The Department of Education is cutting 50 percent of its workforce. This is a good step towards elimination of state control over the education of our children; however, will this lead to a complete end, or will this progress plateau? Education is one of the places where the war of ideas burns the hottest, and every parent should be deeply involved in their child's education.
