed games
has historically been the responsibility of the hosting club.
In matches where, as we know, the projected attendance
is set to exceed the membership seating capacity of the game.
But the AFL will now work in concert with those clubs
in an attempt to better predict a model
whether the game truly meets that requirement.
So they're not taking over.
They're at pains to say that.
They're not taking it in under the tent.
They're not going to be the sole arbiter on it.
But they are simply going to use their modeling to determine
as the best of their knowledge.
Are we actually needing to do this?
And ready between the lines?
I think that threshold is going to be harder to meet,
which will be great for people listening to this.
So we've had to pay, you know, sometimes 28 bucks, 30 bucks.
But on top of their annual membership fees.
Greg Chappell on the challenges facing Cam Green.
I'm alarmed at sort of where he's heading particularly
with his batting.
You know, I think the time that he's had away from
bowling is also impacted his batting.
He can still be one of the great all rounders of the game
because he has the talent.
But whether he's got the decision making
the mental skills to go with it, whether he's getting the best advice
on where he's going.
I saw a very athletic young batsman with a beautiful setup
and able to move in any direction.
And now I see a batsman who's stuck at the crease who can't move.
Can't move.
Can't use his athleticism.
Can't use his reach to, you know, to score runs.
There are very few balls that he can score off
with the method that he's using at the moment.
So that only builds more pressure because he's not making
the runs that he should.
And eventually he gets a good ball and is dismissed.
You know, everybody, you know, has a period in their
early in their career where they have to make decisions about
where they're going.
I'm not sure that he's been making the right decisions
or getting the right advice particularly around his batting
in recent times.
An Andrew Voss on the Prime Minister running on the grounds
when Alex Johnston broke the all-time try record in the NRL.
You know what I thought, Jared?
When my option, my perception of it was one of his advisors
and he has many said, this can be your hockey moment.
You know, you're Australia too, moment.
You know, you can go down onto the ground and say,
anyone who gets fined, anyone who wants to find a person
for coming on the field to bum.
You know, I like giving him his moment.
And he all he got was this walk a lot.
This really awkward appearance on the field in the end.
It serves no purpose to anyone today who didn't like him previously
or doesn't like politicians.
Their opinion is now emboldened by the act of Mr Albanese
for, I don't know.
And that's just a snapshot.
