Are you ready to meet one of my favorite people ever! Carolyn is an herbalist, TCM practioner, a Reflector in Human Design ( very rare and very precious gifts of wisdom, like forreal out of this world). She has helped me with everything from a cold, to my journey through getting off of hormonal birth control, STI treatments, and so much more. She is the one to call from anything from the sniffles to ongoing, intentional whole human support.

I wanted to have her on the show because now is the time to fuel conversations about body autonomy, using plants as our allies and understanding, maybe for the first time your cycle if you are Afab and move through the world navigating cycles and pressures of many varieties around fertility.

We talked about the immune system, how it is not a one size fits all thing, also ANGER, and ways to support our anger in ways that truly integrate and metabolize it into your story.
