Winchester - Mystery House

About this episode

When Sarah began the process of construction on her new home, it had only eight simple, unfurnished rooms. But she quickly set to work on changing that, using her ample funds to hire dozens of carpenters to work on the house at once. By the time the century turned and the 1900s began, the Winchester House had grown to a stately, haunted funhouse of seven stories, 161 rooms, 47 fireplaces, 10,000 panes of glass, two basements, and three elevators. There were gold and silver chandeliers dripping from the ceilings, and custom commissioned stained-glass windows casting colorful shadows on the hand-inlaid floors. The décor was beautiful, but very few people were ever let inside the house itself.  Host - Nichole Goodnight Writer - Addison Peacock Editing & Music - Danny Sweet Showrunner - Pacific S.
