Today we are talking about the history of the US National median rent versus median income. We take a look at a chart and discuss the disparity between the growth of rent prices in our country and the growth of wages in our country since 1985. The chart reinforces my opinion that it’s STILL a good a time as ever to be investing in real estate. The question I pose to you is: Will you build an empire, or will you build a bunker?
